1Highly selective ethylbenzene production through alkylation of dilute ethylene with gas phase-liquid phase benzene and transalkylation feed显示文摘A novel industrial process was designed for the highly selective production of ethylbenzene. It comprised of a reactor vessel, vapor phase ethylene feed stream, benzene and transalkylation feed stream. Especially the product stream containing ethylbenzene was used to heat the reactor vessel, which consisted of an alkylation section, an upper heat exchange section, and a bottom heat exchange section. In such a novel reactor, vapor phase benzene and liquid phase benzene were coexisted due to the heat produced by isothermal reaction between the upper heat exchange section and the bottom heat exchange section. The process was demonstrated by the thermodynamic analysis and experimental results. In fact, during the 1010 hour-life-test of gas phase ethene with gas phase-liquid phase benzene alkylation reaction, the ethene conversion was above 95%, and the ethylbenzene selectivity was above 83% (only benzene feed) and even higher than 99% (benzene plus transalkylation feed). At the same time, the xylene content in the ethylbenzene was less than 100 ppm when the reaction was carried out under the reaction conditions of 140-185 °C of temperature, 1.6-2.1 MPa of pressure, 3.0-5.5 of benzene/ethylene mole ratio, 4-6 v% of transalkylation feed/(benzene+transalkylation feed), 0.19-0.27 h-1 of ethene space velocity, and 1000 g of 3998 catalyst loaded. 2Immobilizing VN ultrafine nanocrystals on N-doped carbon nanosheets enable multiple effects for high-rate lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The exploitation of new sulfiphilic and catalytic materials is considered as the promising strategy to overcome severe shuttle effect and sluggish kinetics conversion of lithium polysulfides within lithium-sulfur batteries.Herein,we design and fabricate monodisperse VN ultrafine nanocrystals immobilized on nitrogen-doped carbon hybrid nanosheets(VN@NCSs)via an one-step in-situ selftemplate and self-reduction strategy,which simultaneously promotes the interaction with polysulfides and the kinetics of the sulfur conversion reactions demonstrated by experimental and theoretical results.By virtue of the multifunctional structural features of VN@NCSs,the cell with ultrathin VN@NCSs(only 5 pm thickness)modified separator indicates improved electrochemical performances with long cycling stability over 1,000 cycles at 2 C with only 0.041%capacity decay per cycle and excellent rate capability(787.6 mAh g^(-1) at 10 C).Importantly,it delivers an areal reversible capacity of 3.71 mAh cm^(-2) accompanied by robust cycling life.Ning Song Baojuan Xi Peng Wang Xiaojian Ma Weihua Chen Jinkui Feng Shenglin Xiong 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:4
31-Butene isomerization and metathesis over Mo/mordenite-alumina: Factors influencing product distribution and induction period显示文摘Effects of space velocity, reaction temperature and support acidity on product distribution and induction period in 1-butene isomerization and metathesis over Mo/mordenite-alumina were investigated. As revealed by the catalytic performance results, induction period and objective product were closely related to the reaction conditions. Lower space velocity led to longer induction period and higher propene yield. The optimal reaction temperature for propene production is around 150C and it shifted to 100C for ethene production. 1-Butene auto-metathesis predominated in the reaction network if the support with lower degree of sodium exchanged. 4Cross metathesis of butene-2 and ethene to propene overMo/MCM-22-Al_2O_3 catalysts with different Al_2O_3 contents显示文摘A series of 3.0Mo/MCM-22-Al2O3 catalysts with γ-Al2O3 contents in the range of 0-100 wt%were prepared and applied in the metathesis reaction of ethene and butene-2.Addition of γ-Al2O3 did not affect the structure of MCM-22 zeolite as evidenced by XRD and N2 adsorption measurements.It was deduced from TPR experiments that γ-Al2O3 phase favored the formation of polymolybdate or multilayered Mo oxide,while more Al2(MoO4)3 species were generated over MCM-22 zeolites.Alumina content in the support was directly related to the metathesis activity of ethene and butene-2 to propene.Mo species with higher valence(Mo6+or Mo5+)contributed more to the excellent performance of catalyst than metallic Mo.The best catalyst activity and stability was obtained over 3.0Mo/(MCM-22-30%Al2O3)under the reaction condition of 1.0 MPa and 125℃ using N2 as the pretreatment gas.Shenglin Liu Xiujie Li Wenjie Xin Sujuan Xie Peng Zeng Lixin Zhang Longya Xu 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,5:2

