1Orbit determination and time synchronization for a GEO/IGSO satellite navigation constellation with regional tracking network显示文摘Aiming at regional services,the space segment of COMPASS (Phase I) satellite navigation system is a constellation of Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO),Inclined Geostationary Earth Orbit (IGSO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites.Precise orbit determination (POD) for the satellites is limited by the geographic distribution of regional tracking stations.Independent time synchronization (TS) system is developed to supplement the regional tracking network,and satellite clock errors and orbit data may be obtained by simultaneously processing both tracking data and TS data.Consequently,inconsistency between tracking system and TS system caused by remaining instrumental errors not calibrated may decrease navigation accuracy.On the other hand,POD for the mixed constellation of GEO/IGSO/MEO with the regional tracking network leads to parameter estimations that are highly correlated.Notorious example of correlation is found between GEO's orbital elements and its clock errors.We estimate orbital elements and clock errors for a 3GEO+2IGSO constellation in this study using a multi-satellite precise orbit determination (MPOD) strategy,with which clock error elimination algorithm is applied to separate orbital and clock estimates to improve numerical efficiency.Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) data are used to evaluate User Ranging Error (URE),which is the orbital error projected on a receiver's line-of-sight direction.Two-way radio-wave time transfer measurements are used to evaluate clock errors.Experimenting with data from the regional tracking network,we conclude that the fitting of code data is better than 1 m in terms of Root-Mean-Square (RMS),and fitting of carrier phase is better than 1 cm.For orbital evaluation,difference between computed receiver-satellite ranging based on estimated orbits and SLR measurements is better than 1 m (RMS).For clock estimates evaluation,2-hour linear-fitting shows that the satellite clock rates are about 1.E-10 s/s,while receiver clock rates are about 1×10 13-1×10 12 s/s.For the 72-hour POD experiment,the average differences between POD satellite clock rates estimates and clock measurements based on TS system are about 1×10 13 s/s,and for receiver clock rates,the differences are about 1×10 15 s/s.ZHOU ShanShi HU XiaoGong WU Bin LIU Li QU WeiJing GUO Rui HE Feng CAO YueLing Wu XiaoLi ZHU LingFeng SHI Xin TAN HongLi 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6:44
2Facile construction of highly efficient MOF-based Pd@UiO-66-NH_(2)@ZnIn_(2)S_(4)flower-like nanocomposites for visible-light-driven photocatalytic hydrogen production显示文摘Construction of metal-organic-frame works-based composite photocatalysts has attracted much attention for the reasonable band gap and high surface areas to improve the photocatalytic activity.In this study,the ternary heterojunction Pd@UiO-66-NH_(2)@ZnIn_(2)S_(4)nanocomposites were facilely prepared for the first time by a two-step method.The visible-light-promoted hydrogen production rate of 0.3%Pd@UiO-66-NH_(2)@ZnIn_(2)S_(4)reaches up to 5.26 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1),which is evidently much higher than pure UiO-66-NH_(2),ZnIn_(2)S_(4)and binary UiO-66-NH_(2)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)composites.Such a huge improvement in the photocatalytic performance is mainly attributed to the matched band gap of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)and UiO-66-NH_(2),and the introduction of Pd NPs into photocatalysts that broaden spectral response range and promote the photon induced charge carrier separation.This work may provide a feasible approach for the design and construction of metal-organic-frameworks-based photocatalytic materials.Mengting Cao Fengli Yang Quan Zhang Juhua Zhang Lu Zhang Lingfeng Li Xiaohao Wang Wei-Lin Dai 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,17:3
3A case of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome after large area burns resulting from sustained relatively low heat显示文摘Burn as a strong traumatic stimulus can induce inflammatory responses mediated by neuroendocrine,cytokines and other inflammatory mediators,and directly lead to organ dysfunction,resulting in severe MODS.Excessive inflammatory responses caused by necrotic tissues in the burned wound,also play an important role in stimulating the occurrence and the development of MODS.Complete removal of necrotic tissues in the early stage of burns to prevent from invasive wound infections,can effectively prevent MODS.AKI occurred earlier in this case,combined with its admission after the onset of shock and no obstruction of the urinary system can exclude prerenal and renal AKI,speculated as renal AKI.The factors leading to renal AKI are divided into renal ischemia and nephrotoxicity.The patient had adequate urinary output during shock and AKI in the presence of adequate renal blood flow,possibly due to the nephrotoxicity of a large number of necrotic tissues of the wound after they were broken down and absorbed into the bloodstream.The patient fell asleep after being drunk and the bedside stove broiled him for a long time,on one hand,heat accumulation lead to skin damage;on the other hand,sustained heat action caused hyperemia,edema and hemodynamic disorder in the deep tissues,and then resulted in secondary necrosis.Shengjun Cao Lingfeng Wang Te Ba 2016Discussion of Clinical Cases2016,3,4:1

