1Orbit determination for Chang'E-2 lunar probe and evaluation of lunar gravity models显示文摘The Unified S-Band(USB) ranging/Doppler system and the Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) system as the ground tracking system jointly supported the lunar orbit capture of both Chang'E-2(CE-2) and Chang'E-1(CE-1) missions.The tracking system is also responsible for providing precise orbits for scientific data processing.New VLBI equipment and data processing strategies have been proposed based on CE-1 experiences and implemented for CE-2.In this work the role VLBI tracking data played was reassessed through precision orbit determination(POD) experiments for CE-2.Significant improvement in terms of both VLBI delay and delay rate data accuracy was achieved with the noise level of X-band band-width synthesis delay data reaching 0.2-0.3 ns.Short-arc orbit determination experiments showed that the combination of only 15 min's range and VLBI data was able to improve the accuracy of 3 h's orbit using range data only by a 1-1.5 order of magnitude,confirming a similar conclusion for CE-1.Moreover,because of the accuracy improvement,VLBI data was able to contribute to CE-2's long-arc POD especially in the along-track and orbital normal directions.Orbital accuracy was assessed through the orbital overlapping analysis(2 h arc overlapping for 18 h POD arc).Compared with about 100 m position error of CE-1's 200 km 200 km lunar orbit,for CE-2's 100 km 100 km lunar orbit,the position errors were better than 31 and 6 m in the radial direction,and for CE-2's 15 km 100 km orbit,the position errors were better than 45 and 12 m in the radial direction.In addition,in trying to analyze the Delta Differential One-Way Ranging(DOR) experiments data we concluded that the accuracy of DOR delay was dramatically improved with the noise level better than 0.1 ns and systematic errors better calibrated,and the Short-arc POD tests with DOR data showed excellent results.Although unable to support the development of an independent lunar gravity model,the tracking data of CE-2 provided evaluations of different lunar gravity models through POD.It is found that for the 100 km 100 km lunar orbit,with a degree and order expansion up to 165,JPL's gravity model LP165P did not show noticeable improvement over Japan's SGM series models(100×100),but for the 15 km×100 km lunar orbit,a higher degree-order model can significantly improve the orbit accuracy.Li PeiJia Hu XiaoGong Huang Yong Wang GuangLi Jiang DongRong Zhang XiuZhong Cao JianFeng Xin Nan 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,3:30
2Orbit determination of Chang'E-3 and positioning of the lander and the rover显示文摘Chang’E-3 landed on the east of Sinus Iridum area on December 14,2013,performing China’s first successful soft landing on the lunar surface.We present the results on precision orbit determination and positioning of the lander and the rover.We describe the data,modeling,and methods used to achieve position knowledge over the period December 2–21,2014.In addition to the radiometric X-band range and Doppler tracking data,delta differential one-way ranging data are also used in the calculation,which show that they strongly improve the accuracy of the orbit reconstruction.Total position overlap differences are about 20 and 30 m for the 100 km 9 100 km and100 km9 15 km lunar orbit,respectively,increased by*50%with respect to CE-2 and at the same level as other lunar spacecrafts of recent era such as SELENE and lunar reconnaissance orbiter(LRO).The position error of the soft landing trajectory is less than 100 m.A kinematic statistical method is applied to determine the position of the lander and relative position of the rover with respect to the lander.The position difference of the lander is better than50 m compared to LRO photograph result.Compared with the delta very long baseline interferometry(VLBI)group delay between the lander and the rover,the delta VLBI phase delay can improve the relative position of the rover from*1,000 to*1 m.Yong Huang Shengqi Chang Peijia Li Xiaogong Hu Guangli Wang Qinghui Liu Weimin Zheng Min Fan 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,29:28

4Microstructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of Mg-2Dy-xZn(x=0,0.1,0.5 and 1 at.%)alloys显示文摘Microstructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of as-cast Mg-2Dy-xZn(x=0,0.1,0.5,and 1)(at.%)alloys were investigated.The microstructures of the as-cast Mg-2Dy and Mg-2Dy-0.1Zn alloys mainly consisted ofα-Mg phase and Mg_(24)Dy_(5)eutectic phase.With 0.5 at.%Zn addition,Mg_(12)ZnDy phase with 18R-type long period stacking ordered(LPSO)structure and Mg_(2)Dy phase precipitated at the grain boundaries.When the content of Zn is 1 at.%,only the Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Dy_(2)phase formed in theα-Mg matrix.The electrochemical measurements and immersion testing results indicated that the Mg-2Dy-0.1Zn alloy exhibited the best corrosion resistance.It revealed that the morphology,scale,amount and distribution of the second phase have a great effect on the corrosion resistance of alloy.Additionally,the tensile testing results showed that the Mg-2Dy-0.5Zn alloy exhibited the higher tensile strength and good elongation,especially at 200℃.The improvement of mechanical properties was mainly due to the strengthening of LPSO phase and grain refinement of α-Mg.Guangli Bi Yuandong Li Shijun Zang Jianbin Zhang Ying Ma Yuan Hao 2014Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2014,2,1:13
5Conceptual design and aerodynamic evaluation of hypersonic airplane with double flanking air inlets显示文摘To aim at design requirements of high lift-to-drag ratio as well as high volumetric efficiency of next generation hypersonic airplanes,a body-wing-blending configuration with double flanking air inlets layout is presented.Moreover,a novel forebody design methodology which by rotating and assembling two waverider-based surfaces is firstly introduced in this paper.Some typical configurations are designed and their aerodynamic performances are evaluated by computational fluid dynamics.The results for forebodies analysis show that large volumetric efficiency,high lift-to-drag ratio,and uniformly distributed flowfield at the inlet cross section can be assured simultaneously.Furthermore,results of numerical simulation of four integrated configurations with various leading edge shapes,including three power-law curves and a cosine curve clearly show the advantage of high lift-to-drag ratio.Besides,the high pressure generated by the side wall of the airframe can be partly captured by the reasonably designed wings in the condition of small flight attack angle.Then the order of lift-to-drag ratio of four configurations at 0 degree flight attack angle is completely different from the condition of 4-degree flight attack angle.This result demonstrates that the curve shape of the leading edge is very important for the lift-to-drag ratio of the aircraft,and it should be further optimized under the cruising attack angle in future work.CUI Kai HU ShouChao LI GuangLi QU ZhiPeng SITU Ming 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8:10
6Limits to foundation displacement of an extra high voltage transmission tower in a mining subsidence area显示文摘Given the background of a transmission tower erected on a particular mining subsidence area,we used finite element modeling to analyze the anti-deformation performance of transmission towers under a number of different load conditions,including horizontal foundation displacement,uneven vertical downward displacement,wind loads and icing conditions.The results show that the failure in stability of a single steel angle iron represents the limit of the tower given ground deformation.We calculated the corresponding limits of foundation displacements.The results indicate that compression displacement of the foundation is more dangerous than tension displacement.Under complex foundation displacement conditions,horizontal foundation displacement is a key factor leading to failure in the stability of towers.Under conditions of compression or tension displacement of the foundation,wind load becomes the key factor.Towers do not fail when foundation displacements are smaller than 1% (under tension) or 0.5% (under horizontal compression or single foundation subsidence) of the distance between two supports.Shu Qianjin Yuan Guanglin Guo Guangli Zhang Yunfeit 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,1:9
