1Global Optimization of Nonlinear Blend-Scheduling Problems显示文摘The scheduling of gasoline-blending operations is an important problem in the oil refining industry. Thisproblem not only exhibits the combinatorial nature that is intrinsic to scheduling problems, but alsonon-convex nonlinear behavior, due to the blending of various materials with different quality properties.In this work, a global optimization algorithm is proposed to solve a previously published continuous-timemixed-integer nonlinear scheduling model for gasoline blending. The model includes blend recipe optimi-zation, the distribution problem, and several important operational features and constraints. The algorithmemploys piecewise McCormick relaxation (PMCR) and normalized multiparametric disaggregation tech-nique (NMDT) to compute estimates of the global optimum. These techniques partition the domain of oneof the variables in a bilinear term and generate convex relaxations for each partition. By increasing the num-ber of partitions and reducing the domain of the variables, the algorithm is able to refine the estimates ofthe global solution. The algorithm is compared to two commercial global solvers and two heuristic methodsby solving four examples from the literature. 4Influence of the sintering temperature on ferroelectric properties of potassium-sodium niobate piezoelectric ceramics显示文摘The effect of sintering condition on structure,microstructure,and ferroelectric properties of(K_(0.44)Na_(0.52)Li_(0.04))(Nb_(0.86)Ta_(0.10)Sb_(0.04))-O_(3)(KNL-NTS)has been investigated.Ceramic powders have been synthesized by the solid-state reaction method and sintered at different temperatures(1115℃,1125℃,and 1140℃).Then,samples were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and impedance spectroscopy.Through XRD results,the perovskite structure and small peaks corresponding to a secondary phase were detected.Ceramics processed at the highest temperatures showed higher densities and good piezoelectric properties(d_(33),K_(p),and K_(t)),particularly specimens sintered at 1125℃ presented the highest piezoelectric performance.J.A.Cortés J.Camargo M.F.Rachia F.Rubio-Marcos L.Ramajo M.Castro M.A.Ramírez 2021Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2021,11,3:1

7Influence of CuO addition on dielectric and piezoelectric properties of(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3)-BaTiO_(3) lead-free piezoceramics显示文摘Doping effects of CuO on the sintering behavior and electrical properties of 0.94(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3)-0.06(BaTiO_(3))-xCuO(BNT-BT6-xCu)lead-free piezoceramic obtained by the conventional solid-state reaction method were investigated.Regarding the undoped system,it is already known that it presents the best densification values when it is sintered at 1150℃,however,the doped system was sintered at 1150℃,1100℃,1050℃,1025℃,and 975℃ to determine the effect of Cu on the densification process.Therefore,it was obtained that the CuO-doped samples sintered at 1050℃ presented the highest density values and therefore were the ones chosen to perform the characterization tests together with the undoped system.The samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman microspectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,whereas the ferroelectric and dielectric properties were evaluated by means of ferroelectric hysteresis loops and impedance spectroscopy studies.As a result,the addition of CuO allowed an improvement in sinterability and densification,with the subsequent grain growth,and the improvement of the piezoelectric coefficient(d_(33)).M.Difeo L.Ramajo M.Castro Research 2021Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2021,11,3:0

9Preparation of a Slow Release Biofertilizer From a Polymeric Urea-Formaldehyde Matrix (PUFM)显示文摘Fertilizers industry faces the challenge of improving the efficiency of its products either by optimizing the fertilizers in use or by developing new types of them.During the last decade,controlled and slow release technologies have become more important.These technologies aim to increase the efficiency of the applied substance by increasing its action over time and avoiding losses of all kinds(leaching,volatilization).The main purpose of the current study was to obtain a slow release biofertilizer by incorporating microalgae into a polymeric urea-formaldehyde matrix(PUFM).The quantitative analysis of macronutrients and micronutrients in the microalgae was determined using different techniques including titration,UV and Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy.The matrix and the formulation obtained(PUFM+CHLO)were also characterized by Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).The“in vitro”study showed a typical slow release behavior of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)macronutrients.It was also shown that(PUFM+CHLO)formulation has the slowest macronutrients release time with a maximum release of 28%,26%y 46%for(N-P-K)macronutrients respectively during a period of 30 days.The'in vivo'study exposed the benefits of the biofertilizer formulation(PUFM+CHLO)from conventional commercial fertilizer(CF)(NPK-14-5-12).Due to the presence of nutrients of natural origin in microalgae,(PUFM+CHLO)shows ecological effects which could also developing sustainable agriculture systems.Laura Siverio Martínez Mayra González Hurtado Laura M.Castro González Jacques Rieumont Briones Ariel Martínez García María I.Hernández Díaz 2019Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2019,88,4:0