6Chenguodaite (Ag_9FeTe_2S_4):a new tellurosulfide mineral from the gold district of East Shandong Peninsula,China显示文摘Chenguodaite, approved by IMA-CNMMN (2004-042a), was discovered in the Bunan quartz vein-type gold deposit in the gold district of East Shandong Peninsula. The mineral occurs in high grade Au-Ag-Cu ores, coexisting with galena, chalcopyrite, hessite, electrum, unnamed Ag6TeS2 and Ag16FeBiTe3S8, enclosed and replaced by native silver and acanthite. In the reflected light microscope, the mineral has light gray color, indistinguishable anistropism and hardness around 2―3. The color indices of chenguodaite relative to ICE C illuminator are: x=0.3027, y=0.3076, Y=25.78%, λd=474 nm, Pe=3.68%, similar to those of canfieldite. The average chemical composition from 16 microprobe analyses is Ag8.97Fe1.00Te1.99S4.04, idealized to Ag9FeTe2S4. The polycrystalline X-ray diffraction of chenguodaite by Gandolfi camera and synchrotron oscillation photography results in 67 reflections with the 12 strongest being (relative intensity in bracket): 6.742(69), 6.416(39), 5.951(33), 3.265(100), 2.981(24), 2.649(22), 2.25(24), 2.188(71), 2.142(22), 2.123(31), 2.044(23), 1.949(33), which are indexed to a primitive orthorhombic cell with a=12.769 (2) , b= 14.814(2), c= 16.233 (1) , V= 3070.63, Z = 9, Dcal.=6.85 g/cm3. 7Direct amination of isobutylene over zeolite catalysts with various topologies and acidities显示文摘The atomically economic and green chemical reaction of direct amination of isobutylene to tertbutylamine, particularly under the relative mild reaction conditions available for future industrial use,was carried out over zeolite catalysts possessing different topological structures, from one dimensional to three dimensional pore system, and from small 8-member ring pore(MRP) to medium 10 MRP and further to large 12 MRP zeolites, to disclose the relationship between the zeolite properties/topologies and their amination performance systematically under the mild reaction conditions. It was discovered that the pore structure and the acidities of zeolite catalysts played crucial roles in the isobutylene amination process, and suitable pore diameter(larger than 0.5 nm or with large side pockets/cups in the outside surface) and a certain number of mid-strong acid sites are indispensable to catalyze the amination reaction,while too strong acid strength was not conducive to the process of isobutylene amination. Among them,zeolites with topologies of BEA, MFI, MEL, MWW and EUO exhibited good amination performance, with which the isobutylene conversion was higher than 12.61%(>46.42% of the equilibrium conversion) under the studied mild reaction conditions. 8NUMERICAL GEODYNAMIC MODELLING OF COUPLED MECHANO-THERMO-HYDROLOGICAL PROCESSES AND ITS APPLICATION IN PREDICTIVE EXPLORATION IN THE FENGHUANGSHAN ORE FIELD, TONGLING显示文摘Mineralisation is the result of the coupled multi-geodynamic processes in the crust. The coupled mechano-thermo-hydrological (MTH) processes are the basic physical processes that govern the location of the hydrothermal mineralization, which can be simulated in the computer by using of the numerical codes, such as FLAC. The numerical modeling results can be used not only to explain the features of existing ore deposits, but also to predict the favorable mineralization locations. This paper has summarized the basic equations describing coupled MHT processes in the water-saturated porous rocks, the principles of FLAC, and its application to the MHT processes related to copper mineralization in the Fenghuangshan ore field. We used the FLAC to simulate the syn-deformation cooling and fluid flowing evolution after the intrusion was emplaced and solidified. 