1Anthropogenic emission inventories in China:a review显示文摘The development of reliable anthropogenic emission inventories is essential for both understanding the sources of air pollution and designing effective air-pollution-control measures in China. However, it is challenging to quantify emissions in China accurately, given the variety of contributing sources, the complexity of the technology mix and the lack of reliable measurements. Over the last two decades,tremendous efforts have been made to improve the accuracy of emission inventories, and significant improvements have been realized. More reliable statistics and survey-based data have been used to reduce the uncertainties in activity rates and technology distributions. Local emission factors and source profiles covering various sources have been measured and reported. Based on these local databases, improved emission inventory models have been developed for power plants, large industrial plants and the residential,transportation and agricultural sectors. In this paper, we review the progress that has been made in developing inventories of anthropogenic emissions in China. We first highlight the major updates that have been made to emission inventory models and the underlying data by source category. We then summarize the sector-based estimates of emissions of different species contained in current inventories. The progress that has been made in the development of model-ready emissions is also presented. 2Immune mechanisms of Concanavalin A model of autoimmune hepatitis显示文摘As a chronic inflammatory disease of the liver,the pathogenic mechanisms of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) have not yet been elucidated,with prognosis and diagnosis remaining unsatisfied.Currently the only viable treatments of AIH are immunosuppressant application and liver transplantation.It is considered that lack of good animal AIH models is the main reason for the shortage of a simple and efficient cure.The Concanavalin A (Con A) model is a typical and well established model for investigating T-cell and macrophage dependent liver injury in mice,which closely mimics the pathogenesis mechanisms and pathological changes of patients,and is regarded as the best experimental model for AIH research so far.In this paper we eluci-dated the pathogenic mechanisms of AIH and the evolution of relative animal models.We go on to further focus on Con A-induced liver injury from the point of immunological mechanisms and the change of cytokine levels.Finally,we manifested the clinical significance of the AIH animal models and the challenges they would meet during their future development.Hai-Xia Wang Man Liu Shun-Yan Weng Jing-Jing Li Chao Xie Hong-Lin He Wen Guan Yun-Sheng Yuan Jin Gao 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,2:52
3Trends in Lipids Level and Dyslipidemia among Chinese Adults, 2002-2015显示文摘Objective To investigate the trends of lipid profiles and dyslipidemia among Chinese adults from 2002 to 2015.Methods Data were collected from three nationally representative cross-sectional surveys.Fasting venous blood samples were collected and serum lipids were tested by biochemical analysis and enzymatic determination.Lipid levels and the prevalence of dyslipidemia among adults were analyzed with complex sampling weighting adjustment for age and gender.Results The weighted means of TC, TG, and LDL-c significantly increased linearly from 3.93, 1.12, and 2.12 mmol/L in 2002 to 4.59, 1.41, and 2.78 mmol/L in 2010 and then to 4.63, 1.47, and 2.87 mmol/L in 2015, respectively;by contrast, HDL-c levels decreased significantly from 1.30 mmol/L to 1.26 mmol/L over the same period.Similar trends in mean non-HDL-c and lipid-related ratios were observed.The weighted dyslipidemia prevalence linearly increased;in particular, hypercholesterolemia increased from 1.6% to 5.6% and then to 5.8%, hypertriglyceridemia increased from 5.7% to 13.6% and then to 15.0%, low HDL-c increased from 18.8% to 35.5% and then to 24.9%, and high LDL-c increased from 1.3% to 5.6% and then to 7.2%(P for trend <0.001).Conclusion Dyslipidemia increased among Chinese adults from 2002 to 2015.Development of a comprehensive strategy to decrease lipid levels in this population is urgently required.SONG Peng Kun MAN Qing Qing LI Hong PANG Shao Jie JIA Shan Shan LI Yu Qian HE Li ZHAO Wen Hua ZHANG Jian 2019Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2019,32,8:45

