1Construction of a genetic linkage map for cotton based on SRAP显示文摘A genetic linkage map of cotton was constructed with a newly developed molecular marker-SRAP (sequence-related amplified polymorphism) using a population consisting of 129 F2 individuals derived from the interspecific cross of Handan208 Pima90. A total of 136 primer pairs were used to detect polymorphisms between the two parents and 76 primer pairs with better polymorphisms were picked out to analyze the F2 population. 285 polymorphic bands were generated in total with an average of 3.75 polymorphic bands per pair of primers. The primer pair showing most polymorphic bands was the combination of me3 and em2, which produced 13 polymorphic bands. The 285 loci were used to construct linkage map with MAPMAKER/EXP3.0 and 237 loci were mapped at a LOD≥3.0 on 39 linkage groups. The total length of the map is 3030.7 cM, covering 65.4% of the whole cotton genome, and the average distance between adjacent markers is 12.79 cM. All the markers are distributed evenly among the linkage groups without clustering of loci. 2Memristors with organic-inorganic halide perovskites显示文摘Organic-inorganic halide perovskites(OHPs)have been intensively studied for application in solar cells with high conversion efficiency exceeding 22%.The unique electrical and optical properties of OHPs have led to their use in optoelectronic device applications beyond photovoltaics,such as light-emitting diodes,photodetectors,transistors.New information storage technologies and computing architectures are being researched extensively with the aim of addressing the growing challenge of approaching end of Moore's law and von Neumann bottleneck.As the fourth basic circuit element,memristor is a leading candidate with powerful capabilities in information storage and neuromorphic computing applications.Recently,OHPs have received growing attention as promising materials for memristors.In particular,their mixed ionic-electronic conduction ability paired with light sensitivity provide OHPs with the opportunity to display novel functions such as optical-erase memory,optogenetics-inspired synaptic functions,and lightaccelerated learning capability.This review covers recent advances in OHP-based memristors development including memristive mechanism and analytical models,universal memristive characteristics for memory and neuromorphic computing applications,and novel multi-functionalization.Challenges and future prospects of OHP-based memristors are also discussed.Xiaoning Zhao Haiyang Xu Zhongqiang Wang Ya Lin Yichun Liu 2019InfoMat2019,1,2:10
3Permian integrative stratigraphy and timescale of China显示文摘A series of global major geological and biological events occurred during the Permian Period. Establishing a highresolution stratigraphic and temporal framework is essential to understand their cause-effect relationship. The official International timescale of the Permian System consists of three series(i.e., Cisuralian, Guadalupian and Lopingian in ascending order) and nine stages. In China, the Permian System is composed of three series(Chuanshanian, Yansingian and Lopingian) and eight stages, of which the subdivisions and definitions of the Chuanshanian and Yangsingian series are very different from the Cisuralian and Guadalupian series. The Permian Period spanned ~47 Myr. Its base is defined by the First Appearance Datum(FAD) of the conodont Streptognathodus isolatus at Aidaralash, Kazakhstan with an interpolated absolute age 298.9±0.15 Ma at Usolka, southern Urals, Russia. Its top equals the base of the Triassic System and is defined by the FAD of the conodont Hindeodus parvus at Meishan D section, southeast China with an interpolated absolute age 251.902±0.024 Ma. Thirty-five conodont, 23 fusulinid, 17 radiolarian and 20 ammonoid zones are established for the Permian in China, of which the Guadalupian and Lopingian conodont zones have been served as the standard for international correlation. The Permian δ13 Ccarbtrend indicates that it is characterized by a rapid negative shift of 3–5‰ at the end of the Changhsingian, which can be used for global correlation of the end-Permian mass extinction interval, but δ13 Ccarbrecords from all other intervals may have more or less suffered subsequent diagenetic alteration or represented regional or local signatures only. Permian δ18 Oapatitestudies suggest that an icehouse stage dominated the time interval from the late Carboniferous to Kungurian(late Cisuralian). However, paleoclimate began to ameriolate during the late Kungurian and gradually shifted into a greenhouse-dominated stage during the Guadalupian.The Changhsingian was a relatively cool stage, followed by a globally-recognizable