| 2 | 西伯利亚布鲁斯地下水溢流积冰的边坡水热过程模拟显示文摘俄罗斯萨哈(雅库特)共和国属于典型高纬度寒区,是世界地下水溢流积冰问题最严重的地区之一,布鲁斯位于萨哈共和国汉加拉斯基区东部,是地下水溢流积冰现象的代表性区域。在实地勘测的基础上,采用Geo-stu dio软件结合气象数据对不同时期山谷边坡的温度场、渗流场的分布特征进行耦合模拟并分析其对地下水溢流积冰发育的影响。结果表明:(1)研究区长达192 d稳定的负温环境,使得边坡内部过水通道温度环境维持地下水接近冻结-未冻结的临界状态,有效地提高了其溢流到地表(或积冰体表面)后的冻结效率。坡体外部最低可达-43℃的超低温度,也为其冻结提供了足够的冷量。(2)寒武纪碳酸盐岩的强风化带是坡体内为溢流积冰供水的主要过水通道,其地下水渗流速度最高可达1.23 m/d,较其他岩层水流速率(一般不超过0.05 m/d)明显加快。(3)同时充足的地下水补给为地下水溢流积冰的形成提供物质条件,形成较高的地下水水位为地下水渗流提供驱动力。本研究可为中国及其他国家和地区的地下水溢流积冰相关研究提供科学参考。 | 戴长雷 于淼 张晓红 Nadezhda Pavlova 尉意茹 | 2020 | 水利学报2020,51,4: | 3 |

| 5 | A new can didate vaccine for human brucellosis based on influenza viral vectors:a preliminary investigation for the development of an immunization schedule in a guinea pig model显示文摘Background:A new candidate vector vaccine against human brucellosis based on recombinant influenza viral vectors(rIVV)subtypes H5N1 expressing Brucella outer membrane protein(Omp)16,L7/L12,Omp19or Cu-Zn SOD proteins has been developed.This paper presents the results of the study of protection of the vaccine using on guinea pigs,including various options of administering,dose and frequency.Provided data of the novel vaccine candidate will contribute to its further movement into the preclinical stage study.Methods:General states of guinea pigs was assessed based on behavior and dynamics of a guinea pig weight-gain test.The effectiveness of the new anti-brucellosis vector vaccine was determined by studying its protective effect after conjunctival,intranasal and sublingual administration in doses 10^(5) EID50,10^(6) EID_(50) and 10^(7) EID_(50) during prime and boost vaccinations of animals,followed by challenge with a virulent strain of B.melitensis 16 M infection.For sake of comparison,the commercial ft melitensis Rev.1 vaccine was used as a control.The protective properties of vaccines were assessed by quantitation of Brucella colonization in organs and tissues of infected animals and compared to the control groups.Results:It was observed a gradual increase in body weight of guinea pigs after prime and booster immunization with the vacci ne using conjunctival,intra nasal and subli ngual routes of administration,as well as after using various doses of vaccine.The most optimal way of using the vaccine has been established:double intranasal immunization of guinea pigs at a dose of 10^(6) EID50, which provides 80%protection of guinea pigs from B.melitensis 16 M infection(P<0.05),which is comparable to the results of the effectiv en ess of the commercial B.melitensis Rev.1 vacci ne.Conclusions:We developed effective human vaccine candidate against brucellosis and developed its immunization protocol in guinea pig model.We believe that because of these studies,the proposed vaccine has achieved the best level of protection,which in turn provides a basis for its further promotion. | Dina Bugybayeva Zhailaubay Kydyrbayev Nadezhda Zinina Nurika Assanzhanova Bolat Yespembetov Yerken Kozhamkulov Kunsulu Zakarya Sholpan Ryskeldinova Kaissar Tabynov | 2021 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2021,10,1: | 3 |

| 13 | A detailed reconstruction of changes in the factors and parameters of soil erosion over the past 250 years in the forest zone of European Russia(Moscow region)显示文摘Accelerated soil erosion is a major threat to soil,and there are great variations in the rate of soil erosion over time due to natural and human-induced factors.The temperate forest zone of Russia is character-ized by complex stages of land-use history(i.e.active urbanization,agricultural development,land abandonment,etc.).We have for the first time estimated the rates of soil erosion by the WaTEM/SEDEM model(rainfall erosion)and by a regional model(snowmelt erosion)over the past 250 years(from 1780 to 2019)for a 100-km2 study site in the Moscow region of Russia.The calculations were made on the basis of a detailed historical reconstruction of the following factors:the location of the arable land,crop rotation,the rain erosivity factor,and the maximum snow water equivalent.The area of arable land has decreased more than 3.5-fold over the past 250 years.At the end of the 20th century,the rates of gross erosion had declined more than 5.5-fold(from 28×10^(3) to 5×10^(3) t·ha^(-1)yr^(-1))in comparison with the end of the 18th century.Changes in the boundaries of arable land and also the relief features had led to a significant intra-slope accumulation of sediments.As a result of sediment redeposition within the arable land,the variation in net soil erosion was significantly lower than the variation in gross soil erosion.The changes in arable land area and in crop composition are the factors that have to the greatest extent determined the changes in soil erosion in this territory. | Andrey Zhidkin Daria Fomicheva Nadezhda Ivanova Tomas Dostal Alla Yurova Mikhail Komissarov Josef Krasa | 2022 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2022,10,1: | 1 |