5Changing trends of disease burden of gastric cancer in China from 1990 to 2019 and its predictions:Findings from Global Burden of Disease Study显示文摘Objective:China is one of the countries with the heaviest burden of gastric cancer(GC)in the world.Understanding the epidemiological trends and patterns of GC in China can contribute to formulating effective prevention strategies.Methods:The data on incidence,mortality,and disability-adjusted life-years(DALYs)of GC in China from1990 to 2019 were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease Study(2019).The estimated annual percentage change(EAPC)was calculated to evaluate the temporal trends of disease burden of GC,and the package Nordpred in the R program was used to perform an age-period-cohort analysis to predict the numbers and rates of incidence and mortality in the next 25 years.Results:The number of incident cases of GC increased from 317.34 thousand in 1990 to 612.82 thousand in2019,while the age-standardized incidence rate(ASIR)of GC decreased from 37.56 per 100,000 in 1990 to 30.64 per 100,000 in 2019,with an EAPC of-0.41[95%confidence interval(95%CI):-0.77,-0.06].Pronounced temporal trends in mortality and DALYs of GC were observed.In the next 25 years,the numbers of new GC cases and deaths are expected to increase to 738.79 thousand and 454.80 thousand,respectively,while the rates of incidence and deaths should steadily decrease.The deaths and DALYs attributable to smoking were different for males and females.Conclusions:In China,despite the fact that the rates of GC have decreased during the past three decades,the numbers of new GC cases and deaths increased,and will continue to increase in the next 25 years.Additional strategies are needed to reduce the burden of GC,such as screening and early detection,novel treatments,and the prevention of risk factors.Tongchao Zhang Hui Chen Xiaolin Yin Qiufeng He Jinyu Man Xiaorong Yang Ming Lu 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,1:19
6Vehicular volatile organic compounds losses due to refueling and diurnal process in China: 2010–2050显示文摘Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) are crucial to control air pollution in major Chinese cities since VOCs are the dominant factor influencing ambient ozone level, and also an important precursor of secondary organic aerosols. Vehicular evaporative emissions have become a major and growing source of VOC emissions in China. This study consists of lab tests, technology evaluation, emissions modeling, policy projections and cost-benefit analysis to draw a roadmap for China for controlling vehicular evaporative emissions. The analysis suggests that evaporative VOC emissions from China's light-duty gasoline vehicles were approximately 185,000 ton in 2010 and would peak at 1,200,000 ton in 2040 without control. The current control strategy implemented in China, as shown in business as usual(BAU) scenario, will barely reduce the long-term growth in emissions. Even if Stage II gasoline station vapor control policies were extended national wide(BAU + extended Stage II), there would still be over 400,000 ton fuel loss in 2050. In contrast, the implementation of on-board refueling vapor recovery(ORVR) on new cars could reduce 97.5% of evaporative VOCs by 2050(BAU + ORVR/BAU + delayed ORVR). According to the results, a combined Stage II and ORVR program is a comprehensive solution that provides both short-term and long-term benefits. 7High levels of serum interleukin-6 increase mortality of hepatitis B virus-associated acute-on-chronic liver failure显示文摘BACKGROUND Patients with hepatitis B virus-associated acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBVACLF)present a complex and poor prognosis.Systemic inflammation plays an important role in its pathogenesis,and interleukin-6(IL-6)as a pro-inflammatory cytokine is related with severe liver impairment and also plays a role in promoting liver regeneration.Whether serum IL-6 influences HBV-ACLF prognosis has not been studied.AIM To determine the impact of serum IL-6 on outcome of patients with HBV-ACLF.METHODS We performed a retrospective study of 412 HBV-ACLF patients.The findings were analyzed with regard to mortality and the serum IL-6 level at baseline,as well as dynamic changes of serum IL-6 within 4 wk.RESULTS The serum IL-6 level was associated with mortality.Within 4 wk,deceased patients had significantly higher levels of IL-6 at baseline than surviving patients[17.9(7.3-57.6)vs 10.4(4.7-22.3),P=0.011].Patients with high IL-6 levels(>11.8 pg/mL)had a higher mortality within 4 wk than those with low IL-6 levels(≤11.8 pg/mL)(24.2%vs 13.2%,P=0.004).The odds ratios calculated using univariate and multivariate logistic regression were 2.10(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.26-3.51,P=0.005)and 2.11(95%CI:1.15-3.90,P=0.017),respectively.The mortality between weeks 5 and 8 in patients with high IL-6 levels at 4 wk was 15.0%,which was significantly higher than the 6.6%mortality rate in patients with low IL-6 levels at 4 wk(hazard