2Revisions to the Tumor,Node,Metastasis staging of lung cancer(8th edition):Rationale,radiologic findings and clinical implications显示文摘The Tumor, Node, Metastasis(TNM) staging system,adopted by the Union for International Cancer Control(UICC) and the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC), has been recently revised, with the new 8^(th) edition of the staging manual being published in January 2017. This edition has few but important evidencebased changes to the TNM staging system used for lung cancer. Radiologists should be aware of the updated classification system to accurately provide staging information to oncologists and oncosurgeons. 3A review:Advances in microbial remediation of trichloroethylene (TCE)显示文摘Research works in the recent past have revealed three major biodegradation processes leading to the degradation of trichloroethylene. Reductive dechlorination is an anaerobic process in which chlorinated ethenes are used as electron acceptors. On the other hand, cometabolism requires oxygen for enzymatic degradation of chlorinated ethenes, which however yields no benefit for the bacteria involved. The third process is direct oxidation under aerobic conditions whereby chlorinated ethenes are directly used as electron donors by microorganisms. This review presented the current research trend in understanding biodegradation mechanisms with regard to their field applications. 4间歇性断食对老年前期肥胖大鼠肠道菌群及代谢的影响显示文摘目的研究间歇性断食对老年前期肥胖大鼠代谢和肠道菌群的影响。方法雌性Wistar大鼠经42周高脂高糖饲料饲养造模,根据体质量选取模型鼠进行间歇性断食干预。干预方法为每2周断食72 h,总干预时间18周。干预后进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验、血脂4项检测。收集粪便,通过Illumina高通量测序检测16S r RNA基因V4可变区,运用QIIME及LEf Se分析肠道菌群。结果间歇性断食组体质量相对于模型对照组显著下降(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均显著下降(P<0.05);空腹血糖显著上升(P<0.01);葡萄糖耐量测试曲线下面积显著高于模型对照组,糖耐量减退(P<0.05);HE染色显示间歇性断食轻度减少肝脏脂肪变性。肠道菌群结果显示,断食组肠道菌群得到显著改善,具体表现为YS2、RF32、Helicobacteraceae(螺杆菌科)增加,Lactobacillus(乳杆菌属)、Roseburia(罗氏菌属)、Erysipelotrichaceae(韦荣球菌科)、Ralstonia(青枯菌属)、Bradyrhizobiaceae(慢生根瘤菌科)和RF39减少。Spearman相关性分析发现Bradyrhizobiaceae与总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关;大鼠体质量与RF39呈负相关。结论间歇性断食能改善肠道菌群,降低老年前期肥胖大鼠体质量和血脂水平,但对糖代谢有不良影响。容祖华 梁少聪 路浚齐 何彦 罗月梅 游超 夏耿红 Prabhakar M 李攀 周宏伟 2017南方医科大学学报2017,37,4:17

7早期乳腺癌保乳术后部分乳腺高剂量率后装加速照射的毒性反应及美容效果显示文摘目的介绍早期乳腺癌保乳术后单独行局部高剂量率组织间插植加速照射的方法、副作用及美容效果。方法46例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的47个乳腺在肿瘤局部扩大切除后使用了高剂量率^192Ir组织间插植瘤床区加速照射(APBI)。符合条件的患者包括年龄>40岁、T1~T2N0~N1(≤3阳性淋巴结),手术切缘>1~2mm,小叶癌和炎性乳腺癌除外。术后接受高剂量率近距离放疗,2次/d,间隔至少6h,总量34Gy分10次5d完成。治疗后1、6、12个月及以上观察毒性反应及美容效果。结果全组患者随访18~46个月(中位随访34个月),治疗期间急性反应包括红斑、水肿、乳腺触痛和感染共21例(46%),均为1~2级,无3~4级发生。晚期毒性包括皮肤纤维化、乳腺触痛、脂肪坏死及毛细血管扩张1+2级加例(43%),3级2例(4%),其中1例疗后接受6个周期系统化疗。美容效果达到极好和良好的在6、12个月分别为95%、98%,无一局部复发。结论早期乳腺癌保乳术后APBI后装组织间插植技术具有良好美容功效,急性和晚期毒性作用小,局部控制率有待于长期随访观察。修霞 Tripuraneni Prabhakar Giap Huan Lin Ray Chu Colin 2007中华放射肿瘤学杂志2007,16,1:7
