1Accelerated steered response power method for sound source localization via clustering search显示文摘The steered response power-phase transform (SRP-PHAT) sound source localization algorithm is robust in a real environment. However, the large computation complexity limits the practical application of SRP-PHAT. For a microphone array, each location corresponds to a set of time differences of arrival (TDOAs), and this paper collects them into a TDOA vector. Since the TDOA vectors in the adjacent regions are similar, we present a fast algorithm based on clustering search to reduce the computation complexity of SRP-PHAT. In the training stage, the K-means or Iterative Self-Organizing Data Analysis Technique (ISODATA) clustering algorithm is used to find the centroid in each cluster with similar TDOA vectors. In the procedure of sound localization, the optimal cluster is found by comparing the steered response powers (SRPs) of all centroids. The SRPs of all candidate locations in the optimal cluster are compared to localize the sound source. Experiments both in simulation environments and real environments have been performed to compare the localization accuracy and computational load of the proposed method with those of the conventional SRP-PHAT algorithm. The results show that the proposed method is able to reduce the computational load drastically and maintains almost the same localization accuracy and robustness as those of the conventional SRP-PHAT algorithm. 3Identification of Animal Rabies in Inner Mongolia and Analysis of the Etiologic Characteristics显示文摘Objective To perform pathological observation and etiological identification of specimens collected from dairy cows,beef cattle and dogs which were suspected of rabies in Inner Mongolia in 2011,and analyze their etiological characteristics. Methods Pathological observation was conducted on the brain specimens of three infected animals with Hematoxylin-Eosin staining,followed by confirmation using immunofluorescence and nested RT-PCR methods. Finally,phylogenetic analysis was conducted using the virus N gene sequence amplified from three specimens. Results Eosinophilic and cytoplasmic inclusion bodies were seen in neuronal cells of the CNS; and rabies non-characteristic histopathological changes were also detected in the CNS. The three brain specimens were detected positive. N gene nucleotide sequence of these three isolates showed distinct sequence identity,therefore they fell into different groups in the phylogenetic analysis. N gene in the cow and dog had higher homology with that in Hebei isolate,but that in the beef cattle had higher homology with that in Mongolian lupine isolate and Russian red fox isolate. 4Reactivities of d^0 transition metal complexes toward oxygen:Synthetic and mechanistic studies显示文摘Transition metals such as Fe in porphyrin complexes are known to bind or react with O2,and such reactions are critical to many biological functions and catalytic oxidation using O2.The transition metals in these reactions often contain valence d electrons,and oxidation of metals is an important step.In recent years,reactions of O2 with d0 transition metal complexes such as Hf(NR2)4(R=alkyl) have been used to make metal oxide thin films as insulating gate materials in new microelectronic devices.This feature article discusses our recent studies of such reactions and the formation of TiO2 thin films.In contrast to the reactions of many dn complexes where metals are often oxidized,reactions of d0 complexes such as Hf(NMe2)4 and Ta(NMe2)4(SiR3) with O2 usually lead to the oxidation of ligands,forming,e.g.,-ONMe2 and -OSiR3 from-NMe2 and-SiR3 ligands,respectively.Mechanistic and theoretical studies of these reactions have revealed pathways in the formation of the metal oxide thin films as microelectronic materials.CHEN ShuJian ZHANG XinHao LIN ZhenYang WU YunDong XUE ZiLing 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,11:2
5Phase separation-hydrogen etching-derived Cu-decorated Cu-Mn bimetallic oxides with oxygen vacancies boosting superior sodium-ion storage kinetics显示文摘Understanding the crystal phase evolution of bimetallic oxide anodes is the main concern to profoundly reveal the conversion reaction kinetics and sodium-ion storage mechanisms.Herein,an integrated selfsupporting anode of the Cu-decorated Cu-Mn bimetallic oxides with oxygen vacancies(Ov-BMO-Cu)are in-situ generated by phase separation and hydrogen etching using nanoporous Cu-Mn alloy as selfsacrificial templates.On this basis,we have elucidated the relationship between the phase evolution,oxygen vacancies and sodium-ion storage mechanisms,further