| 1 | effective treatment of post-intubation subglottic stenosis in children with holmium laser therapy and cryotherapy via flexible bronchoscopy显示文摘Importance:Post-intubation subglottic stenosis(SGS)in children can be life threatening.Definitive treatment varies and lacks a universally accepted approach.Objective:We performed a prospective study to assess the safety and feasibility of holmium laser combined with cryotherapy delivered via flexible bronchoscopy for the treatment of post-intubation SGS in children.Methods:This study involved all patients with post-intubation SGS seen at the Interventional Pulmonology Department of Beijing Children's Hospital between July 2014 and December 2016.Holmium laser treatment and cryotherapy was then performed under flexible bronchoscopy,whose parents refused to accept the alternative standard treatment of tracheotomy and balloon dilation under direct laryngoscopy.results:Sixteen patients with post-intubation SGS were included in this study.Ages ranged from 2 months to 12.25 years old.According to the Cotton-Myer grading system,three cases were Grade II,12 cases were Grade III,and one case was Grade IV.According to the McCaffrey system,eight cases were Stage 1,two cases were Stage 2,and six cases were Stage 3.The average number of procedures was 4.88.Fifteen of the 16 patients achieved clinical cure.One patient achieved clinical improvement.The average treatment course duration was 55.31 days.No severe complications were seen.Post-treatment clinical symptoms,endoscopic findings and quality of life showed marked improvement.Interpretation:Our study supports the conclusion that holmium laser treatment combined with cryotherapy via flexible bronchoscopy appears to be a safe and feasible treatment for post-intubation SGS in children. | Anxia Jiao Fang Liu Andrew D.Lerner Xiaochun Rao Yan Guo Chenfang Meng Yuena Pan Gan Li Zheng Li Fang Wang Jing Zhao Yuyan Ma Xicheng Liu Xin Ni Kunling Shen | 2019 | Pediatric Investigation2019，3，1： | 10 |

| 3 | Intra-abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in the management of placenta percreta显示文摘Background:Massive bleeding is the main concern for the management of placenta percreta(PP).Intra-abdominal aortic balloon occlusion(IABO)is one method for pelvic devascularization,but the efficacy of IABO is uncertain.This study aims to investigate the outcomes of IABO in PP patients.Methods:We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of PP cases from six tertiary centers in China between January 2011 and December 2015.PP cases with/without the use of IABO were analyzed.Propensity score matching analysis was performed to reduce the effect of selection bias.Postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)and the rate of hysterectomy,as well as neonatal outcomes,were analyzed.Results:One hundred and thirty-two matched pairs of patients were included in the final analysis.Compared with the control group,maternal outcomes,including PPH(68.9%vs.87.9%,χ^(2)=13.984,P<0.001),hysterectomy(8.3%vs.65.2%,χ^(2)=91.672,P<0.001),and repeated surgery(1.5%vs.12.1%,χ^(2)=11.686,P=0.001)were significantly reduced in the IABO group.For neonatal outcomes,Apgar scores at 1 minute(8.67±1.79vs.8.53±1.68,t=-0.638,P=0.947)and 5 minutes(9.43±1.55vs.9.53±1.26,t=0.566,P=0.293)were not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusions:IABO can significantly reduce blood loss,hysterectomies,and repeated surgeries.This procedure has not shown harmful effects on neonatal outcomes. | Weiran Zheng Ruochong Dou Jie Yan Xinrui Yang Xianlan Zhao Dunjin Chen Yuyan Ma Weishe Zhang Yiling Ding Ling Fan Huixia Yang | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022，，4： | 2 |
| 4 | Seasonal variation in soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen in an artificial sand-binding vegetation area in Shapotou, northern China显示文摘In this study,seasonal variation characteristics of surface soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)and soil microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN)of an artificial vegetation area located in Shapotou for different time periods were studied using the chloroform fumigation method,and the results were compared with those of near-natural vegetation areas and mobile dunes.Results showed that the MBC and MBN levels in the 0–5 cm soil layer were higher in autumn than in summer and spring.As the prolongation of vegetation restoration raised the MBC and MBN levels in summer and autumn,no clear variation was found in spring.However,the MBC and MBN in 5–20 cm had no obvious seasonal variation.During summer and autumn,the variation trend of MBC and MBN in the vertical direction was shown to be0–5>5–10>10–20 cm in the vegetation area,while for mobile dunes,the MBC and MBN levels increased as the depth increased.The natural vegetation area was shown to possess the highest MBC and MBN levels,and yet mobile dunes have the lowest MBC and MBN levels.MBC and MBN levels in artificial sand-binding vegetation increased with the prolongation of vegetation restoration,indicating that the succession of sand-binding vegetation will result in the accumulation of soil carbon and nitrogen,as well as the restoration of soil fertility. | YuYan Zhou XuanMing Zhang XiaoHong Jia JinQin Ma YanHong Gao | 2013 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2013，5，6： | 2 |

