1A Hierarchical P2P Model and a Data Fusion Method for Network Security Situation Awareness System显示文摘A hierarchical peer-to-peer(P2P) model and a data fusion method for network security situation awareness system are proposed to improve the efficiency of distributed security behavior monitoring network. The single point failure of data analysis nodes is avoided by this P2P model, in which a greedy data forwarding method based on node priority and link delay is devised to promote the efficiency of data analysis nodes. And the data fusion method based on repulsive theory-Dumpster/Shafer(PSORT-DS) is used to deal with the challenge of multi-source alarm information. This data fusion method debases the false alarm rate. 2Simplification of I-Vector Extraction for Speaker Identification显示文摘The identity vector(i-vector) approach has been the state-of-the-art for text-independent speaker recognition, both identification and verification in recent years. An i-vector is a low-dimensional vector in the socalled total variability space represented with a thin and tall rectangular matrix. This paper introduces a novel algorithm to improve the computational and memory requirements for the application. In our method, the series of symmetric matrices can be represented by diagonal expression,sharing the same dictionary, which to some extent is analogous to eigen decomposition, and we name this algorithm Eigen decomposition like factorization(EDLF). 12A Novel Robust Zero-Watermarking Algorithm for Audio Based on Sparse Representation显示文摘Behind the prevalence of multimedia technology,digital copyright disputes are becoming increasingly serious.The digital watermarking prevention technique against the copyright infringement needs to be improved urgently.Among the proposed technologies,zero-watermarking has been favored recently.In order to improve the robustness of the zero-watermarking,a novel robust audio zerowatermarking method based on sparse representation is proposed.The proposed scheme is mainly based on the K-singular value decomposition(K-SVD)algorithm to construct an optimal over complete dictionary from the background audio signal.After that,the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm is used to calculate the sparse coefficient of the segmented test audio and generate the corresponding sparse coefficient matrix.Then,the mean value of absolute sparse coefficients in the sparse matrix of segmented speech is calculated and selected,and then comparing the mean absolute coefficient of segmented speech with the average value of the selected coefficients to realize the embedding of zero-watermarking.Experimental results show that the proposed audio zerowatermarking algorithm based on sparse representation performs effectively in resisting various common attacks.Compared with the baseline works,the proposed method has better robustness.Longting Xu Daiyu Huang Xing Guo Wei Rao Yunyun Ji Ruoyi Li Xiaochen Lu 2021China Communications2021,18,8:1

15Intra-heterogeneity in transcription and chemoresistant property of leukemia-initiating cells in murine Setd2^(-/-) acutemyeloid leukemia显示文摘Background:Heterogeneity of leukemia-initiating cells(LICs)is a major obstacle in acute myeloid leukemia(AML)therapy.Accumulated evidence indicates that the coexistence of multiple types of LICs with different pathogenicity in the same individual is a common feature in AML.However,the functional heterogeneity including the drug response of coexistent LICs remains unclear.Therefore,this study aimed to clarify the intra-heterogeneity in LICs that can help predict leukemia behavior and develop more effective treatments.Methods:Spleen cells from the primary Setd2^(-/-)-AML mouse were transplanted into C57BL/6 recipient mice to generate a transplantable model.Flow cytometry was used to analyze the immunophenotype of the leukemic mice.Whole-genome sequencing was conducted to detect secondary hits responsible for leukemia transformation.A serial transplantation assay was used to determine the self-renewal potential of Setd2^(-/-)-AML cells.A limiting-dilution assay was performed to identify the LIC frequency in different subsets of leukemia cells.Bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing were performed to analyze the transcriptional heterogeneity of LICs.Small molecular inhibitor screening and in vivo drug treatment were employed to clarify the difference in drug response between the different subsets of LICs.Results:In this study,we observed an aged Setd2^(-/-)mouse developing AML with co-mutation of Nras^(G12S) and Braf^(K520E).Further investigation identified two types of LICs residing in the c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(-)and c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(+)subsets,respectively.In vivo transplantation assay disclosed the heterogeneity in differentiation between the coexistent LICs.Besides,an intrinsic doxorubicinresistant transcriptional signature was uncovered in c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(+)cells.Indeed,doxorubicin plus cytarabine(DA),the standard chemotherapeutic regimen used in AML treatment,could specifically kill c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(−)cells,but it hardly affected c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(+)cells.Transcriptome analysis unveiled a higher activation of RAS downstream signaling pathways in c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(+)cells than in c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(-)cells.Combined treatmentwithDAand RAS pathway inhibitors killed both c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(−)and c-Kit^(+)B220^(+)Mac-1^(+)cells and attenuated disease progression.Conclusions:This study identified two cell subsets enriched for LICs inmurine Setd2^(-/-)-AML and disclosed the transcriptional and functional heterogeneity of LICs,revealing that the coexistence of different types of LICs in thismodel brings about diverse drug response.Jiachun Song Longting Du Ping Liu Fuhui Wang Bo Zhang Yinyin Xie Jing Lu Yi Jin Yan Zhou Gang Lv Jianmin Zhang Saijuan Chen Zhu Chen Xiaojian Sun Yuanliang Zhang Qiuhua Huang 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,9:0
