| 1 | Lightweight 3D bioprinting with point by point photocuring显示文摘As photocrosslinkable materials,methacryloyl-modified hydrogels are widely used as bioinks in tissue engineering.Existing printing methods to use these hydrogels,including changing the viscosity of the material or mixing them with other printing components,have been explored,but their application has been limited due to low printing quality or high cost.In addition,the complex operation of bulky equipment restricts the application of these existing printing methods.This study presents a lightweight stereolithography-based three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting system with a smart mechanical and structural design.The developed bioprinter dimensions were 300 mm×300 mm×200 mm and it can be placed on a benchtop.The equipment has a mini bioink chamber to store a small amount of bioink for each printing.We systematically investigated the point-by-point curing process in the 3D bioprinting method,which can print mixed cells accurately and have good biocompatibility.Here,we provide a compact,low-cost stereolithography bioprinting system with excellent biocompatibility for 3D bioprinting with methacryloyl-modified hydrogels.It can be potentially used for drug screening,studying pathological mechanisms,and constructing biological disease models. | Peng Zhang Haoxuan Wang Peng Wang Yating Zheng Linxiang Liu Jun Hu Yande Liu Qing Gao Yong He | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,5: | 2 |

| 7 | Identification and formation of sulfur-containing steroids in sulfur-rich heavy oils in the Jinxian Sag,Bohai Bay Basin,North China显示文摘High abundant sulfur-containing steroids were identified and detected in saturate hydrocarbon fractions of heavy oil with a high sulfur content in the Jinxian Sag,Bohai Bay Basin,North China.These sulfur-containing steroids were structurally merged into the D-ring of steroid nucleus with thiophene ring and/or combined into the C-22 in the side-chain.Based on the previous reports of sulfur-containing steroids with methylthio-steroids and intra-molecular form,four formation mechanisms of sulfur-containing steroids and diagenetic pathway of steroids under S-rich conditions were proposed in this paper according to the double bond positions in the sterene compounds.Hydrogenation and sulfurization both occurred in the diagenetic processes of olefinic bond in the side-chain of steroids:abiogenic chemical hydrogenation of H2S and HS-leads to the formation of regular steranes;a successful sulfurization process leads to the formation of the side-chain sulfur-containing steroids whereas unsuccessful cyclization and/or sulfurization result in the generation of short-chain steranes.This kind of mechanism of hydrogenation/sulfurization of side-chain olefinic bond provides a potential genesis clue for the occurrence of high abundance of short-chain steranes(higher than the common regular steroids,phytane and n-alkanes)in S-rich heavy oils and source rocks in the Jinxian Sag,Bohai Bay Basin,North China. | LU Hong WANG QingTao JIANG LinXiang ZHANG Hui LIU JinZhong SHENG GuoYing PENG PingAn | 2013 | Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,11: | 1 |

| 9 | Oxygen-assisted spinodal structure achieves 1.5 GPa yield strength in a ductile refractory high-entropy alloy显示文摘Refractory high-entropy alloys(RHEAs)with room-temperature ductility are drawing growing attention for potential high-temperature applications.However,the most widely used metallurgical mechanisms appear weak in optimizing their strength and ductility.Here,we report that the nanoscale spinodal struc-ture in Ti_(41)V_(27)Hf_(15)Nb_(15)O_(2)leads to the highest tensile yield strength(∼1.5 GPa)among the existing RHEAs and good elongation of∼12%.With the aid of thermodynamic calculations,we show that oxygen plays a dominant role in controlling the formation of the spinodal structure by influencing the spinodal gap of the Ti-V-Hf-Nb system.Exploring the atomic structure of the spinodal structure(β+β^(∗)),we showed that the large lattice misfit of the spinodal phases is mainly responsible for the excellent strengthen-ing effect while the planar to wavy dislocation glide mode transition accounts for the retained ductility.This work provides a novel strategy to improve the mechanical properties of the RHEAs and deepens the understanding of their phase stabilities. | Dingcong Cui Yuyu Zhang Linxiang Liu Yue Li Lei Wang Zhijun Wang Junjie Li Jincheng Wang Feng He | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,26: | 1 |

