1Soil: An Extreme Habitat for Microorganisms?显示文摘The question is asked whether soils can be regarded as extreme environments with respect to microorganisms. After defining some extreme environments in a general sense, special properties of extreme environments are compared to soil habitats, with special emphasis laid on time frame and localities. In relation to water availability, nutrients and other properties, such places as aggregates can show properties of extreme habitats. These features, which can act at different levels of the system from the community level down to the cellular level, are summarized as stress factors. The latter,where many switches are located leading to different strategies of survival, is described as the most important one. This raises the question of how organisms have adapted to such conditions. The soil system demands a broad spectrum of adaptations and/or adjustments for a highly variable environment.The soil microorganisms'adaptation can thus be seen as the highest kind of flexibility and is more useful than any other special adaptation.M.BLTER 2004Pedosphere2004,14,2:11
2Statistical modelling for effect of mix-parameters on properties of high-flowing sand-concrete显示文摘The high-flowing sand-concrete(HFSC) containing natural sands as aggregate was carried out.The high fluidity and stability of HFSC can be achieved by tailoring the mix design parameters,such as fine to coarse sand ratio,dosage of additions,water to binder ratio and dosage of admixtures.Mini-cone slump test,v-funnel time test and viscosity model parameters were used to characterize the behaviour of HFSC in fresh state.The mechanical compressive strength in 28 d was also determined.A factorial design approach was used to establish models highlighting the effect of each mix-parameter on measured properties of HFSC.The derived models are valid for mixtures made with 0 to 0.3 of dune sand to total sand ratio,82 to 418 kg/m3 of marble powder,0.42 to 0.46 of water/binder ratio and 1.3% to 1.9% of superplasticizer high water-reducer.The results show that the derived models constitute very efficient means for understanding the influence of key mix-parameters on HFSC properties and are useful in selecting the optimum mix proportions,by simulating their impact on fluidity,stability and compressive strength.T.BOUZIANI A.BENMOUNAH M.BDRINA 2012Journal of Central South University2012,19,10:6
3ICP-AES分析光谱条件对中药蒲公英无机元素吸收的影响显示文摘在全密闭植物工厂中水培种植中药蒲公英,以发射不同波段光谱的荧光灯及LED灯作为药材生长光源,并结合ICP–AES技术分析了不同光谱条件对蒲公英无机元素吸收和积累的影响。结果表明:(1)相近的光合有效辐射(PAR)条件下,单一红光R及混合光FLRB有利于水培蒲公英可食生物量的积累,单一蓝光B处理下可食生物量最低;(2)荧光灯FL条件下蒲公英地上部分常量无机元素含量比值为K∶Ca∶P∶Mg∶Na=79.74∶32.39∶24.32∶10.55∶1.00,微量无机元素含量比值为Fe∶Mn∶B∶Zn∶Cu=9.28∶9.71∶3.82∶2.08∶1.00;(3)峰值为660nm的红光有利于蒲公英对Ca,Fe,Mn,Zn元素的吸收,Cu元素含量受光谱条件的影响不明显;(4)蒲公英地上部分对Ca,Na,Mn,Zn四种元素的积累量均在纯红光R下最高,而对其余六种元素的积累量以混合光FLRB条件下最高。陈晓丽 Morewane M.B 薛绪掌 郭文忠 王利春 2015光谱学与光谱分析2015,35,2:6
4叶缘-年均温中国模型在定量重建中国新生代植物群古年均温中的应用显示文摘叶缘分析法是一种利用现代植被木本双子叶植物全缘叶物种百分比与年均温的函数关系,定量重建化石植物群古年均温的方法。该方法在新生代植物群的古年均温定量重建研究中得到了广泛的应用。目前基于世界不同地区现代植被的研究表明,尽管全缘叶物种百分比与年均温存在很好的相关性,但其相关性具有地区差异性。本文旨在总结叶缘分析法的研究进展,并介绍基于中国植被建立的叶缘—年均温中国模型;同时,采用该模型重建了中国新生代不同时期植物群的古年均温,且与前人采用其它模型得到的年均温重建值相比较。结果表明,叶缘—年均温中国模型能够有效地重建中国新生代植物群的古年均温值。苏涛 星耀武 JACQUES Frederic M.B 陈文允 黄永江 刘裕生 周浙昆 2010地质论评2010,56,5:6
