1Diagenetic fluids evolution and genetic mechanism of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation in Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘The reservoirs of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation in Sichuan Basin have the characteristics of low compositional maturity, low contents of cements and medium textural maturity. The general physical properties of the reservoirs are poor, with low porosity and low permeability, and there are only a few reservoirs with medium porosity and low permeability in local areas. Based on the diagenetic mineral association, a diagenetic sequence of cements is established: early calcites (or micrite siderites) →first quartz overgrowth→chlorite coatings→dissolution of feldspars and debris→chlorite linings→ second quartz overgrowth (quartz widen or filled in remain intergranular pores and solution pores)→dissolution→third quartz overgrowth (quartz filled in intergranular and intragranular solution pores)→intergrowth (ferro) calcites→dolomites→ferro (calcites) dolomites→later dissolution→veins of quartz and calcites formation. Mechanical compaction is the main factor in making the reservoirs tight in the basin, followed by the second and third quartz overgrowth. In a long-term closed system, only feld-spars and some lithic fragments are dissolved by diagenetic fluids, while intergranular cements such as quartz and calcit are not dissolved and thus have little influence on the porosity of the Xujiahe Formation. This is the third factor that may have kept the sandstones of Xujiahe Formation tight finally. 2Effect of nitrogen and phosphorus on the water quality in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area during and after its construction显示文摘A survey concerning the concentration of the nutrients in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area was carried out. This paper presents the parameters(NO 3 - N, NO 2 - N, Kjeldahl N, non ionic ammonia, P PO 4 and TP) determined at 16 sampling sites from 1997 to 1999 The dominant soluble nitrogen form was NO 3 - N followed by Kjeldahl N, NO 2 - N and non ionic ammonia. Mean values of NO 3 - N, NO 2 - N, Kjeldahl N and non ionic ammonia ranged from 0 50 to 2 37 mg/L, 0 022 to 0 084 mg/L, 0 33 to 0 99 mg/L and 0 007 to 0 092 mg/L respectively. Mean values of P PO 4 at most sampling sites were higher than 0 1 mg/L for subject to eutrophication. The major factors influencing the concentrations of N and P might be agricultural runoff, municipal and industrial effluents. In addition, 6 kinds of soil were sampled at the area where would inundated after the dam completed. Two approaches were adopted to simulate the N and P release from the inundated soils. The results showed that the soils would release nitrogen and phosphorus to the overlying water when the soils were inundated. 4Analysis of components of conserved 'backbone sequences' among genomes of Shigella spp. strains显示文摘Difference in the genomic compositions of prokaryotes is the basis of the diversity in their biological characters. However, besides their flora-or strain-specific genes,those floras with closer relationship in the evolution also have conserved “backbone sequences”, which reveal the marks of their origin and evolution, and these “backbone sequences”are just the basis of their elementary living abilities and common biological properties. Shigella is very closely related to E. coli in the origin and evolution, and may turn out to belong to the same genus. In this study, a microarray containing E. coli K-12 whole genome and Sf301 specific ORFs is used to investigate the genomic components of four Shigella strains. The results indicate that 16%-22% K-12 ORFs sequences are not detected in the genome of Shigella strains while the genome of Shigella contains at least 2800 conserved ORFs, which compose the common “backbone sequences”.Advanced analysis indicated that the “backbone sequences”are the essential components in maintaining the normal physiological activities of intestinal bacteria. 5DESIGN OF A NOVEL DEXTEROUS ROBOT HAND显示文摘In the robotic community more and more hands are developed. Based on the experience of HIT Hand and DLR Hand II, a smaller and easier manufactured dexterous robot hand with multisensory function and high integration is jointly developed. The prototype of the hand is successfully built. It has 4 fingers in total 13-DOFs (degree of freedom). Each finger has 3-DOFs and 4 joints, the last 2 joints are mechanically coupled by means of four-bar linkage mechanism. It also has an additional DOF to realize motion of the thumb relative to the palm. The fingertip force can reach up to 10 N. Full integration of mechanical body, actuation system, multisensory system and electronics is a significant feature. 