| 1 | 基于边际K函数的长三角地区城市群经济空间划分显示文摘基于空间点模式分析的Ripley's K函数,结合微观经济学的边际分析法,通过集聚度和边际集聚两个指标,从理论上探索城市群集聚效应的定量测度方法,提出一种城市群的经济空间划分方法。本文的不同在于,多尺度估算城市的集聚度和边际集聚,以城市的边际集聚极值点时的城市区域布局模式为最优,据此划分城市群的经济空间,并以长江三角洲地区为例,对本文提出的方法进行实证。研究结果表明:1城市的集聚度估计显示,长三角地区2010年城市空间布局为随机分布型,但随着观测尺度的增加,城市的集聚度呈快速上升趋势。2边际集聚估计揭示,当城市区位和城市规模的集聚尺度分别为173 km和185 km时,城市区位或规模的集聚效应达到峰值,此时长三角地区城市空间布局出现最优模式。3空间聚类分析展示,在城市区域布局的最优空间模式下,长三角地区呈现'中心—外围'的经济空间结构,高集聚度子群是区域经济发展中心,全部位于上海经济辐射圈,而低集聚度子群是外围欠发达地区,全部位于区际行政边界,暗示边际负效应仍阻碍着地区内外人员的往来。 | 葛莹 John Miron 蒲英霞 赵慧慧 李云婷 | 2015 | 地理学报2015，70，4： | 11 |
| 2 | Efficacy and safety of low-intensity shockwave therapy plus tadalafil 5 mg once daily in men with type 2 diabetes mellitus and erectile dysfunction:a matched-pair comparison study显示文摘Low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy(LiESWT)represents a promising treatment for patients with erectile dysfunction(ED).We investigated the efficacy of LiESWT combined with tadalafil 5 mg once daily in men with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and ED and compared LiESWT protocols administering different number of shockwaves.We performed a retrospective matched-pair comparison using data from a prospectively maintained database.Seventy-eight patients who received tadalafil 5 mg once dai7ly for 12 weeks+LiESWT performed with an electrohydraulic source for 3 weeks(Group A)were matched 1:1 to patients who received tadalafil 5 mg once daily alone for 12 weeks(Group B).A subgroup analysis was performed according to the number of shockwaves delivered during each session(1500,1800,and 2400 in subgroup A1,A2,and A3,respectively).The mean International Index of Erectile Function-5(IIEF-5)score variations with respect to baseline recorded at 4,12,and 24 weeks after the end of the treatment were investigated as treatment outcomes.The mean IIEF-5 scores significantly improved in all groups and subgroups at 4-week follow-up without intergroup differences.At 12-and 24-week follow-up,the mean IIEF-5 improvement was significantly higher among patients in the A3 subgroup(+5.0±2.1[P<0.001]and+4.7±2.3[P<0.001],respectively).The combined approach with tadalafil 5 mg once daily and LiESWT with a protocol involving 2400 shockwaves provides significant advantages in terms of IIEF-5 improvement and durability compared to tadalafil 5 mg once daily alone in patients with T2DM and ED. | Paolo Verze Marco Capece Massimiliano Creta Roberto La Rocca Francesco Persico Lorenzo Spirito Antonio Cardi Vincenzo Mirone | 2020 | Asian Journal of Andrology2020，22，4： | 8 |

Long-term prophylaxis with single daily oral antibiotic has been shown to be cost effective in delaying a recurrence but only for a short time[3].What has never been tested in this population is the cycling of antibiotics. | 4 | Preparation,characterization and biological properties of a novel bone block composed of platelet rich fibrin and a deproteinized bovine bone mineral显示文摘Alveolar bone defects caused by tooth loss often lead to challenges in implant dentistry,with a need for development of optimal bone biomaterials to predictably rebuild these tissues.To address this problem,we fabricated a novel bone block using platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)and Deproteinized Bovine Bone Mineral(DBBM),and characterized their mechanical and biological properties.The bone block was prepared by mixing DBBM,Liquid-PRF,and Solid-PRF fragments in various combinations as follows:(1)BLOCK-1 made with Solid-PRF fragments+DBBM,(2)BLOCK-2 made with Liquid-PRF+DBBM,(3)BLOCK-3 made with Solid-PRF fragments+Liquid-PRF+DBBM.The time for solidification and the degradation properties were subsequently recorded.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and tensile tests were carried out to investigate the microstructure and mechanical properties of each block.The bioactivity of the three groups towards osteoblast differentiation was also evaluated by culturing cells with the conditioned medium from each of the three groups including cell proliferation assay,cell migration assay,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)staining,and alizarin red staining(ARS),as well as by real-time PCR for genes encoding runt-related transcription factor 2(RUNX2),ALP,collagen type I alphal(COLIv41)and osteocalcin(OCN).BLOCK-3 made with Solid-PRF fragments+Liquid-PRF+DBBM had by far the fastest solidification period(over a 10-fold increase)as well as the most resistance to degradation.SEM and tensile tests also revealed that the mechanical properties of BLOCK-3 were superior in strength when compared to all other groups and further induced the highest osteoblast migration and osteogenic differentiation confirmed by ALP,ARS and real-time PCR.PRF bone blocks made through the combination of Solid-PRF fragments+Liquid-PRF+DBBM had the greatest mechanical and biological properties when compared to either used alone.Future clinical studies are warranted to further support the clinical application of PRF bone blocks in bone regeneration procedures. | Mengge Feng Yulan Wang Yan Wei Xiaoxin Zhang Leyi Xiao Zijjian Gong Masako Fujioka-Kobayashi Anton Sculean Richard J Miron Scott Froum Yufeng Zhang | 2022 | Fundamental Research2022，2，2： | 3 |
| 5 | Allogenic tooth transplantation using 3D printing: A case report and review of the literature显示文摘BACKGROUND The history of allogenic tooth transplantation can be traced back to the 16th century.Although there have been many successful cases,much needs to be better understood and researched prior to the technique being translated to everyday clinical practice.CASE SUMMARY In the present report,we describe a case of allogenic tooth transplantation between a mother and her daughter.The first left maxillary molar of the mother was diagnosed with residual root resorption and needed to be extracted.The 3rd molar of the daughter was used as a donor tooth.Prior to transplantation,a 3D printing system was introduced to fabricate an individualized reamer drill specifically designed utilizing the donor’s tooth as a template.The specific design of our 3D printed bur allowed for the recipient site to better match the donor tooth.With the ability to 3D print in layers,even the protuberance of the root can be matched and 3D printed,thereby minimizing unnecessary bone loss.CONCLUSION Our study is a pioneering case combining 3D printing with allogenic tooth transplantation,which could be able to minimize unnecessary bone loss and improve the implant stability.This article aims to enhance our understanding of allogenic tooth transplantation and 3D printing,and may potentially lead to tooth transplantation being utilized more frequently - especially since transplantations are so commonly utilized in many other fields of medicine with high success rates. | Hu-Di Xu Richard J Miron Xiao-Xin Zhang Yu-Feng Zhang | 2019 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2019，7，17： | 2 |