10Co-feeding with DME:An effective way to enhance gasoline production via low temperature aromatization of LPG显示文摘The aromatization of light alkenes in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) with and without dimethyl ether (DME) addition in the feed was investigated on a modified ZSM-5 catalyst.The results showed that under the given reaction conditions the selectivity of alkenes to high-octane gasoline blending components was markedly enhanced and the formation of propane and butanes was greatly suppressed with the addition of DME.It was also found that the distribution of C5+ components was changed a lot with DME addition into the LPG feed.The formation of branched hydrocarbons (mainly C6 C8 i-paraffin) and multi-methyl substituted aromatics,which are high octane number gasoline blending components,was promoted significantly,while the content of n-paraffins and olefins in C5+ components was decreased obviously,indicating that in addition to the oligomerization,cracking,hydrogen-transfer and dehydrogenation-cyclization of alkenes,the methylation of the formed aromatics and olefins intermediates also plays an important role in determining the product distribution due to the high reactivity of surface methoxy groups formed by DME.And this process,in combination with the syngas-to-methanol/DME technology,provides an alternative way to the production of high-octane gasoline from coal,natural gas or renewable raw materials.Xiangxue Zhu Yuzhong Wang Xiujie Li Hongbing Li Peng Zeng Jie An Fucun Chen Sujuan Xie Hongping Lan Dawei Wang Shenglin Liu Longya Xu 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,5:1
11In-situ embedding CoTe catalyst into 1D-2D nitrogen-doped carbon to didirectionally regulate lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have been widely investigated attributed to their advantages of high energy density and cost effectiveness.However,it is still limited by the uncontrolled shuttle effect of the sulfur cathode and the promiscuous dendrite growth over the lithium anode.To handle the above issues,the highly conductive CoTe catalyst is precisely loaded onto nitrogendoped nanotube and graphene-like carbon(CoTe NCGs),which is employed as a bi-functionally integrated host.On the lithium anode,the CoTe NCGs with excellent lithiophilic property effectively regulate the uniform deposition of lithium and achieve the effect of suppressing the disorderly growth of lithium dendrites.On the sulfur cathode,the electrochemical conversion of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)is catalyzed to mitigate the notorious shuttle effect.In view of the bifunctionality of CoTe NCGs,the assembled full cell can be steadily stable even for 800 cycles at a high rate of 2 C,and the capacity decay rate is only 0.05%per cycle.The areal capacity of 6.0 mAh·cm^(−2) is well retained after 50 cycles under the conditions of high sulfur loading,poor electrolyte(a low electrolyte-to-sulfur ratio,E/S=4.2),and low negative to positive capacity ratio(N/P=1.6:1).Bin Li Peng Wang Baojuan Xi Ning Song Xuguang An Weihua Chen Jinkui Feng Shenglin Xiong 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:0

13WP Nanocrystals on N,P Dual-Doped Carbon Nanosheets with Deeply Analyzed Catalytic Mechanisms for Lithium–Sulfur Batteries显示文摘The use of transition-metal phosphides(TMPs)as catalytic materials to accelerate kinetics of lithium polysulfide(LiPS)conversion has unique advantages.Nevertheless,simple and low-cost preparation strategies are still required for the synthesis of novel TMPs with satisfactory performance.Importantly,the in-depth understanding of the effect of intrinsic interaction between catalytic materials and LiPSs on the promoted kinetics remains limited.Herein,a novel structure of tungsten phosphide(WP)nanocrystals decorated on N,P codoped carbon sheets(WP/NPC)with uniform dispersion is designed by a structure-oriented strategy to promote LiPS redox kinetics.The electrochemical kinetics measurements coupled with density functional theory computations and in situ/ex situ characterizations demonstrate that the strong interaction through W–S bonding and the favorable interfacial charge state of WP-LiPSs promote the nucleation and dissociation of Li2S.Benefiting from this superiority,the WP/NPG-based lithium–sulfur batteries indicate significantly improved electrochemical performance with good cycling life and excellent rate capability.This work provides a methodology for the design of TMP-involved electrode materials and a fundamental understanding of the intrinsic mechanism of catalysis.Peng Wang Zhengchunyu Zhang Ning Song Xuguang An Jie Liu Jinkui Feng Baojuan Xi Shenglin Xiong 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,2:0

