| 2 | Lake sediment resuspension and caused phosphate release——a simulation study显示文摘Intact sediment cores and wet/dried surficial sediments sampled from the two sublakes in Taihu Lake, Meiliang Bay and Wuli Lake, were incubated in the laboratory to determine the effects of resuspension on internal phosphorus loading by simulating different resuspension events. Soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) release from undisturbed core sediment sampled in the Meiliang Bay and Wuli Lake in July 1998 was 1 53 mg/m 2 and 2 24 mg/m 2 within 4 days, respectively. However during one hour experimental simulation of resuspension, SRP increased by 0 041 mg/L and 0 077 mg/L in the above cores, which indicate that a typical resuspension event in the lake would be accompanied by the release of 10 77 mgSRP/m 2 and 23 1 mgSRP/m 2, respectively. The internal phosphorus loading induced by resuspension is estimated to be 8-10 times greater than the release from undisturbed sediment. SRP release from the dried sediments during simulation of resuspension was mainly dependent on the disturbing intensity. Only when the wind strength gets to certain level, the influence of wind speed on phosphorus release appears significant, indicating that an exchangeable P pool, capable of altering equilibrium conditions in the lake areas, is built up under strongly wind exposed resuspension events. | Fan, CX Zhang, L Qu, TC | 2001 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2001，13，4： | 14 |
| 3 | Relationship Between Programmed Death-ligand 1 and Clinicopathological Characteristics in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients显示文摘Objective To evaluate the correlation between programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in primary lung cancer cells,tumor associated macrophages(TAM)and patients’clinicopathological characteristics.Methods From 2008 to 2010,208 non-small cell lung cancer patients who underwent surgery or CT-guided biopsy were recruited from Huadong Hospital,Fudan University.Immunohistochemistry staining was performed to evaluate the PD-L1 expression in both primary lung cancer cells and CD68 positive TAM.The relationship between PD-L1 expression and the clinical pathology was evaluated usingχ2test.Spearman’s rank correlations were used to determine the correlation between PD-L1 expression in tumor cells and macrophages.Results Positive PD-L1 expression in primary cancer cells was found in 136(65.3%)patients,which were negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis(P=0.009)and smoking history(P=0.036).Besides,TAM with PD-L1 expression(found in 116 patients)was positively associated with smoking history(P=0.034),well-differentiation(P=0.029)and negative lymph node metastasis(P=0.0096).A correlation between PD-L1 expression in primary tumor cells and non-small cell lung cancer associated macrophages was found(r=0.228,P=0.021).Conclusion PD-L1,secreted from TAM,might induce cancer cells apoptosis,and decrease lymph node metastasis. | Yan-yan Chen Liu-bo Wang Hui-li Zhu Xiang-yang Li Yan-ping Zhu Yu-lei Yin Fan-zhen Lü Zi-li Wang Jie-ming Qu | 2013 | Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2013，28，3： | 14 |

| 6 | High-pressure granulite from Western Kunlun,northwestern China:Its metamorphic evolution,zircon SHRIMP U-Pb ages and tectonic implication显示文摘High-pressure mafic granulites occurring as lenticular bodies within garnet-amphibolites in Kangxiwar Fault have been first reported in this paper. The P-T conditions of two metamorphic stages were ob-tained using calibrated geothermal barometers and ThermoCalc Program. The peak metamorphic con-dition of these high-pressure granulites is about 760―820℃,1.0―1.2 GPa and the retrograde meta-morphic condition is about 620―720℃,0.7―0.8 GPa. The petrological studies show that they have a near-isobaric cooling P-T path which suggests that the Western Kunlun underwent initial crustal thickening,subsequent exhumation and cooling. The SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating gives two groups of ages for high-pressure granulites. One is 177±6 Ma which is obtained from the rim of the zircon. We consider this age should be the metamorphic age. And the other is 456±30 Ma which is obtained from the core of the zircon and should be the protolith age. | 7 | MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF NOVEL 718 SUPERALLOY显示文摘Recently, a novel 718 superalloy with remarkable structural stability at 680℃ has been designed and fabricated by CISRI (Central Iron and Steel Research Institute) etc. Phase identification of novel 718 alloy under the above-mentioned heat-treatment condition was performed using optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Results show that the novel 718 alloy has outstanding structural stability at 680℃. The novel 718 alloy possess excellent structural stability and good mechanical properties, which is attributed to ?’-phase strengthening and also to the specific sandwich structure of the γ’ + γ’’ strengthening phase. | J.H.
