1Photoprotective Effects of Hydroxychloroqine and TCMs on Human Keratinocytes Damaged from Ultraviolet Irradiation显示文摘Objective: To investigate damage effects of ultraviolet irradiation on eternal keratinocyte-HaCaT cells and to evaluate photo-protective efficiency of hydroxychloroqine and Traditional Chinese Medicines ( epigallocatechingallate[EGCG], baikal skullcap root and szechwan lovge rhizome) on HaCaT ceils damaged by middle wave ultraviolet(UVB) irradiation. Methods: Subconfluent HaCaT cells were sham or UVB irradiated and treated with above TCM agents. The damage degree of HaCaT cells was observed by a light microscop. Cell growth was recorded by cellcount and cellular activity was detected by MTT method. The secretion amount of IL-6 and TNF-α was measured by ELISA. Results: The irradiation damage of HaCaT cells was depended on the irradiated dosages and cellular activity was reduced by 36%-80%, with a maximum decrease over 90% after 72 h. The intervention of the above drugs may increase the cellular activity by 10%-72%. The photo-protective efficiency was more apparent in F_A^G (from 1.19+0.07 to 1.28 + 0.06, P < 0.01 ) than that in hydroxychloroqine ( from 0.43 + 0.04 to 0.96 + 0.04, P < 0.05). The other two tested drugs also showed photo-protective effect( from 0.44 + 0.07 to 1.21 -+ 0.02, P < 0.05). As to cytokine secretion, EGCG could decline the secretion amount of IL-6 and TNF.a apparently. Hydroxychloroqine and baikal skullcap root baikal skullcap root could only reduce the secretion of ID6. The secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α could not be inhibitedby szechwan lovge rhizome. Conclusion : The injury effect of UVB irradiation on cultured keratinocytes is dose-dependent and the tested drugs have photo-protective potency. 3The Research of the Equation Model on the System-level Fault Diagnosis显示文摘In this paper we propose an equation model of system-level fault diagnoses, and construct corresponding theory and algorithms. People can turn any PMC model on ex-test into an equivalent equation (or a system of equations), and find all consistent fault patterns based on the equation model. We can also find all fault patterns, in which the fault node numbers are less than or equal to t without supposing t-diagnosable. 4Energy and Water Balance at Soil-Air Interface in a Sahelian Region显示文摘The aim of this work is an improvement of the parameterization of the soil moisture in the scheme of the Land Surface Process Model (LSPM) for applications over desert areas. In fact, in very dry conditions, the water vapour flux plays an important role in the evaporation processes and influences the underground profiles of humidity and temperature. The improved version of soil moisture parameterization in the LSPM scheme has been checked by using the data taken from the database of the field experiment HAPEX-Sahel (Hydrology-Atmosphere Pilot Experiment in the Sahel, 1990-1992). Model simulations refer to three dif- ferent stations located in Niger (Fallow, Millet and Tiger sites) where input data for LSPM and observations were simultaneously available. The results of simulations, taking into account the water vapour flux in the soil model LSPM, seem to compare better with the observed behaviour of soil moisture and turbulent heat fluxes than those overlooking the water vapour flux, confirming the great importance of the water vapour in such dry conditions.Minwei Qian, N. 5Synthesis and electrochemical performance of La-doped Li_3V_(2-x)La_x(PO_4)_3 cathode materials for lithium batteries显示文摘La-doped Li3V2-xLax(PO4)3 (x=0.01,0.02,and 0.03) cathode materials for lithium ion batteries were synthesized by the microwave-assisted carbothermal reduction method (MW-CTR).The structures and properties of the prepared samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical measurements.The results showed that all the three Li3V2-xLax(PO4)3 samples had the same monoclinic structures and sharper diffraction peaks of the crystal plane compared with those of the undoped Li3V2(PO4)3.The initial charge/discharge specific capacity,coulomb efficiency,and discharge decay rate of all the three Li3V2-xLax(PO4)3 samples were superior to those of the undoped Li3V2(PO4)3 sample,and the Li3V1.98La0.02(PO4)3 sample exhibited the best features among the three La-doped Li3V2-xLax(PO4)3 samples.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) demonstrated that the Li3V1.98La0.02(PO4)3 sample had a lower charge transfer resistance and a higher Li ion diffusion coefficient compared with the undoped Li3V2(PO4)3 sample.JIANG Boquan HU Shufen WANG Minwei OUYANG Xiaoping GONG Zhenyu 2011Rare Metals2011,30,2:2

12An alternative approach to determine critical angle of contrast reversal and surface roughness of oil slicks under sunglint显示文摘The critical angle is the angle at which the contrast of oil slicks reverse their contrasts against the surrounding oil-free seawater under sunglint.Accurate determination of the critical angle can help estimate surface roughness and refractive index of the oil slicks.Although it’s difficult to determine a certain critical angle,the potential critical angle range help to improve the estimation accuracy.In this study,the angle between the viewing direction and the direction of mirror reflection is used as an indicator for quantifying the critical angle and could be calculated from the solar/viewing geometry from observations of the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS).The natural seep oil slicks in the Gulf of Mexico were first delineated using a customized segmentation approach to remove noise and apply a morphological filter.On the basis of the histograms of the brightness values of the delineated oil slicks,the potential range of the critical angle was determined,and then an optimal critical angle between oil slicks and seawater was then determined from statistical and regression analyses in this range.This critical angle corresponds to the best fitting between the modeled and observed surface roughness of seep oil slicks and seawater.Yansha Wen Mengqiu Wang Yingcheng Lu Shaojie Sunc Minwei Zhang Zhihua Mao Jing Shi Yongxue Liu 2018International Journal of Digital Earth2018,11,9:1
