1Decomposition of almost Poisson structure of non-self-adjoint dynamical systems显示文摘Non-self-adjoint dynamical systems, e.g., nonholonomic systems, can admit an almost Poisson structure, which is formulated by a kind of Poisson bracket satisfying the usual properties except for the Jacobi identity. A general theory of the almost Poisson structure is investigated based on a decompo- sition of the bracket into a sum of a Poisson one and an almost Poisson one. The corresponding rela- tion between Poisson structure and symplectic structure is proved, making use of Jacobiizer and symplecticizer. Based on analysis of pseudo-symplectic structure of constraint submanifold of Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems, an almost Poisson bracket for the systems is constructed and decomposed into a sum of a canonical Poisson one and an almost Poisson one. Similarly, an almost Poisson structure, which can be decomposed into a sum of canonical one and an almost 'Lie-Poisson' one, is also constructed on an affine space with torsion whose autoparallels are utilized to describe the free motion of some non-self-adjoint systems. The decomposition of the almost Poisson bracket di- rectly leads to a decomposition of a dynamical vector field into a sum of usual Hamiltionian vector field and an almost Hamiltonian one, which is useful to simplifying the integration of vector fields.GUO YongXin LIU Chang LIU ShiXing CHANG Peng 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,3:5
2Inverse problem for Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems显示文摘Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems are familiar mechanical systems subject to unintegrable linear constraints, which can be reduced into holonomic nonconservative systems in a subspace of the original state space. The inverse problem of the calculus of variations or Lagrangian inverse problem for such systems is analyzed by making use of a reduction of the systems into new ones with time reparametrization symmetry and a genotopic transformation related with a conformal transformation. It is evident that the Lagrangian inverse problem does not have a direct universality. By meaning of a reduction of Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems into holonomic, regular, analytic, nonconservative, first-order systems, the systems admit a Birkhoffian representation in a star-shaped neighborhood of a regular point of their variables, which is universal due to the Cauchy-Kovalevski theorem and the converse of the Poincaré lemma.LIU Chang LIU ShiXing GUO YongXin 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,8:4

6In-situ energy calibration of SSRF macromolecular crystallography beamline using powder diffraction显示文摘For X-ray powder diffraction spectra collected by an area detector of MarCCD on macromolecular crystallography beamline of SSRF,an energy calibration method was developed using LaB_6(660a) powder diffraction for in-situ rapid energy calibration of the X-rays without changing the experimental conditions. The intensity of each diffraction ring was integrated, and the accurate peak positions were fitted by Pseudo-Voigt function model. The sample's interplanar spacing for XRD analysis and the calibrated energy were obtained by the PCPDFWIN code and by fitting all the energies with the least-square method. The exposure time and the sample-to-detector distance were found no effect on accuracy of the energy calibration, and the in-situ energy calibration could be done with an accuracy of better than 0.4‰in 7-18 keV.This method is applicable to other X-ray beamlines.Tao Shixing Zhu Jing Niu Jing Chen Mingzhi Liu Ke Wang Yu Wang Qisheng Sun Bo Huang Sheng Tang Lin He Jianhua 2010Nuclear Science and Techniques2010,21,6:1
7Surface chemical characterization of deactivated low-level mercury catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination显示文摘Mercury-containing catalysts are widely used for acetylene hydrochlorination in China. Surface chemical characteristics of the fresh low-level mercury catalysts and spent low-level mercury catalysts were compared using multiple characterization methods. Pore blockage and active site coverage caused by chlorine-containing organics are responsible for catalyst deactivation. The reactions of chloroethylene and acetylene with chlorine free radical can generate chlorine-containing organic species. SiO_2 and functional groups on activated carbon contribute to the generation of carbon deposition. No significant reduction in the total content of mercury was observed after catalyst deactivation, while there was mercury loss locally. The irreversible loss of HgCl_2 caused by volatilization, reduction and poisoning of elements S and P also can lead to catalyst deactivation. Si, Al, Ca and Fe oxides are scattered on the activated carbon. Active components are still uniformly absorbed on activated carbon after catalyst deactivation.Chao Liu Chenhui Liu Jinhui Peng Libo Zhang Shixing Wang Aiyuan Ma 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,2:1

9One-step preparation of carbon nanotubes with nickel as the core显示文摘CNTs with core-shell structure were successfully synthesized by a microwave-assisted polyol method, and magnetic Ni nanoparticles were employed as a catalyst. The preparation method is fast and simple. The structures, morphology and magnetic properties of the as-synthesized samples were investigated using Raman spectrometer,X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM),respectively. The XRD results suggested that Ni particles used as a catalyst in our experiment were nano-sized. In this paper, magnetic Ni nanoparticles were employed as a catalyst, and an electric spark on metal Ni nanoparticles with the microwave eddy current effect could induce CNTs’ formation with the further reaction. The length of hollow carbon nanotubes was micro-sized and the diameters of most of the CNTs were varying from 18 to 20 nm according to the TEM images. Magnetic measurements demonstrated that CNTs with core-shell structure indicated a characteristic ferromagnetic behavior compared with Ni nanoparticles.RUAN Zheng LIU XianSong HU Feng ZHU DeRu CHENG ChunHao QIU ShiXing ZHOU Dan GAO HuaMin JIA DaoNing WANG PengPeng 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,1:1

13Viral metagenomics analysis of feces from coronary heart disease patients reveals the genetic diversity of the Microviridae显示文摘Recent studies have declared that members of the ss DNA virus family Microviridae play an important role in multiple environments, as they have been found taking a dominant position in the human gut. The aim of this study was to analyze the overall composition of the gut virome in coronary heart disease(CHD) patients, and try to discover the potential link between the human gut virome and CHD. Viral metagenomics methods were performed to detect the viral sequences in fecal samples collected from CHD inpatients and healthy persons as controls. We present the analysis of the virome composition in these CHD patients and controls. Our data shows that the virome composition may be linked to daily living habits and the medical therapy of CHD.Virgaviridae and Microviridae were the two dominant types of viruses found in the enteric virome of CHD patients. Fourteen divergent viruses belonging to the family Microviridae were found, twelve of which were grouped into the subfamily Gokushovirinae, while the remaining two strains might represent two new subfamilies within Microviridae, according to the phylogenetic analysis. In addition, the genomic organization of these viruses has been characterized.Lianghua Guo Xiuguo Hua Wen Zhang Shixing Yang Quan Shen Haibing Hu Jingjiao Li Zhijian Liu Xiaochun Wang Hua Wang Chenglin Zhou Li Cui 2017Virologica Sinica2017,32,2:0
