1日粮蛋白浓度对肉牛瘤胃代谢与血液尿素氮的影响显示文摘为探索日粮蛋白水平对瘤胃发酵、血液尿素氮浓度及瘤胃微生物数量的影响,选用6头体重(154±13.2)kg雄性泰国本地生长肉牛,采用随机3×3拉丁方试验设计法,分别喂给粗蛋白浓度4.3%、7.3%和10.3%(干物质基础)的全混日粮,测定不同蛋白水平日粮的血液尿素氮、瘤胃氨基氮、pH值、总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸含量和瘤胃液中原虫、真菌及细菌的数量。结果表明:瘤胃氨基氮、血液尿素氮的浓度随着日粮蛋白水平的提高而显著增加(P<0.05);瘤胃液pH值、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度及脂肪酸中乙酸、丙酸和丁酸的比例,瘤胃液中原虫、真菌及细菌的数量受日粮粗蛋白浓度的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。认为,日粮的蛋白质水平影响肉牛体内蛋白质代谢,但对瘤胃液pH、脂肪酸代谢和瘤胃微生物数量影响不明显。陈胜昌 夏先林 Pramote Peangkoun 2011贵州农业科学2011,39,8:22
2不同饲料饲草营养物质瘤胃降解率研究显示文摘文中探讨了不同饲料饲草在山羊瘤胃的降解特性,旨在解决贵州省山羊饲料缺乏营养价值参数的问题。试验以2只安装瘤胃瘘管的山羊为试验动物,采用瘤胃尼龙袋法对蛋白饲料、能量饲料、豆科牧草、禾本科牧草、混合牧草的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、有机物(OM)的瘤胃降率进行了比较研究。结果表明:DM有效降解率(%)值依次为67.46、59.27、74.69、52.72、62.91;CP有效降解率(%)值依次为66.31、58.66、78.17、59.84、62.75;OM有效降解率(%)值依次为69.07、67.14、78.75、62.50、63.44。各类饲料的DM、CP、OM的瘤胃有效降解率之间差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,不同类型饲料的瘤胃降解特性是不同的,豆科牧草DM、CP、OM的有效降解率最高,营养价值最佳。吴仙 韩勇 夏先林 Pramote Paengkoum 金深逊 张宗庆 2011饲料工业2011,32,15:19
3干旱季节日粮中添加益生菌和过瘤胃脂肪酸对饲喂玉米青贮料生长山羊平均日增重和瘤胃代谢的影响(英文)显示文摘本试验目的在于调查添加益生菌、棕榈油过瘤胃脂肪酸(POBF)和益生菌+POBF对饲喂玉米青贮料的生长山羊平均日增重和瘤胃代谢影响。试验选用了27只约5月龄、体重(13 .4±1 .3) kg杂交生长山羊(Thai native×Anglo-Nubian) ,根据完全随机因子试验方法分成9组,进行10周饲养试验。POBF包含0、20和40 g/(goat.d)3个水平,益生菌包含0、2 .5和5 .0 g/(goat.d) 3个水平。结果表明:POBF显著地降低日均干物质采食量(DMI)(P<0 .05) ,益生菌提高DMI(P<0 .05) ,20 g/(goat.d) POBF +益生菌[2 .5和5 .0 g/(goat.d)]不影响DMI(P>0 .05)。益生菌和益生菌+POBF显著提高平均日增重( ADG)(P<0 .05)。益生菌极显著地提高DM和OM消化率(P<0 .01) ,POBF+益生菌显著提高DM和OM消化率(P<0 .05)。POBF、益生菌、P0BF+益生菌均提高CP消化率(P>0 .05)。益生菌和POBF+益生菌显著提高NDF消化率(P<0 .05)。益生菌、POBF和益生菌+POBF极显著提高挥发性脂肪酸总量(P<0 .01)和丙酸百分比例(P<0 .05) ,降低乙酸百分比例(P>0 .05)。本试验结果证明:益生菌和POBF都能提高饲喂玉米青贮料的生长山羊ADG和瘤胃代谢水平,添加2 .5 g/(goat.d)益生菌和20 g/(goat.d) POBF效果较好,同时添加2 .5 g/(goat.d)益生菌和20 g/(goat.d) POBF效果最佳。韩勇 Pramote Paengkoum 夏先林 王德凤 2008动物营养学报2008,20,3:8

5Comparison of forage yield,silage fermentative quality,anthocyanin stability,antioxidant activity,and in vitro rumen fermentation of anthocyanin-rich purple corn(Zea mays L.) stover and sticky corn stover显示文摘The objective of this study was to observe the forage yield, silage fermentative quality, anthocyanin stability, and antioxidant activity during the storage period and in vitro rumen fermentation of anthocyanin-rich purple corn(Zea mays L.) stover(PS)and sticky corn stover(SS). Forage yield of corn stover was weighed and ensiled with two treatments:(1) hybrid sticky waxy corn stover(control), and(2) hybrid purple waxy corn stover(treatment). Samples were stored in mini-silos for periods of 0, 7, 14, 21,42, 63, 84, and 105 d. The results showed that PS had significantly higher(P<0.05) yields of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM), gross energy(GE), crude protein(CP), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF), and total anthocyanins than that of the SS. Anthocyanin-rich purple corn stover silage(PSS) showed higher(P<0.05) levels of DM and CP relative to the sticky corn stover silage(SSS). Although anthocyanin-rich PSS displayed a lower(P<0.05)level of pelargonidin-3-glucoside(P3G), it had higher(P<0.05) levels of peonidin(Peo) and pelargonidin(Pel) compared to the control. Delphinidin(Del) and malvidin(Mal) were not detected in SSS during the