| 6 | Microstructure and magnetic fabric in the Shuanghe pluton:A synkinematic granite in Eastern Dabie Mountains,China显示文摘Strain analyses for the Shuanghe pluton show that the main strain planes suffered distinct deformation. The main strain value (XZ) is up to 1.59—2.18, and the value of Flinn index (K) ranges from 0.11 to 0.82. Anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS) measurements reveal that the orientations of the magnetic foliation and lineation gently dip SE, consistent with the macroscopic foliation of the pluton. The value of anisotropy degree (P) ranges from 1.109 to 1.639, and the shape parameter (T) from 0.079 to 0.534. These studies prove that the pluton was deformed under strong compression. Quartz c-axis textures, defined by monoclinic or triclinic asymmetry, usually developed the high maxima paralleling the b-axis, which is defined by the prismatic slip (1010)der the high temperature. These fabrics are quite different from those developed in the high-ultrahigh pressure rocks (UHP) which were captured in the pluton or country rocks. | 13 | Risk Factors for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM)in Subsequent Pregnancy Among Women Without GDM History in China:A Multicenter Retrospective Study显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to determine the likelihood of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in subsequent pregnancy among women without GDM history and to identify risk factors for GDM in subsequent pregnancy.Methods:This retrospective cohort study involved participants who delivered twice in same hospital of 18 research centers when delivered the second baby from January 2018 to December 2018.Finally 6204 women were enrolled and 5180 women without GDM history were analyzed further.Women were categorized as non-GDM or GDM based on the blood glucose values of the subsequent pregnancy,and the characteristics and GDM risk of these groups were compared.A univariate analysis of potential risk factors was performed using the Chi-squared test and/ort-test for qualitative or quantitative variables,respectively.Associations withP values<0.1 were chosen to be included in the multivariate binary logistic regression model.Results:In primary analysis of 6204 women,the incidence of GDM in subsequent pregnancy is 48.9%(490/1002)in women with GDM history and 16.1%(835/5202)in women without GDM history.In a further analysis for 5180 women without GDM at index pregnancy,compared with the non-GDM group,the GDM group had a significantly higher age,prepregnancy body mass index,and blood glucose value at each oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)timepoint(fasting,1 h and 2 h)during the index and subsequent pregnancies,as well as higher weight retention during the interval between the two pregnancies(P<0.001).Age above 35 years in subsequent pregnancy(odds ratio(OR)=1.540,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.257-1.886,P<0.001),macrosomia in index pregnancy(OR=1.749,95%CI=1.277-2.395,P=0.001),OGTT blood glucose values in index pregnancy(fasting,OR=2.487,95%CI=1.883-3.285,P<0.001;1 h,OR=1.142,95%CI=1.051-1.241,P=0.002;2 h,OR=1.290,95%CI=1.162-1.432,P<0.001)and weight retention(OR=1.052,95%CI=1.035-1.068,P<0.001)were independent risk factors for GDM in subsequent pregnancy.Conclusion:For women without GDM history,GDM risk factors including age,macrosomia history,OGTT value,and weight retention,these can be evaluated before a subsequent pregnancy.Early warning and interventions are needed for women at high risk. | Geng Song Yumei Wei Juan Juan Rina Su Jianying Yan Mei Xiao Xianlan Zhao Meihua Zhang Yuyan Ma Haiwei Liu Jingxia Sun Kejia Hu Huixia Yang | 2023 | Maternal-Fetal Medicine2023，5，1： | 1 |

| 17 | Radiosensitization by microRNA30a-5p in a nude mouse model with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenograft显示文摘Objective We aimed to observe the radiosensitization effect of mir-30a-5p in a nude mouse model with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenograft and to explore the underlying mechanism.Methods A549 cell lines with either stable upregulation or downregulation of mir-30a-5p,and their negative control,were transfected with lentivirus vectors.These cell lines were used to establish a nude mouse model with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenograft.Each group was randomly divided into irradiated and non-irradiated groups.The radiosensitization effect of mir-30a-5p in vivo was studied by observing xenograft growth trends and tumor weight.The mechanisms involved in this radiosensitization were investigated by detecting expressed radiosensitization-related proteins,using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.Results The expression level of mir-30a-5p in the lenti-mir-30a-5p group was higher than that in the negative control(lenti-GFP)group and lower in the lenti-inhibitor group(P<0.05).Subcutaneous lung-cancer xenografts in the irradiation group and lenti-mir-30a-5p increased in size slowly;tumors were lighter and tumor inhibition rates were higher than those in the non-irradiation and lenti-GFP groups.In contrast,the opposite of these effects was observed in the lenti-inhibitor group.Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting indicated that ATM protein expression level was lower in the lenti-mir-30a-5p group,with or without irradiation,compared to that in the lenti-GFP group.ATM protein levels were higher in the lenti-inhibitor groups.The phosphorylation level of ATM at residue 1981 was low in the groups without irradiation and increased significantly after irradiation(P<0.05).Moreover,the phosphorylation level was lower in the lenti-mir-30a-5p group and higher in the lenti-inhibitor group than that in the lenti-GFP group after irradiation(P<0.05).Conclusion Mir-30a-5p enhanced the radiosensitivity of nude mice with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenografts by inhibiting ATM phosphorylation. | Yuyan Guo Yingtao Cui Xing Bao Yue Ke Hongtao Ren Jiyuan Pan Liping Song Hongbing Ma | 2022 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2022，8，4： | 0 |

| 20 | IL-12对胃腺癌细胞BGC-823诱导的杀伤细胞的增殖和细胞毒性作用(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of interleukin-12(IL-12) on the proliferation and cytotoxicity of cytokine-induced killer(CIK) cells in vitro. Methods: Three different combinations of cytokines, IL-2, IL-12 + IL-2, and IL-12, were used to proliferate CIK cells, adding IFN-γ, IL-1 and CD3 McAb in each one. Phenotype of the cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. The cellular proliferation and cytotoxic activity were determined by cytometry and MTT assay. Results: CIK cells generated by the three methods showed high reproductive activity, and no obviously difference in inducing CD3+CD56+ cells was found among the three groups. The group of IL-2 + IL-12 evidently enhanced both the proliferation and the cytotoxicity of the CIK cells compared with the other two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: IL-12 could be used to induce the CIK cells as well as IL-2.