7Expression of hIGF-I in the silk glands of transgenic silkworms and in transformed silkworm cells显示文摘To express human insulin-like growth factor-I (hIGF-I) in transformed Bombyx mori cultured cells and silk glands, the transgenic vector pigA3GFP-hIGF-ie-neo was constructed with a neomycin resistance gene driven by the baculovirus ie-1 promoter, and with the hIGF-I gene under the control of the silkworm sericin promoter Ser-1. The stably transformed BmN cells expressing hIGF-I were selected by using the antibiotic G418 at a final concentration of 700-800 μg/mL after the BmN cells were transfected with the piggyBac vector and the helper plasmid. The specific band of hIGF-I was detected in the transformed cells by Western blot. The expression level of hIGF-I, determined by ELISA, was about 7800 pg in 5×105 cells. Analysis of the chromosomal insertion sites by inverse PCR showed that exogenous DNA could be inserted into the cell genome randomly or at TTAA target sequence specifically for piggyBac element transposition. The transgenic vector pigA3GFP-hIGF-ie-neo was transferred into the eggs using sperm-mediated gene transfer. Finally, two transgenic silkworms were obtained after screening for the neo and gfp genes and verified by PCR and dot hybridization. 8Impact of Improving Design Factor over 0.72 on the Safety and Reliability of Gas Pipelines and Feasibility Justification显示文摘Many years experience of the operation of high stress (>72% specified minimum yield strength,SMYS) gas pipelines and statistical analysis results of pipeline incidents showed that the operating pipelines at stress levels over 72% SMYS have not presented problems in USA and Canada,and design factor does not control incidents or the safety of pipelines.Enhancing pipeline safety management level is most important for decreasing incident rate.The application history of higher design factors in the U.S and Canada was reviewed.And the effect of higher factors to the critical flaw size,puncture resistance,change of reliability with time,risk level and the arrest toughness requirements of pipeline were analyzed here.The comparison of pipeline failure rates and risk levels between two design factors (0.72 and 0.8) has shown that a change in design factor from 0.72 to 0.8 would bring little effect on failure rates and risk levels.On the basis of the analysis result,the application feasibility of design factor of 0.8 in China was discussed and the related suggestions were proposed.When an operator wishes to apply design factor 0.8 to gas pipeline,the following process is recommended: stress level of line pipe hydro test should be up to 100% SMYS,reliability and risk assessment at the design feasibility or conceptual stage should be conducted,Charpy impact energy should meet the need of pipeline crack arrest;and establish and execute risk based integrity management plan.The technology of pipeline steel metallurgy,line pipe fabrication and pipeline construction,and line pipe quality control level in China achieved tremendous progresses,and line pipe product standards and property indexes have come up to international advanced level.Furthermore,pipeline safety management has improved greatly in China.Consequently,the research for the feasibility of application of design factor of 0.8 in China has fundamental basis.ZHAO Xinwei ZHANG Guangli LUO Jinheng ZHANG Hua 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1:8
9Abundance and community of snow bacteria from three glaciers in the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Bacterial abundance and diversity in snow of East Rongbuk,Laohugou and Hailuogou glaciers on the Tibetan Plateau were investigated through epifluorescence microscope and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis.Cell abundance ranged from 4.0 × 10 3 to 290.2 × 10 3 cells/mL.The phylogenetic trees placed the 16S rRNA sequences in four major groups:Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes.Brevundimonas,Flavobacterium,Hymenobacter,Bacillus,Polaromonas,Rhodoferax and Streptomyces were widely distributed bacteria in glaciers from different cold regions.The remaining five genera of Hylemonella,Delftia,Zoogloea,Blastococcus and Rhodococcus were endemism,only recovered from our investigated glaciers.It is proposed that the three glaciers on the Tibetan Plateau provide a specific ecological niche for prolonging survival of diverse microbial lineages.Shuhong Zhang Guangli Yang Yetang Wang Shugui Hou 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,9:7
