1Anchoring Single Nickel Atoms on Carbon-vacant Carbon Nitride Nanosheets for Efficient Photocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution显示文摘Polymeric carbon nitride(PCN)has emerged as a promising candidate for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution,but its dependence on scarce and high-cost noble metal co-catalysts severely limits its extensive application.It will be of great promise to develop non-noble metal single-atom co-catalysts with low-cost and high atom utilization to improve the photocatalytic performance over PCN.Herein,single Ni atoms are successfully anchored onto carbon-vacant PCN nanosheets(CCN-SANi)via a two-step ammonia thermal treatment and photo-deposition process.Theoretical calculations and experimental results demonstrate that the optical absorption property and the charge transfer ability of CCN-SANi have been significantly improved with the introduction of single Ni atoms to form Ni-N3 sites.In comparison to carbon-vacant PCN(CCN)loaded with Ni clusters,the obtained CCN-SANi exhibits 11.4 times increased photocatalytic performance,with the highest hydrogen evolution rate reaching 511μmol/(g·h),which is even 1.7 times higher than that of CCN loaded with Pt clusters.This research proposes an inspiring and reliable strategy to design novel single-atom semiconducting polymers with electronic structures manipulated for efficient photocatalysis.LIN Zhi ZHANG Zhengqi WANG Yiqing PENG Zhiming WANG Xinxin WANG Ruizhe HUANG Yu-Cheng MENG Fanqi LI Mingtao DONG Chung-Li ZHANG Qinghua GU Lin SHEN Shaohua 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,5:1
2The machine protection system for CSNS显示文摘Background The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)accelerator consists of an 80 MeV H-LINAC,a 1.6 GeV rapid cycling synchrotron(RCS)and two beam transport lines.The uncontrolled beam may permanently damage the components or lead to very high residual radiation dose along the beam line.So the equipment protection must be deliberately designed and implemented.Purpose The machine protection system(MPS)protects components from being damaged by the beam.The response time requirement for the CSNS MPS is less than 20 ms,so the PLC(programmable logic controller)was adopted to implement the interlock logic.Methods The MPS was implemented as a two-tier architecture system,and developed through utilizing PLC and Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System(EPICS)software toolkits.The application logic was taken into careful consideration during the implementation stage.An embedded CPU module can function as an IOC accessing PLC I/O modules through the sequence CPU,with an embedded Linux operation system.Results The interlock logic and heartbeat functions were tested with all functions ok.Time consumption has been measured thoroughly since the important requirement,which is around 15 ms to stop the beam.Conclusions MPS was completed in Sep.2017 and then put into operation.It has been operating smoothly for more than 3 years.MPS has played an important role in every stage of CSNS’s commissioning and operation and achieved high reliability during the user’s experiment operation.The accelerator recently runs stably with low equipment failure.Kang Mingtao Zhang Yuliang Jin Dapeng He Yongcheng Zhan Mingchuan Zhu Peng Wu Xuan Guo Fengqin Wang Lin 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,2:1

8A combination weighting model based on iMOEA/D-DE显示文摘This paper proposes a combination weighting(CW)model based on iMOEA/D-DE(i.e.,improved multiobjective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition with differential evolution)with the aim to accurately compute the weight of evaluation methods.Multi-expert weight considers only subjective weights,leading to poor objectivity.To overcome this shortcoming,a multiobjective optimization model of CW based on improved game theory is proposed while considering the uncertainty of combination coefficients.An improved mutation operator is introduced to improve the convergence speed,and thus better optimization results are obtained.Meanwhile,an adaptive mutation constant and crossover probability constant with self-learning ability are proposed to improve the robustness of MOEA/D-DE.Since the existing weight evaluation approaches cannot evaluate weights separately,a new weight evaluation approach based on relative entropy is presented.Taking the evaluation method of integrated navigation systems as an example,certain experiments are carried out.It is proved that the proposed algorithm is effective and has excellent performance.Mingtao DONG Jianhua CHENG Lin ZHAO 2022Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2022,23,4:1
