| 3 | The structural,electronic and magnetic properties of the 3d TM(V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni and Cu) doped ZnO nanotubes:A first-principles study显示文摘We have performed the first-principles calculations onto the structural,electronic and magnetic properties of seven 3d transition-metal(TM=V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni and Cu) atom substituting cation Zn in both zigzag(10,0) and armchair(6,6) zinc oxide nanotubes(ZnONTs).The results show that there exists a structural distortion around 3d TM impurities with respect to the pristine ZnONTs.The magnetic moment increases for V-,Cr-doped ZnONTs and reaches maximum for Mn-doped ZnONTs,and then decreases for Fe-,Co-,Ni-and Cu-doped ZnONTs successively,which is consistent with the predicted trend of Hund's rule for maximizing the magnetic moments of the doped TM ions.However,the values of the magnetic moments are smaller than the predicted values of Hund's rule due to strong hybridization between p orbitals of the nearest neighbor O atoms of ZnONTs and d orbitals of the TM atoms.Furthermore,the Mn-,Fe-,Co-,Cu-doped(10,0) and(6,6) ZnONTs with half-metal and thus 100% spin polarization characters seem to be good candidates for spintronic applications. | ZHANG JianMin GAO Dan XU KeWei | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,3: | 5 |

| 5 | Analysis and comparison of three leg models for bionic locust robot based on landing buffering performance显示文摘Good landing buffering performance can reduce impact and vibration for the bionic locust jumping robot; thus, a landing buffer is important in evaluating the motion performance of the bionic locust robot. In particular, the legs of the robot are the main structures that realize the buffer; thus, its structure affects buffering performance. Three typical leg structure models are established based on the physiological analysis of the locust leg and research status, namely, bionic leg, multi-constraint leg, and arc legs. Kinematic and force analyses are conducted for these types of legs. Particularly, flexible deformation of leg link is considered in the analysis to describe the movement process accurately. In order to compare the buffering performance of these types of legs quantitatively, the performance indices with maximum buffering distance, the energy absorption capability, and the mechanical property are presented. Based on the performance indices, the structure parameters are analyzed and optimized. The buffering performance of the three leg structures is compared with the comprehensive performance of different structures in each best state. This study offers a quantitative analysis and comparison for different legs of bionic locust jumping robot based on landing buffering performance. | 8 | Impact Analysis of Solar Irradiance Change on Precision Orbit Determination of Navigation Satellites显示文摘Solar radiation pressure is the main driving force and error source for precision orbit determination of navigation satellites.It is proportional to the solar irradiance,which is the'sun constant'.In regular calculation,the'solar constant'is regard as a constant.However,due to the existence of sunspots,flares,etc.,the solar constant is not fixed,the change in the year is about 1%.To investigate the variation of solar irradiance,we use interpolation and average segment modeling of total solar irradiance data of SORCE,establishing variance solar radiation pressure(VARSRP)model and average solar radiation pressure(AVESRP)model based on the built solar pressure model(SRPM)(constant model).According to observation data of global positioning system(GPS)and Beidou system(BDS)in 2015 and comparing the solar pressure acceleration of VARSRP,AVESRP and SRPM,the magnitude of change can reach 10-10 m/s^2.In addition,according to the satellite precise orbit determination,for GPS satellites,the results of VARSRP and AVESRP are slightly smaller than those of the SRPM model,and the improvement is between 0.1 to 0.5 mm.For geosynchronous orbit(GEO)satellites of BDS,The AVESRP and VARSRP have an improvement of 3.5 mm and 4.0 mm,respectively,based on overlapping arc,and SLR check results show the AVESRP model and the VARSRP model is improved by 2.3 mm and 3.5 mm,respectively.Moreover,the change of inclined geosynchronous orbit(IGSO)satellites and medium earth orbit(MEO)satellites is relatively small,and the improvement is smaller than 0.5 mm. | ZHANG Yan WANG Xiaoya XI Kewei SHAO Fan | 2019 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2019,36,6: | 4 |

| 11 | Inhibition of intracellular proton-sensitive Ca^(2+)-permeable TRPV3 channels protects against ischemic brain injury显示文摘Ischemic brain stroke is pathologically characterized by tissue acidosis, sustained calcium entry and progressive cell death. Previous studies focusing on antagonizing N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA) receptors have failed to translate any clinical benefits, suggesting a non-NMDA mechanism involved in the sustained injury after stroke. Here, we report that inhibition of intracellular proton-sensitive Ca^(2+)-permeable transient receptor potential vanilloid 3(TRPV3) channel protects against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury. TRPV3 expression is upregulated in mice subjected to cerebral I/R injury. Silencing of TRPV3 reduces intrinsic neuronal excitability, excitatory synaptic transmissions, and also attenuates cerebral I/R injury in mouse model of transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(tMCAO). Conversely, overexpressing or re-expressing TRPV3 increases neuronal excitability, excitatory synaptic transmissions and aggravates cerebral I/R injury. Furthermore, specific inhibition of TRPV3 by natural forsythoside B decreases neural excitability and attenuates cerebral I/R injury. | 16 | Phosphatase activity and culture conditions of the yeast Candida mycoderma sp. and analysis of organic phosphorus hydrolysis ability显示文摘Orthophosphate is an essential but limiting macronutrient for plant growth. About 67%cropland in China lacks sufficient phosphorus, especially that with red soil. Extensive soil phosphorus reserves exist in the form of organic phosphorus, which is unavailable for root uptake unless hydrolyzed by secretory acid phosphatases. Thus, many microorganisms with the ability to produce phosphatase have been exploited. In this work, the activity of an extracellular acid phosphatase and yeast biomass from Candida mycoderma was measured under different culture conditions, such as p H, temperature, and carbon source. A maximal phosphatase activity of 8.47 × 105± 0.11 × 105U/g was achieved by C. Mycoderma in 36 hr under the optimal conditions. The extracellular acid phosphatase has high activity over a wide p H tolerance range from 2.5 to 5.0(optimum p H 3.5). The effects of different phosphorus compounds on the acid phosphatase production were also studied. The presence of phytin, lecithin or calcium phosphate reduced the phosphatase activity and biomass yield significantly. In addition, the p H of the culture medium was reduced significantly by lecithin. The efficiency of the strain in releasing orthophosphate from organic phosphorus was studied in red soil(used in planting trees) and rice soil(originating as red soil). The available phosphorus content was increased by 230% after inoculating20 days in rice soil and decreased by 50% after inoculating 10 days in red soil.
