1基于单幅灰度图像的快速三维重建方法研究显示文摘对含有阴影的物体表面快速三维重建问题,提出一种融合阴影恢复形状(Shape from shading,SFS)数据与旋转对称激光三角传感器数据的基于单幅灰度图像的快速智能测量方法。针对SFS方法重建过程中出现的二义性问题,利用旋转对称激光三角传感器的关键数据对其进行修正。同时针对旋转对称激光三角传感器对未知物体表面需要逐点测量,测量速度慢的问题,利用修正后的SFS重建结果对旋转对称激光三角传感器进行智能视觉引导,对含有阴影的物体表面梯度变化较大的点及特征点进行精确测量。在此基础上搭建集成SFS方法的激光三角传感器高精度移动测量平台系统。该系统根据物体表面梯度变化的特点自动选取阈值调节测量精度,从而快速、精确地完成对未知物体表面的三维重建。并通过试验验证了方法的可行性和有效性。高欣健 张旭东 高亚捷 OTT Peter 2014机械工程学报2014,50,2:19
2Vitamin D deficiency in cirrhosis relates to liver dysfunction rather than aetiology显示文摘AIM: To examine the vitamin D status in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis compared to those with primary biliary cirrhosis. METHODS: Our retrospective case series comprised 89 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis and 34 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis who visited our outpatient clinic in 2005 and underwent a serum vitamin D status assessment. RESULTS: Among the patients with alcoholic cirrhosis, 85% had serum vitamin D levels below 50 nmol/L and 55% had levels below 25 nmol/L, as compared to 60% and 16% of the patients with primary biliary cirrhosis, respectively (P < 0.001). In both groups, serum vitamin D levels decreased with increasing liver disease severity, as determined by the Child-Pugh score. 3美国湿地保护制度变迁研究显示文摘本文提出了分析湿地保护制度变迁的理论框架,使不同国家的湿地保护制度研究能在统一语境下比较。首先基于科学计量学和系统研究方法筛选出公众、科学、政府和法律为影响湿地保护制度变迁的四个关键要素,并依赖博弈论工具建立了分析美国湿地保护制度的理论架构。基于这一架构,本文对包括关键利益相关者、政策执行路径、政策工具和管理挑战等内容的美国湿地政策史进行了讨论。对美国湿地保护制度的演化进行了四阶断之划分:'西进运动'与全民开垦(1900年之前)、'水鸟保护'与公众参与(1900-1970年)、核心法律与科学研究(1971-1980年)和完善制度与新的挑战(1980年至今)。分析得出如下结论:在湿地保护制度中,公众是源头、科学是前提、有效的政府管治和将湿地保护的规则和与政策制度化是关键。通过借鉴美国湿地保护制度变迁研究,本文构建了湿地保护制度变迁的'竹节模式'经验性模型,揭示了各动因之间的作用机理。虽然美国湿地保护制度也面临着公众教育、科学定义和政府管辖权等挑战,但中国的湿地管理者与政策制定者仍可从美国湿地政策执行的历史背景中吸取经验。同时本文的理论分析结构也可为自然资源及管理策略的研究提供参考。陈溪 Magdeline Laba Robertson Morgan Barbara Cosens 王子彦 陈雪 James Anderson Marinus Otte Christopher Craft David Feldman 李杨帆 刘晶岚 Patrick Sullivan 吕宪国 2016资源科学2016,38,4:13
4BRAIN INJURY BIOMECHANICS IN REAL WORLD VEHICLE ACCIDENT USING MATHEMATICAL MODELS显示文摘This paper aims at investigating brain injury mechanisms and predicting head injuries in real world accidents. For this purpose, a 3D human head finite element model (HBM-head) was developed based on head-brain anatomy. The HBM head model was validated with two experimental tests. Then the head finite element(FE) model and a multi-body system (MBS) model were used to carry out reconstructions of real world vehicle-pedestrian accidents and brain injuries. The MBS models were used for calculating the head impact conditions in vehicle impacts. The HBM-head model was used for calculating the injury related physical parameters, such as intracranial pressure, stress, and strain. The calculated intracranial pressure and strain distribution were correlated w/th the injury outcomes observed from accidents. It is shown that this model can predict the intracranial biomechanical response and calculate the injury related physical parameters. 8A GmNINa-miR172c-NNC1 Regulatory Network Coordinates the Nodulation and Autoregulation of Nodulation Pathways in Soybean显示文摘Symbiotic root nodules are root lateral organs of plants in which nitrogen-fixing bacteria(rhizobia)convert atmospheric nitrogen to ammonia.The formation and number of nodules in legumes are precisely controlled by a rhizobia-induced signal cascade and host-controlled autoregulation of nodulation(AON).However,how these pathways are integrated and their underlying mechanisms are unclear.Here,we report that microRNA172c(miR172c)activates soybean(Glycine max)R hizobia-induced CLE1(GmRICI)and GmRIC2 by removing the transcriptional repression of these genes by Nodule Number Control 1(NNC1),leading to the activation of the AON pathway.NNC1 interacts with GmNINa,the soybean ortholog of Lotus NODULE INCEPTION(NIN),and hampers its transcriptional activation o i G m RICI and