1Investigation on condensable particulate matter emission characteristics in wet ammonia-based desulfurization system显示文摘Particulate matter emissions from ammonia-based wet flue gas desulfurization(AmmoniaWFGD)systems are composed of a filterable particulate matter and a condensable particulate matter(CPM)portion.However,the CPM part has been ignored for a long time,which results in an underestim ation of the aerosol problems caused by Ammonia-WFGD systems.In our research,the characteristics of the CPM that emits from an Ammonia-WFGD system are investigated experimentally for the first time,with the US Environmental Protection Agency Method 202 employed as the primary measurement.The influences of some essential desulfurizing parameters are evaluated based on the experimental data.The results show that CPM contributes about 68.8%to the total particulate matter emission.CPM consists mainly of ammonium sulfates/sulfites,with the organic part accounting for less than 4%.CPM is mostly in the submicron fraction,about 71.1%of which originates from the NH3-H2O-SO2 reactions.The appropriate adjustments for the parameters of the flue gas and the desulfurizing solution can inhibit CPM formation to different extents.This indicates that the parameter optimizations are promising in solving CPM emission problems in Ammonia-WFGD systems,in which the pH adjustment alone can abate CPM emission by around 49%.The opposite variations of the parameters need attention because they can cause tremendous CPM emission increase.Rongting Huang Hao Wu Linjun Yang 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,6:4

3Effects of Homo-buffer Layer on Properties of Sputter-deposited ZnO Films显示文摘Two-step growth regimes were applied to realize a homoepitaxial growth of ZnO films on freestanding diamond substrates by radio-frequency(RF)reactive magnetron sputtering method.ZnO buer layers were deposited on freestanding diamond substrates at a low sputtering power of 50 W,and then ZnO main layers were prepared on this buffer layer at a high sputtering power of 150 W.For comparison,a sample was also deposited directly on freestanding diamond substrate at a power of 150 W.The effects of ZnO buffer layers on the structural, optical,electrical and morphological properties of the ZnO main layer were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy,semiconductor characterization system and atomic force microscopy(AFM)respectively.The experimental results suggested that homo-buffer layer was helpful to improve the crystalline quality of ZnO/diamond heteroepitaxial films.Jian Huang Linjun Wang Run Xu Weimin Shi Yiben Xia 2009Journal of Materials Science & Technology2009,25,5:1

9Hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics in basement reservoirs and exploration targets of deep basement reservoirs in onshore China显示文摘Based on the global basement reservoir database and the dissection of basement reservoirs in China,the characteristics of hydrocarbon accumulation in basement reservoirs are analyzed,and the favorable conditions for hydrocarbon accumulation in deep basement reservoirs are investigated to highlight the exploration targets.The discovered basement reservoirs worldwide are mainly buried in the Archean and Precambrian granitic and metamorphic formations with depths less than 4500 m,and the relatively large reservoirs have been found in rift,back-arc and foreland basins in tectonic active zones of the Meso-Cenozoic plates.The hydrocarbon accumulation in basement reservoirs exhibits the characteristics in three aspects.First,the porous-fractured reservoirs with low porosity and ultra-low permeability are dominant,where extensive hydrocarbon accumulation occurred during the weathering denudation and later tectonic reworking of the basin basement.High resistance to compaction allows the physical properties of these highly heterogeneous reservoirs to be independent of the buried depth.Second,the hydrocarbons were sourced from the formations outside the basement.The source-reservoir assemblages are divided into contacted source rock-basement and separated source rock-basement patterns.Third,the abnormal high pressure in the source rock and the normal–low pressure in the basement reservoirs cause a large pressure difference between the source rock and the reservoirs,which is conducive to the pumping effect of hydrocarbons in the deep basement.The deep basement prospects are mainly evaluated by the factors such as tectonic activity of basement,source-reservoir combination,development of large deep faults(especially strike-slip faults),and regional seals.The Precambrian crystalline basements at the margin of the intracontinental rifts in cratonic basins,as well as the Paleozoic folded basements and the Meso-Cenozoic fault-block basements adjacent to the hydrocarbon generation depressions,have favorable conditions for hydrocarbon accumulation,and thus they are considered as the main targets for future exploration of deep basement reservoirs.WANG Zecheng JIANG Qingchun WANG Jufeng LONG Guohui CHENG Honggang SHI Yizuo SUN Qisen JIANG Hua ABULIMITI Yiming CAO Zhenglin XU Yang LU Jiamin HUANG Linjun 2024Petroleum Exploration and Development2024,51,1:0