10Removal of antimonite and antimonate from water using Fe-based metal-organic frameworks: The relationship between framework structure and adsorption performance显示文摘We investigated the adsorption performance of five Fe-based MOFs(Fe-BTC,MIL-100(Fe),MIL-101(Fe),MIL-53(Fe)and MIL-88 C(Fe))for removal of antimonite(Sb(Ⅲ))and antimonate(Sb(Ⅴ))from water.Among these MOFs,MIL-101(Fe)exhibited the best adsorption capacities for both Sb(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅴ)(151.8 and 472.8 mg/g,respectively)which were higher than those of most adsorbents previously reported.The effect of steric hindrance was evident during Sb removal using the Fe-based MOFs,and the proper diameter of the smallest cage windows/channels should be considered an important parameter during the evaluation and selection of MOFs.Additionally,the adsorption capacities of MIL-101(Fe)for Sb(Ⅴ)decreased with increasing initial p H values(from 3.0 to 8.0),while the opposite trend was observed for Sb(Ⅲ).Chloride,nitrate and sulfate ions had a negligible influence on Sb(Ⅴ)adsorption,while NO3-and SO42-improved Sb(Ⅲ)adsorption.This result implies that inner sphere complexes might form during both Sb(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅴ)adsorption.Wei Zhang Na Li Ting Xiao Wenting Tang Guangli Xiu 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,12:7
11Chinmedomics facilitated quality-marker discovery of Sijunzi decoction to treat spleen qi deficiency syndrome显示文摘Sijunzi decoction (SJZD) is a Chinese classical formula to treat spleen qi deficiency syndrome (SQDS) and has been widely used for thousands of years.However,the quality control (QC) standards of SJZD are insufficient.Chinmedomics has been designed to discover and verify bioactive compounds of a variety of formularapidly.In this study,we used Chinmedomics to evaluate the SJZD's efficacy against SQDS to discover the potential quality-markers (q-markers) for QC.A total of 56 compounds in SJZD were characterized in vitro,and 23 compounds were discovered in vivo.A total of 58 biomarkers were related to SQDS,and SJZD can adjust a large proportion of marker metabolites to normal level and then regulate the metabolic profile to the health status.A total of 10 constituents were absorbed as effective ingredients that were associated with overall efficacy.We preliminarily determined malonyl-ginsenoside Rb2 and ginsenoside Ro as the q-markers of ginseng;dehydrotumulosic acid and dihydroxy lanostene-triene-21-acid as the q-markers of poria;glycyrrhizic acid,isoglabrolide,and glycyrrhetnic acid as the q-markers of licorice;and 2-atractylenolide as the q-marker of macrocephala.According to the discovery of the SJZD q-markers,we can establish the quality standard that is related to efficacy.Qiqi Zhao Xin Gao Guangli Yan Aihua Zhang Hui Sun Ying Han Wenxiu Li Liang Liu Xijun Wang 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,3:7
12A Review of Technical Advances,Barriers,and Solutions in the Power to Hydrogen(P2H)Roadmap显示文摘Power to hydrogen(P2H)provides a promising solution to the geographic mismatch between sources of renewable energy and the market,due to its technological maturity,flexibility,and the availability of technical and economic data from a range of active demonstration projects.In this review,we aim to provide an overview of the status of P2H,analyze its technical barriers and solutions,and propose potential opportunities for future research and industrial demonstrations.We specifically focus on the transport of hydrogen via natural gas pipeline networks and end-user purification.Strong evidence shows that an addition of about 10%hydrogen into natural gas pipelines has negligible effects on the pipelines and utilization appliances,and may therefore extend the asset value of the pipelines after natural gas is depleted.To obtain pure hydrogen from hydrogen-enriched natural gas(HENG)mixtures,end-user separation is inevitable,and can be achieved through membranes,adsorption,and other promising separation technologies.However,novel materials with high selectivity and capacity will be the key to the development of industrial processes,and an integrated membrane-adsorption