GmRIC2.Importantly,GmNINa acts as a transcriptional activator of miR172c.Intriguingly,NNC1 can transcriptionally repress miR172c expression,adding a negative feedback loop into the NNC1 regulatory network.Moreover,GmNINa interacts with NNC1 and can relieve the NNC1-mediated repression of miR172c transcription.Thus,the GmNINa-miR172c-NNC1 network is a master switch that coordinately regulates and optimizes NF and AON signaling,supporting the balance between nodulation and AON in soybean.Lixiang Wang Zhengxi Sun Chao Su Yongliang Wang Qiqi Yan Jiahuan Chen Thomas Ott Xia Li 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,9:7

11New tight junction protein 2 variant causing progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis type 4 in adults: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis(PFIC)encompasses a group of autosomal recessive disorders with high morbidity and mortality.Variants in the gene encoding tight junction protein-2(TJP2)have been linked to PFIC type 4(PFIC4),which predominantly presents in childhood.However,there are only limited data from adults with TJP2-related PFIC4.We report a family with an autosomal recessive disorder with a novel variant in the TJP2 gene in adults with very variable expression of PFIC4.CASE SUMMARY The index patient presented at 19 years old with liver cirrhosis and variceal bleeding and was treated with endoscopic banding and beta-blockers.In 2018,he developed primary liver cancer that was treated with radiofrequency ablation followed by liver transplantation in 2019.Genetic testing revealed a novel homozygous TJP2 variant causing PFIC4(TJP2([NM_004817.3]:c.[3334C>T];[3334C>T])).The consanguineous family consists of the father and mother(both heterozygous)and their 12 children,of which five carry the variant in a homozygous state;however,these five siblings have highly variable expression of PFIC4.Two homozygous brothers had cirrhosis and portal hypertension at diagnosis at the ages of 19 and 36.Two other homozygous brothers,age 23 and 19,and the homozygous sister,age 21,have elevated liver enzymes but presently no cirrhosis,which may suggest an age-dependent penetrance.In addition,five sisters had severe and mild intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and carry the TJP2 variant in a homozygous and heterozygous state,respectively.CONCLUSION This novel TJP2 variant is associated with PFIC4 causing severe liver disease with cirrhosis and primary liver cancer in adolescents/adults.Chun-Shan Wei Naja Becher Jenny Blechingberg Friis Peter Ott Ida Vogel Henning Grønbæk 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,5:6

13Entanglement beating in free space through spin–orbit coupling显示文摘It is well known that the entanglement of a quantum state is invariant under local unitary transformations.This rule dictates,for example,that the entanglement of internal degrees of freedom of a photon remains invariant during free-space propagation.Here,we outline a scenario in which this paradigm does not hold.Using local Bell states engineered from classical vector vortex beams with non-separable degrees of freedom,the so-called classically entangled states,we demonstrate that the entanglement evolves during propagation,oscillating between maximally entangled(purely vector)and product states(purely scalar).We outline the spin–orbit interaction behind these novel propagation dynamics and confirm the results experimentally,demonstrating spin–orbit coupling in paraxial beams.This demonstration highlights a hitherto unnoticed property of classical entanglement and simultaneously offers a device for the on-demand delivery of vector states to targets,for example,for dynamic laser materials processing,switchable resolution within stimulated emission depletion(STED)systems,and a tractor beam for entanglement.Eileen Otte Carmelo Rosales-Guzmán Bienvenu Ndagano Cornelia Denz Andrew Forbes 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:5