10Highly sensitive color fine-tuning of diblock copolymeric nano-aggregates with tri-metallic cations,Eu(Ⅲ),Tb(Ⅲ),and Zn(Ⅱ),for flexible photoluminescence films(FPFs)显示文摘Luminescence materials have shown promise as display apparatus and lighting devices.The particularly interesting systems are photoluminescence materials that are capable of reversible colors emitting repeatedly on exposure to light.Here we report a series of color tunable flexible and transparent photoluminescence films consisting of multi-metals(Eu^(3+),Tb^(3+)and Zn^(3+))induced polymer aggregates(MIPAs)which are distributed uniformly in the polyacrylonitrile(PAN)films without agglomeration.MIPAs have a unique spherical structure due to the self-assembly of polystyrene-block-polyacrylic acid(PS-b-PAA)induced by metal ions.Notably,when applied in photoluminescence devices,these photoluminescence films exhibit not only red,green,blue colors(RGB)light,but also other tuned various color light covering the whole visible range upon excitation of 345 nm through adjusting the relative ratios of metal complexes.As the most important key point,non-conductive polymers can be used in photoluminescence devices as host medium,which is not realized in electroluminescent devices.Thus,the flexible photoluminescence films(FPFs)innovated herein exhibit the great potential to apply for flexible light-color and light-energy transformation devices.Xinzhi Wang Yao Wang Xinbo Zhang Wei Ding Longlong Li Linjun Huang Laurence A.Belfiore Jianguo Tang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,6:0
11Embedding copper nanoparticle-anchored conductive nano-blocks in polyelectrolyte显示文摘Conductive carbon nanotubes(CNTs) or alternatively polyaniline(PANI) nano-blocks was introduced into aqueous solutions of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and copper(Ⅱ) salt,to assist the reduction of copper(Ⅱ) ions and the anchoring of the resulting copper nanoparticles onto the conductive blocks.The mixture solutions of nano-blocks,copper(Ⅱ) salts and PVA were spin-coated onto the cathode surface,forming swollen cathode films(SCFs).The copper(Ⅱ) ions in the film assembled onto the surfaces of the conductive blocks and were then reduced under an appropriate voltage.It is important that the copper nanoparticles grew only on the surfaces of the conductive blocks.PVA which acted as the matrix of the composites played a role in stabilizing the resulting copper nanoparticles.Morphologies of these polymeric composite films were studied by various characterization methods.Moreover,the mechanism of migration of copper(Ⅱ)ions,the formation of these polymeric composites,and the overall procedure were investigated in detail.Qingsong Xu Jianguo Tang Yao Wang Jixian Liu Zhen Huang Linjun Huang Aihua Li Yuan Wang Laurence A.Belfiore 2013Particuology2013,11,6:0

13Quality evaluation of glutenite reservoirs of intergranular-secondary dissolution pore type using a quantitative method显示文摘Glutenite(coarse-grained clastic)reservoirs of intergranularesecondary dissolution pore type are dominated by residual intergranular pores and secondary dissolution pores,and characterized by low porosity,low permeability,strong heterogeneity,and highly variable physical properties.It is difficult to conduct a quantitative quality assessment of these reservoirs while their primary control factors remain unclear.In this paper,experimental core data and drilling,logging and seismic data are used to assess the effect of sedimentary facies on reservoir quality.Favorable sedimentary facies zones are identified by analyzing the characteristics of glutenite reservoirs,which includes investigating rock components and their effects on reservoir quality.Argillaceous matrix content and rigid particle content are identified as the primary control factors for these reservoirs.Logging curves sensitive to reservoir quality are selected and examined to continuously characterize the physical parameters of the reservoirs.It establishes a calculation model of reservoir assessment parameters through multivariate regression and determines the quantitative assessment parameter Fr.The quality of the glutenite reservoirs is defined using conventional logging curves.This study also predicts the plane distribution of high-quality reservoirs through geostatistical inversion of the reservoir assessment parameters based on conventional wave impedance inversion,thus providing insight and guidance for quantitative assessment and quality prediction of glutenite reservoirs of the intergranular-secondary dissolution pore type.The application of this method to well deployment based on qualitative evaluation of the glutenite reservoirs in oilfields yielded favorable results.Juanjuan Guo Yu Huang Yanjun Wang Jianguo Pan Linjun Huang 2022Energy Geoscience2022,3,2:0
