1Neuroprotective Autophagic Flux Induced by Hyperbaric Oxygen Preconditioning is Mediated by Cystatin C显示文摘We have previously reported that Cystatin C(CysC) is a pivotal mediator in the neuroprotection induced by hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) preconditioning; however,the underlying mechanism and how CysC changes after stroke are not clear. In the present study, we demonstrated that CysC expression was elevated as early as 3 h after reperfusion, and this was further enhanced by HBO preconditioning. Concurrently, LC3-II and Beclin-1, two positive-markers for autophagy induction, exhibited increases similar to CysC, while knockdown of CysC blocked these elevations. As a marker of autophagy inhibition, p62 was downregulated by HBO preconditioning and this was blocked by CysC knockdown. Besides, the beneficial effects of preserving lysosomal membrane integrity and enhancing autolysosome formation induced by HBO preconditioning were abolished in CysC-/-rats.Furthermore, we demonstrated that exogenous CysC reduced the neurological deficits and infarct volume after brain ischemic injury, while 3-methyladenine partially reversed this neuroprotection. 2Trust Management Mechanism for Internet of Things显示文摘Trust management has been proven to be a useful technology for providing security service and as a consequence has been used in many applications such as P2P,Grid,ad hoc network and so on.However,few researches about trust mechanism for Internet of Things(IoT) could be found in the literature,though we argue that considerable necessity is held for applying trust mechanism to IoT.In this paper,we establish a formal trust management control mechanism based on architecture modeling of IoT.We decompose the IoT into three layers,which are sensor layer,core layer and application layer,from aspects of network composition of IoT.Each layer is controlled by trust management for special purpose:self-organized,affective routing and multi-service respectively.And the final decision-making is performed by service requester according to the collected trust information as well as requester' policy.Finally,we use a formal semantics-based and fuzzy set theory to realize all above trust mechanism,the result of which provides a general framework for the development of trust models of IoT.GU Lize WANG Jingpei SUN Bin 2014China Communications2014,11,2:4
3Retina-Inspired Organic Heterojunction-Based Optoelectronic Synapses for Artificial Visual Systems显示文摘For the realization of retina-inspired neuromorphic visual systems which simulate basic functions of human visual systems,optoelectronic synapses capable of combining perceiving,processing,and memorizing in a single device have attracted immense interests.Here,optoelectronic synaptic transistors based on tris(2-phenylpyridine)iridium(Ir(ppy)_(3))and poly(3,3-didodecylquarterthiophene)(PQT-12)heterojunction structure are presented.The organic heterojunction serves as a basis for distinctive synaptic characteristics under different wavelengths of light.Furthermore,synaptic transistor arrays are fabricated to demonstrate their optical perception efficiency and color recognition capability under multiple illuminating conditions.The wavelength-tunability of synaptic behaviors further enables the mimicry of mood-modulated visual learning and memorizing processes of humans.More significantly,the computational dynamics of neurons of synaptic outputs including associated learning and optical logic functions can be successfully demonstrated on the presented devices.This work may locate the stage for future studies on optoelectronic synaptic devices toward the implementation of artificial visual systems.Junyao Zhang Yang Lu Shilei Dai Ruizhi Wang Dandan Hao Shiqi Zhang Lize Xiong Jia Huang 2021Research2021,,1:3