ratio=2.39,95%CI:1.05-5.41,P=0.037).The mortality was 5.0%in patients with high IL-6 levels at baseline and low IL-6 levels at 4 wk,7.5%in patients with low IL-6 levels both at baseline and at 4 wk,11.5%in patients with low IL-6 levels at baseline and high IL-6 levels at 4 wk,and 16.7%in patients with high IL-6 levels both at baseline and at 4 wk.The increasing trend of the mortality rate with the dynamic changes of IL-6 was significant(P for trend=0.023).CONCLUSION A high level of serum IL-6 is an independent risk factor for mortality in patients with HBV-ACLF.Furthermore,a sustained high level or dynamic elevated level of serum IL-6 indicates a higher mortality.Chao Zhou Ning Zhang Ting-Ting He Yao Wang Li-Fu Wang Yong-Qiang Sun Jing Jing Jing-Jing Zhang Shuang-Nan Fu Xuan Wang Xiao-Xiao Liang Xin Li Man Gong Jun Li 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,30:15
8Development of fractures in soft rock surrounding a roadway and their control显示文摘As the excavation of roadway,new fractures will be formed and the pre-existing fractures extend with the redistribution of stress in surrounding rocks.Eventually,fracture zone and bed separation are formed in rocks because of the developed fractures.Therefore,mastering the fracture evolution of surrounding rocks is very important to maintain the stability of roadway.The surrounding rocks of main haulage roadway in a certain coal mine is so broken and loose that the supporting is very difficult.Based on comprehensive analysis of the engineering geological conditions,a sight instrument was used to observe the fractures of internal surrounding rocks.Four indices,i.e.,the width of fracture zone W,the number of fractures n,the width of fractures d and rock fracture designation RFD,are put forward to evaluate the fracture development.According to the evolution rules of the soft rock roadway from this paper,control principles by stages and by regions are presented through the research.At the same time,the best time of grouting reinforcement is determined on the basis of fracture saturation.Field practice shows that the roadway can satisfy normal production during service periods by suitable first support and grouting reinforcement.Li Xuehua Yao Qiangling Man Jiankang Chen Chaoqun He Lihui 2011Mining Science and Technology2011,21,4:12
9Effects of recombinant human canstatin protein in the treatment of pancreatic cancer显示文摘AIM: To examine the effect of canstatin, a newly discovered endogenous inhibitor of angiogenesis, in the treatment of pancreatic cancer in vivo. METHODS: The canstatin cDNA fragment was synthesized and amplified from the total RNA extracted from human placenta tissues by RT-PCR. The resulting product was firstly cloned into pUCm-T vector, then into plasmid pET-22b (+) and transformed into E. coli BL21. Isopropyl-1-thio-b-Dgalactopyran-oside (IPTG) was used to induce the expression of canstatin protein and affinity chromatography was used to purify the protein. To determine the activity of purified recombinant human canstatin (rhCanstatin), orthotopic xenograft human pancreatic cancer models were established. Human pancreatic cancer cells (SW1990) were injected into the pancreas of BALB/c nude mice. Twenty-four nude mice with orthotopic xenograft tumor were randomly divided into 3 groups 10 d after the inoculation, and were treated with PBS 0.3 mL, or canstatin 5 mg/kg, or 10 mg/kg per day for 3 wk intraperitoneally. When the experiment was over, all tumors were resected and the effects of rhCanstatin on tumor growth, microvessel density (MVD) were analyzed. RESULTS: After IPTG induction, SDS-PAGE showed a new monomeric 24 kDa protein band. This protein was purified through affinity chromatography and refolded through dialysis with a final concentration of 60 mg/L. In orthotopic pancreatic cancer models, the final tumor volume in groups treated with PBS, canstatin 5 mg/ kg, 10 mg/kg were 355.21 ± 39.54 mm3, 112.73 ±10.47 mm3, and 61.75 ± 6.99 mm3 respectively. The immunohistochemical examination showed that the MVD in tumors treated with canstatin was significantly less than that in other group. 