1Lateral control of autonomous vehicles based on learning driver behavior via cloud model显示文摘In order to achieve the lateral control of the intelligent vehicle, use the bi-cognitive model based on cloud model and cloud reasoning, solve the decision problem of the qualitative and quantitative of the lateral control of the intelligent vehicle. Obtaining a number of experiment data by driving a vehicle, classify the data according to the concept of data and fix the input and output variables of the cloud controller, design the control rules of the cloud controller of intelligent vehicle, and clouded and fix the parameter of cloud controller: expectation, entropy and hyper entropy. In order to verify the effectiveness of the cloud controller, joint simulation platform based on Matlab/Simulink/Car Sim is established. 2A photocleavable low molecular weight hydrogel for light-triggered drug delivery显示文摘A photocleavable low-molecular-weight hydrogelator (LMWG) was synthesized based on coumarin derivative.~1H NMR and UV spectroscopy study suggested that the gelator had good gelling ability, and the driving force for the gelation were hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking. This molecular hydrogel exhibited satisfied photocleavage at C-N bond in 7-amino coumarin with the light irradiation (365 nm,77.5 mW/cm^2). 3Direct electrochemistry of glucose oxidase on the hydroxyapatite/Nafion composite film modified electrode and its application for glucose biosensing显示文摘A novel glucose biosensor was constructed by immobilizing the glucose oxidase(GOD) on a hydroxyapatite(HAp)/Nafion composite film modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE) and applied to the highly selective and sensitive determination of glucose.With the cooperation of HAp and Nafion,the composite film played an important role in enhancing the stability and sensitivity of the biosensor.The results demonstrate that the GOD adsorbed onto the HAp/Nafion composite film exhibits a pair of welldefined nearly reversible redox peaks and fine catalysis to the oxidation of glucose companied with the consumption of dissolved oxygen.On the basis of the decrease of the reduction current of dissolved oxygen at the applied potential of -0.80 V(vs.SCE) upon the addition of glucose,the concentration of glucose could be detected sensitively and selectively.The decreased reduction current was linear with the concentration of glucose in the range of 0.12―2.16 mM.The detection limit and sensitivity were 0.02 mM(S/N=3) and 6.75 mA·M-1,respectively.All the results demonstrate that HAp/Nafion composite film provides a novel and efficient platform for the immobilization of enzymes and realizes the direct electrochemistry.The composite materials should have potential applications in the fabrication of third-generation biosensors.MA RongNa WANG Bin LIU Yan LI Jing ZHAO Qian WANG GuoTao JIA WenLi WANG HuaiSheng 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,11:3
4SRSF1 plays a critical role in invariant natural killer T cell development and function显示文摘Invariant natural killer T(iNKT)cells are highly conserved innate-like T lymphocytes that originate from CD4^(+)CD8^(+)double-positive(DP)thymocytes.Here,we report that serine/arginine splicing factor 1(SRSF1)intrinsically regulates iNKT cell development by directly targeting Myb and balancing the abundance of short and long isoforms.Conditional ablation of SRSF1 in DP cells led to a substantially diminished iNKT cell pool due to defects in proliferation,survival,and TCRαrearrangement.The transition from stage 0 to stage 1 of iNKT cells was substantially blocked,and the iNKT2 subset was notably diminished in SRSF1-deficient mice.SRSF1 deficiency resulted in aberrant expression of a series of regulators that are tightly correlated with iNKT cell development and iNKT2 differentiation,including Myb,PLZF,Gata3,ICOS,and CD5.In particular,we found that SRSF1 directly binds and regulates pre-mRNA alternative splicing of Myb and that the expression of the short isoform of Myb is substantially reduced in SRSF1-deficient DP and iNKT cells.Strikingly,ectopic expression of the Myb short isoform partially rectified the defects caused by ablation of SRSF1.Furthermore,we confirmed that the SRSF1-deficient mice exhibited resistance to acute liver injury uponα-GalCer and Con A induction.Our findings thus uncovered a previously unknown role of SRSF1 as an essential post-transcriptional regulator in iNKT cell development and functional differentiation,providing new clinical insights into iNKT-correlated disease.Jingjing Liu Menghao You Yingpeng Yao Ce Ji Zhao Wang Fang Wang Di Wang Zhihong Qi Guotao Yu Zhen Sun Wenhui Guo Juanjuan Liu Shumin Li Yipeng Jin Tianyan Zhao Hai-Hui Xue Yuanchao Xue Shuyang Yu 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,11:3