4Breast-conserving therapy and modified radical mastectomy for primary breast carcinoma:a matched comparative study显示文摘Background:To compare two types of therapy for primary breast carcinoma,breast-conserving therapy(BCT) and modified radical mastectomy(MRM),in a matched cohort study.Methods:A series of 1,746 patients with primary breast cancer treated with BCT or MRM in a single Chinese institute between January 2000 and February 2009 were analyzed retrospectively to compare their outcomes with respect to the incidence of local recurrence(LR),distant metastasis,and survival.The patients were matched with regard to age at diagnosis,spreading to axillary lymph nodes,hormone receptor status,the use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and maximal tumor diameter.The match ratio was 1:1,and each arm included 873 patients.Results:The median follow-up period was 71 months.The 6-year disease-free survival(DFS) and 6-year distant disease-free survival(DDFS) rates differed significantly between two groups.The 6-year local recurrence-free survival(LRFS) rates were 98.2% [95% confidence interval(CI):0.973-0.989] in the BCT group and 98.7%(95% CI:0.980-0.994) in the MRM group(P=0.182),respectively.DFS rates in BCT and MRM groups were 91.3%(95% CI:0.894-0.932) and 86.3%(95% CI:0.840-0.886)(P<0.001),respectively,whereas the DDFS rates in BCT and MRM groups were 93.6%(95% CI:0.922-0.950) and 87.7%(95% CI:0.854-0.900)(P<0.001),respectively.Conclusions:BCT in eligible patients is as effective as MRM with respect to local tumor control,DFS and DDFS,and may result in a better outcome than MRM in Chinese primary breast cancer patients.Lize Wang Tao Ouyang Tianfeng Wang Yuntao Xie Zhaoqing Fan Benyao Lin Jinfeng Li 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,6:3
5Effects of cannabinoid receptor type 2 on endogenous myocardial regeneration by activating cardiac progenitor cells in mouse infarcted heart显示文摘Cannabinoid receptor type 2(CB2)activation is recently reported to promote proliferation of some types of resident stem cells(e.g.,hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell or neural progenitor cell).Resident cardiac progenitor cell(CPC)activation and proliferation are crucial for endogenous cardiac regeneration and cardiac repair after myocardial infarction(MI).This study aims to explore the role and possible mechanisms of CB2receptor activation in enhancing myocardial repair.Our results revealed that CB2receptor agonist AM1241 can significantly increase CPCs by c-kit and Runx1 staining in ischemic myocardium as well as improve cardiomyocyte proliferation.AM1241 also decreased serum levels of MDA,TNF-αand IL-6 after MI.In addition,AM1241 can ameliorate left ventricular ejection fraction and fractional shortening,and reduce fibrosis.Moreover,AM1241 treatment markedly increased p-Akt and HO-1 expression,and promoted Nrf-2 nuclear translocation.However,PI3K inhibitor wortmannin eliminated these cardioprotective roles of AM1241.In conclusion,AM1241 could induce myocardial regeneration and improve cardiac function,which might be associated with PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 signaling pathway activation.Our findings may provide a promising strategy for cardiac endogenous regeneration after MI.WANG YaBin MA Sai WANG Qiang HU WenXing WANG DongJuan LI XiuJuan SU Tao QIN Xing ZHANG XiaoTian MA Ke CHEN JiangWei XIONG LiZe CAO Feng 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,2:3
6A Modeling Language Based on UML for Modeling Simulation Testing System of Avionic Software显示文摘With direct expression of individual application domain patterns and ideas,domain-specific modeling language(DSML) is more and more frequently used to build models instead of using a combination of one or more general constructs.Based on the profile mechanism of unified modeling language(UML) 2.2,a kind of DSML is presented to model simulation testing systems of avionic software(STSAS).To define the syntax,semantics and notions of the DSML,the domain model of the STSAS from which we generalize the domain concepts and relationships among these concepts is given,and then,the domain model is mapped into a UML meta-model,named UML-STSAS profile.Assuming a flight control system(FCS) as system under test(SUT),we design the relevant STSAS.The results indicate that extending UML to the simulation testing domain can effectively and precisely model STSAS.WANG Lize LIU Bin LU Minyan 2011Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,2:2
