1基于机器视觉的苹果外观缺陷在线检测显示文摘为了能够在分选中正确地检测出表面存在缺陷的水果,提高苹果的分级水平,设计了一套基于机器视觉技术检测水果外观缺陷的系统。该系统主要包括单通道在线传送装置、图像采集装置及分选装置,其中图像采集装置的硬件主要包括一个加有635 nm滤光片的CCD相机和两面平面镜。基于VS2010平台开发了在线控制软件。苹果在传送装置上旋转前行过程中,相机在3个位置上采集包含平面镜中镜像在内的单个样品的9个不同角度的图像信息。利用数字处理方法分析苹果表面的缺陷,提出利用面积比来判断水果缺陷大小。实验结果表明苹果表面缺陷的总检测正确率为92.5%。赵娟 彭彦昆 Sagar Dhakal 张雷蕾 2013农业机械学报2013,44,S1:43
2生鲜猪肉主要品质参数无损在线检测系统显示文摘基于可见近红外光谱技术,设计了生鲜猪肉品质无损在线检测装置。介绍了该系统的工作原理、工作过程、硬件组成及软件系统功能。系统硬件包括光谱信息采集装置、样品传送单元、位置检测单元、控制单元和计算机等。基于Delphi和Matlab语言开发了与PC硬件和Windows XP软件环境兼容的光谱信息自动采集和实时处理的无损在线检测软件系统。该系统可实现生鲜猪肉样品光谱数据的自动采集、光谱数据的在线处理、样品品质参数的在线预测与检测结果的在线显示。将该系统用于生鲜猪肉水分含量的在线检测。结果表明,该在线检测装置检测精度高、可靠性好,可用于肉品主要品质参数的无损在线检测。张海云 彭彦昆 王伟 赵松玮 Sagar Dhakal 2013农业机械学报2013,44,4:23
3基于拉曼光谱的苹果中农药残留种类识别及浓度预测的研究显示文摘应用拉曼光谱技术结合化学计量学方法能有效的实现果蔬中农药残留的定性定量分析。本研究借助实验室自主研发的拉曼光谱检测系统,对苹果中溴氰菊酯和啶虫脒的快速无损识别和检测进行了探索。定性分析时将拉曼峰574和843cm-1分别作为识别溴氰菊酯和啶虫脒的拉曼指纹,当苹果中的溴氰菊酯和啶虫脒残留的含量分别为0.78和0.15mg·kg-1时,两种农药的特征峰仍清晰可见。定量分析首先对光谱进行多种预处理(Savitzky-Golay平滑、一阶导、二阶导、基线校准、标准正态变量变换),结合偏最小二乘法分别建立苹果中溴氰菊酯和啶虫脒含量的定量模型。结果表明,采用8次多项式拟合进行基线校准的预处理方法效果最好,对于溴氰菊酯,偏最小二乘模型预测值与气相色谱法测定值的相关系数和预测均方根误差分别为0.94和0.55mg·kg-1,对于啶虫脒,其偏最小二乘模型的相关系数与预测均方根误差分别为0.85和0.12mg·kg-1。本研究证实了利用拉曼技术对苹果农残进行无损检测的可行性,使用该方法进行检测时,在光谱测定前不需要进行前处理,光谱测定后样品无任何损伤,该技术实现了果蔬农残的现场检测,可在检测部门、果蔬加工企业、超市、市场等场所得到推广使用,为果蔬品质安全提供了一种无损、快速和环保的检测方法。翟晨 彭彦昆 李永玉 DHAKAL Sagar 徐田锋 郭浪花 2015光谱学与光谱分析2015,35,8:23
4关节镜下自体腘绳肌和异体胫前肌单束重建前交叉韧带的1年随访比较显示文摘背景:由于人工韧带存在慢性疲劳,越来越多的人采用异体肌腱重建前后交叉韧带损伤。目的:比较关节镜下自体腘绳肌和异体胫前肌单束重建前交叉韧带的疗效。方法:收集关节镜下用自体腘绳肌和异体胫前肌单束重建前交叉韧带随访满1年的病例。自体腘绳肌重建前交叉韧带组28例;异体胫前肌重建前交叉韧带组18例。采用股骨端Endobutten、胫骨端可吸收螺钉固定。采用支具固定并进行功能训练。结果与结论:前交叉韧带重建后6个月,异体肌腱组lysholm评分高于自体肌腱组(P<0.05);重建后12个月两组lysholm评分差异无显著性意义。两组重建后6,12个月与重建前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),重建后12个月与6个月比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,自体和异体肌腱重建前交叉韧带随访1年疗效相当。王洪 孟春庆 段德宇 杨述华 杜靖远 唐欣 李立群 方青 汤明 Dhakal RabiMohan 2011中国组织工程研究与临床康复2011,15,53:17
5关节镜下诊治膝关节痛风性关节炎显示文摘目的探讨关节镜对膝关节痛风性关节炎的确诊率及疗效。方法选择17例膝关节痛风性关节炎患者,行膝关节镜下关节清理及滑膜切除术,术后常规服用降血尿酸药物、早期功能锻炼。结果所有患者均得到随访,随访时间6~24个月,平均13.2个月,术后末次随访时无明显复发的病例。根据Lysholm膝关节评分方法,术前患者功能评分平均43.2分;术后6个月复查评分平均87.4分,;术前和术后6个月Lyshol评分分数相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论关节镜对痛风性关节炎,尤其对于那些以膝、踝等大关节首发、血尿酸不高的非典型痛风性关节炎的诊断准确率高,关节镜下关节清理及滑膜切除术是治疗痛风性关节炎的一种见效快、创伤小、效果确切的新型微创治疗方法。王洪 孟春庆 文昌明 汤明 孙川 Dhakal Rabi 杨述华 杜靖远 段德宇 邵增务 2012中国内镜杂志2012,18,8:17

7喜马拉雅造山带地震活动及其相关地质灾害显示文摘喜马拉雅造山带是地球上海拔最高、规模最大的陆陆板块俯冲碰撞带在这条长达2 500 km的板块边界上,近年来多次发生破坏性地震,造成大规模的滑坡、房屋倒塌等次生灾害,给人民生命和财产安全造成严重的威胁。分别选取尼泊尔喜马拉雅、喜马拉雅东构造结和喜马拉雅西构造结地区近期发生的3个地震震群作为研究实例,基于中国科学院青藏高原研究所在研究区架设的区域流动地震台站记录的波形资料,对地震的震源位置和震源机制解进行计算。结果表明,在尼泊尔喜马拉雅地区,主喜马拉雅逆冲断裂是大地震的主要发震构造;东构造结地区的地震以逆冲和走滑型为主,表明印度板块向北东方向的逆冲推覆和青藏高原向东南逃逸的侧向挤出是该地区的主要构造背景;西构造结地区中深源地震多发,揭示了高角度大陆深俯冲的几何形态。白玲 宋博文 李国辉 江勇 Dhakal Sanjev 2019地球科学进展2019,34,6:10
8Silicon and silicon nitride photonic circuits for spectroscopic sensing on-a-chip [Invited]显示文摘There is a rapidly growing demand to use silicon and silicon nitride(Si3N4) integrated photonics for sensing applications, ranging from refractive index to spectroscopic sensing. By making use of advanced CMOS technology,complex miniaturized circuits can be easily realized on a large scale and at a low cost covering visible to mid-IR wavelengths. In this paper we present our recent work on the development of silicon and Si3N4-based photonic integrated circuits for various spectroscopic sensing applications. We report our findings on waveguide-based absorption, and Raman and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. 