5Naphthalimide-modified near-infrared cyanine dye with a large stokes shift and its application in bioimaging显示文摘Developing the novel fluorescent dyes with a larger Stokes shift is still a challenge in the research of fluorescence probes. In this work, a naphthalimide-modified near-infrared cyanine dye with an emission at 785 nm has been synthesized for lysosome-targeting imaging. This fluorescent dye showed a large Stokes shift(up to 165 nm) and favorable lysosome-targeting property, which facilitated it to be a potential candidate for studying of lysosomal functions. 9Application of Mullite Composite Lining Plates in Rotary Coke Tanks for Coke Dry Quenching Equipment显示文摘To reduce the burning loss and the spalling and to improve energy efficiency,the mullite composite lining plates were used to replace cast steel or alloy lining in rotary coke tanks for coke dry quenching equipment.The results show that:the dense mullite composite lining plate in the cone part has the density of 2.20 g·cm^(-3) and the wear test,s volume loss of 4.08 cm^(3),and the light weight mullite composite lining plate in the straight cylinder part has the density of 1.95 g·cm^(-3) and the wear test,s volume loss of 17.6 cm^(3).After using,there is no shrinkage gap,no burn loss or holes in the plates,indicating good sealing of the mullite composite lining plates.The lining plate for the cone part has low burning loss,without spalling for more than half a year.The outer surface temperature of coke tanks adopting the cast steel or the alloy lining is 480 to 570℃,while that of the ones adopting mullite composite lining plates is 120 to 170℃,showing a largely improved insulating property.Adopting mullite composite lining plates on the basis of the current coke tank cage,the lining plates can be timely treated and wholly replaced,improving the service life and reducing the maintenance workload.XU Guotao SHENG Junbo FENG Qiang TU Hongbing WANG Dachun LIU Li ZHANG Yanwei ZHANG Honglei 2022China's Refractories2022,31,3:1

19Discussion on Abnormal Corrosion and Material Selection of Hot Iron Ladles with Steel Scrap Addition显示文摘The abnormal corrosion of hot iron ladles was investigated.The performance,the composition and the structure of bricks for hot iron ladles were analyzed.The results show that(1)compared with the alumina-silicon carbide-carbon bricks for the ladle bottom,those for the ladle wall have more pyrophyllite and the Al2O3 content of 36.32 mass%;their bulk density,apparent porosity and cold compressive strength are lower than the requirement of industry standard;they have poor anti-oxidation performance and are oxidized to form a porous layer during service,which loosens the brick lining structure thus leading to fracture,local wear and structural damage of bricks;(2)without preheating,steel scraps are not completely melted,resulting in slag or steel attachment at the mouth or the bottom of ladles thus increasing damage of ladles;(3)and the residual bricks react with the attached slag to form low melting point phases affecting their hot properties.The refractories for the lining of hot iron ladles must be improved in combination with process changes,not entirely by raw materials replacement to reduce costs.XU Guotao ZHAO Yuan WU Jie ZHANG Honglei LIU Li ZHANG Yanwen ZHOU Wangzhi 2023China's Refractories2023,32,1:0
20Fabrication and Improving Properties of Lightweight Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO Castables for L adle Working Lining显示文摘Three lightweight Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO castables were fabricated with tabular alumina or microporous corundum as the aggregates,reactiveα-Al_(2)O_(3)micropowder,tabular alumina powder,and fused magnesia powder as the matrix,calcium aluminate cement as the binder,and MgO ultrafine powder(d50=5.4μm)and Al(OH)3 ultrafine powder(d50=8.2μm)as additives.The influence of aggregates and ultrafine powders on the properties,including pore size distribution,heat conductivity,thermal shock resistance,and slag resistance of lightweight refractory castables was investigated.The results show that the incorporation of microporous corundum reduces the bulk density of Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO castables,and MgO and Al(OH)3 ultrafine powders further increases the proportion of micropores in castables,which is beneficial to reducing the heat conductivity,and improving the thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of castables.Additionally,MgO ultrafine powder and Al(OH)3 ultrafine powder increase the fluidity and the strength of castables.WANG Zhiqiang LEI Zhongxing XU Guotao PENG Xiaoqian ZHU Boquan LIU Li GUO Zongqi 2023China's Refractories2023,32,1:0
