| 2 | Pattern Dynamics of Thermal-environment Effect During Urbanization:A Case Study in Shenzhen City,China显示文摘The thermal-environment effect exists in the field of rapid urbanization.It has adverse effects on the urban atmosphere,regional climate,energy consumption,and public health.Shenzhen,a representative of rapidly urbanizing cities in China,was selected as a case for pattern dynamics analysis of the thermal environment.The surface temperature was acquired from the thermal infrared data of Landsat TM and ETM+ images in 1986,1995,and 2005 by Jiménez-Mu?oz and Sobrino's generalized single-channel method,which was used in assessing the distribution and spatial patterns of the thermal environment.The relative thermal environment curve(RTC) was combined with Moran's I analysis to assess the pattern dynamics of the thermal environment in different urbanization periods.Moran's I index and the RTC represent a process of aggregation-fragmentation-aggregation,which shows the aggregation pattern of a decrease during the rapid urbanization period and then an increase during the steady urbanization period.High-temperature areas gradually expanded to a uniform and scattered distribution in the rapid urbanization period;while the high thermal-environment effect was gradually transformed into a steady spatial pattern in the stable urbanization period.To characterize the increasing development in this multiple-center city,we chose profiles along an urban-development axis.The results suggest that heat islands have expanded from internal urban to external urban areas.Four profiles were obtained showing differences in shape due to spatial differences in the process of development. | XIE Miaomiao WANG Yanglin FU Meichen ZHANG Dingxuan | 2013 | Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,1: | 2 |

| 5 | The Dynamic Analysis of Agro-ecological Economic System on the Basis of Emergy: A Case Study of Wu'an City in Hebei Province显示文摘Using the method of emergy analysis, we analyze the input and output of agroecological economic system, and select five indicators (net emergy yield ratio, emergy investment ratio, environmental loading ratio, emergy sustainability index, and dominance of emergy yield system) for assessment. The results show that the emergy input-output in Wu'an City is in general on the rise; the emergy investment ratio rises constantly, but the net emergy yield ratio decreases, and the comparative advantage in the prices of agricultural products is gradually lost. At the same time, with increase in the non-renewable industrial support emergy, the environmental pressures are also mounting. | 10 | BnbHLH92a negatively regulates anthocyanin and proanthocyanidin biosynthesis in Brassica napus显示文摘Yellow seed trait is a desirable characteristic with potential for increasing seed quality and commercial value in rapeseed,and anthocyanin and proanthocyanidins(PAs)are major seed-coat pigments.Few transcription factors involved in the regulation of anthocyanin and PAs biosynthesis have been characterized in rapeseed.In this study,we identified a transcription factor gene BnbHLH92a(BnaA06T0441000ZS)in rapeseed.Overexpressing BnbHLH92a both in Arabidopsis and in rapeseed reduced levels of anthocyanin and PAs.Correspondingly,the expression profiles of anthocyanin and PA biosynthesis genes(TT3,BAN,TT8,TT18,and TTG1)were shown by quantitative real-time PCR to be inhibited in BnbHLH92a-overexpressing Arabidopsis seeds,indicating that BnbHLH92a represses the anthocyanin and PA biosynthesis pathway in Arabidopsis.BnbHLH92a physically interacts with the BnTTG1 protein and represses the biosynthesis of anthocyanins and PAs in rapeseed.BnbHLH92a also binds directly to the BnTT18 promoter and represses its expression.These results suggest that BnbHLH92a is a novel upstream regulator of flavonoid biosynthesis in B.napus. | Ran Hu Meichen Zhu Si Chen Chengxiang Li Qianwei Zhang Lei Gao Xueqin Liu Shulin Shen Fuyou Fu Xinfu Xu Ying Liang Liezhao Liu Kun Lu Hao Yu Jiana Li Cunmin Qu | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,2: | 0 |
| 11 | Ecosystem service values of gardens in the Yellow River Basin,China显示文摘Studies on the ecosystem service value(ESV)of gardens are critical for informing evidence-based land management practices based on an understanding of the local ecosystem.By analyzing equivalent value factors(EVFs),this paper evaluated the values of 11 ecosystem services of gardens in the Yellow River Basin of China in 2019.High-precision land use survey data were used to improve the accuracy of the land use classification,garden areas,and spatial distribution of the ESVs of gardens.The results showed that garden ecosystem generally had high ESVs,especially in terms of the ESV of food production,which is worthy of further research and application to the practice of land use planning and management.Specifically,the value of one standard EVF of ecosystem services in 2019 was 3587.04 CNY/(hm^(2)·a),and the ESV of food production of gardens was much higher than that of croplands.Garden ecosystem provided an ESV of 1348.66×10^(8)CNY/a in the Yellow River Basin.The areas with the most concentrated ESVs of gardens were located in four regions:downstream in the Shandong-Henan zone along the Yellow River,mid-stream in the Shanxi-Shaanxi zone along the Yellow River,the Weihe River Basin,and upstream in the Qinghai-Gansu-Ningxia-Inner Mongolia zone along the Yellow River.The spatial correlation of the ESVs in the basin was significant(global spatial autocorrelation index Moran's I=0.464),which implied that the characteristics of high ESVs adjacent to high ESVs and low ESVs adjacent to low ESVs are prominent.In the Yellow River Basin,the contribution of the ESVs of gardens to the local environment and economy varied across regions.We also put forward some suggestions for promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the Yellow River Basin.The findings of this study provide important contributions to the research of ecosystem service evaluation in the Yellow River Basin. | GE Qianqian XU Wenjie FU Meichen HAN Yingxin AN Guoqiang XU Yuetong | 2022 | Journal of Arid Land2022,14,3: | 0 |
| 12 | Effects of grain size on landscape patterns in mineral resource zones:a case study of Wu’an,China显示文摘A mineral resource zone,rich in resources and energy,is intensively developed and disturbed by human activities,which causes an obvious change of landscapes.Taking Wu’an of Hebei Province,China,as a case study,this paper extracts landscape information of mineral resource zones through overlapping mineral resources distribution map and landscape pattern map.And then,various landscape indices are selected for analyzing the effects of grain size(30,60,90,120,150,180,210,240,270 and 300 m)on landscape patterns.Due to different kinds of landscape information transmitted by indices,the changing trends vary with the increase of grain sizes.Accordingly the landscape indices are classified into three types of effects:disturbance,continuity and sustainability,and each type of effect has its own optimal range for grain sizes.Then the optimal range of grain size on landscape patterns in mineral resource zones is gained through a comparison of the effects in various grain sizes of landscape indices.The best first domain of scale covers 30-90 m,with a suitable grain size of 30-60 m before intensive mining and a suitable grain size of 60-90 m after intensive mining.Besides,the suitable grain sizes for reflecting disturbance,continuity and sustainability before intensive mining are 30-60,30-60 and 30-90 m,respectively,however,the sizes are changed to 60-90,60-90 and 30-90 m,respectively,after intensive mining.The results are helpful for rational land use and optimal landscape allocation. | Jianjun Zhang Yongheng Rao Yang Xu Meichen Fu | 2014 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2014,1,2: | 0 |