16Effect of Geometric Variation of Root Fillet on the Flow Characteristic of a Transonic Compressor Rotor显示文摘The effects of root fillet on the flow behavior of high loading compressor rotor tends to be much more crucial in practice,and it’s necessary to explore the internal relations between the geometric effects of root fillet and the flow behaviors of rotor blade.Therefore,eight types of root fillet with different radius were designed and installed around the blade root of NASA Rotor67.With the aids of fillet,the corner separation near suction side of blade root has been suppressed significantly in that the root fillet reconstructs the circumferential bending distributon of the suction-side curve from leading edge to trailing edge,and reduces the genmetric turning angle in the latter part of root section near trailing edge.However,apart from the improvement of corner flow characteristic caused by root fillet,both the tip flow deterioration and the decrease of stall margin occur in the new rotors,which indicates an indirect correlation between tip flow characteristic and root fillet exists indeed in the three-dimensional flowfields of transonic rotor.Actually,by means of the new radial pressure equilibrium affected by root fillet,a larger radius of root fillet contributes to much larger blade loading and stronger leakage flow in tip region of compressor rotor.As a result,a monotonic decrease of stall margin was present in the transonic rotor with increase of the root fillet radius.Subsequently,the positive bending of blade tip was introduced to deal with the negative effect caused by the root fillet indirectly.Combined with the effects of root fillet and positive tip-bending on the radial pressure equilibrium existing in channels,both the radial and streamwise loading distributions tend to be much more reasonable in new rotors,and the static pressure difference in former 1/3 chord of blade tip has decreased clearly which benefits to reduce the strength of leakage flow in tip region.Therefore,the flow deterioration in tip region of transonic rotor induced by root fillet has been well suppressed,with an obvious improvement of overall performance occurring in new rotors.CUI Weiwei LIU Yuqiang LIU Fusong YANG Laishun LI Longting YAO Fei WANG Xinglu WANG Cuiping 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,4:0

19HOSVD-Based Subspace Algorithm for Multidimensional Frequency Estimation Without Pairing Parameters显示文摘In this paper, a new method for multidimensional frequency estimation of multiple sinusoids that combines the HOSVD(Higher-order singular value decomposition) subspace and projection separation approaches is presented. Frequency parameters in the first dimension are obtained by using the signal subspace of the first dimension which is extracted by the HOSVD decomposition. Subsequently, a set of projection separation matrices is constructed to project the measure tensor and separate the components of the received tensor into single ones.And then, the signal subspace of each dimension of separated measure tensor are estimated by the HOSVD decomposition and the desired multidimensional frequency pairing are automatically obtained. 20Robust Frequency Estimation Under Additive Mixture Noise显示文摘In many applications such as multiuser radar communications and astrophysical imaging processing,the encountered noise is usually described by the finite sum ofα-stable(1≤α<2)variables.In this paper,a new parameter estimator is developed,in the presence of this new heavy-tailed noise.Since the closed-formPDF of theα-stable variable does not exist exceptα=1 andα=2,we take the sum of the Cauchy(α=1)and Gaussian(α=2)noise as an example,namely,additive Cauchy-Gaussian(ACG)noise.The probability density function(PDF)of the mixed random variable,can be calculated by the convolution of the Cauchy’s PDF and Gaussian’s PDF.Because of the complicated integral in the PDF expression of the ACG noise,traditional estimators,e.g.,maximum likelihood,are analytically not tractable.To obtain the optimal estimates,a new robust frequency estimator is devised by employing the Metropolis-Hastings(M-H)algorithm.Meanwhile,to guarantee the fast convergence of the M-H chain,a new proposal covariance criterion is also devised,where the batch of previous samples are utilized to iteratively update the proposal covariance in each sampling process.Computer simulations are carried out to indicate the superiority of the developed scheme,when compared with several conventional estimators and the Cramér-Rao lower bound.Yuan Chen Yulu Tian Dingfan Zhang Longting Huang Jingxin Xu 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,7:0
