| 1 | Compound Impedance Control of a Hydraulic Driven Parallel 3UPS/S Manipulator显示文摘The hydraulic parallel manipulator combines the high-power density of the hydraulic system and high rigidity of the parallel mechanism with excellent load-carrying capacity.However,the high-precision trajectory tracking control of the hydraulic parallel manipulator is challenged by the coupling dynamics of the parallel mechanism and the high nonlinearities of the hydraulic system.In this study,the trajectory control of a 3-DOF symmetric spherical parallel 3UPS/S manipulator is evaluated.Focusing on the highly coupling and nonlinear system dynamics,a compound impedance control method for a hydraulic driven parallel manipulator is proposed,which combines impedance control with the spatial motion characteristics of a parallel manipulator.The control strategy is divided into the inner and outer loops.The inner loop controls the impedance of the actuator in the joint space,and the outer loop controls the impedance of the entire platform in the task space to compensate the coupling of the actuators and improve the tracking accuracy of the moving platform.Compound impedance control does not require force or pressure sensors and is less dependent on modeling precision.The experimental results show that the compound impedance control effectively improves the tracking accuracy of the moving platform.This research proposes a compound impedance control strategy for a 3-DOF hydraulic parallel manipulator,which has high tracking precision with a simple and cheap system configuration. | Lihang Wang Shaofei Cui Chong Ma Lijie Zhang | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2020,33,4: | 2 |
| 2 | A Target Grabbing Strategy for Telerobot Based on Improved Stiffness Display Device显示文摘Most target grabbing problems have been dealt with by computer vision system, however, computer vision method is not always enough when it comes to the precision contact grabbing problems during the teleoperation process, and need to be combined with the stiffness display to provide more effective information to the operator on the remote side. Therefore, in this paper a more portable stiffness display device with a small volume and extended function is developed based on our previous work. A new static load calibration of the improved stiffness display device is performed to detect its accuracy, and the relationship between the stiffness and the position is given. An effective target grabbing strategy is presented to help operator on the remote side to judge and control and the target is classified by multi-class SVM(supporter vector machine). The teleoperation system is established to test and verify the feasibility. | 11 | Hydrogen-bonded metal-nucleobase frameworks for highly selective capture of ethane/propane from methane and methane/nitrogen separation显示文摘The separation of light hydrocarbons,including C_(2)H_(6)and C_(3)H_(8),is essential to natural gas upgrading.Meanwhile,N_(2)removal from CH_(4)is also crucial to concentrating low-quality coalbed methane,but the adsorption process is challenging because of the close kinetic diameter.This work reports two hydrogen-bonded metal-nucleobase frameworks(HOF-ZJU-201 and HOF-ZJU202)capable of efficiently separating C_(3)H_(8)/CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6)/CH_(4),and CH_(4)/N_(2).Due to strong affinity for C_(3)H_(8)and C_(2)H_(6),the lowpressure capacity for C_(3)H_(8)(5 kPa)and C_(2)H_(6)(10 kPa)of HOF-ZJU-201a exceeds most adsorbents.The ideal adsorbed solution theory(IAST)selectivity of C_(3)H_(8)/CH_(4)and C_(2)H_(6)/CH_(4)is 119 and 45 at ambient conditions.According to density functional theory calculations,surface polarization environments formed by electron-rich anions and electron-deficient purine heterocyclic rings contribute to the selective capture of C_(3)H_(8)and C_(2)H_(6)with greater polarizability.Furthermore,the high CH_(4)adsorption capacity(1.73 mmol/g for HOF-ZJU-201a and 1.50 mmol/g for HOF-ZJU-202a at 298 K and 1.0 bar)and excellent CH_(4)/N_(2)selectivity(6.0 for HOF-ZJU-201 at 298 K),as well as dynamic breakthrough experiments of binary CH_(4)/N_(2)gas mixture implied their efficacy in the concentration of low-quality coalbed methane. | Ying Liu Qianqian Xu Lihang Chen Changhua Song Qiwei Yang Zhiguo Zhang Dan Lu Yiwen Yang Qilong Ren Zongbi Bao | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 0 |

| 15 | Integrative lipidomics profile uncovers the mechanisms underlying high-level α-linolenic acid accumulation in Paeonia rockii seeds显示文摘Tree peony(Paeonia rockii)is an excellent woody oilseed crop,known for its highα-linolenic acid(ALA,∼45%)content,which is of great value for human health.However,the mechanisms underlying this high-level ALA accumulation in tree peony seeds are poorly understood.In this study,we evaluated the dynamic changes in the lipidomic profile of P.rockii seeds during development.A total of 760 lipid molecules were identified in P.rockii seeds;triacylglycerol(TAG)lipid molecules showed the highest abundance and diversity,both increasing during seed development.Particularly,ALA was the predominant fatty acid at the TAG sn-3 position.We further characterized two diacylglycerol acyltransferase(DGAT)genes and three phospholipid:diacylglycerol acyltransferase(PDAT)genes involved in the transfer of fatty acids to the TAG sn-3 position.Gene expression and subcellular localization analyses suggested that PrDGATs and PrPDATs may function as endoplasmic reticulum-localized proteins in seed TAG biosynthesis.In vitro functional complementation analysis showed different substrate specificities,with PrPDAT2 having a specific preference for ALA.Multiple biological assays demonstrated that PrDGAT1,PrDGAT2,PrPDAT1-2,and PrPDAT2 promote oil synthesis.Specifically,PrPDAT2 leads to preferential ALA in the oil.Our findings provide novel functional evidence of the roles of PrDGAT1 and PrPDAT2,which are potential targets for increasing the ALA yield in tree peony and other oilseed crops. | Weizong Yang Ziwei Xin Lihang Xie Yuhui Zhai Yanlong Zhang Lixin Niu Qingyu Zhang | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,7: | 0 |
