| 2 | Hepatitis viruses and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma: A review显示文摘Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) is among the haematological malignancies with high prevalence worldwide, causing estimated 355 900 new cases and 191 400 deaths in 2008. High prevalence of NHL is documented in economically more developed areas while low prevalence is observed in less developed areas of the globe. A wide array of environmental factors have been reported to be either directly involved or in modifying the risk of NHL development. In addition to these factors, a number of infectious agents, chiefly viruses have also been implicated in the development of NHL. This article reviews the available literature to discuss the role of hepatitis viruses in NHL development, possible mechanisms of lymphomagenesis and also identify the areas in which further research is required to better understand this disease. | 3 | Integrated application of some compatible biocontrol agents along with mustard oil seed cake and furadan on Meloidogyne incognita infecting tomato plants显示文摘Experiments were carried out to study the effect of two fungal bioagents along with mustard oil cake and furadan against root knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita infecting tomato under greenhouse condition. Bioagents viz., Paecilomyces lilacinus and Trichoderma viride alone or in combination with mustard cake and furadan promoted plant growth, reduced number of galls/plant, egg masses/root system and eggs/egg mass. | 17 | Tapered Optical Fiber-Based LSPR Biosensor for Ascorbic Acid Detection显示文摘The ascorbic acid(AA)is a biomarker that can be used to detect the symptoms of severe disorders such as scurvy,Parkinson’s,Alzheimer’s,and cardiovascular diseases.In this work,a simple and effective sensor model is developed to diagnose the presence of AA samples.To develop the sensor,a tapered single-mode optical fiber has been used with the well-known phenomenon of localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR).For LSPR,the tapered region is immobilized with synthesized gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)and zinc oxide nanoparticles(ZnO-NPs)whose absorbance peak wavelengths appear at 519nm and 370nm,respectively.On the basis of nanoparticles(NPs)configurations,two different biosensor probes are developed.In the first one,the sensing region is immobilized with AuNPs and named Probe I.In the second probe,the immobilized layer of AuNPs is further coated with a layer of ZnO-NPs,and a resultant probe is termed as Probe II.The characterizations of synthesized AuNPs and developed fiber probes are done by the ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)spectrophotometer,high-resolution transmission electron microscope(HR-TEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).To enhance the selectivity,a sensing region of probes is functionalized with ascorbate oxidase enzyme that oxidizes the AA in the presence of oxygen.The response of developed sensor probes is authenticated by sensing the samples of AA in the range from 500 nM to 1 mM,which covers the range of AA found in human bodies,i.e.,40μM-120μM.The performance analysis of the developed sensor probes has been done in terms of their stability,reproducibility,reusability,and selectivity.To observe the stability of AA,a pH-test has also been done that results in a better solubility of AA molecules in phosphate-buffered saline(PBS)solution. | Guo ZHU Lokendra SINGH Yu WANG Ragini SINGH Bingyuan ZHANG Fengzhen LIU Brajesh Kumar KAUSHIK Santosh KUMAR | 2021 | Photonic Sensors2021,11,4: | 0 |

| 19 | 指压疗法对膝骨关节炎患者疼痛和生活质量的辅助作用:一项介入性研究显示文摘目的:研究穴位指压疗法作为药物治疗的辅助手段对膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者疼痛和健康相关生活质量的影响.方法:从本研究所骨科门诊纳入100名KOA患者.将患者随机(掷币简单随机法)分为干预组(n=50)和对照组(n=50).干预组患者在药物治疗的同时接受穴位指压.对照组患者仅接受药物治疗,不予以穴位指压.观察并记录治疗前基线(A0),治疗期间(A1),治疗后第3个月随访(A2)和治疗后第6个月随访(A3)时疼痛[视觉模拟量表(VAS)]和生活质量[简明健康测量量表(SF-36)]评分.运用多元回归分析法分析疼痛和SF-36各项之间的关系.结果:干预组患者VAS评分第6个月随访时显著降低(P=0.001).干预组SF-36中躯体功能(PF)、情绪(RE)及心理健康(MH)评分较对照组改善更加显著.干预组VAS(疼痛)评分改善的患者SF-36各项平均分较基线水平均有更显著变化(均P<0.05).除躯体疼痛(BP)一项外,SF-36其他项评分均与疼痛评分呈负相关.结论:穴位指压联合药物疗法可改善KOA患者的健康相关生活质量及疼痛. | Meenu Rani Lokendra Sharma Uma Advani Arun Sharma | 2021 | Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science2021,19,4: | 0 |