ensilage period; in PSS, Del was no longer detected after 7 d of ensilage. Specifically, total anthocyanins in anthocyanin-rich PSS decreased rapidly(P<0.05)prior to 7 d of ensilage, and then remained at relatively stable(P>0.05) constants. Compared to the anthocyanin-rich PSS,SSS displayed significantly higher(P<0.05) pH value and ammonia nitrogen(NH_3-N) content. Propionic acid(PA) at 0 d and butyric acid(BA) during the entire study period were not detected, whereas anthocyanin-rich PSS showed a higher(P<0.05) level of lactic acid(LA) than that of the SSS. Compared with the SSS extract, anthocyanin-rich PSS extract showed a higher(P<0.05) level of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) scavenging activity and displayed a lower(P<0.05) half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50)) value. Moreover, anthocyanin-rich PSS reduced(P<0.05) gas production(GP), and displayed lower levels of immediately soluble fraction and ratio of acetic acid(AA) to PA at 12 h, but the other parameters were unaffected(P>0.05) relative to the control. 6紫玉米秸秆青贮饲料对热应激奶山羊能量利用、血浆代谢和抗氧化参数的影响显示文摘试验采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,选取8只体况良好的经产萨能奶山羊[体重(41.50±1.84)kg;平均数±标准差]随机分为4组,四种日粮处理分别为(粗饲料均占日粮干物质50%):粗饲料为稻草组(NC)、黏玉米秸秆青贮饲料组(PC1)、黏玉米秸秆青贮饲料+1 g/d商业紫玉米花青素提取物组(PC2)及紫玉米秸秆青贮饲料组(AR)。每期试验周期持续21 d,其中最后7 d为样品采集期。结果表明:1)羊舍平均温度、湿度与温湿指数分别为30.54℃、72.66%及82.28。2)黏玉米和紫玉米秸秆青贮饲料蛋白和能量价值参数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。3)NC组显示较低水平(P<0.05)的消化能、代谢能、总能表观消化能与总能利用率;AR组消化能利用率显著(P<0.05)高于其他组。4)NC组葡萄糖显著(P<0.05)低于PC2组和AR组;但尿素氮显著(P<0.05)高于其他组。5)PC2与AR组谷胱甘肽S-转移酶显著(P<0.05)高于NC和PC1组;PC2与AR组丙二醛显著(P<0.05)低于NC和PC1组。由此可见,紫玉米秸秆青贮饲料可提高热应激奶山羊的消化能利用率,改善能量利用;对血浆代谢参数无副作用影响,但可提升抗氧化参数,有缓解奶山羊热应激的潜力。田亚原 覃谭 张旭林 覃继肖 王旭 卢琦 Paengkoum Pramote 田兴舟 2021中国粮油学报2021,36,8:6
7ADAPTIVE FINITE ELEMENT METHOD FOR HIGH-SPEED FLOW-STRUCTURE INTERACTION显示文摘An adaptive finite element method for high-speed flow-structure interaction is presented. The cell-centered finite element method is combined with an adaptive meshing technique to solve the Navier-Stokes equations for high-speed compressible flow behavior. The energy equation and the quasi-static structural equations for aerodynamically heated structures are solved by applying the Galerkin finite element method. The finite element formulation and computational procedure are described. 8Streamline upwind finite element method for conjugate heat transfer problems显示文摘This paper presents a combined finite element method for solving conjugate heat transfer problems where heat conduction in a solid is coupled with heat convection in viscous fluid flow. The streamline upwind finite element method is used for the analysis of thermal viscous flow in the fluid region, whereas the analysis of heat conduction in solid region is performed by the Galerkin method. The method uses the three-node triangular element with equal-order interpolation functions for all the variables of the velocity components,the pressure and the temperature. The main advantage of the proposed method is to consistently couple heat transfer along the fluid-solid interface. 10常用牧草对山羊瘤胃内环境参数的影响显示文摘为从微观角度评定山羊饲料营养价值,探讨6种山羊常用牧草对瘤胃内环境参数的影响。试验选用2只装有瘤胃瘘管山羊,采用瘤胃尼龙袋法,分别测定瘤胃液pH、氨态氮质量浓度及细菌和原虫数量。结果表明:加入装有牧草的尼龙袋后,瘤胃pH先降低后回升,变化趋势基本一致;瘤胃氨态氮质量浓度在4 h时达到峰值,随后降低至初始水平;牧草对瘤胃原虫数量的影响不一致,但均对瘤胃细菌数量有促进作用。由此可见,添加装有牧草的尼龙袋,可降低山羊瘤胃pH,对瘤胃氨态氮质量浓度及原虫和细菌数量有一定的影响,可能与饲料的品质和营养含量相关。吴仙 李莉娜 粟朝芝 夏先林 Pramote Paengkoum 韩勇 2014饲料研究2014,37,3:2