| 16 | A Non-toxic and Efficient Method for Extracting DNA and RNA from Peanut显示文摘[Objectives]To establish a non-toxic and efficient method for extracting DNA and total RNA from peanuts and laying a solid foundation for the molecular biology study of peanuts.[Methods]Based on the principle and method of purifying nucleic acids by silica gel adsorption at high salt and low pH condition,a non-toxic and efficient method to extract peanut DNA and total RNA using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)extraction solution was designed.The quality and purity of nucleic acids were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis and nucleic acids protein analyzer,respectively.The quality of DNA was further verified by enzyme digestion and PCR amplification using molecular marker techniques.The quality of total RNA was further verified by reverse transcription(RT)-PCR of actin gene and cDNA-SCoT gene differential display technique.[Results]The agarose gel electrophoresis test showed that the peanut DNA extracted by a low-toxic and effective method is free of contamination and degradation.Through the detection by the nucleic acid protein analyzer,the DNA concentration,yield,A260/A280 and A260/A230 of 5 peanut varieties were 419.6-498.2 ng/μL,20.98-24.91μg/g,1.89-1.96 and 2.03-2.28,respectively.The DNA was of high quality and can be completely digested by EcoRI restriction enzymes,and also can be used for SCoT and SRAP molecular marker technology analysis.The RNA extracted from different tissues of peanuts showed no visible DNA bands by non-denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis.The separated 28S bands were brighter than 18S.The ratio of A260/A280 and A260/A230 showed that the RNA quality was good and can be used for reverse transcription,RT-PCR of actin gene and amplification of cDNA-SCoT gene differential display technique.[Conclusions]This experiment established a low-toxic and effective method for extracting DNA and total RNA from peanuts.Compared with traditional methods,this method is more time-saving and cheaper than commercial kits.The most important point is that this method does not use toxic reagents such as phenol,chloroform and isopropanol.Thus,it is expected to be widely applied in molecular biology research. | Jing LIU Congcong WANG Jing JIANG Zhuqiang HAN Xiumei TANG Lihang QIU Liangqiong HE Ruichun ZHONG Zhipeng HUANG Haining WU Ronghua TANG Junxian LIU Faqian XIONG | 2021 | Asian Agricultural Research2021,13,1: | 0 |

| 18 | Optimization of Organic Mulches Thickness Improves Soil Moisture Retention under Controlled Conditions显示文摘Organic mulch can improve the moisture,chemical composition,dust,and dust suppression of soil,and beautify the environment.In view of the rapid evaporation rate and serious loss of soil water in tropical areas,this paper explored the effect of organic mulch materials with different thickness on the increase of soil water retention rate and the improvement of soil water loss caused by evaporation.Rubberwood sawdust(RWS),rubberwood bark(RWB),coconut fiber(CF),and Mulch(MC)were selected as the mulching materials.Field experiment and laboratory experiment were performed,and soil-moisture content and temperature were continuously monitored.However,from the daily measurement of water content at constant conditions(29℃±0.2℃,74%±1%air RH)in the laboratory experiment,the results of variance analysis(ANOVA)showed that there was no significant difference between the soil-water content of covered samples and bare soil(P>0.05).In the field experiments,the analysis of variance indicated significant differences in the soil-moisture content owing to the effect of the covering material(P<0.01).Mulching increased the soil-moisture content with smaller fluctuations in the deep soil compared with bare soil.The most stable soil-moisture content were achieved by RWS,RWB,CF,and MC,with thicknesses of 5,3,7,and 5 cm,respectively,compared with bare soil,and the average water contents of the 0-40 cm soil layer was 0.58%,0.01%,0.82%,and 0.93%,respectively.Vertically,the intensity of the change in soil moisture decreased gradually with increasing depth,and was more stable than that of bare soil and other treatments.Among them,the difference in water content between the adjacent gradient soil layers(the soil layers are graded every 10 cm in depth)M_(3-7)(0.011±0.004)was the smallest.It can be concluded that CF mulching materials with a thickness of 7 cm would be preferable when selecting mulching materials for controlling soil moisture in tropical cities. | Jiayi Zhang Guohua Fu Zhiyang Jin Lihang Chi Guocheng Xu Daran Yue | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,4: | 0 |
