| 1 | Visual Fixation Assessment in Patients with Disorders of Consciousness Based on Brain-Computer Interface显示文摘Visual fixation is an item in the visual function subscale of the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised(CRS-R).Sometimes clinicians using the behavioral scales find it difficult to detect because of the motor impairment in patients with disorders of consciousness(DOCs). Braincomputer interface(BCI) can be used to improve clinical assessment because it directly detects the brain response to an external stimulus in the absence of behavioral expression. In this study, we designed a BCI system to assist the visual fixation assessment of DOC patients. The results from 15 patients indicated that three showed visual fixation in both CRS-R and BCI assessments and one did not show such behavior in the CRS-R assessment but achieved significant online accuracy in the BCI assessment. The results revealed that electroencephalography-based BCI can detect the brain response for visual fixation. | 2 | Pore structure of selected Chinese coals with heating and pressurization treatments显示文摘Pore structure of Chinese coals with heating and pressurization treatments was studied using small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),N2adsorption/desorption isotherms and scanning electron microscope(SEM).SAXS was performed for some samples after heat treatment at seven elevated temperatures from 25 to 250°C at 0 MPa and for other samples with hydrostatic pressure treatment at 0,5,10,15 and 20 MPa at the room temperature.The results show that N2adsorption isotherm together with SAXS could be a comprehensive method to evaluate the pore shape and the pore size distribution:the pore shapes are generally spherical for low rank coal and they are mainly ellipsoidal for high rank coal.All these measurements were then interpreted using the fractal theory to reveal relationship between surface fractals and coal rank,and the evolution of surface fractals under heating and pressurization treatments.The results show that surface fractal dimension(Ds)changes with different treating temperature and pressure and maximum vitrinite reflectance(Ro,m).Especially in the bituminous stage,Ds shows an increasing trend with Ro,m under varied temperatures.Moreover,Ds shows an increasing trend with increasing temperature before 200°C,and a decreasing trend after 200°C.Furthermore,the results show that Ds has a more complex relationship with Ro,m under varied treating temperature than that under varied treating pressure. | CAI YiDong LIU DaMeng PAN ZheJun YAO YanBin LI JunQian QIU YongKai | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,7: | 5 |
| 3 | Highly Efficient Photoelectrocatalytic Reduction of CO2 to Methanol by a p–n Heterojunction CeO2/CuO/Cu Catalyst显示文摘Photoelectrocatalytic reduction of CO2 to fuels has great potential for reducing anthropogenic CO2 emissions and also lessening our dependence on fossil fuel energy.Herein,we report the successful development of a novel photoelectrocatalytic catalyst for the selective reduction of CO2 to methanol,comprising a copper catalyst modified with flower-like cerium oxide nanoparticles(CeO2 NPs)(a n-type semiconductor)and copper oxide nanoparticles(CuO NPs)(a p-type semiconductor).At an applied potential of−1.0 V(vs SCE)under visible light irradiation,the CeO2 NPs/CuO NPs/Cu catalyst yielded methanol at a rate of 3.44μmol cm^−2 h^−1,which was approximately five times higher than that of a CuO NPs/Cu catalyst(0.67μmol cm^−2 h^−1).The carrier concentration increased by^108 times when the flower-like CeO2 NPs were deposited on the CuO NPs/Cu catalyst,due to synergistic transfer of photoexcited electrons from the conduction band of CuO to that of CeO2,which enhanced both photocatalytic and photoelectrocatalytic CO2 reduction on the CeO2 NPs.The facile migration of photoexcited electrons and holes across the p–n heterojunction that formed between the CeO2 and CuO components was thus critical to excellent light-induced CO2 reduction properties of the CeO2 NPs/CuO NPs/Cu catalyst.Results encourage the wider application of composite semiconductor electrodes in carbon dioxide reduction. | Zhengbin Pan Ershuan Han Jingui Zheng Jing Lu Xiaolin Wang Yanbin Yin Geoffrey INWaterhouse Xiuguo Wang Peiqiang Li | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,2: | 3 |

| 9 | Revisiting the elastic solution for an inner-pressured functionally graded thick-walled tube within a uniform magnetic field显示文摘In this paper, the mechanical responses of a thick-walled functionally graded hollow cylinder subject to a uniform magnetic field and inner-pressurized loads are studied. Rather than directly assume the material constants as some specific function forms displayed in pre-studies, we firstly give the volume fractions of different constituents of the functionally graded material(FGM) cylinder and then determine the expressions of the material constants. With the use of the Voigt method, the corresponding analytical solutions of displacements in the radial direction, the strain and stress components, and the perturbation magnetic field vector are derived. In the numerical part, the effects of the volume fraction on the displacement, strain and stress components, and the magnetic perturbation field vector are investigated. | 15 | PS-Fuzz:Efficient Graybox Firmware Fuzzing Based on Protocol State显示文摘The rise of the Internet of Things(IoT)exposes more and more important embedded devices to the network,which poses a serious threat to people’s lives and property.Therefore,ensuring the safety of embedded devices is a very important task.Fuzzing is currently the most effective technique for discovering vulnerabilities.In this work,we proposed PS-Fuzz(Protocol State Fuzz),a gray-box fuzzing technique based on protocol state orientation.By instrumenting the program that handles protocol fields in the firmware,the problem of lack of guidance information in common protocol fuzzing is solved.By recording and comparing state transition paths,the program can be quickly booted,thereby greatly improving the efficiency of fuzzing.More importantly,the tool utilizes the synchronous execution of the firmware simulator and the firmware program,which can collect and record system information in the event of a crash from multiple dimensions,providing assistance for further research.Our evaluation results show that for the same vulnerability,the efficiency of PS-Fuzz is about 8 times that of boofuzz under ideal conditions.Even rough instrumentation efficiency can reach 2 times that of boofuzz.In addition,PS-Fuzz can provide at least 6 items more information than boofuzz under the same circumstances. | Xiaoyi Li Xiaojun Pan Yanbin Sun | 2021 | Journal on Artificial Intelligence2021,3,1: | 1 |