10The toxicological effect of dietary excess of saccharicterpenin,the extract of camellia seed meal,in piglets显示文摘Recently, saccharicterpenin extracted from Camellia oleifera seed meal has become a widely used feed supplement in animal husbandry. In order to assess its safety, this study was designed to investigate the toxicity and histopathological effects of saccharicterpenin on piglets. One hundred-fifty weaned pigs((Yorkshire×Landrace)×Duroc), 75 males and 75 females with body weight(BW) of(7.35±0.29) kg, were randomly allotted to groups receiving diets supplemented with 0, 500, 1 000, 2 500 or 5 000 mg kg^–1 saccharicterpenin for 70 d. The diet with 500 mg kg^–1 saccharicterpenin supplementation improved liver glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity, and the diet with 1 000 mg kg^–1 saccharicterpenin supplementation improved liver glutathione S-transferase(GSH-S) activity in piglets on d 70(P<0.05). At 2 500 mg kg^–1, saccharicterpenin in the diets reduced average daily feed intake(ADFI) and average daily gain(ADG) of piglets from d 1 to 35, damaged the cardiac tissue and liver on d 35, and decreased white blood cell counts(WBC), activities of catalase(CAT) and GSH-Px, and concentrations of glucose(GLU) and urea nitrogen(BUN) in the blood of piglets on d 70(P<0.05). In addition, diets with 5 000 mg kg^–1 saccharicterpenin supplementation reduced ADFI, ADG and increased diarrhea rates of piglets from d 36 to 70, and decreased hemoglobin(HGB) concentration and activity of CAT in the blood of piglets on d 70(P<0.05). Moreover, at a rate of 5 000 mg kg^–1, saccharicterpenin supplementation increased pancreas index on d 35 and hepatic index on d 70, and damaged cardiac tissue, liver and spleen during the whole experimental period(P<0.05). 11Evolution of blood lipids and risk factors of dyslipidemia among people living with human immunodeficiency virus who had received first-line antiretroviral regimens for 3 years in Shenzhen显示文摘Background:Lipid abnormalities are prevalent among people living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)(PLWH)and contribute to increasing risk of cardiovascular events.This study aims to investigate the incidence of dyslipidemia and its risk factors in PLWH after receiving different first-line free antiretroviral regimens.Methods:PLWH who sought care at the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2014 to December 2018 were included,and the baseline characteristics and clinical data during the follow-up were collected,including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).The risk factors of dyslipidemia after antiretroviral therapy were analyzed with the generalized estimating equation model.Results:Among the 7623 PLWH included,the mean levels of TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were 4.23±0.85 mmol/L,1.27±0.29 mmol/L and 2.54±0.65 mmol/L,respectively,and the median TG was 1.17(IQR:0.85-1.68)mmol/L.Compared with that in PLWH receiving tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)+lamivudine(3TC)+ritonavir-boosted lopinavir(LPV/r),zidovudine(AZT)+3TC+efavirenz(EFV),and AZT+3TC+LPV/r,the incidence of dyslipidemia was lower in PLWH receiving TDF+3TC+EFV.In multivariate analysis,we found that the risks of elevations of TG,TC,and LDL-C were higher with TDF+3TC+LPV/r(TG:odds ratio[OR]=2.82,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.55-3.11,P<0.001;TC:OR=1.24,95%CI:1.14-1.35,P<0.001;LDL:OR=1.06,95%CI:1.00-1.12,P=0.041),AZT+3TC+EFV(TG:OR=1.41,95%CI:1.28-1.55,P<0.001;TC:OR=1.43,95%CI:1.31-1.56,P<0.001;LDL:OR=1.18,95%CI:1.12-1.25,P<0.001),and AZT+3TC+LPV/r(TG:OR=3.08,95%CI:2.65-3.59,P<0.001;TC:OR=2.40,95%CI:1.96-2.94,P<0.001;LDL:OR=1.52,95%CI:1.37-1.69,P<0.001)than with TDF+3TC+EFV,while treatment with TDF+3TC+LPV/r was less likely to restore HDL-C levels compared with TDF+3TC+EFV(OR=0.95,95%CI:0.92-0.97,P<0.001).In addition to antiretroviral regimens,antiretroviral therapy duration,older age,overweight,obesity and other traditional factors were also important risk factors for dyslipidemia.Conclusion:The incidence of dyslipidemia varies with different antiretroviral regimens,with TDF+3TC+EFV having lower risk for dyslipidemia than the other first-line free antiretroviral regimens in China.Li-Qin Sun Jia-Ye Liu Yun He Yang Zhou Liu-Mei Xu Lu-Kun Zhang Fang Zhao Xiao-Ning Liu Ying Song Ting-Zhi Cao Yi-Mei Tian Man Rao Hui Wang 2020Chinese Medical Journal2020,,23:9
12Multifunctional polymeric micelle-based chemo-immunotherapy with immune checkpoint blockade for efficient treatment of orthotopic and metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Immunotherapy has become a highly promising paradigm for cancer treatment. Herein, a chemo-immunotherapy was developed by encapsulating chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin(DOX) and Toll-like receptor 7 agonist imiquimod(IMQ) in low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)-D-α-tocopheryl succinate(TOS) micelles(LT). In this process, LMWH and TOS were conjugated by ester bond and they were not only served as the hydrophilic and hydrophobic segments of the carrier, but also exhibited strong anti-metastasis effect. The direct killing of tumor cells mediated by DOX-loaded micelles(LT-DOX)generated tumor-associated antigens, initiating tumor-specific immune responses in combination with IMQ-loaded micelles(LT-IMQ). Furthermore, the blockade