demonstrating the evolution of oxygen vacancies and the inhibition effect of manganese oxides as an“anchor”on grain aggregation of copper oxides.The kinetic analyses confirm that the expanded lattice space and increased oxygen vacancies of cycled Ov-BMO-Cu synergistically guarantee effective sodium-ion diffusion and storage mechanisms.Therefore,the Ov-BMO-Cu electrode exhibits higher reversible capacities of 4.04 mA h cm^(-2)at 0.2 mA cm^(-2)after 100 cycles and 2.20 m A h cm^(-2)at 1.0 mA cm^(-2)after 500 cycles.Besides,the presodiated Ov-BMO-Cu anode delivers a considerable reversible capacity of 0.79 m A h cm^(-2)at 1.0 mA cm^(-2)after 60 cycles in full cells with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)cathode,confirming its outstanding practicality.Thus,this work is expected to provide enlightenment for designing high-capacity bimetallic oxide anodes.Lin Yan Lingshuo Zong Qi Sun Junpeng Guo Zhenyang Yu Zhijun Qiao Jiuhui Han Zhenyu Cui Jianli Kang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,5:1
6Hypoxia-induced RBBP7 promotes esophagus cancer progression by inducing CDK4 expression显示文摘Hypoxia-induced epigenetic regulation calls for more effective therapeutic targets for esophageal cancer.We used GEPIA and UALCAN databases to screen survival-related and cancer stage-associated genes.Eca109 and KYSE450 esophageal cancer cell lines were cultured under normoxia,hypoxia,or CoCl2-induced hypoxia conditions,which were further transfected with plasmids expressing RB binding protein 7(RBBP7),hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF1)-α,or RBBP7 shRNA.Colony formation and MTT assays were used to detect cell proliferation.Tumor sphere formation and stemness marker detection were applied to assess cell stemness.RT-PCR and western blot analysis were used to detect the relative mRNA level and protein expression,respectively.Luciferase assay was utilized to detect the direct interaction between HIF1αand RBBP7.Up-regulated RBBP7 was identified as one of the most prominent survival-related genes,which is negatively correlated with the overall survival(OS),disease recurrencefree survival(DFS),and tumor stages.Hypoxia-induced HIF1αup-regulates RBBP7 expression,which promotes esophagus cancer cell viability,proliferation,and stemness with increased cyclin-dependent kinase 4(CDK4)expression.Luciferase reporter assay verified that HIF1αtranscriptionally regulates the expression of RBBP7.We conclude that hypoxia induces high expression of RBBP7 which is at least partially mediated by HIF1α,up-regulates the expression of downstream CDK4,and thereby promotes tumor progression in esophageal cancer cells.Renfeng Wang Zhiliang Huang Zhenyang Lin Borong Chen Xuguang Pang Chaoxiang Du Hong Fan 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,2:1

10A FAST SEARCH METHOD OF STEERED RESPONSE POWER WITH SMALL-APERTURE MICROPHONE ARRAY FOR SOUND SOURCE LOCALIZATION显示文摘The Steered Response Power(SRP)method works well for sound source localization in noisy and reverberant environment.However,the large computation complexity limits its practical application.In this paper,a fast SRP search method is proposed to reduce the computational complexity using small-aperture microphone array.The proposed method inspired by the SRP spatial spectrum includes two steps:first,the proposed method estimates the azimuth of the sound source roughly and determines whether the sound source is in far field or near field;then,different fine searching operations are performed according to the sound source being in far field or near field.Experiments both in simulation environments and real environments have been performed to compare the localization accuracy and computation complexity of the proposed method with those of the conventional SRP-PHAT algorithm.The results show that,the proposed method has a comparative accuracy with the conventional SRP algorithm,and achieves a reduction of 93.62%in computation complexity compared to the conventional SRP algorithm.Zhao Xiaoyan Tang Jie Zhou Lin Wu Zhenyang 2013Journal of Electronics(China)2013,30,5:1

