| 1 | 密歇根筛查量表对糖尿病神经病变的诊断价值显示文摘目的探讨密歇根神经病变筛查量表(MNSI)在诊断糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)中的价值。方法糖尿病患者267例分别进行MNSI筛查和神经电生理检查,依MNSI体检评分将患者分为A组(0~2.4分)112例、B组(2.5—4.4分)88例及c组(I〉4.5分)67例,比较各组间的性别、年龄及病程等一般资料情况和神经电生理检查结果的差异。对MNSI问卷中可能影响DPN的问题进行逐步Logistic回归分析,将MNSI问卷评分和体检评分与上述相关指标进行相关性分析。结果(1)A组患者年龄、糖尿病病程低于B、C组,C组患者无波形比例(16.42%)高于其余2组(P〈0.05)。(2)A组患者的胫后神经运动神经波幅以及双下肢感觉、运动神经传导速度均高于B、c组,其DPN确诊率(50.89%)低于B、C组(P〈0.05)。(3)MNSI问卷中问题1、2、11及14是DPN的影响因素。(4)MNsI问卷评分与患者年龄、糖尿病病程呈正相关,与胫后神经运动神经波幅、双下肢感觉神经传导速度呈负相关;MNSI体检评分与患者年龄、糖尿病病程、人体质量指数呈正相关,与胫后神经运动神经波幅、双下肢感觉神经、运动神经传导速度呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论以MNSI问卷评分4分,体检评分2分为截点,能较好诊断出神经电生理异常,且DPN的检出率明显提高。 | 张春风 谢云 Priyadarshini Yonzon 尹爱莉 徐津咏 崔壮 | 2013 | 天津医药2013,41,3: | 23 |
| 2 | Comparative study of outcomes following laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy in morbidly obese patients: A case control study显示文摘AIM To compare the impact of laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(LRYGB) and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG) on weight loss and obesity related comorbidities over two year follow-up via case control study design.METHODS Forty patients undergoing LRYGB, who completed their two year follow-up were matched with 40 patients undergoing LSG for age, gender, body mass index and presence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Data of these patients was retrospectively reviewed to compare the outcome in terms of weight loss and improvement in comorbidities, i.e., T2 DM, hypertension(HTN), obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS), hypothyroidism and gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).RESULTS Percentage excess weight loss(EWL%) was similar in LRYGB and LSG groups at one year follow-up(70.5% vs 66.5%, P = 0.36) while it was significantly greater for LRYGB group after two years as compared to LSG group(76.5% vs 67.9%, P = 0.04). The complication rate after LRYGB and LSG was similar(10% vs 7.5%,P = 0.99). The median duration of T2 DM and mean number of oral hypoglycemic agents were higher in LRYGB group than LSG group(7 years vs 5 years and 2.2 vs 1.8 respectively, P < 0.05). Both LRYGB and LSG had significant but similar improvement in T2 DM, HTN, OSAS and hypothyroidism. However, GERD resolved in all patients undergoing LRYGB while it resolved in only 50% cases with LSG. Eight point three percent patients developed new-onset GERD after LSG.CONCLUSION LRYGB has better outcomes in terms of weight loss two years after surgery as compared to LSG. The impact of LRYGB and LSG on T2 DM, HTN, OSAS and hypothyroidism is similar. | 3 | Minimizing transmission loss using inspired ant colony optimization and Markov Chain Monte Carlo in underwater WSN environment显示文摘In Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks(UWSNs),the most important challenging issues are propagation delay,high error probability,high latency,high communication cost,limited bandwidth,limited memory,low packet delivery ratio,and transmission loss.In our proposed work,the various efforts are taken to minimize the propagation delay and transmission loss during data transmission in an underwater environment.A hybrid mechanism is implemented to improve energy efficiency for faster data transmission in underwater WSN.In the underwater environment of acoustic channel condition,propagation delay and transmission loss lead to high complexity in accessing the information and also it is difficult to obtain the Channel Status Information(CSI).To address this problem,Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)routing with Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)algorithm is used and to capture the transmission loss in the MCMC approach,CSI Forecast Prediction(FP)algorithm is used.The experimental simulations are evaluated by utilizing the performance evaluation metrics such as Transmission Loss,Probability Density Function,Average Delay and Throughput.From the simulation results it is evident that the proposed algorithm,ACO-MCMC has recorded the minimum transmission loss,increase in probability density function,minimum average delay and maximum throughput of the network when compared to the existing algorithms. | Raj Priyadarshini R Sivakumar N | 2019 | Journal of Ocean Engineering and Science2019,4,4: | 7 |

| 6 | Rice GLUTATHIONE PEROXIDASE1-mediated oxidation of bZIP68 positively regulates ABA-independent osmotic stress signaling显示文摘Osmotic stress caused by drought and high salinity is a significant environmental threat that limits plant growth and agricultural yield. Redox regulation plays an important role in plant stress responses, but the mechanisms by which plants perceive and transduce redox signals are still underexplored. Here, we report a critical function for the thiol peroxidase GPX1 in osmotic stress response in rice, where it serves as a redox sensor and transducer. GPX1 is quickly oxidized upon exposure to osmotic stress and forms an intramolecular disulfide bond, which is required for the activation of bZIP68, a VRE-like basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor involved in the ABA-independent osmotic stress response pathway. The disulfide exchange between GPX1 and bZIP68 induces homo-tetramerization of bZIP68 and thus positively regulates osmotic stress response by regulating osmotic-responsive gene expression. Furthermore, we discovered that the nuclear translocation of GPX1 is regulated by its acetylation under osmotic stress.
