4Mycorrhizal Fungal Effects on Growth,Antioxidant Capacity,and Medicine Quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis显示文摘A field experiment was conducted to determine the effects of two commercial strains composed of mulple arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)species on plant growth,antioxidant capacity,and medicine quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis in three subtropical soils from Wanzhou,Anshun and Baoshan in fields.The results showed that AMF inoculation enhanced the fungal colonization rate and activities of both succinate dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase,thereby,enhancing the mycorrhizal viability of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.The concentrations of photosynthetic pigments(chlorophyll a,b,a+b and carotenoids),soluble sugar,soluble protein and photosynthetic capacity were higher in AMF-inoculated plants than in non-AMF-treated plants in field.AMFtreated plants recorded higher activities of catalase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase,and caused the reduction in malondialdehyde content,indicating lower oxidative damage,compared with non-AMF plants.Polyphyllin I,Polyphyllin II,Polyphyllin III,Polyphyllin IV and total polyphyllin contents were increased by AMF treatment.In conclusion,AMF improved the plant growth,antioxidant capacity and medicinal quality of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedlings.Hereinto,AMF effects on the soil from Wanzhou was relatively greater than on other soils.Nong Zhou Lingfeng Xu Min Yang Dongqin Guo Qiuxia Gan Jingjing Zhao 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,3:1

7Metal oxide semiconductor gas sensing materials for early lung cancer diagnosis显示文摘The urgency of early lung cancer(LC)diagnosis and treatment has been more and more significant.Exhaled breath analysis using gas sensors is a promising way to find out if someone has LC due to its low-cost,non-invasive,and real-time monitoring compared with traditional invasive diagnostic techniques.Among sensor-based gas detection techniques,metal oxide semiconductor’s gas sensors are one of the most important types.This review presents the-state-of-art in metal oxide gas sensors for the diagnosis of early LC.First,the exhaled breath biomarkers are described with emphasis on the concentration of abnormal volatile organic compounds(VOCs)caused by the metabolic process of LC cells.Then,the research status of metal oxide gas sensors in LC diagnosis is summarized.The sensing performance and enhancement strategy of biomarkers provided by metal oxide semiconductor materials are reviewed.Another effective way to improve VOC detection performance is to build a gas sensor array.At the same time,various gas sensors combined with self-powered techniques are mentioned to display a broad development prospect in breath diagnosis.Finally,metal oxide gas sensor-based LC diagnosis is prospected.Xiaoxi HE Hongfeng CHAI Yifan LUO Lingfeng MIN Marc DEBLIQUY Chao ZHANG 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,2:0
8Synthesis of highly ordered AgNPs-coated silica photonic crystal beads for sensitive and reproducible 3D SERS substrates显示文摘3 D highly ordered silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) coated silica photonic crystal beads(Ag/SPCBs) were prepared and exploited as a novel surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) substrate.The monodisperse and size-controlled SPCBs were prepared via self-assembly of silica nanoparticles process using a simple microfluidic device.Then the Ag/SPCBs were easily obtained by in situ growth of AgNPs onto the NH_(2)-modified SPCBs.Field emitting scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDX) were used to characterize the Ag/SPCBs.The effect of silica nanoparticle size and AgNO_(3) concentration on the SERS performance of the resultant Ag/SPCBs substrate were discussed in detail.The results indicate that the Ag/SPCBs have highest SERS signals when silica nanoparticle size is250 nm and AgNO_(3) concentration is 0.8 mg/mL.Using malachite green(MG) as model analyte,the Ag/SPCBs substrate displayed a high sensitivity and a wide linear range for MG.The well-designed Ag/SPCBs show high uniformity and excellent reproducibility,and can be used as an effective SERS substrate for sensitive assay application.Juan Li Wanling Li Yan Rao Feng Shi Suhua Yu Huizhen Yang Lingfeng Min Zhanjun Yang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:0
