1Infective viruses produced from full-length complementary DNA of swine vesicular disease viruses HK/70 strain显示文摘The full-length cDNA clone of swine vesicular disease virus HK/70 strain named pSVOK12 was constructed in order to study the antigenicity, replication, maturation and pathogenicity of swine vesicular disease virus. In vitro transcription RNA from pSVOK12 transfected IBRS-2 cells and the re- covered virus RNA were isolated and sequenced, then indirect hemagglutination test, indirect im- munofluorescence assays, eleectron microscope test, 50% tissue culture infecting dose (TCID50) assays and mouse virulence studies were performed to study the antigenicity and virulence of the recovered virus. The result showed that the infectious clones we ob- tained and the virus derived from pSVOK12 had the same biological properties as the parental strain HK/70. 3Sequencing and analysis for the full-length genome RNA of foot-and-mouth disease virus China/99显示文摘The complete nucleotide sequence of genomic RNA of foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV) strain China/99 from infected bovine tongue epithelium is presented. The nucleotide sequence extending from the 5′ end of the genomic RNA to the 5′ end of poly (A) tail contains 8173 nucleotides (nt). Its open reading frame, which encodes a single polypeptide of 2332 amino acids, encompasses 6999 nt starting from the initiation codon AUG and terminating at the UAA codon 93 bases upstream from the 5′ end of poly (A) tract. The 5′ untranslated region (UTR) is composed of 1081nt. The consensus of the 1d gene of FMDV strain China/99 compared with that of UKG/6/2001, UKG/12/2001, China/99HN4 and China/3/Tibet is over 97%. The result showed the stains belong to the members of the Pan-Asia family. There is a remarkable differentiation in the function-unknown (FUR), p2 and p3 regions between FMDV isolates from infected cattle and swine, especially in 3a gene. No deletion was found in genes l, 1a, 1b, 2a, 2c, 3b, and 3d. These genes might be indispensable to the surviving of FMDV. 4Successful operation of a cooperative SLR station of China and Argentina in San Juan显示文摘We introduced the observations and researches using a Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) system with high precision, which was designed and made in China and installed in the Observatory of San Juan Uni- versity, Argentina, the capability of the system and the achievement of the cooperative procedure be- tween China and Argentina. The SLR station in San Juan, set up by China and Argentina, is quite sig- nificant for improving the distribution of SLR stations and enhancing the orbital coverage of the whole earth. Since the SLR system started to work in the Observatory of San Juan University in the beginning of 2006, the operation is rather good, and rich data with high precision have been obtained. 11MoS_(2) on topological insulator Bi_(2)Te_(3) thin films:Activation of the basal plane for hydrogen reduction显示文摘2H-MoS_(2) is a well-studied and promising non-noble metal electrocatalyst for heterogeneous reactions,such as the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).The performance is largely limited by the chemically inert basal plane,which is unfavorable for surface adsorption and reactions.Herein,we report a facile method to boost the HER activities of 2H-MoS_(2) by coupling with epitaxial Bi2Te3 topological insulator films.The as-obtained MoS_(2)/Bi2Te3/SrTiO3 catalyst exhibits prominent HER catalytic activities compared to that of pure MoS_(2) structures,with a 189 mV decrease in the overpotential required to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2) and a low Tafel slope of 58 mV dec−1.Theoretical investigations suggest that the enhanced catalytic activity originates from the charge redistribution at the interface between the Bi2Te3topological insulator films and the MoS_(2) layer.The delocalized sp-derived topological surface states could denote electrons to the MoS_(2) layer and activate the basal plane for hydrogen adsorption.This study demonstrates the potential of manipulating topological surface states to design high-performance electrocatalysts.Guowei Lia Jue Huang Qun Yang Liguo Zhang Qingge Mu Yan Sun Stuart Parkin Kai Chang Claudia Felser 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,11:1

18Effect of Ethanol on Synthesis and Electrochemical Property of Mesoporous Al-doped Titanium Dioxide via Solid-state Reaction显示文摘Mesoporous aluminum-doped titanium dioxide(Al-TiO2) materials with high specific surface areas were prepared via a solid-state reaction route.The properties of these materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),N2 absorption-desorption,ultraviolet visible light spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and electrochemical spectroscopy.The results show that the mesoporous structure of the product with ethanol is composed of anatase laced crystal walls with amorphous grain boundaries formed gradually by degradation.Compared with those without ethanol,these samples possess larger crystallite size since ethanol decreases the pore size at higher temperature.With the increase of ethanol amount,however,the crystallite size will grow.The amorphous grain boundaries in the mesoporous material,with a large impedance and low incidental cyclic potential,are difficult to effectively degrade and the phase transformation temperature is changed from 500 to 550℃.The growth rate of Al-TiO2 crystallites that obeys the quadratic polynomial equation may be controlled.LIU Shaoyou LU Jianping FENG Qingge TANG Wcnhua 2011Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2011,19,4:1
