1富虾青素玉米对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力、虾青素富集及蛋品质的影响显示文摘试验旨在研究富虾青素玉米对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力、虾青素富集及蛋品质的影响。选用28周龄海兰褐蛋鸡270只,分为3组,每组6重复,每重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型饲粮,虾青素组在饲粮中添加虾青素24.32 mg/kg(计算值),富虾青素玉米组采用富虾青素玉米配制饲粮,饲粮虾青素含量为24.32 mg/kg(计算值)。预试1周,正试期8周。结果表明:虾青素和富虾青素玉米均可降低蛋鸡日采食量(P<0.05),提高蛋黄颜色a*值,并降低L*和b*值(P<0.05);虾青素和富虾青素玉米组鸡蛋中虾青素含量和富集效率均无显著差异,富虾青素玉米组蛋黄玉米黄质低于其他两组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,虾青素及富虾青素玉米组血清超氧化物歧化酶具有升高趋势(P=0.098),丙二醛含量降低(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,蛋鸡饲粮使用富虾青素玉米可与添加虾青素发挥同等营养作用,均可改善蛋鸡生产性能,提高蛋黄颜色,增强机体抗氧化能力并使蛋黄富集虾青素。Ramdhan Dwi NUGROHO DieudonnéMahukpégo DANSOU 王浩 贺维朝 张军民 汤超华 赵青余 秦玉昌 2022中国畜牧杂志2022,58,9:4
