1Insights into tertiary lymphoid structures in the solid tumor microenvironment: anti-tumor mechanism, functional regulation, and immunotherapeutic strategies显示文摘Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLSs)are ectopic immune cell aggregations that develop in peripheral tissues in response to a wide range of chronic inflammatory conditions,including infection,autoimmune disease,and cancer.In the tumor microenvironment(TME),the structures of TLSs,including B-cell-and T-cell-enriched areas indicate that the TLSs might be the local site during the initiation and maintenance of humoral and cellular immune responses against cancers.Numerous studies have evaluated the expression of TLSs in different cancer patients and their association with prognoses of cancer patients.It was shown that welldeveloped TLSs characterized by mature B cells synthesized tumor specific antibodies,which were considered as specific markers for a good prognosis.However,there are still some immunosuppressive factors existing in the TLSs that may affect anti-tumor responses.These factors include dysfunctional B cells,regulatory T cells,and T follicular regulatory cells.The complexity and heterogeneity of the TLS composition may affect the function and activity of TLSs;it is therefore essential to fully understand the function and influencing factors in TLSs.It has been reported that checkpoint inhibitors and vaccines are currently being developed to reprogram the TME by establishing mature TLSs to improve cancer immunotherapies.In this review,we focused on recent advances in TLSs in human solid tumors,including structural characteristics and classes,antitumor mechanisms,immunosuppressive factors,and TLSbased therapeutic approaches.Hua Zhao Hao Wang Qiuru Zhou Xiubao Ren 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4:2

5Multi-Scale Image Segmentation Model for Fine-Grained Recognition of Zanthoxylum Rust显示文摘Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim,generally called prickly ash,is widely grown in China.Zanthoxylum rust is the main disease affecting the growth and quality of Zanthoxylum.Traditional method for recognizing the degree of infection of Zanthoxylum rust mainly rely on manual experience.Due to the complex colors and shapes of rust areas,the accuracy of manual recognition is low and difficult to be quantified.In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence technology in the agricultural field has gradually increased.In this paper,based on the DeepLabV2 model,we proposed a Zanthoxylum rust image segmentation model based on the FASPP module and enhanced features of rust areas.This paper constructed a fine-grained Zanthoxylum rust image dataset.In this dataset,the Zanthoxylum rust image was segmented and labeled according to leaves,spore piles,and brown lesions.The experimental results showed that the Zanthoxylum rust image segmentation method proposed in this paper was effective.The segmentation accuracy rates of leaves,spore piles and brown lesions reached 99.66%,85.16%and 82.47%respectively.MPA reached 91.80%,and MIoU reached 84.99%.At the same time,the proposed image segmentation model also had good efficiency,which can process 22 images per minute.This article provides an intelligent method for efficiently and accurately recognizing the degree of infection of Zanthoxylum rust.Fan Yang Jie Xu Haoliang Wei Meng Ye Mingzhu Xu Qiuru Fu Lingfei Ren Zhengwen Huang 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,5:0

7A case study of aggregation behaviors of titanium dioxide nanoparticles in the presence of dodecylbenzene sulfonate in natural water显示文摘The present work aims to ascertain the mechanisms of surfactant(dodecylbenzene sulfonate; DBS) effects on the aggregation behaviors of TiO2 nanoparticles(TiO2-NPs) in natural water samples. Aggregation experiments were conducted at a TiO2-NPs concentration of 10 mg/L in deionized water and in natural water samples via dynamic light scattering and Zeta potential determination. Average attachment efficiency was calculated to compare the aggregation behaviors of nanoparticles in the two aqueous media. Results showed that the effects of DBS on aggregation could be interpreted by both Derjaguin–Landau–Verwey–Overbeek(DLVO) and non-DLVO mechanisms. In natural water samples,aggregation did not occur rapidly and was able to develop slowly under all conditions, and the roles of DBS were obvious at high DBS concentration owing to the impacts of inherent components of natural water samples, such as colloids and natural organic compounds.Future aggregation studies should concentrate on multi-factor, multi-colloidal and dynamic aspects under similar environmental conditions.Xin Du Xiuheng Wang Shijie You Qiuru Wang Xiaobo Gong 2015Journal of Environmental Sciences2015,27,10:0