8Unusual fistulas and connections in the cardiovascular system: A pictorial review显示文摘A fistula is an abnormal vascular connection leading to diversion of blood from a high resistance arterial circuit to low resistance venous circuit. Coronary artery fistulas are abnormal communications of the coronary artery with a chamber of the heart, or with any segment of systemic or pulmonary circulation, bypassing the myocardial capillaries. Other unusual fistulas include connection between aorta and the right atrium/superior vena cava, aorta and the inferior vena cava or between a coronary artery bypass graft and a cardiac vein. Abnormal connections also include origin of the coronary artery from the pulmonary artery. 9尾穗苋甲醇提取物对扑热息痛致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用(英文)显示文摘目的:检测尾穗苋(Amaranthus caudatus)甲醇提取物对扑热息痛致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:5组大鼠分别给予羧甲基纤维素钠、扑热息痛、尾穗苋甲醇提取物(200或400mg/kg)并扑热息痛、水飞蓟素并扑热息痛。给药14d后采集大鼠血样进行血液生化检查,而后处死大鼠,收集各组大鼠肝脏组织样本供组织病理学检查。检测的指标包括肝功能标志物如丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、血清白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、总蛋白(total protein,TP)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TB)和直接胆红素(direct bilirubin,DB)及氧化损伤标志物如丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(reduced glutathione,GSH)、总硫醇(total thiols,TT)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)。结果:与未治疗组相比,浓度为200和400mg/kg的尾穗苋甲醇提取物均能显著改善由扑热息痛引起的大鼠肝损伤,改善扑热息痛导致的ALT、AST、TB和DB水平升高及血清ALB水平降低(P<0.01)。与未治疗组相比,浓度为200和400mg/kg的尾穗苋甲醇提取物能够显著降低扑热息痛导致的MDA及TP水平增高(P<0.01),并显著升高GSH、CAT及TT水平(P<0.01)。大鼠肝脏组织病理学检查的结果也证实了尾穗苋甲醇提取物对大鼠肝脏的保护作用。结论:本研究证实了尾穗苋的甲醇提取物对于扑热息痛引起的大鼠肝损伤具有显著的保护作用,证实了其在民族医学中治疗肝病的药用价值。Bagepalli Srinivas Ashok Kumar Kuruba Lakshman Peresandra Avalakondarayppa Arun Kumar Gollapalle Lakshminarayana Shastry Viswantha Veeresh Prabhakar Veerapur Boreddy Shivanadppa Thippeswamy Bachappa Manoj 2011中西医结合学报2011,9,2:5

12Critical role of OX40 signaling in the TCR-independent phase of human and murine thymic Treg generation显示文摘Regulatory T cells(Tregs)play a pivotal role in immune-tolerance,and loss of Treg function can lead to the development of autoimmunity.Natural Tregs generated in the thymus substantially contribute to the Treg pool in the periphery,where they suppress self-reactive effector T cells(Teff)responses.Recently,we showed that OX40L(TNFSF4)is able to drive selective proliferation of peripheral Tregs independent of canonical antigen presentation(CAP-independent)in the presence of low-dose IL-2.Therefore,we hypothesized that OX40 signaling might be integral to the TCR-independent phase of murine and human thymic Treg(tTreg)development.Development of tTregs is a two-step process:Strong T-cell receptor(TCR)signals in combination with co-signals from the TNFRSF members facilitate tTreg precursor selection,followed by a TCR-independent phase of tTreg development in which their maturation is driven by IL-2.Therefore,we investigated whether OX40 signaling could also play a critical role in the TCR-independent phase of tTreg development.OX40−/−mice had significantly reduced numbers of CD25−Foxp3low tTreg precursors and CD25+Foxp3+mature tTregs,while OX40L treatment of WT mice induced significant proliferation of these cell subsets.Relative to tTeff cells,OX40 was expressed at higher levels in both murine and human tTreg precursors and mature tTregs.In ex vivo cultures,OX40L increased tTreg maturation and induced CAP-independent proliferation of both murine and human tTregs,which was mediated through the activation of AKT-mTOR signaling.These novel findings show an evolutionarily conserved role for OX40 signaling in tTreg development and proliferation,and might enable the development of novel strategies to increase Tregs and suppress autoimmunity.Prabhakaran Kumar Alejandra Marinelarena Divya Raghunathan Vandhana K Ragothaman Shikha Saini Palash Bhattacharya Jilao Fan Alan L Epstein Ajay V Maker Bellur S Prabhakar 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,2:4