| 11 | Biopolymer passivation for high-performance perovskite solar cells by blade coating显示文摘Thin films of perovskite deposited from solution inevitably introduce large number of defects,which serve as recombination centers and are detrimental for solar cell performance.Although many small molecules and polymers have been delicately designed to migrate defects of perovskite films,exploiting credible passivation agents based on natural materials would offer an alternative approach.Here,an ecofriendly and cost-effective biomaterial,ploy-L-lysine(PLL),is identified to effectively passivate the defects of perovskite films prepared by blade-coating.It is found that incorporation of a small amount(2.5 mg mL^(-1))of PLL significantly boosts the performance of printed devices,yielding a high efficiency of 19.45% with an increase in open-circuit voltage by up to 100 mV.Density functional theory calculations combined with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reveal that the functional groups(-NH2,-COOH)of PLL effectively migrate the Pb-I antisite defects via Pb-N coordination and suppress the formation of metallic Pb in the blade-coated perovskite film.This work suggests a viable avenue to exploit passivation agents from natural materials for preparation of high-quality perovskite layers for optoelectronic applications. | Shudi Qiu Xin Xu Linxiang Zeng Zhen Wang Yijun Chen Culling Zhang Chaohui Li Jinlong Hu Tingting Shi Yaohua Mai Fei Guo | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3: | 1 |

| 15 | eALT-F:A New Non-Invasive Staging Method to Identify Medium to High-Risk Patients with HCC from Ultra-High HBV Viral Load Population—China,2010-2023显示文摘Background:The objective of this study was to examine the clinical characteristics of individuals with ultra-high hepatitis B virus(HBV)viral load and develop a novel staging method for chronic hepatitis B(CHB)that can more effectively identify patients with medium to high hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)risk.Methods:A total of 2,118 patients with HBV DNA>1×10^(7) IU/mL who visited Peking University People’s Hospital between January 2010 and March 2023 were enrolled retrospectively.Clinical data from the first visit were obtained and analyzed.The traditional phases and new‘eALT-F’stages were compared to evaluate the risk of HCC.Results:In the overall patients,more than onethird of the patients were under 30 years old.Additionally,a small proportion of older people(>60 years)also had ultra-high HBV viral load(4.3%).9.1%and 6.7%of individuals with ultra-high HBV viral load showed FIB-4>3.25 and aMAP≥50,respectively.In the traditional stages of CHB,which are based on HBeAg and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)[the upper limit of normal(ULN)ALT level at 40 IU/L for both men and women],regardless of phase,a certain proportion of patients were at risk of developing HCC(4.1%,6.4%,25.0%,and 20.3%).However,in the new‘eALT-F’stages,which are based on HBeAg,ALT(the ULN of ALT level at 30 IU/L for men and 19 IU/L for women),and/or FIB-4 levels(>1.45),aMAP≥50 was only observed in chronic hepatitis patients with positive or negative HBeAg(6.4%and 22.1%,respectively).Conclusions:The‘eALT-F’staging method,based on HBeAg,ALT(males:the ULN of ALT was 30 IU/L,females:19 IU/L)and/or FIB-4 levels,was more effective in identifying medium to high-risk patients with HCC from patients with ultra-high HBV viral load than the traditional staging methods. | Jiarui Zheng Xiaoxiao Wang Zilong Wang Linxiang Huang Yandi Xie Suzhen Jiang Bo Feng | 2023 | China CDC weekly2023,5,49: | 0 |
| 16 | Calculating single layer production contribution of heavy oil commingled wells by analysis of aromatic parameters in whole-oil GC-MS显示文摘Traditional fluid production profile logging is not usually suitable for heavy-viscous crude oil wells. Biodegradation of heavy oil can lead to the loss of n-alkanes, and the use of chromatogram fingerprint techniques in studying the production contributions of single layers in heavy oil commingled wells has limitations. However, aromatic compounds are relatively well preserved. We took the heavy oil commingled wells of small layers NG55 and NG61 in the ninth area of the Gudong oil field as examples. Based on the principle of chromatography, the whole-oil GC-MS was used, and the aromatic parameters which have a strongly linear relationship with the ratio of mixed two end member oils were verified and selected in laboratory. Studies showed that the ratio of(1, 4, 6-+ 2, 3, 6-trimethylnaphthalene) to 1, 2, 5-trimethylnaphthalene has a strongly linear relationship with the ratio of the mixed two end member oils(R2=0.992). The oil contributions from single layers NG55 and NG61 in six commingled heavy oil wells were calculated using established charts and this relationship. The calculated results are consistent with the results of long period dynamic monitoring and logging interpretation in the study area and can provide a scientific basis for monitoring production performance and hierarchical management of reservoirs.
