| 1 | SAR Slow Moving Target Imaging Based on Over-Sampling Smooth Algorithm显示文摘A novel Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)signal processing technique has been proposed which refocused slow moving targets based on phase retrieval algorithm. After theoretical derivation, we can get that the raw data Fourier magnitude of slow moving targets is approximate to the stationary ones in the SAR system. By applying the Fourier magnitude of received data to phase retrieval algorithms, the blur and defocusing effect caused by the moving of the targets can be eliminated. | 2 | Influence of the variation in rural population on farmland preservation in the rapid urbanization area of China显示文摘In the past 40 years,cultivated land has faced the continued anthropogenic interference,which has become a significant issue for cultivated land preservation during rapid urbanization.The purpose of this research was to reveal the spatio-temporal evolutionary characteristics of cultivated land and the correlation between rural population variation and farmland change in China.Fifty county-level administrative units in Zhejiang Province were selected as the study area wherein spatio-temporal evolution comparative analysis for every 5 years from 2000 to 2015 was conducted.This study used the pool method to estimate the impacts of the rural population variation,average slope,average elevation,rural residential disposable income,primary industry proportion,and road density on farmland utilization efficiency from the spatial perspective,which is represented by landscape metrics including the mean patch size,edge density,area weighted mean shape index,and area weighted mean patch fractal dimension.This study showed that the cultivated land landscape index continued to rise after 2000 and then started decreasing after 2010,indicating a reduction in human interference after 2010.The spatial variation of rural population of all county-level administrative units decreased from 2000 to 2010,and 62%of them began to increase after 2010.The regression analysis results showed that the spatial variation of rural population was significantly and negatively correlated with the cultivated land landscape while the rural residential disposable income,average slope and primary industry proportion were all significantly and positively related to the cultivated land landscape index.The results implied that the loss of the agricultural labor force and the difficulty of sloping farmlands adapting to mechanized farming were unconducive to farmland utilization efficiency improvement,and the increase in nonagricultural activities in rural areas would increase the difficulty of cultivated land preservation.Our analysis suggests that local governments should improve the production efficiency of fragmented land or strengthen the construction control of housing and facilities in rural areas according to their regional urbanization development situation. | ZHANG Mingyu CHEN Qiuxiao ZHANG Kewei | 2021 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2021,31,9: | 1 |

| 6 | A new vibration mechanism of balancing machine for satellite-borne spinning rotors显示文摘The centrifugal force and overturning moment generated by satellite-borne rotating payload have a significant impact on the stability of on-orbit satellite attitude, which must be controlled to the qualified range. For the satellite-borne rotors' low working revs and large centroidal deviation and height, and that the horizontal vibration produced by centrifugal force is not of the same magnitude as the torsional vibration by overturning moment, the balancing machine's measurement accuracy is low. Analysis shows that the mixture of horizontal vibration and torsional vibration of the vibrational mechanism contribute mainly to the machine's performance, as well as the instability of vibration center position. A vibrational mechanism was put forward, in which the horizontal and torsional vibration get separated effectively by way of fixing the vibration center. | 10 | The heterogeneous immune landscape between lung adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma revealed by single-cell RNA sequencing显示文摘A thorough interrogation of the immune landscape is crucial for immunotherapy strategy selection and prediction of clinical responses in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)techniques have prompted the opportunity to dissect the distinct immune signatures between lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)and lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC),the two major subtypes of NSCLC.Here,we performed scRNA-seq on 72,475 immune cells from 40 samples of tumor and matched adjacent normal tissues spanning 19 NSCLC patients,and drew a systematic immune cell transcriptome atlas.Joint analyses of the distinct cellular compositions,differentilly expressed genes(DEGs),cell-cell interactions,pseudotime trajectory,transcriptomic factors and prognostic factors based on The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),revealed the central roles of cytotoxic and effector T and NK cells and the distinct functional macrophages(Mo)subtypes in the immune microenvironment heterogeneity between LUAD and LUSC.The dominant subtype of Mo was FABP4-Mp in LUAD and SPP1-Mo in LUSC.Importantly,we identifieda novel lymphocyte-related Mo cluster,which we named SELENOP-Mo,and further established its antitumor role in both types,especially in LUAD.Our comprehensive depiction of the immune heterogeneity and definition of Mp clusters could help design personalized treatment for lung cancer patients in clinical practice. | Chengdi Wang Qiuxiao Yu Tingting Song Zhoufeng Wang Lujia Song Ying Yang Jun Shao Jingwei Li Yinyun Ni Ningning Chao Li Zhang Weimin Li | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9: | 1 |

| 14 | SAR imaging method for sea scene target based on improved phase retrieval algorithm显示文摘Due to the influence of the platform random motion and electromagnetic propagation in turbulent media, the synthetic aperture radar(SAR) high resolution imaging for the sea scenes where there are large amounts of water returns with some target(land) returns is very difficult. To solve this problem, a SAR imaging method based on the improved phase retrieval(PR) algorithm is proposed. First, a filter is added to the conventional PR algorithm which can reduce the influence of water returns on the reconstruction of the targets and improve the reconstruction result of the targets. Then, the corrupted phase of the Fourier transform of the intensity image in the iterative process, which can improve the stability of the iterative algorithm, is used to reduce the recovery errors, and a better recovery performance is achieved.
