| 13 | Study on the correlation between bandage bandage and pressure therapy of lymphedema显示文摘To explore the effects of bandage technology and pressure therapy in breast cancer with lymphedema.Methods A total of 91 patients,with breast cancer-related lymphedema and hospitalized in a third-class hospital in Jiangsu Province from May to December,2018,were selected and sequenced in class“ABC”in the order of entry.The patients in class“A”were enrolled in“8”shaped bandaging group.The patients in class“B”were enrolled in“5”spiral bandaging group.The patients in class“C”were enrolled in combined bandage group.The primary outcome was the degree of limb swelling used by multiple-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis.Secondary outcomes were the amount of bandage losses,counting 24-hour bandage loose occurrences and patients satisfaction.All outcomes were evaluated both before and after treatment.Results After treatment,there was a significant difference in the regression of limb swelling in all three groups(P<0.05).However,the largest amplitude of regression was observed in combined bandage group(limb circumference ratio:53%and tissue water ratio:68%).Although“8”bandaging group had large material,bandage cost and minimum comfort,the bandage has good stability and no case of 24-hour bandage loose occurrences was found in this group.The“5”partial binding group had an advantage in the amount of bandage losses and comfort level,but among which 3 patients had the phenomenon of loose bandage at the joint.The combined bandage group had the best therapeutic effect in limb swelling and patients satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined bandage group significantly decreased the degree of limb swelling and 24-hour bandage loose occurrences.Importantly,this treatment improved the degree of patients’satisfaction.The treatment of“8”shaped bandaging combined with spiral bandaging is worthy of clinical promotion. | WANG Bei Li Haihong LOU Qingqing LI Jianing WANG Xiaoyuan XU Chenyun | 2020 | 中西医结合护理(中英文)2020,6,10: | 0 |

| 15 | Effect of structured education program on physiological and psychosocial outcomes in type 2 diabetes patients:A randomized controlled trial显示文摘Objective:This study was conducted to compare the effect of structured education program versus traditional diabetes education on insulin injection technique as well as physiologically and psychosocially related outcomes in adults with Type 2 diabetes.Materials and Methods:This study was a randomized controlled trial.Totally,71 Type 2 diabetes patients of using the insulin pen were enrolled and randomly divided into the intervention group(n=36)and the control group(n=35)according to random number table method.Patients in the intervention group received structured education program,while patients in the control group received traditional diabetes education.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),blood glucose,and lipids were monitored before and 3 months after intervention,and the insulin injection techniques,diabetes distress,and diabetes self-management skills between groups were assessed after 3 months.Results:Finally,65 participants(intervention group:n=33,control group:n=32)finished the study.After the intervention,HbA1c was lower(7.42±0.80 vs.8.35±1.40,P=0.002),fasting blood glucose(FBG)was lower(7.27±1.06 vs.9.40±3.16,P<0.001),and postprandial blood glucose(PBG)was lower(10.33±2.20 vs.12.77±4.94,P=0.012)in the intervention group than in the control group.No statistically significance was identified between the two groups in scores of Diabetes Distress Scale and summary of diabetes self-care activities.Conclusion:Patients with Type 2 diabetes received structured education program,with greater improvements achieved in HbA1c,FBG,PBG,and measures about insulin injection techniques compared to the traditional education group,but there was no significant difference in diabetes distress or self-management behavior between groups. | Qianqian ZHOU Xiaorong LIU Jianing LI Jinlan YAO Qingqing LOU | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Nursing2021,3,2: | 0 |
| 16 | A chromosome-level genome assembly for Erianthus fulvus provides insights into its biofuel potential and facilitates breeding for improvement of sugarcane显示文摘Erianthus produces substantial biomass,exhibits a good Brix value,and shows wide environmental adaptability,making it a potential biofuel plant.In contrast to closely related sorghum and sugarcane,Erianthus can grow in degraded soils,thus releasing pressure on agricultural lands used for biofuel production.However,the lack of genomic resources for Erianthus hinders its genetic improvement,thus limiting its potential for biofuel production.In the present study,we generated a chromosome-scale reference genome for Erianthus fulvus Nees.The genome size estimated by flow cytometry was 937 Mb,and the assembled genome size was 902 Mb,covering 96.26%of the estimated genome size.A total of 35065 proteincoding genes were predicted,and 67.89%of the genome was found to be repetitive.A recent wholegenome duplication occurred approximately 74.10 million years ago in the E.fulvus genome.Phylogenetic analysis showed that E.fulvus is evolutionarily closer to S.spontaneum and diverged after S.bicolor.Three of the 10 chromosomes of E.fulvus formed through rearrangements of ancestral chromosomes.Phylogenetic reconstruction of the Saccharum complex revealed a polyphyletic origin of the complex and a sister relationship of E.fulvus with Saccharum sp.,excluding S.arundinaceum.On the basis of the four amino acid residues that provide substrate specificity,the E.fulvus SWEET proteins were classified as monoand disaccharide sugar transporters.Ortho-QTL genes identified for 10 biofuel-related traits may aid in the rapid screening of E.fulvus populations to enhance breeding programs for improved biofuel production.The results of this study provide valuable insights for breeding programs aimed at improving biofuel production in E.fulvus and enhancing sugarcane introgression programs. | Ling Kui Aasim Majeed Xianhong Wang Zijiang Yang Jian Chen Lilian He Yining Di Xuzhen Li Zhenfeng Qian Yinming Jiao Guoyun Wang Lufeng Liu Rong Xu Shujie Gu Qinghui Yang Shuying Chen Hongbo Lou Yu Meng Linyan Xie Fu Xu Qingqing Shen Amit Singh Karl Gruber Yunbing Pan Tingting Hao Yang Dong Fusheng Li | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,4: | 0 |