rapid temperature rise of 8–10°C at the very end of the Changhsingian. The87 Sr/86 Sr ratio trend shows that their values at the beginning of the Permian were between 0.70800,then gradually decreased to the late Capitanian minimum 0.70680–0.70690, followed by a persistent increase until the end of the Permian with the value 0.70708. Magenetostratigraphy suggests two distinct stages separated by the Illawarra Reversal in the middle Wordian, of which the lower is the reverse polarity Kiaman Superchron and the upper is the mixed-polarity Illawarra Superchron. The end-Guadalupian(or pre-Lopingian) biological crisis occurred during the late Capitanian, when faunal changeovers of different fossil groups had different paces, but generally experienced a relatively long time from the Jinogondolella altudensis Zone until the earliest Wuchiapingian. The end-Permian mass extinction was a catastrophic event that is best constrained at the Meishan section, which occurred at 251.941±0.037 Ma and persisted no more than 61±48 kyr. After the major pulse at Bed 25, the extinction patterns are displayed differently in different sections. The global end-Guadalupian regression is manifested between the conodont Jinogondolella xuanhanensis and Clarkina dukouensis zones and the endChanghsingian transgression began in the Hindeodus changxingensis-Clarkina zhejiangensis Zone. 4Studies of new EST-SSRs derived from Gossypium barbadense显示文摘Existing cotton EST-SSR markers are mostly derived from Gossypium arboreum and Gossypium hir-sutum, but EST-SSR markers from Gossypium barbadense are scarce. One hundred and nineteen EST-SSRs were developed based on 98 unique ESTs from a cDNA library constructed in our laboratory using developing fibers from G. barbadense cv. Pima3-79. Among the SSRs, trinucleotide AAG appeared at a high frequency of 11.76%. 36 accessions (consisting of 13 diploids of the A genome, 11 diploids of the D genome and 12 allotetraploids of the AD genome) were employed to test new EST-SSRs. 76 EST-SSRs were successfully amplified, and 313 polymorphic fragments were yielded, with an average of 4.11 fragments per primer pair. The PIC ranged from 0.17 to 0.95 with an average of 0.53. Based on Jaccard’s genetic similarity coefficient, these 36 accessions were clustered into three groups. 21 EST-SSRs exhibited polymorphisms in BC1 population ((Emian22 × Pima3-79) × Emian22), 24 polymor- phic loci were generated, while 22 of the 24 polymorphic loci were integrated with our interspecific BC1 backbone genetic linkage map, and anchored in 12 chromosomes. 5Efficacy of Carbamazepine Combined with Botulinum Toxin A in the Treatment of Blepharospasm and Hemifacial Spasm显示文摘Purpose:To observe the efficacy of the combined treatment of carbamazepine and botulinum toxin A for blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm. Methods:Fifty-eight patients with either blepharospasm or hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. In the treatment group, 30 patients were administered with local intramuscular injections of botulinum toxin A and oral carbamazepine 100 mg/time,3 times/day for 60 days. Twenty-eight subjects in the control group under-went local intramuscular injections of botulinum toxin A only. Results:After combined treatment, the complete remission rate was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the of the control group (67.9% , P<0.05,χ2 =4.733). However, no statistical significance was noted regarding the duration of therapeutic effects between the treatment group (range 14~40 weeks; 19.2 weeks on average) and control group (range 12~36 weeks; 18 weeks on average). 6Neutron irradiation-induced effects on the reliability performance of electrochemical metallization memory devices显示文摘In this work,electrochemical metallization memory(ECM)devices with an Ag/AgInSbTe(AIST)/amorphous carbon(a-C)/Pt structure were irradiated with 14 MeV neutrons.The switching reliability performance before and after neutron irradiation was compared and analyzed in detail.The results show that the irradiated memory cells functioned properly,and the initial resistance,the resistance at the low-resistance state(LRS),the RESET voltage and the data retention performance showed little degradation even when the total neutron fluence was as high as 2.5×1011 n/cm2.Other switching characteristics such as the forming voltage,the resistance at the high-resistance state(HRS),and the SET voltage were also studied,all of which merely showed a slight parameter drift.Irradiation-induced Ag ions doping of the a-C layer is proposed to explain the damaging effects of neutron irradiation.The excellent hard characteristics of these Ag/AIST/a-C/Pt-based ECM devices suggest potential beneficial applications in the aerospace and nuclear industries.Ye Tao Xuhong Li Zhongqiang Wang Gang Li Haiyang Xu Xiaoning Zhao Ya Lin Yichun Liu 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,1:2