The dihydrogen bonded complex(η5-C5H4CH2OH)RuH(PPh3)2 could also be synthesized by the reduction of complex(η5-C5H4CHO)RuH(PPh3)2, which was obtained by the reaction of RuHCl(PPh3)3 with 6-dimethylaminopentafulvene in the presence of water. 13A Novel Approach for the Fabrication of Sharkskin Structured Bionic Surfaces with Hydrophobic Wettability:Laser Processing and Ordered Abrasive Belt Grinding显示文摘A new process for the fabrication of sharkskin bionic structures on metal surfaces is proposed.The sharkskin bionic surface was successfully machined on the surface of IN718 by laser sequencing of the abrasive belt surface,laser processing of the layered scale-like structure,and ribbed texture grinding.The flexible contact properties of belt grinding allow ribbed structures to be machined uniformly on a hierarchical,scale-like microstructure.Sharkskin bionic microstructures with radii greater than 75µm were prepared after parameter optimisation.The influence of processing parameters on the geometrical accuracy of the microstructure was investigated,the microstructure microform and elemental distribution were analyzed,and the relationship between the ribbed microstructure and chemical properties of the surface of the bionic sharkskin on wettability was revealed.The results indicate that reducing the laser power and increasing the laser scan rate can reduce the laser thermal effect and improve the microstructure processing accuracy.The laser ablation process is accompanied by a violent chemical reaction that introduces a large amount of oxygen and carbon elements and infiltrates them at a certain depth.The wettability of the surface undergoes a transition from hydrophilic(contact angle 69.72°)to hydrophobic(contact angle 131.56°)due to the adsorption of C-C/C-H and the reduction of C=O/O=C-O during the placement process.The ribbed microstructure changes the solid-liquid contact on the surface into a solid-liquid-gas contact,which has an enhanced effect on hydrophobicity.This study is a valuable guide to the processing of hydrophobic layered bionic microstructures.Guijian Xiao Zhenyang Liu Ouchuan Lin Yi He Shuai Liu Jianchao Huang 2023Journal of Bionic Engineering2023,20,4:0
14Microbial diversity in lake sediments detected by PCR-DGGE显示文摘In this study,PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE)was applied to analyze the microbial communities in lake sediments from Lake Xuanwu,Lake Mochou in Nanjing and Lake Taihu in Wuxi.Sediment samples from seven locations in three lakes were collected and their genomic DNAs were extracted.The DNA yields of the sediments of Lake Xuanwu and Lake Mochou were high(10 mg/g),while that of sediments in Lake Taihu was relatively low.After DNA purification,the 16S rDNA genes(V3 to V5 region)were amplified and the amplified DNA fragments were separated by parallel DGGE.The DGGE profiles showed that there were five common bands in all the lake sediment samples indicating that there were similarities among the populations of microorganisms in all the lake sediments.The DGGE profiles of Lake Xuanwu and Lake Mochou were similar and about 20 types of micro-organisms were identified in the sediment samples of both lakes.These results suggest that the sediment samples of these two city lakes(Xuanwu,Mochou)have similar microbial communities.However,the DGGE profiles of sediment samples in Lake Taihu were significantly different from these two lakes.Furthermore,the DGGE profiles of sediment samples in different locations in Lake Taihu were also different,suggesting that the microbial communities in Lake Taihu are more diversified than those in Lake Xuanwu and Lake Mochou.The differences in microbial diversity may be caused by the different environmental conditions,such as redox potential,pH,and the concentrations of organic matters.Seven major bands of 16S rDNA genes fragments from the DGGE profiles of sediment samples were further reamplified and sequenced.The results of sequencing analysis indicate that five sequences shared 99%-100%homology with known sequences(Bacillus and Brevibacillus,uncultured bacteria),while the other two sequences shared 93%-96%homology with known sequences(Acinetobacter,and Bacillus).The study shows that the PCR-DGGE technique combined with sequence analysis is a feasible and efficient method for the determination of microbial communities in sediment samples.Xinqing ZHAO Liuyan YANG Can CHEN Lin XIAO Lijuan JIANG Zhe MA Haowei ZHU Zhenyang YU Daqiang YIN 2008Frontiers in Biology2008,3,3:0
