| 1 | The density matrix picture of laser coherent control current显示文摘The physical substance of the coherent control current and the optical rectification have been analyzed based on density matrix perturbation theory. The analytical results demonstrate that they arise from the real and virtual manifestations of the same nonlinear process associated with diagonal and non-diagonal density matrix. And in terms of polarization, they respectively arise from the intraband and interband polarizations. Both the evolution of the coherent control current exited by ultrafast laser pulse and its dependence on frequency have been studied in time and frequency domains. In order to get an explicit knowledge of intraband polarization and the origination of the coherent control current, we have investigated the initial photo-carriers momentum distribution. | 3 | Expression and regulation of genes involved in the reserve starch biosynthesis pathway in hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Reserve starch of cereal crop accounts for about 70%of grain endosperm and acts as an important human carbohydrate resource worldwide.Wheat reserve starch is synthesized by enzymatic machinery in endosperm cells.To identify genes involved in starch biosynthesis,we constructed 30 RNA-Seq libraries of 10 endosperm-development periods and performed expression and localization analyses.Of 166 endosperm-expressed homologs of starch biosynthesis-related genes,74 showed expression correlated with reserve starch accumulation,including 26 with expected subcellular distribution and higher expression than their isoforms.The key proteins SUS3,UGP1,cAGPase,and Bt1-3 formed the main metabolic pathway and contributed the major substrates for starch processing in amyloplasts.Important isoforms,key pathway proteins,and the main carbon flux toward starch formation in the reserve starch biosynthesis pathway were identified.Based on a coexpression analysis,a library of 425 transcription factors was produced to screen for common regulators.TaMYB44 had features of transcription factors and bound to TaSUT1,TaSSIIIa,TaBEIIa,TaISA1,and TaBEIIb promoters in yeast,suggesting that the gene is a pathway regulator.This study sheds light on understanding the mechanism of reserve starch biosynthesis and will be helpful for increasing starch content in wheat endosperm via biotechnological strategies. | Yunsong Gu Shichen Han Lin Chen Junyi Mu Luning Duan Yaxuan Li Yueming Yan Xiaohui Li | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,2: | 1 |

| 5 | Shen-Qi-Wan Protects the Renal Peritubular Capillary Injury from Adenine-mediated Damage by Upregulating Aquaporin 1显示文摘Background:Shen-Qi-Wan(SQW),a commonly used prescription against chronic kidney disease(CKD)in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM),has a nephroprotective action in adenine-induced kidney injury.However,the mechanism of SQW in renal injury remains unclear.Objective:This study was undertaken to measure the effect of SQW on peritubular capillary injury both in vivo and in vitro assays.Methods:The effect of SQW on the peritubular capillary injury was evaluated according to measuring hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)function,inflammatory cytokines,VEGF(vascular endothelial growth fac-tor),CD34(Cluster of differentiation 34),and AQP1(Aquaporin 1)levels in the kidney,cell migration,and lumen forming capacity.Results:SQW supplementation could ameliorate dysfunction of the HPA and renal function loss induced by adenine.SQW also significantly inhibited the inflammatory cytokines including MCP-1(monocyte chemotactic protein-1)and VCAM-1(vascular cell adhesion molecule-1)level.Alternatively,SQW administration showed an ameliorating effect from the toxicity and alleviated the injury of capillaries around renal tubules instigated by adenine through increasing AQP1 mRNA and protein level.SQW medicated the serum enhanced the migration and lumen formation ability of HMEC-1 cells,and significantly increased AQP1 protein level.Moreover,AQP1 knockdown efficiently inhibited the migration and lumen formation ability in HMEC-1 cells,and weakened the effect of SQW medicated serum.Conclusion:These results suggested that SQW attenuated peritubular capillary injury in adenine-induced CKD model rats through boosting angiogenesis in endothelial cell,and AQP1 may be a potential target of SQW for treating the renal injury. | Yuting Bao Yehui Zhang Yuanxiao Yang Xueming Chen Luning Lin Yunbo Fu Liting Ji Changyu Li | 2022 | Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2022,2,1: | 1 |