7Electrochemical deposition of nano-structured ZnO on the nanocrystalline TiO_2 film and its characterization显示文摘One-dimensional structure of ZnO nanorod arrays on nanocrystalline TiO2/ITO conductive glass substrates has been fabricated by cathodic reduction electrochemical deposition methods in the three-electrode system,with zinc nitrate aqueous solution as the electrolyte,and were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra.The effects of film substrates,electrolyte concentration,deposition time,and methenamine (HMT) addition on ZnO deposition and its luminescent property were investigated in detail.The results show that,compared with on the ITO glass substrate,ZnO is much easily achieved by electrochemical deposition on the TiO2 nanoparticle thin films.ZnO is hexagonally structured wurtzite with the c-axis preferred growth,and further forms nanorod arrays vertically on the substrates.It is favorable to the growth of ZnO to extend the deposition time,to increase the electrolyte concentration,and to add a certain amount of HMT in the system,consequently improving the crystallinity and orientation of ZnO arrays.It is demonstrated that the obtained ZnO arrays with high crystallinity and good orientation display strong band-edge UV (375 nm) and weak surface-state-related green (520 nm) emission peaks.LIN JingSheng,FU Wei,JING LiQiang,QU YiChun & LI ZhiJun Key Laboratory of Functional Inorganic Material Chemistry (Ministry of Education) School of Chemistry and Material Science,Heilongjiang University,Harbin 150080,China 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,8:2
8Chlorine-anion doping induced multi-factor optimization in perovskites for boosting intrinsic oxygen evolution显示文摘The oxygen evolution reaction(OER) plays a crucial role in many electrochemical energy technologies,and creating multiple beneficial factors for OER catalysis is desirable for achieving high catalytic efficiency.Here,we highlight a new halogen-chlorine(Cl)-anion doping strategy to boost the OER activity of perovskite oxides.As a proof-of-concept,proper Cl doping at the oxygen site of LaFeO3(LFO) perovskite can induce multiple favorable characteristics for catalyzing the OER,including rich oxygen vacancies,increased electrical conductivity and enhanced Fe-O covalency.Benefiting from these factors,the LaFeO2.9-δCl0.1(LFOCl) perovskite displays significant intrinsic activity enhancement by a factor of around three relative to its parent LFO.This work uncovers the effect of Cl-anion doping in perovskites on promoting OER performance and paves a new way to design highly efficient electrocatalysts.Yinlong Zhu Qian Lin Zhenbin Wang Dongchen Qi Yichun Yin Yu Liu Xiwang Zhang Zongping Shao Huanting Wang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:2

11Ferroelastic domain identification and toughening mechanism for yttrium tantalate–zirconium oxide显示文摘Yttrium tantalate(YTaO_(4))is the next generation of higher service temperature thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)materials due to its smaller volume effect in phase change,lower thermal conductivity and unique ferroelastic domain structure.However,the low fracture toughness limits its application.We first characterized the diffraction patterns of variants,and two variants(M_(1)and M_(2))observed in transmission electron microscopy(TEM)results were determined from four possible variants by mechanical derivation.The role of Zr^(4+)doping in ferroelastic toughening was explained in detail.With the increase of Zr^(4+)doping concentration,the monoclinic angle β and the domain rotation angleαdecrease,respectively.The spontaneous strain component and the principal strain in the main space also have a similar decreasing trend.The decrease of the ferroelastic domain inversion energy barrier is beneficial to the improvement of fracture toughness.Combining the results of Vickers indentation,we found that Zr^(4+)could be enriched at the domain boundary to inhibit the generation of cracks.An appropriate amount of Zr^(4+)is conducive to the improvement of fracture toughness,and the excessive Zr^(4+)will reduce the fracture toughness due to the generation of by-product t-ZrO_(2).So,the optimal composition is Y_(0.44)Ta_(0.44)Zr_(0.12)O_(2) and the best fracture toughness(2.9–3.8MPa m^(1/2))is equivalent to the commercial 8YSZ.This result will promote the application of a new generation of TBCs.Cheng Luo Cong Li Ke Cao Junbao Li Junhui Luo Qinghua Zhang QianQian Zhou Fan Zhang Lin Gu Li Yang Yichun Zhou 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,32:1