9Effect of glycine addition on the in-vitro corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy in Hank’s solution显示文摘This study reports on the effect of the addition of Glycine to Hank’s solution on the in-vitro corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium(Mg)alloy at 37℃and a pH of 7.4 studied by using potentiodynamic polarization(PDP),hydrogen collecting techniques and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)in combination with surface characterization techniques such as optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis(XPS).The results reveal that adsorption of glycine initially subdues the dissolution of AZ31 Mg alloy while in long run it enhances the dissolution of the alloy due to the commencement of the chelation effect of glycine with Ca^(2+) released from hydroxyapatite.The chelation of glycine with Ca^(2+) induces the formation of cracks in the surface film which further promotes the dissolution of AZ31 Mg alloy thereby forming a porous corrosion products layer on the surface of the alloy.As a result,both the continuous dissolution of AZ31 magnesium alloy and the hydrogen evolution rate(HER)are enhanced with increasing the immersion time in Hank’s solution.Durga Bhakta Pokharel Liping Wu Junhua Dong Amar Prasad Yadav Dhruba Babu Subedi Madhusudan Dhakal Lin Zha Xin Mu Aniefiok Joseph Umoh Wei Ke 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,22:4
10Mitochondrial Ca^(2+) uptake in skeletal muscle health and disease显示文摘Muscle uses Ca^(2+) as a messenger to control contraction and relies on ATP to maintain the intracellular Ca^(2+) homeostasis. Mitochondria are the major sub-cellular organelle of ATP production. With a negative inner membrane potential, mitochondria take up Ca^(2+) from their surroundings, a process called mitochondrial Ca^(2+) uptake. Under physiological conditions, Ca^(2+) uptake into mitochondria promotes ATP production. Excessive uptake causes mitochondrial Ca^(2+) overload, which activates downstream adverse responses leading to cell dysfunction. Moreover, mitochondrial Ca^(2+) uptake could shape spatio-temporal patterns of intracellular Ca^(2+) signaling. Malfunction of mitochondrial Ca^(2+) uptake is implicated in muscle degeneration. Unlike non-excitable cells, mitochondria in muscle cells experience dramatic changes of intracellular Ca^(2+) levels. Besides the sudden elevation of Ca^(2+) level induced by action potentials, Ca^(2+) transients in muscle cells can be as short as a few milliseconds during a single twitch or as long as minutes during tetanic contraction, which raises the question whether mitochondrial Ca^(2+) uptake is fast and big enough to shape intracellular Ca^(2+) signaling during excitation-contraction coupling and creates technical challenges for quantification of the dynamic changes of Ca^(2+) inside mitochondria. 13Landslide characteristics and its impact on tourism for two roadside towns along the Kathmandu Kyirong Highway显示文摘Frequent landslide events affect the Kathmandu Kyirong Highway(KKH),one of the most strategic Sino-Nepal highways,with multiple social effects.Amongst them,the impacts on local tourism,although being substantial,have not been studied so far.The aim of this research is to analyze the characteristics of such landslides and their influence on road damages and/or blockages as well as on local tourism industry.We analyzed the co-seismic landslides triggered by