17Oil droplet movement and micro-flow characteristics during interaction process between gas bubble and oil droplet in flotation显示文摘Flotation is an efficient pre-treatment technology for oily water.In this work,the interaction process between the moving oil droplet and the gas bubble was studied by high-speed camera and Bassset-Boussinesq-Oseen(BBO)theoretical model,and the experimental and simulation results of the oil droplet trajectory were compared.Moreover,the micro-particle image velocimetry system was utilized to observe the flow inside and outside of the moving oil droplet.The results show that the BBO model with the mobile bubble’s surface can reflect the velocity change trend of the oil droplet during the interaction process between the moving oil droplet and the gas bubble,but there are some significant differences between the experimental and simulation results.While the oil droplet is moving on the bubble’s surface,the velocity of the area near the contact point of oil droplet–gas bubble is less than that of the other areas inside the oil droplet.Meanwhile,the flow of water above the oil drop is more biased towards the gas bubble.Shenglin Yan Yan Zhang Chong Peng Xiaoyong Yang Yuan Huang Zhishan Bai Xiao Xu 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,5:0

19Long-distance control of potato storage organ formation by SELF PRUNING 3D and FLOWERING LOCUS T-like 1显示文摘Plants program their meristem-associated developmental switches for timely adaptation to a changing environment.Potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)tubers differentiate from specialized belowground branches or stolons through radial expansion of their terminal ends.During this process,the stolon apex and closest axillary buds enter a dormancy state that leads to tuber eyes,which are reactivated the following spring and generate a clonally identical plant.The potato FLOWERING LOCUS T homolog SELF-PRUNING 6A(StSP6A)was previously identified as the major tuber-inducing signal that integrates day-length cues to control the storage switch.However,whether some other long-range signals also act as tuber organogenesis stimuli remains unknown.Here,we show that the florigen SELF PRUNING 3D(StSP3D)and FLOWERING LOCUS T-like 1(StFTL1)genes are activated by short days,analogously to StSP6A.Overexpression of StSP3D or StFTL1 promotes tuber formation under non-inductive long days,and the tuber-inducing activity of these proteins is graft transmissible.Using the non-tuber-bearing wild species Solanum etuberosum,a natural SP6A null mutant,we show that leaf-expressed SP6A is dispensable for StSP3D long-range activity.StSP3D and StFTL1 mediate secondary activation of StSP6A in stolon tips,leading to amplification of this tuberigen signal.StSP3D and StFTL1 were observed to bind the same protein partners as StSP6A,suggesting that they can also form transcriptionally active complexes.Together,our findings show that additional mobile tuber-inducing signals are regulated by the photoperiodic pathway.SaloméPratand Botao Song Shenglin Jing Peng Jiang Xiaomeng Sun Liu Yu Enshuang Wang Jun Qin Fei Zhang SaloméPrat Botao Song 2023Plant Communications2023,4,3:0
20The Research on Identification of Resistance to Sorghum Aphid [Melanaphis Sacchari(Zehntner)] Employing Indoor Artificial Infestation Technique显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to establish a quick and effective indoor identification method of sorghum resistance to aphid uninfluenced by seasons.[Method] Based on the indoor reproduction technique of aphids,the sorghum varieties with different resistant performances against aphids in fields were conducted inoculation test in the laboratory according to different seedling culture media,different survey periods of aphid quantity,different leaf ages for inoculation,different inoculation quantity of aphids and different aphid sizes. Three hundred sorghum materials were identified in both laboratory and field. [Result] The number of aphids per seedling on the fifth day after inoculation gave the best score of plant resistance to sorghum aphid by using the loam as the seedling culture media,and inoculating three different sizes of aphids in seedlings at two-leaf stage. Thus,the indoor identification technique of resistance to sorghum aphids was as follows:(1) sorghum seeds were sown in loam at room temperature of 22-26 ℃ and air humidity of 55%-75%;(2) three aphids with different sizes were inoculated in seedlings at two-leaf stage;(3) the number of aphids per seeding were surveyed on the fifth day after inoculation;(4) plant resistance to sorghum aphid was evaluated according to number of aphids per seedling on the fifth day after inoculation. The resistant grade of sorghum variety was evaluated according to distribution of aphid quantity per seedling in a 100-seedlings population. The resistance materials identified by indoor method at seedling stage had consistent performance with field identification.
