1Research on vibration suppression of a mistuned blisk by a piezoelectric network显示文摘The work aims to provide a further investigation of the dynamic characteristics of an integral bladed disk(also called ‘blisk') with a Parallel Piezoelectric Network(PPN). The PPN is constructed by parallelly interconnecting the piezoelectric patches distributed in the blisk. Two kinds of PPN are considered, namely mono-periodic PPN and bi-periodic PPN. The former has a piezoelectric patch in each sector, and the later has one patch every few sectors. The vibration suppression performance of both kinds of PPN has been studied through modal analysis, forced response analysis, and statistical analysis. The research results turn out that the PPN will only affect mechanical frequencies near the electrical frequency clusters slightly, and the bi-periodic PPN will make the nodal diameter spectrum of the modes more complex, but the amplitude corresponding to the new nodal diameter component is much smaller than that of the nodal diameter component corresponding to the mono-periodic system. The mechanical coupling between the blades and the disk plays an important role in the damping effect of the PPN, and it should be paid attention to in applications. The mono-periodic PPN can effectively suppress the amplitude magnification of the forced response induced by the mistuning of the blisk; meanwhile, it can mitigate the vibration localization of the mistuned electromechanical system. If piezoelectric patches are set only in part of the sectors, the bi-periodic PPN still has a vibration suppression ability, but the effect is related to the number and spatial distribution of the piezoelectric patches.Jiuzhou LIU Lin LI Yu FAN Pengcheng DENG 2018Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,2:6
2Dynamic characteristics of a cyclic-periodic structure with a piezoelectric network显示文摘This paper deals with a cyclic-periodic structure with a piezoelectric network. In such a system, there is not only mechanical connection but also electrical connection between adjacent periodic sectors. The objective is to learn whether the presence of a piezoelectric network would change the dynamic characteristics of the system. The background of the research is about vibration reduction of a bladed disk in an aero-engine, and the system is simulated by a lumped parameter model. The dynamic equations of the system are derived, and then the analytical solution corresponding to the eigenvalue problem is given. The vibration responses to single traveling wave excitations(EO excitations) and multiple traveling wave excitations(NEO excitations) are studied.The results show that the presence of a piezoelectric network would change the natural frequencies of the system compared with those of the system with the piezoelectric shunt circuit. The forced response is sensitive to the connection type and the elements of the network. An energy analysis of the electro-mechanical coupling system has been performed to understand its dynamic behavior,and the following conclusion is obtained: a vibration reduction to excitations whose primary harmonic component is not zero can be achieved by a parallel piezoelectric network, while a reduction to other excitations should be based on a series piezoelectric network.Li Lin Deng Pengcheng Fan Yu 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,5:5
3High-sensitivity self-powered temperature/pressure sensor based on flexible Bi-Te thermoelectric film and porous microconed elastomer显示文摘Electronic skins are artificial skin-type multifunctional sensors,which hold great potentials in intelligent robotics,limb prostheses and human health monitoring.However,it is a great challenge to independently and accurately read various physical signals without power supplies.Here,a self-powered flexible temperature-pressure bimodal sensor based on high-performance thermoelectric films and porous microconed conductive elastic materials is presented.Through introducing flexible heat-sink design and harvesting body heat energy,the thin-film thermoelectric device could not only precisely sense temperature signal but also drive the pressure sensor for detecting external tactile stimulus.The integration of Bi-Te based thermoelectric film with high stability in wide temperature range enables the sensor to sense the ambient temperature with high resolution(<0.1 K)as well as excellent sensitivity(3.77 mV K^(-1)).Meanwhile,the porous microconed elastomer responds to pressure variation with low-pressure detection(16 Pa)and a high sensitivity of 37 kPa^(-1).Furthermore,the bimodal sensor could accurately and simultaneously monitor human wrist pulse and body temperature in real time,which demonstrates promising applications in self-powered electronic skins for human health monitoring systems.Yaling Wang Wei Zhu Yuan Deng Pengcheng Zhu Yuedong Yu Shaoxiong Hu Ruifeng Zhang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,8:4
4Elastic Wave Propagation in Lattice Metamaterials with Koch Fractal显示文摘In this study,the wave propagation properties of lattice metamaterials with Koch fractal structures are investigated in terms of band structures and directional wave propagation.The analytical models of lattice metamaterials are established using the finite element method,and the dispersion relation is solved using the Bloch’s theorem.The band structures of the lattice metamaterials with different numbers of iterations are studied,and the group velocities at a selected frequency are calculated to analyze the directional wave propagation characteristics.Furthermore,dynamic responses of the finite structures are calculated using commercial finite element software to verify the band gaps and directional wave propagation behaviors in the lattice metamaterials.The results show that multiple and low band gaps are present in the lattice materials with various geometric parameters of the Koch fractal,and the position of the lowest band gap decreases as the number of iterations increases.The results indicate the potential applications of lattice metamaterials with Koch fractals for vibration isolation and multi-functional design.Pengcheng Zhao Kai Zhang Zichen Deng 2020Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2020,33,5:4