6The numerical study of wave-induced pore water pressure response in highly permeable seabed显示文摘The coupling numerical model of wave interaction with porous medium is used to study waveinduced pore water pressure in high permeability seabed.In the model,the wave field solver is based on the two dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equations with a k-ε closure,and Forchheimer equations are adopted for flow within the porous media.By introducing a Velocity-Pressure Correction equation for the wave flow and porous flow,a highly efficient coupling between the two flows is implemented.The numerical tests are conducted to study the effects of seabed thickness,porosity,particle size and intrinsic permeability coefficient on regular wave and solitary wave-induced pore water pressure response.The results indicate that,as compared with regular wave-induced,solitary wave-induced pore water pressure has larger values and stronger action on seabed with different parameters.The results also clearly show the flow characteristics of pore water flow within seabed and water wave flow on seabed.The maximum pore water flow velocities within seabed under solitary wave action are higher than those under regular wave action.JIANG Changbo CHENG Yongzhou CHANG Liuhong XIA Bo 2012Acta Oceanologica Sinica2012,31,6:2
7Comparative genome analysis of deleted genes in Shigella flexneri 2a strain 301显示文摘Comparative genome analysis is performed between Shigella flexneri 2a strain 301 and its close relatives, the nonpathogenic E. Coli K-12 strain MG1655. Result shows that there are 136 DNA segments whose size is larger than 1000 bp absent from Shigella flexneri 2a strain 301, which is up to 717253 bp in total length. These deleted segments altogether contain 670 open reading frames (ORFs). Prediction of these ORFs indicates that there are 40% genes of unknown function. The other genes of definite functions encode metabolic enzymes, structure proteins, transcription regulatory factors and some elements correlated with horizontal transfer. Here we compare the complete genomic sequences of the two closely related species, which differ in pathogenic phenotype. 8An improved fiber tracking algorithm based on fiber assignment using the continuous tracking algorithm and two-tensor model显示文摘This study tested an improved fiber tracking algorithm, which was based on fiber assignment using a continuous tracking algorithm and a two-tensor model. Different models and tracking decisions were used by judging the type of estimation of each voxel. This method should solve the cross-track problem. This study included eight healthy subjects, two axonal injury patients and seven demyelinating disease patients. This new algorithm clearly exhibited a difference in nerve fiber direction between axonal injury and demyelinating disease patients and healthy control subjects. 19Treatment for HIV prevention study in southwestern areas of China显示文摘Background:China has ambitious to achieve significant reductions in HIV transmission and HIV-related mortality by adopting the World Health Organization's“Treat All”approach.Such a prevention strategy is needed future study on regional scale.Methods:An observational cohort study of HIV epidemiology and treatment databases was used to study the effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy on the transmission of HIV in serodiscordant couples in Guangxi of China.Results:A total of 7713 couples were entered into the cohort study analysis which included 1885 couples in the treatment-naive cohort and 5828 couples in the treated cohort.During the follow-up of 18985.29 person-years from 2003 to 2014,the average incidence of HIV was 2.4 per 100 person-years(95%CI 2.1e2.6).HIV seroincidence rate was significantly higher among the treatment naive group(4.2 per 100 person-years,3.7e4.8)compared with the on treatment group(1.6 per 100 person-years,1.3e1.8).An overall 45%reduction in risk of HIV transmission among serodiscordant couple was associated with ART treatment(adjusted Hazard Ratio[HR]0.55,95%Confidence Interval[CI]0.44e0.69).Treatment prevention had significantly effectiveness for most baseline characteristics of index partners,such as for male,female,age above 25 years,education below high school,farmer,infected by heterosexual intercourse.Conclusion:Treatment-as-prevention can be implemented in the real-world on a national or regional scale,but ART adherence and comprehensive harm reduction while implementing this strategy require further study.Huanhuan Chen Xiaoyi Yang Qiuying Zhu Xinghua Wu Li Chen Huaxiang Lu Liuhong Luo Guanghua Lan Xianming Ge Zhenzhu Tang Zhiyong Shen Stephen WPan Hui Xing Yuhua Ruan Yiming Shao Wenmin Yang 2018Infectious Disease Modelling2018,3,1:1
20Dependence of in—tube doping on the radius and helicity of single—wall carbon nanotubes显示文摘Using the Lennard-Jones interaction potential between the impurity atom and carbon atom, we have studied the dependence of in-tube impurity doping on the radius of a single-wall carbon nanotube (SWNT), as well as its helicity. The obtained results show that the radius of the most stably doped SWNT is different for different kinds of impurity atoms.