9Defense responses of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus-colonized poplar seedlings against gypsy moth larvae:a multiomics study显示文摘Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi may help protect plants against herbivores;however,their use for the pest control of woody plants requires further study.Here,we investigated the effect of Glomus mosseae colonization on the interactions between gypsy moth larvae and Populus alba×P.berolinensis seedlings and deciphered the regulatory mechanisms underlying the mycorrhizal-induced resistance in the leaves of mycorrhizal poplar using RNA-seq and nontargeted metabolomics.The resistance assay showed that AM fungus inoculation protected poplar seedlings against gypsy moth larvae,as evidenced by the decreased larval growth and reduced larval survival.A transcriptome analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were involved in jasmonic acid biosynthesis(lipoxygenase,hydroperoxide dehydratase,and allene oxide cyclase)and signal transduction(jasmonate-ZIM domain and transcription factor MYC2)and identified the genes that were upregulated in mycorrhizal seedlings.Except for chalcone synthase and anthocyanidin synthase,which were downregulated in mycorrhizal seedlings,all DEGs related to flavonoid biosynthesis were upregulated,including 4-coumarate-CoA ligase,chalcone isomerase,flavanone 3-hydroxylase,flavonol synthase,and leucoanthocyanidin reductase.The metabolome analysis showed that several metabolites with insecticidal properties,including coumarin,stachydrine,artocarpin,norizalpinin,abietic acid,6-formylumbelliferone,and vanillic acid,were significantly accumulated in the mycorrhizal seedlings.These findings suggest the potential of mycorrhiza-induced resistance for use in pest management of woody plants and demonstrate that the priming of JA-dependent responses in poplar seedlings contributes to mycorrhiza-induced resistance to insect pests.Dun Jiang Mingtao Tan Shuai Wu Lin Zheng Qing Wang Guirong Wang Shanchun Yan 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1

11TiO_(2) nanorods based self-supported electrode of 1T/2H MoS_(2) nanosheets decorated by Ag nano-particles for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))has shown significant promise as an economic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalyst for hydrogen generation,but its catalytic performance is still lower than noble metalbased catalysists.Herein,a silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs)-decorated 1T/2H phase layered MoS_(2) electrocatalyst grown on titanium dioxide nanorod arrays(Ag NPs/1T(2H)MoS_(2)/TNRs)was prepared through acid-tunable ammonium ion intercalation.Taking advantage of MoS_(2) layered structure and crystal phase controllability,as-prepared Ag NPs/1T(2H)MoS_(2)/TNRs exhibited ultrahigh HER activity.As-proposed strategy combines facile hydrogen desorption(Ag NPs)with efficient hydrogen adsorption(1T/2H MoS_(2))effectively circumventes the kinetic limitation of hydrogen desorption by 1T/2H MoS_(2).The as-prepared Ag NPs/1T(2H)MoS_(2)/TNRs electrocatalyst exhibited excellent HER activity in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 with low overpotential(118 mV vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE))and small Tafel slope(38.61 mV/dec).The overpotential exhibts no obvious attenuation after 10 h of constant current flow.First-principles calculation demonstrates that as-prepared 1T/2H MoS_(2) exhibit a large capacity to store protons.These protons can be subsequently transferred to Ag NPs,which significantly increases the hydrogen coverage on the surface of Ag NPs in HER process and thus change the rate-determining step of HER on Ag NPs from water dissociation to hydrogen recombination.This study provides a unique strategy to improve the catalytic activity and stability for MoS_(2)-based electrocatalyst.Changzheng Lin Yunpeng Liu Yaxing Sun Zhenyu Wang Hao Xu Mingtao Li Jiangtao Feng Bo Hou Wei Yan 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11:0