of immune checkpoint with programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody further elevated the immune responses by up-regulating the maturation of DCs as well as the ratios of CD8+ CTLs/Treg and CD4+ Teff/Treg. 13Metformin promotes microglial cells to facilitate myelin debris clearance and accelerate nerve repairment after spinal cord injury显示文摘Spinal cord injury(SCI)is one kind of severe trauma for central nervous system.Myelin debris clearance and axon regeneration are essential for nerve regeneration after SCI.Metformin,a glucose-lowering drug,has been demonstrated to promote the locomotor functional recovery after SCI.In this study,we investigated the role and molecular mechanism of metformin on myelin preservation in a rat SCI model.SCI was induced in rats by compression at T9 level using a vascular clip.We showed that administration of metformin(50 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),ip)for 28 days significantly improved locomotor function in SCI rats.Metformin also ameliorated SCI-induced neuronal apoptosis and promoted axon regeneration in the spinal cord.Using co-immunofluorescence of IBa-1 and MBP,and luxol fasting blue(LFB)staining,we demonstrated that metformin promoted the transformation of M1 to M2 phenotype polarization of microglial cells,then greatly facilitated myelin debris clearance and protected the myelin in SCI rats.Furthermore,metformin ameliorated SCI-induced blockade of autophagic flux in the spinal cord,and enhanced the fusion of autophagosome and lysosome by inhibiting the AMPK-mTOR signaling pathway.Moreover,metformin significantly attenuated inflammatory responses in the spinal cord.In LPS-treated BV2 cells,pretreatment with metformin(2 mM)significantly enhanced autophagy level,suppressed inflammation and cell apoptosis.The protective effects were blocked in the presence of an autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine(3-MA,5 mM),suggesting that the effect of metformin on autophagy in microglial cells is essential for the myelin preservation during nerve recovery.This study reveals a novel therapeutic effect of metformin in SCI recovery by regulating the activation of microglial cells and enhancing its autophagy level.Yan-qing Wu Jun Xiong Zi-li He Yuan Yuan Bei-ni Wang Jing-yu Xu Man Wu Su-su Zhang Shu-fang Cai Jia-xin Zhao Ke Xu Hong-yu Zhang Jian Xiao 2022Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2022,43,6:8

15Highly efficient,genotype-independent transformation and gene editing in watermelon(Citrullus lanatus)using a chimeric ClGRF4-GIF1 gene显示文摘Efficient genetic transformation has the potential to advance research and breeding in watermelon(Citrullus lanatus),but regeneration from tissue culture remains challenging.Previous work showed that expressing a fusion of two interacting transcription factors,GROWTH-REGULATING FACTOR4(GRF4)and GRF-INTERACTING FACTOR1(GIF1),improved regeneration in wheat(Triticum aestivum).By overexpressing a chimeric fusion of Cl GRF4 and Cl GIF1,we achieved highly efficient transformation in watermelon.Mutating the mi396 micro RNA target site in Cl GRF further boosted the transformation efficiency up to 67.27%in a genotype-independent manner.Cl GRF4-GIF1 can also be combined with clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)genome editing tools to achieve highly efficient gene editing in watermelon,which we used to successfully create diploid seedless watermelon.This research thus puts forward a powerful transformation tool for future watermelon research and breeding.Qin Feng Ling Xiao Yizhen He Man Liu Jiafa Wang Shujuan Tian Xian Zhang Li Yuan 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,12:8
16Effects of reduced nitrogen and suitable soil moisture on wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) rhizosphere soil microbiological,biochemical properties and yield in the Huanghuai Plain,China显示文摘Soil management practices affect rhizosphere microorganisms and enzyme activities, which in turn influence soil ecosystem processes. The objective of this study was to explore the effects of different nitrogen application rates on wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) rhizosphere soil microorganisms and enzyme activities, and their temporal variations in relation to soil fertility under supplemental irrigation conditions in a fluvo-aquic region. For this, we established a split-plot experiment for two consecutive years(2014–2015 and 2015–2016) in the field with three levels of soil moisture: water deficit to no irrigation(W1), medium irrigation to(70±5)% of soil relative moisture after jointing stage(W2), and adequate irrigation to(80±5)% of soil relative moisture after jointing stage(W3);and three levels of nitrogen: 0 kg