1Transabdominal ultrasonography in preoperative staging of gastric cancer显示文摘AIM: To investigate the value of transabdominal ulbasonography (US) in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer.METHODS: A total of 198 patients with gastric cancer underwent preoperatively transabdominal US, depth of tumor infiltration was assessed in 125 patients, and lymph node metastasis was assessed in 106 patients,RESULTS: The staging accuracy of transabdominal US was 55.6%, 75.0%, 87.3% and 71.1% in T1, T2, T3 and T4 carcinomas, respectively. The overall accuracy was 77.6%.The detection rate for pancreatic invasion and liver invasion was 77.4%, 71.4%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity,accuracy of transabdominal US in assessment of lymph node metastasis were 77.6%, 64.1%, 72.6%, respectively.Various shapes such as round, ovoid, spindle were encountered in benign and malignant lymph nodes. Majority of boa benign and malignant lymph nodes were hyperechoic and had a distinct border. Benign lymph nodes were smaller than malignant lymph nodes in length and width (P = 0.000,0.005). Irregular shape, fusional shape, infiltrative signs,inhomogenous echo were seen mainly in malignant lymph nodes (P = 0.045, 0.006, 0.027, 0.006).CONCLUSION: Transabdominal US is useful for preoperative staging in gastric cancer, although it is difficult to differentiate benign from malignant lymph nodes.Sheng-RiLiao YingDai LingHuo KunYan LinZhang HuiZhang WenGao Min-HuaChen 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,23:18
2The Full-length Genome Analysis of a Street Rabies Virus Strain Isolated in Yunnan Province of China显示文摘The epidemic of rabies has rapidly increased and expanded in Yunnan province in recent years. In order to further analyze and understand the etiological reasons for the rapid expansion of rabies in Yunnan, a strain of rabies virus CYN1009D in Yunnan was isolated, and the complete genomic sequencing was carried out, and the bioimfomative analysis on genes/encoded proteins and phylogeny with reference to sequences in GenBank was performed. The complete genome of CYN1009D was 11923 nt in length and belonged to genotype I. The genes encoding different structural proteins were all conserved in their lengths, in comparison to other strains in China. The amino acid sequence was conserved at different antigen sites of NP, but the variation was detected at the secondary phosphorylation site of position 375; variations were also detected in the phosphorylation sites at positions 63-63 and 162 of PP; the sites playing important roles in virus synthesis, budding and viral morphology in MP were conserved; two glycosylation sites were detected at Asn37 and Asn319 in GP, the neutralizing antigen sites in GP were conserved; the initial amino acid of LP (ML) was different from that of most of the strains in China (MM); the variations in G-L region in the intergenic region were significant. 3Fate of Basal N Under Split Fertilization in Rice with ^(15)N Isotope Tracer显示文摘Split fertilization strategy is popularly adopted in rice to synchronize soil nitrogen(N) supply and crop N demand. Attention has been paid more on mid-season topdressing N, but limited on basal N. A clearer understanding of the basal N fate under split fertilization is crucial for determining rational basal N split ratio to improve the yield and reduce the loss to environment. A two-year field experiment with two N rates of 150 and 300 kg Nha^(-1), two split ratios of basal N, 40% and 25%, and two rice varieties,Wuyunjing 23(japonica) and Y-liangyou 2(super hybrid indica), was conducted. Labelled ^(15) N urea was supplied in micro-plots as basal fertilizer to determine the plant uptake, translocation, soil residual, and loss of basal N fertilizer. The results showed that basal N absorbed by rice was only 1.6%–11.5% before tillering fertilization(8–10 d after transplanting), 6.5%–21.4% from tillering fertilization to panicle fertilization, and little(0.1%–4.4%) after panicle fertilization. The recovery efficiency of basal N for the entire rice growth stage was low and ranged from 18.7% to 24.8%, not significantly affected by cultivars or N treatments. Soil residual basal N accounted for 10.3%–36.4% and decreased with increasing total N rate and basal N ratio, regardless of variety and year. 43.8%–70.4% of basal N was lost into the environment based on the N balance. Basal N loss was significantly linearly positive related with the basal N rate and obviously enhanced by the increasing basal N ratio for both varieties in both 2012 and 2013. The N use efficiency and yield was significantly improved when decreasing the basal N ratio from 40% to 25%. 