7Dynamic Variations in Brain Glycogen are Involved in Modulating Isoflurane Anesthesia in Mice显示文摘General anesthesia severely affects the metabolites in the brain.Glycogen,principally stored in astrocytes and providing the short-term delivery of substrates to neurons,has been implicated as an affected molecule.However,whether glycogen plays a pivotal role in modulating anesthesia-arousal remains unclear.Here,we demonstrated that isoflurane-anesthetized mice exhibited dynamic changes in the glycogen levels in various brain regions.Glycogen synthase(GS)and glycogen phosphorylase(GP),key enzymes of glycogen metabolism,showed increased activity after isoflurane exposure.Upon blocking glycogenolysis with 1,4-dideoxy-1,4-imino-Darabinitol(DAB),a GP antagonist,we found a prolonged time of emergence from anesthesia and an enhancedδfrequency in the EEG(electroencephalogram).In addition,augmented expression of glycogenolysis genes in glycogen phosphorylase,brain(Pygb)knock-in(PygbH11/H11)mice resulted in delayed induction of anesthesia,a shortened emergence time,and a lower ratio of EEG-δ.Our findings revealed a role of brain glycogen in regulating anesthesiaarousal,providing a potential target for modulating anesthesia.Ze Fan Zhihao Zhang Shiyi Zhao Yuanyuan Zhu Dong Guo Bo Yang Lixia Zhuo Jiao Han Rui Wang Zongping Fang Hailong Dong Yan Li Lize Xiong 2020Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,12:2

15Spectrum-dependent photonic synapses based on 2D imine polymers for power-efficient neuromorphic computing显示文摘2D polymers(2DPs)have attracted increasing interests in sensors,catalysis,and gas storage applications.Furthermore,2DPs with unique band structure and tunable photophysical properties also have immense potential for application in photonic neuromorphic computing.Here,photonic synaptic transistors based on 2DPs as the light-tunable charge-trapping medium are developed for the first time.The resulted organic transistors can successfully emulate common synaptic functions,including excitatory postsynaptic current,pair-pulse facilitation,the transition of short-term memory to long-term memory,and dynamic filtering.Benefitting from the high photosensitivity of the 2DP,the devices can be operated under a low operating voltage of0.1 V,and achieve an ultralow energy consumption of~0.29 pJ per event.In addition,the heterostructure formed between the 2DP and organic semiconductor enables spectrum-dependent synaptic responses,which facilitates the simulation of visual learning and memory processes in distinct emotional states.The underlying mechanism of spectrum-dependent synaptic-like behaviors is systematically validated with in situ atomic force microscopy based electrical techniques.The spectrum-enabled tunability of synaptic behaviors further promotes the realization of optical logic functions and associative learning.This work inspires the new application of 2DPs in photonic synapses for future neuromorphic computing.Junyao Zhang Qianqian Shi Ruizhi Wang Xuan Zhang Li Li Jianhua Zhang Li Tian Lize Xiong Jia Huang 2021InfoMat2021,3,8:1

17七氟烷预处理通过激活胞外信号调节激酶诱发兔脊髓缺血再灌注的急性耐受显示文摘背景七氟烷预处理对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)的保护效应尚不明确。本研究拟通过短暂兔脊髓缺血模型来研究七氟烷预处理是否能够诱导脊髓急性缺血耐受,同时探讨胞外信号激酶(ERK)在其中的作用。方法为了研究七氟烷(Sev)预处理是否能够诱发急性缺血耐受,将新西兰大白兔随机分为三组。Sev组接受30分钟的3.7%七氟烷(1.0最低肺泡麻醉浓度)复合96%O2预处理;氧气(O2)组吸入30分钟的96%O2做为对照;假手术组接受相同的麻醉和手术,但不进行预处理或脊髓I/R。为了评估ERK在七氟烷预处理中的作用,大白兔被随机分为4组。在U0126+O2、U0126+Sev两组中,于预处理前20分钟静脉给予ERK抑制剂U0126;二甲基亚砜(DMSO)+02、DMSO+Sev两组在同一时点给予DMSO。预处理后1小时.阻断肾下腹主动脉施行脊髓I/R。再灌注后48小时采用改良Tarlov标准进行评估,取脊髓(k)节段进行组织病理学检查、TUNEL染色,蛋白印迹法检测磷酸化ERKI/2。结果与O2组比较,Sev组动物神经学评分高、正常运动神经元多(每一项比较P〈0.01)。-tDMSO+Sev比较,U0126+Sev组神经学评分较差、活力神经元减少、神经元凋亡增多、磷酸化ERKl/2减少(每一项比较P〈0.01)。DMSO+02、U0126+02、U0126+Sev组间结果差异无显著性。结论本研究表明七氟烷预处理可诱导兔脊髓对I/R的急性耐受,这一作用可能与ERK激活有关。研究数据表明七氟烷预处理可能成为围术期脊髓I/R损伤的新保护措施。Qian Ding Qiang Wang Jiao Deng Qiuhan Gu Sheng Hu Yang Li Binxiao Su Yi Zeng Lize Xiong 姚凤珍(译) 崔苏扬(校) 2011麻醉与镇痛2011,7,1:0