15Sex biased expression of hormone related genes at early stage of sex differentiation in papaya flowers显示文摘Sex types of papaya are controlled by a pair of nascent sex chromosomes,but molecular genetic mechanisms of sex determination and sex differentiation in papaya are still unclear.We performed comparative analysis of transcriptomic profiles of male and female floral buds at the early development stage before the initiation of reproductive organ primordia at which there is no morphological difference between male and female flowers.A total of 1734 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified,of which 923 showed female-biased expression and 811 showed male-biased expression.Functional annotation revealed that genes related to plant hormone biosynthesis and signaling pathways,especially in abscisic acid and auxin pathways,were overrepresented in the DEGs.Transcription factor binding motifs,such as MYB2,GAMYB,and AP2/EREBP,were enriched in the promoters of the hormone-related DEGs,and transcription factors with those motifs also exhibited differential expression between sex types.Among these DEGs,we also identified 11 genes in the non-recombining region of the papaya sex chromosomes and 9 genes involved in stamen and carpel development.Our results suggested that sex differentiation in papaya may be regulated by multiple layers of regulation and coordination and involved transcriptional,epigenetic,and phytohormone regulation.Hormones,especially ABA and auxin,transcription factors,and genes in the non-recombination region of the sex chromosome could be involved in this process.Our findings may facilitate the elucidation of signal transduction and gene interaction in sex differentiation of unisexual flowers in papaya.Juan Liu Li-Yu Chen Ping Zhou Zhenyang Liao Hai Lin Qingyi Yu Ray Ming 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
16Natural scaffolds-inspired synthesis of CF_(3)-substituted macrolides enabled by Rh-catalyzed C–H alkylation macrocyclization显示文摘The development of innovative strategies and methods to provide natural product-like macrocycles not accessible by biosynthesis, but endowed with novel bioactivities and simplified structure, is highly desirable. Inspired by the key scaffolds of rapamycin and FR252921, herein, we report a Rh(III)-catalyzed C–H alkylation macrocyclization, which enables access to CF_(3)-substituted macrolides. DFT calculations reveal that the chemoselectivity between C–H alkylation and olefination macrocyclization was highly controllable. 17Rare-earth ions coordination enhanced ratiometric fluorescent sensing platform for quantitative visual analysis of antibiotic residues in real samples显示文摘Levofloxacin(LVFX)as a representative drug of quinolone antibiotics is widely used in clinical,and its residues enriched in water bodies and sideline products seriously damage human health.It is imperative to develop a real-time/on-site sensing method for monitoring residual antibiotics.Here,we report a portable sensing platform by utilizing a composite fluorescent nanoprobe constructed by the cerium ions(Ce^(3+))coordination functionalized Cd Te quantum dots(QDs)for the visual and quantitative detection of LVFX residues.This fluorescent probe provides a distinct color variation from red to green,which shows a good linear relationship to LVFX residues concentrations in the range of 0-6.0μmol/L with a sensitive limit of detection(LOD)of 16.3 nmol/L.The smartphone platform with Color Analyzer App installed,which could accomplish quantified detection of LVFX in water,milk,and raw pork with a LOD of 27.9nmol/L.The facile sensing method we proposed realizes rapid visualization of antibiotics residual in the environment and provides a practical application pathway in food safety and human health.Shihao Xu Lingfei Li Dan Lin Liang Yang Zhenyang Wang Changlong Jiang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
18Carbolong Chemistry: Planar CCCCX-Type (X = N, O, S) Pentadentate Chelates by Formal [3+1] Cycloadditions of Metalla-Azirines with Terminal Alkynes显示文摘Three-membered unsaturated rings have been widely utilized in organic synthesis due to their inherent highly strained structures.Although much research has been applied to ring-expansion reactions of such strained ring systems,pathways other than[3+2]cycloadditions have rarely been observed in their reactions with alkynes,and to date,no[3+1]cycloadditions of isolated three-membered unsaturated rings with alkynes have been reported.Here we demonstrate an unprecedented[3+1]cycloaddition in which a fused metalla-azirine is used as a template to generate a series of planar CCCCX-type(X=N,O,S)pentadentate carbolong complexes 3–6.A series of substituted alkynes was tested for further exploration of the scope and mechanism for the[3+1]cycloaddition reactions.Complexes 3–6 represent rare examples of planar pentadentate complexes that assemble fourπ-conjugated fused rings by one bridgehead atom.These novel complexes are thermally stable in air and absorb ultraviolet,visible,and near-infrared light,and thus are potentially applicable in photoelectric devices and pharmaceuticals.Ming Luo Yuhui Hua Kaiyue Zhuo Lipeng Long Xinlei Lin Zhihong Deng Zhenyang Lin Hong Zhang Dafa Chen Haiping Xia 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,2:0