16Eccentric error and compensation in rotationally symmetric laser triangulation显示文摘Rotationally symmetric triangulation(RST)sensor has more flexibility and less uncertainty limits because of the abaxial rotationally symmetric optical system.But if the incident laser is eccentric,the symmetry of the image will descend,and it will result in the eccentric error especially when some part of the imaged ring is blocked.The model of rotationally symmetric triangulation that meets the Schimpflug condition is presented in this paper.The error from eccentric incident laser is analysed.It is pointed out that the eccentric error is composed of two parts,one is a cosine in circumference and proportional to the eccentric departure factor,and the other is a much smaller quadric factor of the departure.When the ring is complete,the first error factor is zero because it is integrated in whole ring, but if some part of the ring is blocked,the first factor will be the main error.Simulation verifies the result of the a- nalysis.At last,a compensation method to the error when some part of the ring is lost is presented based on neural network.The results of experiment show that the compensation will make the absolute maximum error descend to half,and the standard deviation of error descends to 1/3.Wang Lei Gao Jun Wang Xiaojia Johannes Eckstein Peter Ott 2007仪器仪表学报2007,28,9:4

18Distribution and effects of tree leaf litter on vegetation composition and biomass in a forest–grassland ecotone显示文摘Aims After abandonment of grasslands,secondary succession leads to the invasion by woody species.This process begins with the accumulation of tree litter in the forest–grassland ecotone.Our objectives were to determine the relationships between litter amounts and vegetation composition and cover along natural forest–grassland ecotones and to experimentally study the initial effects of tree litter accumulation on grassland vegetation and on microsite conditions.Methods We established 11 transects varying from 12 to 15 m in length in different forest–grassland ecotones in the Lahn-Dill highlands,Germany,and measured the mass and cover of tree litter and the cover and composition of vegetation at five sequential positions along each transect by using 1 m2 plots with five replications.In a field experiment,we established plots subjected to different litter amounts(0,200 and 600g m^(−2))and evaluated changes in grassland vegetation,soil temperature and soil nutrient availability below the litter layer.Important Findings Tree litter amounts decrease from 650 to 65g m^(−2) across the forest–grassland ecotone.Vegetation changed from shrubs and annual species(adapted to more stressful conditions)in the forests edge to grasses,rosettes and hemirosette species(with higher competitive abilities)in the grassland.These anthropogenic forest–grassland ecotones showed abrupt edges,and the two adjacent ecosystems were characterized by different species pools and functional groups.In the field experiment,the presence of a litter layer reduced vegetation biomass and cover;the species richness was only reduced in the treatment with high litter(600g m^(−2)).Additionally,adding litter on top of vegetation also reduced thermal amplitude and the number of frost days,while increasing the availability of some nutrients,such as nitrogen and aluminium,the latter being an indicator of soil acidification.Adding a tree litter layer of 600g m^(−2) in grassland areas had strong effects on the composition and diversity of grassland vegetation by reducing the cover of several key grassland species.In,or near,forest edges,litter accumulation rapidly changes established vegetation,microsite conditions and soil nutrients.Alejandro Loydi Kerstin Lohse Annette Otte Tobias W.Donath R.Lutz Eckstein 2014Journal of Plant Ecology2014,7,3:3