the Gorkha Earthquake,2015(7.8 Mw),the post-seismic landslides that occurred during the monsoons following the earthquake,as well as landslides which occurred or reactivated in 2018,with relation to the damage that they caused to the highway.High resolution satellite images from 2015 to 2018,and field data were used for the analysis.The Langtang avalanche that locates off the highway was also mapped due to its high impacts on tourism.Between 2015 and 2018,the number of road damaging landslides in the Betrawati-Rasuwagadhi section of KKH(where Dhunche and Syafrubesi towns are located)was 101 in the main track(MT)and 103 in the new track(NT),with respective average density of 1.46/km and 3.63/km.The dominant observed landslide types were debris slides and rock falls.Landslides were mostly concentrated in the locations with the following characteristics:1)having higher elevated area,2)being located with the‘main central thrust’and other lineaments’belts,3)belonging to the Proterozoic lesser Himalayan rocks,4)having a slope gradient of 25°-45°,5)having northern,western and southern slope aspect,6)being subjected to average annual rainfall of higher than 1,000 mm,and 7)having less than 4 km distance from the past earthquake epicenters.The results further indicated that 7 rain-induced and 4 co-and post-seismic landslides have great impact on tourist flows.An impact analysis was also assessed through a door to door questionnaire survey with local hotel operators from Dhunche and Syafrubesi towns(n=29+31).The results reveal that out of six rigorously affected sectors by landslides leading to road blockage,tourism business is the most impacted livelihood sector in these towns.The reduction of visitors in different hotels ranged from 50%-100%in Dhunche and 70%-100%in Syafrubesi for the first year aftermath of the tremor.This is higher than the respective 5%-50%tourist reduction due to raininduced landslides.Using as a reference the base year 2014,the income loss of hotels in both towns was found to be 50%-100%in 2015,20%-100%in 2016,5%-75%in 2017,and similar to 35%in 2018.These results provide insights on the synergic effect of contributing factors for cut slope as well as down slope instability along mountainous motorways and their impact on income sources for local communities.Susmita DHAKAL CUI Peng Chandra Prasad RIJAL SU Li-jun ZOU Qiang MAVROULI Olga WU Chun-hao 2020Journal of Mountain Science2020,17,8:2

15绝经后女性和成年男性缺铁性贫血患者胃肠癌患病率显示文摘目的检测绝经后女性和成年男性缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者胃肠癌的患病率。方法收集IDA的住院绝经后女性和成年男性患者100例,提取详细病历、病史、实验室检查(全血细胞计数、血清铁、血清铁蛋白和血清总铁结合力)、胃镜检查、结肠镜检查及活检结果进行统计学分析。结果患者平均年龄为61.8岁,56%为男性,44%为绝经后女性;胃肠道病变(上消化道60%和下消化道27%)患病率为87%,13%没有任何异常表现;最常见的病变是溃疡(24%)、糜烂性胃炎(15%)、胃癌(13%)、结肠癌(9%)和结肠息肉(9%),恶性肿瘤占22%;男性胃肠道病变发生率明显高于绝经后女性(P=0.001);年龄>50岁患者下消化道病变明显高于≤50岁患者(P=0.02);绝经后女性中下胃肠道的病变发生率高于50岁以上男性(P=0.04)。结论绝经后女性和成年男性IDA患者消化道病变是IDA的主要病因,要警惕消化道病变的发生,特别是胃肠道肿瘤。Dilip Dhakal 赵悦荣 贾琳琳 2022中国老年学杂志2022,42,16:2