4Biochar Combined with Vermicompost Increases Crop Production While Reducing Ammonia and Nitrous Oxide Emissions from a Paddy Soil显示文摘Organic amendments such as vermicompost and biochar have been reported to enhance soil fertility and crop productivity.However, whether the co-application of both amendments has synergistic effects or whether such benefits are accompanied by the risk of gaseous nitrogen(N) loss in an agroecosystem remains unknown. A soil column experiment with a fully factorial design was conducted using three levels of vermicompost(no dose, low dose(1%, weight:weight), and high dose(3%, weight:weight)) without or with biochar(1%, weight:weight) to investigate their effects on rice growth and gaseous N loss across the crop growing season. Our results demonstrated that synergistic interactions existed between vermicompost and biochar in promoting crop yield. Compared with biochar amendment alone, biochar combined with vermicompost significantly(P < 0.01) increased rice yield by 26.5%–35.3%. However,high dose of vermicompost significantly(P < 0.01) increased the cumulative ammonia(NH_3) and nitrous oxide(N_2O) emissions. In the presence of vermicompost, the incorporation of biochar amendment significantly(P < 0.01) decreased the cumulative N_2O emission by 14.1%–18.6%. The lowest emission factor value of NH_3 and N_2O was achieved using biochar in combination with low dose of vermicompost. 5A projection method and Kronecker product preconditioner for solving Sylvester tensor equations显示文摘The preconditioned iterative solvers for solving Sylvester tensor equations are considered in this paper.By fully exploiting the structure of the tensor equation,we propose a projection method based on the tensor format,which needs less flops and storage than the standard projection method.The structure of the coefficient matrices of the tensor equation is used to design the nearest Kronecker product(NKP) preconditioner,which is easy to construct and is able to accelerate the convergence of the iterative solver.Numerical experiments are presented to show good performance of the approaches.CHEN Zhen LU LinZhang 2012Science China Mathematics2012,55,6:5
6New Alternately Linearized Implicit Iteration for M-matrix Algebraic Riccati Equations显示文摘Research on the theories and the efficient numerical methods of M-matrix algebraic Riccati equation(MARE)has become a hot topic in recent years due to its broad applications.In this paper,based on the alternately linearized implicit iteration method(ALI)[Z.-Z.Bai et al.,Numer.Linear Algebra Appl.,13(2006),655-674.],we propose a new alternately linearized implicit iteration method(NALI)for computing the minimal nonnegative solution of M-matrix algebraic Riccati equation.Convergence of the NALI method is proved by choosing proper parameters for the MARE associated with nonsingular M-matrix or irreducible singular M-matrix.Theoretical analysis and numerical experiments show that the NALI method is more efficient than the ALI method in some cases.Jinrui Guan Linzhang Lu 2017Journal of Mathematical Study2017,50,1:2

A model takes into account the influence of deformation temperature, strain, and strain rate on the dynamic recrystallization fraction, and the effect of the keeping time on the static recrystallization fraction based on a hot deformation test on a Gleeble-1500 simulator. 12Effect of Y_2O_3-MgO Addition on Heterogeneous Precipitation-Thermal Reduction Synthesis and Sintering of FeeMo/Si_3N_4 Powders显示文摘Effect of Y2O3e-MgO addition on heterogeneous precipitation-thermal reduction synthesis and the sintering of Fee Mo/Si3N4 powders has been investigated. It was found that the whiskers-like b-Si3N4, good wettability phases on Si3N4 surface, and high toughness Fe phase appeared in Fee Mo/Si3N4 cermets with Y2O3-MgO additives. The results show that Y2O3-MgO additives can effectively optimize the microstructures of Fee Mo/Si3N4 cermets, and improve the material mechanical properties. 20Prediction and validation of tonal noise from underwater propellers显示文摘Prediction and validation of low-frequency line spectrum noise from ship propeller under non-cavitating condition is presented.The flow field is analyzed with potential-based panel method,which requires the hydrodynamic forces to be integrated over the actual blade surface,rather than over the mean-chord surface.Then the pressure data is used as the input for Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings formulation to predict the far field acoustics.At the same time,propeller unsteady force is measured in hull-behind condition in China Large Cavitation Channel(CLCC).Line spectrum noise of the 1st blade passage frequency(BPF) of a five-bladed propeller operating in a non-uniform flow field is got according to the calculated and measured unsteady forces,in which good agreement is obtained,and the 1st BPF noise difference is within 3.0 dB.The investigation reveals that prediction precision of the propeller's 1st BPF unsteady force with panel method have reached engineering practical degree,providing significant parameters for prediction of propeller line spectrum noise.XIONG Ziying ZHU Xiqing LU Linzhang HUANG Hongbo 2016Chinese Journal of Acoustics2016,35,1:1