process may be considered in order to produce high-purity hydrogen from HENG.It is also worth investigating the feasibility of electrochemical separation(hydrogen pumping)at a large scale and its energy analysis.Cryogenics may only be feasible when liquefied natural gas(LNG)is one of the major products.A range of other technological and operational barriers and opportunities,such as water availability,byproduct(oxygen)utilization,and environmental impacts,are also discussed.This review will advance readers’understanding of P2H and foster the development of the hydrogen economy.Guoping Hu Chao Chen Hiep Thuan Lu Yue Wu Congmin Liu Lefu Tao Yuhan Men Guangli He Kevin Gang Li 2020Engineering2020,6,12:7
13Dry sliding wear behavior of an extruded Mg-Dy-Zn alloy with long period stacking ordered phase显示文摘The dry sliding wear behavior of extruded Mg-2Dy-0.5Zn alloy(at.%)was investigated using a pin-on-disk configuration.The friction coefficient and wear rate were measured within a load range 20-760 N at a sliding velocity of 0.785 m/s.Microstructure and wear surface of alloy were examined using scanning electron microscopy.The mechanical properties of alloy were tested at room and elevated temperatures.Five wear mechanisms,namely abrasion,oxidation,delamination,thermal softening and melting dominated the whole wear behavior with increasing applied load.The extruded Mg-2Dy-0.5Zn alloy exhibited the better wear resistance as compared with as-cast Mg_(97)Zn_(1)Y_(2) alloy under the given conditions through contact surface temperature analysis.The improved wear resistance was mainly related to fine grain size,good thermal stability of long period stacking order(LPSO)phase and excellent higher-temperature mechanical properties.Guangli Bi Yuandong Li Xiaofeng Huang Tijun Chen Ying Ma Yuan Hao 2015Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2015,3,1:6
14Properties of Polysaccharides in Several Seaweeds from Atlantic Canada and Their Potential Anti-Influenza Viral Activities显示文摘To explore the polysaccharides from selected seaweeds of Atlantic Canada and to evaluate their potential anti-influenza virus activities, polysaccharides were isolated from several Atlantic Canadian seaweeds, including three red algae (Polysiphonia lanosa, Furcellaria lumbricalis, and Palmaria palmata), two brown algae (Ascophyllum nodosum and Fucus vesiculosus), and one green alga (Ulva lactuca) by sequential extraction with cold water, hot water, and alkali solutions. These polysaccharides were ana-lyzed for monosaccharide composition and other general chemical properties, and they were evaluated for anti-influenza virus activities. Total sugar contents in these polysaccharides ranged from 15.4% (in U. lactuca) to 91.4% (in F. lumbricalis); sulfation level was as high as 17.6% in a polysaccharide from U. lactuca, whereas it could not be detected in an alikali-extract from P. palmaria. For polysaccharides from red seaweeds, the main sugar units were sulfated galactans (agar or carrageenan) for P. lanosa, F. lumbricalis, and xylans for P. palmata. In brown seaweeds, the polysaccharides largely contained sulfated fucans, whereas the polysaccharides in green seaweed were mainly composed of heteroglycuronans. Screening for antiviral activity against influenza A/PR/8/34 (H1N1) virus revealed that brown algal polysaccharides were particularly effective. 15Atmospheric HULIS and its ability to mediate the reactive oxygen species (ROS): A review显示文摘Atmospheric humic-like substances(HULIS) are not only an unresolved mixture of macroorganic compounds but also powerful chelating agents in atmospheric particulate matters(PMs); impacting on both the properties of aerosol particles and health effects by generating reactive oxygen species(ROS). Currently, the interests of HULIS are intensively shifting to the investigations of HULIS-metal synergic effects and kinetics modeling studies, as well as the development of HULIS quantification, findings of possible HULIS sources and generation of ROS from HULIS. In light of HULIS studies, we comprehensively review the current knowledge of isolation and physicochemical characterization of HULIS from atmospheric samples as well as HULIS properties(hygroscopic, surface activity, and colloidal) and possible sources of HULIS.This review mainly highlights the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) from PMs, HULIS and transition metals, especially iron. This review also summarized the mechanism of ironorganic complexation and recent findings of OH formation from HULIS-metal complexes. 