14Survey of the Sleep Quality of Medical Staff in a Grade A Tertiary Hospital during the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Outbreak显示文摘This study aimed to investigate the sleep quality of medical staff in China who are combatting novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).To perform this,a survey of 127 medical staff from three separate wards(the general ward,isolation ward,and fever clinic)of a Grade A tertiary hospital in China was conducted.The survey questionnaire measured general characteristics and included the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).We consequently found that global PSQI scores differed significantly between the different wards(χ2=44.561,P<0.001).Whilst the medical staff in the general ward did not report any sleep disturbances,those in the isolation ward and the fever clinic both exhibited various degrees of sleep disturbance(global PSQI score>7).Medical staff in the isolation ward had the worst sleep quality(mean rank=91.74),followed by those in the fever clinic(mean rank=70.52)and the general ward(mean rank=39.10),respectively.The primary sleep disturbances reported by the medical staff from the isolation ward included difficulty falling asleep(24 cases,71.42%),waking early or at night(28 cases,80%),and nightmares(18 cases,51.42%).In addition,31.42%(11 cases)of the medical staff from the isolation ward had less than six hours of sleep a night,and 65.71%(23 cases)felt that their sleep quality was poor;meanwhile,for the staff from the fever clinic these ratios were 16.67%(seven cases)and 33.33%(14 cases),respectively.In contrast,among medical staff in the general ward,98%(49 cases)reported sleeping for more than six hours a night,and 96%felt that their sleep quality was good.In conclusion,of the medical staff providing treatment for COVID-19,those in isolation wards and fever clinics are more likely to experience sleep disturbances.Qiugui Huang Jian Yu Linjun Liang Xiaofang Zhang Yuyao Liu 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,5:0
15RASGRP1 targeted by H3K27me3 regulates myoblast proliferation and differentiation in mice and pigs显示文摘Skeletal muscle is not only the largest organ in the body that is responsible for locomotion and exercise but also crucial for maintaining the body’s energy metabolism and endocrine secretion.The trimethylation of histone H3 lysine 27(H3K27me3)is one of the most important histone modifications that participates in muscle development regulation by repressing the transcription of genes.Previous studies indicate that the RASGRP1 gene is regulated by H3K27me3 in embryonic muscle development in pigs,but its function and regulatory role in myogenesis are still unclear.In this study,we verify the crucial role of H3K27me3 in RASGRP1 regulation.The gain/loss function of RASGRP1 in myogenesis regulation is performed using mouse myoblast C2C12 cells and primarily isolated porcine skeletal muscle satellite cells(PSCs).The results of qPCR,western blot analysis,EdU staining,CCK-8 assay and immunofluorescence staining show that overexpression ofRASGRP1 promotes cell proliferation and differentiation in both skeletal muscle cell models,while knockdown of RASGRP1 leads to the opposite results.These findings indicate that RASGRP1 plays an important regulatory role in myogenesis in both mice and pigs.Liyao Xiao Jiaxin Qiao Yiyang Huang Baohua Tan Linjun Hong Zicong Li Gengyuan Cai Zhenfang Wu Enqin Zheng Shanshan Wang Ting Gu 2024Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2024,56,3:0
16Effect of airplane transport of donor livers on post-liver transplantation survival显示文摘AIM To evaluate the effect of long haul airplane transport of donor livers on post-transplant outcomes. METHODS A retrospective cohort study of patients who received a liver transplantation was performed in Perth, Australia from 1992 to 2012. Donor and recipient characteristics information were extracted from Western Australian liver transplantation service database. Patients were followed up for a mean of six years. Patient and graft survival were evaluated and compared between patients who received a local donor liver and those who received an airplane transported donor liver. Predictors of survival were determined by univariate and multivariate analysis using cox regression.RESULTS One hundred and ninety-three patients received alocal donor liver and 93 patients received an airplane transported donor liver. Airplane transported livers had a significantly lower alanine transaminase(mean: 45 U/L vs 84 U/L, P = 0.035), higher donor risk index(mean: 1.88 vs 1.42, P < 0.001) and longer cold ischemic time(CIT)(mean: 10.1 h vs 6.4 h, P < 0.001). There was a weak correlation between CIT and transport distance(r2 = 0.29, P < 0.001). Mean follow up was six years and 93 patients had graft failure. Multivariate analysis found only airplane transport retained significance for graft loss(HR = 1.92, 95%CI: 1.16-3.17). One year graft survival was 0.88 for those with a local liver and was 0.71 for those with an airplane transported liver. One year graft loss was due to primary graft non-function or associated with preservation injury in 20.8% of recipients of an airplane transported liver compared with 4.6% in those with a local liver(P = 0.027).