5Study on integrated treatment of severe burn in batch patients显示文摘Objective:To explore the burn treatment and first aid flow mode in batch patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment experience of 10 or more patients in the group burn accident admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from 2008 to 2020,in order to acquire the general information(e.g.,age,sex[male and female],injury causes and factors,total burn surface area,inhalation injury and compound injury),the time when each first-aid rescue team was in place;the reception time of the triage group;specialist rescue start time;treatment process and treatment outcome in patients with severe burns,such as the establishment time of deep venous access.Results:67 cases(n=68)of patients were cured and the curative ratio was 98.5%.The average time from the rescue order of the commander-in-chief to the placement of each medical group was 8.8 minutes,the average reception time of the triage group was 4.5 minutes,the average specialist rescue start time was 18.6 minutes,and the average establishment time of deep vein access for patients with severe burns was about 11.3 minutes.Conclusions:Scientific and reasonable pre-hospital emergency triage and treatment for burn patients can be achieved by implementing integrated treatment.Shengjun Cao Te Ba Quan Li Biao Zhou Zengqiang Yan Qiang Chen Lingfeng Wang 2022Discussion of Clinical Cases2022,9,3:0
6Changing predominance of norovirus strains in children with acute gastroenteritis in Shanghai,2018–2021显示文摘Norovirus(NoV)is a major pathogen that causes acute gastroenteritis(AGE)in people of all ages,especially in children.In this study,we investigated the molecular epidemiological characteristics of NoV in children with AGE in Shanghai from 2018 to 2021.The overall detection rate of NoV was 11.9%(181/1545),with annual detection rates of 9.4%(36/381),13.6%(29/213),5.8%(13/226)and 14.2%(103/725),respectively.Of note,the prevalence of NoV in 2020 was significantly lower than that in 2018-2019(10.9%,65/594)(P=0.023)and 2021(14.2%,103/725)(P=0.000).The 181 NoV strains identified in this study were classified into the GI group(1.1%,2/181),GII group(98.3%,178/181)and GIX group(0.6%,1/181)according to the VP1 gene.The most common NoV VP1 genotype was GII.4 Sydney_2012(63.5%,115/181),followed by GII.3(19.9%,36/181)and GII.2(9.4%,17/181).For P genotypes,174 strains were sequenced successfully according to the RdRp gene,and the predominant genotype was GII.P16(44.8%,78/174),followed by GII.P31(25.9%,45/174)and GII.P12(21.3%,37/174).Among the 174 cases,GII.4 Sydney_2012[P16](36.8%,64/174)was the dominant genotype,followed by GII.4 Sydney_2012[P31](25.3%,44/174),GII.3[P12](20.1%,35/174)and GII.2[P16](8.0%,14/174).In particular,the dominant genotypes in Shanghai changed from GII.4 Sydney_2012[P31]in 2018-2019 to GII.4 Sydney_2012[P16]in 2020-2021.This is the first report to describe the epidemiological changes in NoV infection before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Shanghai.These data highlight the importance of continuous surveillance for NoV in children with AGE in Shanghai.Lijuan Lu Yuanyun Ao Ran Jia Huaqing Zhong Pengcheng Liu Menghua Xu Liyun Su Lingfeng Cao Jin Xu 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,5:0

8Overexpression of the LcPIN2 and LtPIN2 Gene in Arabidopsis thaliana Promotes Root Elongation显示文摘The auxin polar transporter,PIN-FORMED 2(PIN2)plays an important role in root development.However,it remains unclear whether PIN2 genes form two Liriodendron species,L.chinense(LcPIN2)and L.tulipifera(LtPIN2),are both involved in root development and whether and to what extent these two genes diverge in function.Here,we cloned and overexpressed LcPIN2 and LtPIN2 in Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type(WT)and Atpin2 mutant.Phylogenetic and sequence analysis showed a small degree of differentiation between these two Liriodendron PIN2 genes.Tissue-specific gene expression analysis indicated that both Liriodendron PIN2 genes were highly expressed in roots,implying a potential role in root development.Finally,heterologous overexpression of LcPIN2 and LtPIN2 in Arabidopsis both significantly increased the root length compared to wild-type and empty vector.Furthermore,the root length defect in Atpin2 was complemented both by LcPIN2 and LtPIN2.However,heterologous overexpression of LcPIN2 and LtPIN2 cannot rescue the defect in root gravitropism of Atpin2 mutants.Taken together,ourfindings unravel PIN2 genes from the magnoliids plant Liriodendron were functionally conserved with AtPIN2 in the dicotyledonous plant Arabidopsis in regard to the regulation of root length,but not root gravitropism.This study also provides a potential target for genetic improvement of the root system in these valuable forest trees Liriodendron.Zijian Cao Guoxia Xue Lingfeng Hu Haoxian Qu Shuang Liang Jisen Shi Jinhui Chen Zhaodong Hao 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,8:0