ha^–1(N1), 195 kg ha^–1(N2) and 270 kg ha^–1(N3). Results showed that irrigation and nitrogen application significantly increased rhizosphere microorganisms and enzyme activities. Soil microbiological properties showed different trends in response to N level;the highest values of bacteria, protease, catalase and phosphatase appeared in N2, while the highest levels of actinobacteria, fungi and urease were observed in N3. In addition, these items performed best under medium irrigation(W2) relative to W1 and W3;particularly the maximum microorganism(bacteria, actinobacteria and fungi) amounts appeared at W2, 5.37×10^7 and 6.35×10^7 CFUs g^–1 higher than those at W3 in 2014–2015 and 2015–2016, respectively;and these changes were similar in both growing seasons. Microbe-related parameters fluctuated over time but their seasonality did not hamper the irrigation and fertilization-induced effects. Further, the highest grain yields of 13 309.2 and 12 885.7 kg ha^–1 were both obtained at W2 N2 in 2014–2015 and 2015–2016, respectively. The selected properties, soil microorganisms and enzymes, were significantly correlated with wheat yield and proved to be valuable indicators of soil quality. 18The FGOALS climate system model as a modeling tool for supporting climate sciences:An overview显示文摘Climate system models are useful tools for understanding the interactions among the components of the climate system and predicting/projecting future climate change. The development of climate models has been a central focus of the State Key Laboratory of Numerical Modeling for Atmospheric Sciences and Geophysical Fluid Dynamics, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences(LASG/IAP) since the establishment of the laboratory in 1985. In China, many pioneering component models and fully coupled models of the climate system have been developed by LASG/IAP. The fully coupled climate system developed in the recent decade is named FGOALS(Flexible Global Ocean-Atmosphere-Land System Model). In this paper, an application-oriented review of the LASG/IAP FGOALS model is presented. The improved model performances are demonstrated in the context of cloud-radiation processes, Asian monsoon, ENSO phenomena, Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation(AMOC) and sea ice. The FGOALS model has contributed to both CMIP5(Coupled Model Intercomparison Project-phase 5) and IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) AR5(the Fifth Assessment Report). The release of FGOALS data has supported the publication of nearly 500 papers around the world. The results of FGOALS are cited ~106 times in the IPCC WG1(Working Group 1) AR5. In addition to the traditional long-term simulations and projections, near-term decadal climate prediction is a new set of CMIP experiment, progress of LAGS/IAP in the development of nearterm decadal prediction system is reviewed. The FGOALS model has supported many Chinese national-level research projects and contributed to the national climate change assessment report. 19Spider web-like carbonized bacterial cellulose/MoSe_(2) nanocomposite with enhanced microwave attenuation performance and tunable absorption bands显示文摘It is essential to manufacture microwave absorbers with strong absorption as well as tunable absorption bands at a low filler content.However,it remains challenging for pure biomass material to reach this goal without loading other components.MoSe_(2),as a transition metal chalcogenide with semiconductor properties,has emerged as a potential microwave absorber filler.Herein,bacterial cellulose(BC)-derived carbon nanofibers/MoSe_(2) nanocomposite was fabricated and phosphoric acid was used to dope phosphorus in BC,in which MoSe_(2) microspheres were dropped on the BC network like a dew-covered spider web.This unique network structure enhances conductive loss and multiple reflections of the incident wave.The collocation of BC and MoSe_(2) is helpful to impedance match and introduces interfacial/dipolar polarization loss;moreover,the P-doping of BC helps to tune the absorption bands.Overall,the optimal reflection loss of undoped one reaches−53.33 dB with only 20 wt.%filler content,whose main absorption peaks focus on X-band.Interestingly,after the P-doping of BC,the main absorption peaks move to Ku-band and the optimal reflection loss gets stronger(−66.84 dB)with the same filler loading.Strong absorption and tunable absorption bands can be realized,and thus wide frequency range is covered.This work is expected to enlighten future exploration of biomass carbon materials on high-performance microwave absorption materials.Zhengjian Xu Man He Yuming Zhou Shuangxi Nie Yongjuan Wang Yao Huo Yifan Kang Ruili Wang Ran Xu Hao Peng Xi Chen 2021Nano Research2021,14,3:6