17Voltage-dependent plasticity and image Boolean operations realized in a WOx-based memristive synapse显示文摘The development of electronic devices that possess the functionality of biological synapses is a crucial step towards neuromorphic computing.In this work,we present a WOx-based memristive device that can emulate voltage-dependent synaptic plasticity.By adjusting the amplitude of the applied voltage,we were able to reproduce short-term plasticity(STP)and the transition from STP to long-term potentiation.The stimulation with high intensity induced long-term enhancement of conductance without any decay process,thus representing a permanent memory behavior.Moreover,the image Boolean operations(including intersection,subtraction,and union)were also demonstrated in the memristive synapse array based on the above voltage-dependent plasticity.The experimental achievements of this study provide a new insight into the successful mimicry of essential characteristics of synaptic behaviors.Jiajuan Shi Ya Lin Tao Zeng Zhongqiang Wang Xiaoning Zhao Haiyang Xu Yichun Liu 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,1:1

19Domain Wall Evolution in Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)Ferroelectrics under Field-Cycling Behavior显示文摘HfO_(2)-based ferroelectrics have evoked considerable interest owing to the complementary metal-oxide semiconductor compatibility and robust ferroelectricity down to a few unit cells.However,the unique wake-up effect of HfO_(2)-based ferroelectric films severely restricts the improvement of their performance.In particular,the domain structure is an important characteristic of ferroelectric materials,which still has not been well understood in HfO_(2)-based ferroelectrics.In this work,a Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) ferroelectric thin film is grown on a typical Si substrate buffered with TiN electrode.The 90°domains of the Pca21 ferroelectric phase with head-to-tail and tail-to-tail structures can be observed by Cs-corrected scanning transmission electron microscope under their pristine condition.After waking up,the 180°domain is displayed in the ferroelectric phase.The remarkable differences in domain walls for 90°and 180°domains are characterized by qualitatively mapping the polarization distributions at the atomic scale.The domain wall changes from the[101]of the Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) film to the[001]of the Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) film.This result provides fundamental information for understanding the domain structure of HfO_(2)-based ferroelectrics.Sirui Zhang Qinghua Zhang Fanqi Meng Ting Lin Binjian Zeng Lin Gu Min Liao Yichun Zhou 2023Research2023,,4:0
20Inter-Provincial Transaction Model in Two-Level ElectricityMarket Considering Carbon Emission and Consumption Responsibility Weights显示文摘In the context of the joint operation of China’s intra-provincial markets and inter-provincial trading,how to meet the load demand and energy consumption using inter-provincial renewable energy trading is a key problem.The combined operation of intra-provincial and inter-provincial markets provides a new way for provincial power companies to optimize and clear the intra-provincial power market,complete the intra-provincial consumption responsibility weight index,and consume renewable energy across provinces and regions.This paper combines power generation and consumption within the province,uses inter-provincial renewable energy trading tomeet the load demand within the province and completes the index of intra-provincial consumption responsibility weights.The intra-provincial market trading and inter-provincial market clearing are respectively taken as the upper and lower levels of the model.Under the two-level electricity market operation framework,the upper-level model aims to minimize the expected total operating cost within the province considering the carbon emission cost and the weight of the consumption responsibility,while the lower-level model aims to minimize the inter-provincial renewable energy purchasing cost.Finally,the influence of inter-provincial transaction mechanism,risk aversion coefficient,voucher price,and responsibility weight on operating cost is analyzed.Simulation is used to verify that the proposed model can meet the requirements of the provincial load power consumption and the consumption responsibility weight index,and promote the consumption of renewable energy.Chunlei Jiao HongyanHao Ming Li Rifucairen Fu Yichun Liu Shunfu Lin Ronghui Liu 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,10:0
