| 1 | 微创与传统切开治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂疗效的Meta分析显示文摘[目的]系统评价微创与传统切开治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的临床疗效。[方法]计算机检索Medline、Cochrane Library(2013年1期)、Ovid、EMBASE、中国生物医学、中国期刊全文和万方数据库,以及手工检索国内相关骨科杂志,检索微创与传统切开治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂疗效对比的随机对照研究文献,评价指标包括患者术后满意度、跟腱再次断裂率、AOFAS踝-后足评分、踝关节活动度、浅表感染、深部感染、组织粘连、切口瘢痕形成、手术时间等,并采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入随机对照研究7篇,共328例,微创组160例,传统切开组168例。Meta分析结果显示:微创组与传统切开组相比,术后患者满意度较高,浅表感染较低(P<0.05);跟腱再次断裂、深部感染、组织粘连、切口瘢痕等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]微创治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂在患者术后满意度上优于传统切开术,且浅部表皮感染率较低,受纳入研究样本量及方法学质量限制,尚需开展更多大样本、高质量随机对照试验来增加证据的论证强度。 | 陈柯屹 张梦苑 杨广忠 Anod Mani Regmi Sasi Kumar Jha 余凯 | 2013 | 中国矫形外科杂志2013,21,24: | 13 |
| 2 | Understanding the multifunctionality in Cu-doped BiVO_4 semiconductor photocatalyst显示文摘A visible light-induced, Cu-doped BiVO_4 photocatalyst was synthesized by a microwave hydrothermal method. The photocatalytic efficiency was investigated in the degradation of model water pollutants like Methylene Blue(dye) and ibuprofen(pharmaceuticals), as well as the inactivation of Escherichia coli(bacteria). The Cu-doped BiVO4 samples showed better efficiency than undoped BiVO_4, and the 1 wt.% Cu-doped BiVO_4 sample showed the best efficiency. The degradation of Methylene Blue reached 95%, while the degradation of ibuprofen reached 75%, and the inactivation of E. coli reached 85% in irradiation with visible light. The appearance of additional absorption band shoulders and widening of the optical absorption in the visible range makes the prepared powder an efficient visible light-driven photocatalyst. Moreover, the formation of an in-gap energy state just above the valance band as determined by density functional theory(DFT) first principle calculation, facilitates the wider optical absorption range of the doped system. Similarly, this in-gap energy state also acts as an electron trap, which is favorable for the efficient separation and photoexcited charge carriers' transfer process. The formation of oxygen vacancies due to doping also improved the separation of the charge carrier, which promoted the trapping of electrons and inhibited electron hole recombination, thus increasing the photocatalytic activity. No decrease in the efficiency of the 1 wt.% Cu-doped BiVO_4 photocatalyst in the degradation of ibuprofen over three consecutive cycles revealed the stability of the photocatalyst towards photocorrosion. | 3 | 锁骨骨折合并臂丛损伤的早期显微外科治疗显示文摘目的探讨锁骨骨折合并臂丛损伤的早期显微外科治疗方法及疗效。方法 2006年1月-2012年1月,收治27例锁骨骨折合并臂丛损伤患者。男18例,女9例;年龄18~42岁,平均25.3岁。致伤原因:交通事故伤12例,高处坠落伤10例,重物砸伤3例,机器绞伤2例。锁骨骨折根据Robinson分型标准:Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型20例,Ⅲ型5例。全臂丛根性撕脱伤12例,束支部损伤10例,血肿形成并局部神经压迫或损伤5例。受伤至手术时间6 h^14 d,平均4 d。患者均急诊或早期行臂丛探查修复(包括血肿清除外膜松解术、神经直接吻合及多组神经移位术)及锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术治疗。术后患侧正中神经支配区皮肤感觉恢复采用1954年英国医学研究委员会(MRC)感觉分级标准(S0~S4)评定;以相关神经支配的靶肌肉肌力为指标,并参照1999年修正的MRC肌力分级标准(M0~M5)进行评价。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。27例均获随访,随访时间18~36个月,平均26.3个月。骨折均获临床愈合,愈合时间12~17周,平均15周。随访期间无内固定物松动、断裂等并发症发生,肩关节外展活动时无疼痛。术后18个月,患者肩外展≥60°8例,30~60°8例,<30°11例。肱二头肌肌力≥M3 18例, | 刘亚飞 王伟 Anod Mani Regmi 艾合买提江.玉素甫 | 2014 | 中国修复重建外科杂志2014,28,11: | 9 |
| 4 | An international program on Silk Road Disaster Risk Reduction--a Belt and Road initiative (2016-2020)显示文摘Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) is a Chinese national strategy which calls for cooperative economic, political and cultural exchange at the global level along the ancient Silk Road. The overwhelming natural hazards located along the belt and road bring great challenges to the success of BRI. In this framework, a 5-year international program was launched to address issues related to hazards assessment and disaster risk reduction(DRR). The first workshop of this program was held in Beijing with international experts from over 15 countries. Risk conditions on Belt and Road Countries(BRCs) have been shared and science and technology advancements on DRR have been disseminated during the workshop. Under this program, six task forces have been setup to carry out collaborative research works and three prioritized study areas have been established. This workshop announced the launching of this program which involved partners from different countries including Pakistan, Nepal, Russia, Italy, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and Tajikistan. The program adopted the objectives of Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 and United Nation Sustainable Development Goals 2030 and was implemented to assess disaster risk in BRCs and to propose suitable measures for disaster control which can be appropriate both for an individual country and for specific sites. | 5 | Landslide susceptibility assessment of the region affected by the 25 April 2015 Gorkha earthquake of Nepal显示文摘Nepal was hit by a 7.8 magnitude earthquake on 25^(th) April,2015.The main shock and many large