16Landslide susceptibility assessment at Kathmandu Kyirong Highway Corridor in pre-quake, co-seismic and post-quake situations显示文摘Kathmandu Kyirong Highway(KKH)is one of the most strategic Sino-Nepal highways.Lowcost mitigation measures are common in Nepalese highways,however,they are not even applied sufficiently to control slope instability since the major part of this highway falls still under the category of feeder road,and thus less resources are made available for its maintenance.It is subjected to frequent landslide events in an annual basis,especially during monsoon season.The Gorkha earthquake,2015 further mobilized substantial hillslope materials and damaged the road in several locations.The aim of this research is to access the dynamic landslide susceptibility considering pre,co and post seismic mass failures.We mapped 5,349 multi-temporal landslides of 15 years(2004-2018),using high resolution satellite images and field data,and grouped them in aforementioned three time periods.Landslide susceptibility was assessed with the application of’certainty factor’(CF).Seventy percent landslides were used for susceptibility modelling and 30%for validation.The obtained results were evaluated by plotting’receiver operative characteristic’(ROC)curves.The CF performed well with the’area under curve’(AUC)0.820,0.875 and 0.817 for the success rates,and 0.809,0.890 and 0.760 for the prediction rates for respective pre,co and post seismic landslide susceptibility.The accuracy for seismic landslide susceptibility was better than pre and post-quake ones.It might be because of the differences on completeness of the landslide inventory,which might have been possibly done better for the single event based co-seismic landslide mapping in comparison with multitemporal inventories in pre and post-quake situations.The results obtained in this study provide insights on dynamic spatial probability of landslide occurrences in the changing condition of triggering agents.This work can be a good contribution to the methodologies for the evaluation of the dynamic landslide hazard and risk,which will further help to design the efficient mitigation measures along the mountain highways.Susmita DHAKAL CUI Peng SU Li-jun Olga MAVROULI ZOU Qiang ZHANG Jian-qiang Lalu PAUDEL Nirusha SHRESTHA 2020Journal of Mountain Science2020,17,11:2

18Effect of Pulse and Direct Current Electrodeposition on Microstructure,Surface,and Scratch Resistance Properties of Ni-W Alloy and Ni-W-SiC Composite Coatings显示文摘The present work aims to study the influence of direct current and pulse current techniques as well as embedded SiC nanoparticles on the mechanical properties of the electrodeposited Ni-W coating.The electrodeposited coatings were studied for morphological,microstructural,mechanical,and scratch resistance properties using the surface roughness tester,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,Vickers microhardness,and scratch tester.Application of pulse current exhibited relatively homogeneous and smooth surface of the coatings.A remarkable increment of microhardness was observed in both Ni-W and Ni-W-SiC coatings prepared under pulse current as compared to the direct current technique.Similarly,the scratch test revealed a considerable improvement in the scratch resistance behavior of the Ni-W alloy and the composite coatings from the pulsed current condition.Hence,the application of pulse current not only improved the surface-and microstructure-related properties but also enhanced the Vickers microhardness and scratch resistance properties of the coatings.In addition,the reduction in micro-cracks revealed the improvement in scratch resistance properties of the coatings due to the incorporated SiC nanoparticles into the Ni-W alloy matrix.Sami Bin Humam Gobinda Gyawali Dhani Ram Dhakal Jin-Hyuk Choi Soo Wohn Lee 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,10:2