5Multi-resonator coupled metamaterials for broadband vibration suppression显示文摘In this study,multi-resonator coupled metamaterials(MRCMs)with local resonators are proposed to obtain the multiple and wide band gaps.Kinetic models of the MRCMs are established,and the boundary conditions of the unit cell are obtained with Bloch's theorem.The effects of structural parameters,including the mass of the resonator and the spring stiffness,on the distributions of the band gaps are studied.Furthermore,the frequency domain responses and the time domain responses are calculated for analyzing the structural vibration characteristics and the effects of damping on structural vibration.The results show that the frequency domain response can accurately express the distributions of the band gaps of the MRCMs,and we can increase the number and the width of the band gaps by using the MRCMs for the superior vibration suppression capability.Pengcheng ZHAO Kai ZHANG Cheng ZHAO Zichen DENG 2021Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2021,42,1:3

7Analysis of long term catalytic performance for isobutane alkylation catalyzed by NMA–AlCl3 based ionic liquid analog显示文摘Isobutane alkylation with 2-butene to produce high-quality gasoline was catalyzed by Nmethylacetamide(NMA)-AlCl3 based ionic liquid(IL) analog with a NMA/AlCl3 molar ratio of 0.75 and CuCl modification,which was marked as CuCl-modified 0.75 NMA-1.0 AlCl3.The long-term experiment was carried out in the autoclave operated in continuous mode to investigate the distribution of alkylate under different experimental nodes.The result indicated that the long-term alkylation was divided into three stages:rising,stable,and descending regions.C8 selectivity and molar ratio of trimethylpentanes(TMPs) to dimethylhexanes(DMHs) reached the highest level in the stable region,and research octane number(RON) of alkylate was as high as 97.Anionic Al species([AlbCl7]^-,[A1 CuC15]^-) and cationic Al species([AlCl2 L]^+) from IL analog as two active Lewis acidic species played a catalytic role in the long-term alkylation,whereas the neutral Al species did not participate into the alkylation.Moreover,the structure of CuCl-modified 0.75 NMA-1.0 AlCl3 was destroyed after the deactivation,and CuCl was enriched in the CD2 Cl2-insoluble substance,resulting in a decreasing TMP/DMH ratio.The catalytic lifetime of IL analog was similar with CuCl-modified 0.55 Et3 NHCl-1.0 AlCl3 IL,but IL analog had a lower cost.Pengcheng Hu Zhitao Wu Junlin Wang Yuqing Huang Yang Deng Shufeng Zhou 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,8:1
8Tempospatial Pattern of Surface Wind Speed and the “Urban Stilling Island” in Beijing City显示文摘An hourly-resolution dataset from observations at the automatic weather stations(AWSs) is developed and applied to study the characteristics of weakening surface wind in the urban areas of Beijing City in 2008–2017. The 'Urban Stilling Island(USI)' is defined and quantified to depict the surface wind speed(WS) differences between rural and urban regions. The urban(rural) sites are represented by 45(6) stations within(outside) the 6th Ring Road(RR). The results demonstrate remarkable smaller annual and seasonal average WS values in urban areas than in rural areas, indicating significant USI, especially in the central urban areas(within the 4th RR) in spring and winter. Further analysis reveals that the surface roughness effect dominates and enhances the USI intensity(USII) under the stronger large-scale background wind in spring and winter, whereas the Urban Heat Island(UHI) effect may dominate and decrease the USII under weaker large-scale wind in summer and autumn. The diurnal USII variations are characterized by a steady low-value phase from 1900 to 0800 Beijing Time(BT) and a high-value phase from 1100 to 1500 BT,with rapid shifts of USII in between. 12Dual cross-linked MXene/cellulose nanofiber/nickel alginate film with improved mechanical properties and electromagnetic interference shielding performance显示文摘Electromagnetic interference pollution has raised urgent demand for the development of electromagnetic interference shielding materials.Transition metal carbides(MXenes)with excellent conductivity have shown great potential in electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials,while the poor mechanical strength,flexibility,and structural stability greatly limit their further applications.Here,cellulose nanofibers and sodium alginate are incorporated with MXene nanosheets as flexible matrices to construct strong and flexible mussellike layered MXene/Cellulose nanofiber/Sodium Alginate composite films,and nickel ions are further introduced to induce metal coordination crosslinking of alginate units.Benefited from the dual-crosslinked network structure of hydrogen bonding and metal coordination,the tensile strength,Young’s modulus,and toughness of the MXene/cellulose nanofiber/nickel alginate composite film are significantly increased.After subsequent reduction by ascorbic acid,excess nickel ions are reduced to nickel nanoparticles and uniformly dispersed within the highly conductive composite film,which further improved its hysteresis loss effect toward the incident electromagnetic waves.Consequently,the MXene/cellulose nanofiber/nickel alginate-Ni composite film presents a considerably enhanced electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(47.17 dB)at a very low thickness of 29μm.This study proposes a feasible dual-crosslinking and subsequent reduction strategy to synergistically enhance the mechanical properties and electromagnetic interference shielding performance of MXene-based composite materials.Pengcheng Deng Shiyi Feng Canhui Lu Zehang Zhou 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,10:0
13Development of plant cytosine base editors with the Cas12a system显示文摘Base editors of the Cas9 system have been widely used for precise nucleotide substitution in crops. In this study, Cas12a was applied to construct plant cytosine base editors(CBEs). The main elements of Cas12aCBEs were engineered and their efficiency was evaluated in stably transformed rice cells. An optimized ttCas12a-hyA3Bctd editor, consisting of a LbCas12a variant carrying catalytic inactive D832A and temperature-tolerance D156R double mutations, a truncated human APOBEC3B deaminase, a human RAD51 single-stranded DNA-binding domain, and double copies of UGI, outperformed other Cas12aCBEs in base editing efficiency. In T0transgenic rice plants, ttCas12a-hyA3Bctd edited an average of42.01% and a maximum of 68.75% of lines at six genomic targets. A-to-G conversions were generated in rice by an adenine base editor with a similar architecture to the optimized CBE.