aftershocks generated a large number of coseismic landslips in central Nepal.We have developed a landslide susceptibility map of the affected region based on the coseismic landslides collected from remotely sensed data and fieldwork,using bivariate statistical model with different landslide causative factors.From the investigation,it is observed that most of the coseismic landslides are independent of previous landslides.Out of 3,716 mapped landslides,we used 80% of them to develop a susceptibility map and the remaining 20% were taken for validating the model.A total of 11 different landslide-influencing parameters were considered.These include slope gradient,slope aspect,plan curvature,elevation,relative relief,Peak Ground Acceleration(PGA),distance from epicenters of the mainshock and major aftershocks,lithology,distance of the landslide from the fault,fold,and drainage line.The success rate of 87.66% and the prediction rate of86.87% indicate that the model is in good agreement between the developed susceptibility map and theexisting landslides data.PGA,lithology,slope angle and elevation have played a major role in triggering the coseismic mass movements.This susceptibility map can be used for relocating the people in the affected regions as well as for future land development. | Amar Deep Regmi Megh Raj Dhital ZHANG Jian-qiang SU Li-jun CHEN Xiao-qing | 2016 | Journal of Mountain Science2016,13,11: | 7 |
| 6 | Landslide Susceptibility Mapping along Bhalubang–Shiwapur Area of Mid-Western Nepal Using Frequency Ratio and Conditional Probability Models显示文摘Roads constructed in fragile Siwaliks are prone to large number of instabilities. Bhalubang–Shiwapur section of Mahendra Highway lying in Western Nepal is one of them. To understand the landslide causative factor and to predict future occurrence of the landslides, landslide susceptibility mapping(LSM) of this region was carried out using frequency ratio(FR) and weights-of-evidence(W of E) models. These models are easy to apply and give good results. For this, landslide inventory map of the area was prepared based on the aerial photo interpretation, from previously published/unpublished reposts, and detailed field survey using GPS. About 332 landslides were identified and mapped, among which 226(70%) were randomly selected for model training and the remaining 106(30%) were used for validation purpose. A spatial database was constructed from topographic, geological, and land cover maps. The reclassified maps based on the weight values of frequency ratio and weights-of-evidence were applied to get final susceptibility maps. The resultant landslide susceptibility maps were verified andcompared with the training data, as well as with the validation data. From the analysis, it is seen that both the models were equally capable of predicting landslide susceptibility of the region(W of E model(success rate = 83.39%, prediction rate = 79.59%); FR model(success rate = 83.31%, prediction rate = 78.58%)). In addition, it was observed that the distance from highway and lithology, followed by distance from drainage, slope curvature, and slope gradient played major role in the formation of landsides. | 8 | Possible implications of animal models for the assessment of visceral pain显示文摘Acute pain,provoked generally after the activation of peripheral nociceptors,is an adaptive sensory function that alerts the individual to avoid noxious stimuli.However,uncontrolled acute pain has a maladaptive role in sensory activity leading to development of a chronic pain state which persists even after the damage is resolved,or in some cases,in the absence of an initial local acute injury.Huge numbers of people suffer from visceral pain at least once during their life span,leading to substantial health care costs.Although studies reporting on the mechanism of visceral pain are accumulating,it is still not precisely understood.Therefore,this review aims to elucidate the mechanism of visceral pain through an evaluation of different animal models and their application to develop novel therapeutic approaches for treating visceral pain.To assess the nociceptive responses in viscera,several visceral pain models such as inflammatory,traction,stress and genetic models utilizing different methods of measurement have been devised.Among them,the inflammatory and traction models are widely used for studying the visceral pain mechanism of different disease conditions and post-operative surgery in humans and animals.A hapten,2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS),has been extensively used as an inflammatory agent to induce visceral pain.The traction model seems to cause a strong pain stimulation and autonomic reaction and could thus be the most appropriate model for studying the underlying visceral pain mechanism and for probing the therapeutic efficacies of various anesthetic and analgesics for the treatment of visceral pain and hyperalgesia. | Bharata Regmi Manoj K.Shah | 2020 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2020,3,3: | 3 |