16Impact of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging in nonischemic cardiomyopathies显示文摘Non-ischemic cardiomyopathies include a wide spectrum of disease states afflicting the heart, whether a primary process or secondary to a systemic condition. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(CMR) has established itself as an important imaging modality in the evaluation of non-ischemic cardiomyopathies. CMR is useful in the diagnosis of cardiomyopathy, quantification of ventricular function, establishing etiology, determining prognosis and risk stratification. Technical advances and extensive research over the last decade have resulted in the accumulation of a tremendous amount of data with regards to the utility of CMR in these cardiomyopathies. 18Tween 80 containing lipid nanoemulsions for delivery of indinavir to brain显示文摘Indinavir is a protease inhibitor used in the treatment of HIV infection.However,it has limited efficacy in eradicating the virus in the brain due to efflux by P-glycoprotein(P-gp)expressed at the blood–brain barrier(BBB).The objective of this work was to develop an o/w lipid nanoemulsion(LNE)of indinavir using Tween 80 as co-emulsifier to improve its brain specific delivery.LNEs were prepared with different compositions and were characterized for globule size,polydispersity index,zeta potential and in vitro drug release.Five formulations were then evaluated for drug content,entrapment efficiency and stability after which brain uptake studies were carried out using fluorescent labeled LNEs and pharmacokinetic(PK)and tissue distribution studies were conducted after intravenous administration in mice.Brain uptake of indinavir was shown to be improved for a 1%Tween 80 containing formulation(F5)compared to a formulation containing 0.3%cholesterol(F2).In PK studies,the brain level of indinavir subsequent to administration of F5 was significantly(Po0.05)higher than produced by administration of a drug solution(2.44-fold)or a control nanoemulsion(F1)(1.48-fold)or formulation F2(1.6-fold).The increased brain specific accumulation of indinavir from F5 is probably due to enhanced low density lipoprotein-mediated endocytosis and P-gp inhibition by Tween 80 at the BBB.These results suggest Tween 80 containing LNEs could provide a simple but effective means of delivering indinavir to brain.Kandadi Prabhakar Syed Muzammil Afzal Goparaboina Surender Veerabrahma Kishan 2013Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2013,3,5:2

20北京大学陆面过程模式PKULM(Peking University Land Model)介绍及检验显示文摘陆面过程模式是气候模式和天气模式的核心组成部分之一.在土壤—植被—大气耦合模式(Soil-PlantAtmosphere Model,SPAM)的基础上,发展了新一代北京大学陆面过程模式PKULM(Peking University Land Model).本文首先介绍了PKULM的辐射传输、湍流输送、光合作用、土壤水热输送等过程的参数化方案;采用隐式迭代计算框架,发展并应用了一个快速的线性方程组求解算法,提高了模式计算稳定性;提出并使用了二分搜索算法计算气孔阻抗,避免了CLM(Community Land Model)等使用的迭代方法在干旱区不稳定的情况,提高了模式的适用性;采用水势为基础的土壤水分扩散方程,使模式能够模拟土壤饱和区的水分输送过程,为进一步与水文过程模式耦合奠定了基础;还发展了一个地表积水与径流过程的机理模型,提高了模式对地表水分平衡过程的模拟能力;最后,使用'中国西北干旱区陆—气相互作用观测试验'平凉站的资料对模式进行了检验并与NOAH(National Center for Environmental Prediction,Oregon State University,Air Force,and Hydrology Lab model)陆面过程模式的模拟结果进行了比较,结果表明PKULM能够较好地模拟西北半干旱区农田下垫面地气交换过程.郑辉 刘树华 Prabhakar Clement 刘振鑫 候旭宏 王姝 赵靖川 李源 缪育聪 郑亦佳 盛黎 朱琳 2016地球物理学报2016,59,1:2