15Glycoproteomics analysis of plasma proteins associated with Opisthorchis viverrini infection-induced cholangiocarcinoma in hamster model显示文摘Objective: To apply lectin affinity chromatography and glycoproteomics-based LC-MS/MS to preliminarily investigate the possible potential plasma biomarkers of Opisthorchis viverrini(OV)-associated CCA in OV/dimethylnitrosamine(DMN)-induced CCA hamster model. Methods: Nine Syrian hamsters were divided into 3 groups as follows(n=3 each): normal(healthy control group); OV group; and OV/DMN group(CCA group). Pooled plasma samples collected from animals in each group at the 6th month post-infection with OV metacercarae were subjected to glycoproteomics analysis. Glycoproteins in the pooled sample from each group were initially isolated by concanavilin A(Con A)-based affinity chromatography. The expression of glycoproteins isolated by both enrichment methods were determined using LCMS/MS. Results: Among the 24 Con A-binding glycoproteins isolated, two proteins, N-myc downstream regulated gene 1(NDRG1) and fetuin-B(FETUB) were found up-regulated only in the samples from the OV and control groups, but not in the OV/DMN(CCA) groups. On the other hand, one protein, i.e., NSFL1 cofactor p47 isoform x3(NSFL1C) was found only in the samples from OV/DMN(CCA) and control groups, but not in the OV group. The remaining 21 proteins were upregulated in the samples from all groups. Conclusions: NDRG1, FETUB and NSFL1 C glycoproteins isolated by Con A-based affinity chromatography could be potential biomarkers for CCA. Plasma samples with negative for NDRG1 and FETUB proteins but positive for NSFL1 C are likely to be OV-associated CCA. 17A Novel Multiple Dependent State Sampling Plan Based on Time Truncated Life Tests Using Mean Lifetime显示文摘The design of a new adaptive version of the multiple dependent state(AMDS)sampling plan is presented based on the time truncated life test under the Weibull distribution.We achieved the proposed sampling plan by applying the concept of the double sampling plan and existing multiple dependent state sampling plans.A warning sign for acceptance number was proposed to increase the probability of current lot acceptance.The optimal plan parameters were determined simultaneously with nonlinear optimization problems under the producer’s risk and consumer’s risk.A simulation study was presented to support the proposed sampling plan.A comparison between the proposed and existing sampling plans,namely multiple dependent state(MDS)sampling plans and a modified multiple dependent state(MMDS)sampling plan,was considered under the average sampling number and operating characteristic curve values.In addition,the use of two real datasets demonstrated the practicality and usefulness of the proposed sampling plan.The results indicated that the proposed plan is more flexible and efficient in terms of the average sample number compared to the existing MDS and MMDS sampling plans.Pramote Charongrattanasakul Wimonmas Bamrungsetthapong Poom Kumam 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,12:1