12PSLDA:a novel supervised pseudo document-based topic model for short texts显示文摘Various kinds of online social media applications such as Twitter and Weibo,have brought a huge volume of short texts.However,mining semantic topics from short texts efficiently is still a challenging problem because of the sparseness of word-occurrence and the diversity of topics.To address the above problems,we propose a novel supervised pseudo-document-based maximum entropy discrimination latent Dirichlet allocation model(PSLDA for short).Specifically,we first assume that short texts are generated from the normal size latent pseudo documents,and the topic distributions are sampled from the pseudo documents.In this way,the model will reduce the sparseness of word-occurrence and the diversity of topics because it implicitly aggregates short texts to longer and higher-level pseudo documents.To make full use of labeled information in training data,we introduce labels into the model,and further propose a supervised topic model to learn the reasonable distribution of topics.Extensive experiments demonstrate that our proposed method achieves better performance compared with some state-of-the-art methods.Mingtao SUN Xiaowei ZHAO Jingjing LIN Jian JING Deqing WANG Guozhu JIA 2022Frontiers of Computer Science2022,16,6:0

15The run management system for CSNS显示文摘Purpose In order to increase CSNS beam power from 100 to 500 kW,the linac injection energy needs to be increased from 80 to 300 MeV.The combined layout of superconducting spoke cavities and elliptical cavities will be adopted to accelerate H−beam to 300 MeV.In this paper,a compact single spoke cavity withΦ50-mm beam aperture was proposed,with the RF performance of the spoke cavity optimized to Ep/Eacc<5,Bp/Eacc<9,as well as the good multipacting behavior.Methods CST Microwave Studio was used to optimize the RF performance(Epeak/Eacc,Bpeak/Eacc,R/Q)with cavity geometry parameters.After electromagnetic design was finished,multipacting behavior was studied with CST Particle Studio module,and cavity shape modification was made to get a reasonablevalue.Results The simulation got optimum results of Epeak/Eacc=4.97 and Bpeak/Eacc=8.42 mT/(MV/m),and themax is 1.52 at Eacc=7.74 MV/m.Conclusion A 648 MHzβg=0.4 single spoke cavity with beam apertureΦ50 mm was proposed in the paper.This compact cavity may be a very promising option for CSNS linac upgrading.In addition to the optimization of the RF parameters,the multipacting behavior of the cavity is also studied,and cavity shape is optimized to reducevalue.Yuliang Zhang Mingtao Kang Dapeng Jin Yongcheng He Peng Zhu Xuan Wu Fengqin Guo Lin Wang Wenchun Gao Gang Li 2019Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2019,3,3:0

17Peptide WCPFSRSF ameliorates excitotoxicity and elevates synaptic plasticity in glutamate-damaged SH-SY5Y cells by modulating the PI3K/mTOR/EIF4E and BDNF/CREB/TrkB pathways显示文摘The purpose of this study was to illustrate the beneficial effects and underlying mechanisms of peptide Trp-Cys-Pro-Phe-Ser-Arg-Ser-Phe (WCPFSRSF) against excitotoxicity by transcriptome analysis combined with western blot in glutamate-treated neuronal cells.Our results demonstrated that WCPFSRSF restored the cell membrane damage induced by glutamate and promoted cell survival in SH-SY5Y cells.The RNA-sequencing analysis illustrated 376 genes (98 upregulated and 278 downregulated) were differentially expressed between the glutamate- and WCPFSRSF-treated cells.Furthermore,RNA-sequencing screening and further western blot results showed that WCPFSRSF regulated cAMP-related signaling and synapse-related function,which further promoted the translation and protein synthesis,followed by cell survival,neurotrophic pathway and long-term memory.The potential mechanisms of WCPFSRSF were related to the Akt/mTOR/EIF4E signaling pathway and CREB/TrkB/BDNF pathway.Taken together,our study demonstrated that WCPFSRSF could be used as a regulator for synaptic plasticity and neurotrophic-related pathway,which provided evidence that WCPFSRSF is a promising therapeutic strategy for neuroprotection and memory enhancement.Qi Zhang Lin Zheng Guowan Su Donghui Luo Mingtao Huang Yunzi Feng Mouming Zhao 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:0