17Isolation of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone and Its Receptor Genes from Scatophagus argus and Their Expression Analyses显示文摘The teleost Scatophagus argus is a species whose females grows faster than males.Growth hormone(gh)mRNA abundance in females pituitary is higher than that in males;however the mechanism underlining such differential is still unknown.Growth hormone(GH)is tightly associated with GH-releasing hormone(Ghrh)in vertebrates.In this study,Ghrh gene(ghrh)and its receptor gene,ghrhr,were isolated from S.argus.Tissue expression analysis showed that ghrh and ghrhr were mainly expressed in hypothalamus while ghrhr was expressed in pituitary and gh was predominantly expressed in pituitary.Twenty cultured S.argus individuals were used to compare ghrh,ghrhr and gh mRNA abundances,120 g and 181 g average weight for male(n=11)and female(n=9),respectively.Real-time PCR indicated that the ghrh and ghrhr mRNA abundances in male hypothalamus were significantly higher than those in female hypothalamus while that of gh mRNA abundance was significantly higher in female pituitary than in male pituitary.The ghrh and ghrhr mRNA abundances were significantly up-regulated in female hypothalamus 3 h after injection of 0.1 mg kg^-1 body weight Ghrh while pituitary ghrhr and gh mRNA abundances were not affected.In female hypothalamus,ghrh and ghrhr m RNA abundances were not affected at 6 h post-injection of 4 mg kg^-1 body weight 17α-methyltes-tosterone(17α-MT)or 17β-Estradiol(E2).In female pituitary,ghrhr m RNA abundance was down-regulated by 17α-MT while that of gh m RNA abundance was up-regulated by E2.Our findings indicated that E2,rather than Ghrh,plays an important role in up-regulating the expression of gh in female S.argus,which should aid to understand the sexual dimorphism of teleost growth.JIANG Dongneng SHI Hongjuan LIU Qianqing WANG Tuo HUANG Yuanqing HUANG Yang DENG Siping CHEN Huapu TIAN Changxu ZHU Chunhua LI Guangli 2019Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,6:6
18Study about thermal runaway behavior of high specific energy density Li-ion batteries in a low state of charge显示文摘Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in electric vehicles and electronics, and their thermal safety receives widespread attention from consumers. In our study, thermal runaway testing was conducted on the thermal stability of commercial lithium-ion batteries, and the internal structure of the battery was analyzed with an in-depth focus on the key factors of the thermal runaway. 19Structure and Anti-influenza A(H1N1) Virus Activity of Three Polysaccharides from Eucheuma denticulatum显示文摘Three polysaccharides(EW,EH and EA) were prepared from a red alga Eucheuma denticulatum by sequential extraction with cold water,hot water and sodium hydroxide water solution.Their monosaccharide compositions,relative molecular mass and structural characterization were determined by gas chromatography,high performance 1iquid chromatography,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy methods.EW was hybrid ι/κ/ν-carrageenan(70 ι/17κ/13ν-carrabiose),EH was mainly ι-carrageenan,and EA was mainly α-1,4-Glucan(88%) but mixed with small amount of ι-carrageenan(12%).The relative molecular mass of EW,EH and EA was 480,580 and 510 kDa,respectively.The anti-influenza A(H1N1) virus activity of these three polysaccharides was evaluated using the Madin-Darby canine kidney cells model.EW showed good anti-H1N1 virus activity,its IC 50 was 276.5 μg mL-1,and the inhibition rate to H1N1 virus was 52% when its concentration was 250 μg mL-1.The IC 50 of ι-carrageenan EH was 366.4 μg mL-1,whereas EA showed lower anti-H1N1 virus activity(IC 50 >430 μg mL-1).Available data obtained give positive evidence that the hybrid carrageenan EW from Eucheuma denticulatum can be used as potential anti-H1N1 virus inhibitor in future.YU Guangli LI Miaomiao WANG Wei] LIU Xin ZHAO Xiaoliang LV Youjing LI Guangsheng JIAO Guangling ZHAO Xia 2012Journal of Ocean University of China2012,11,4:5
20A Text Zero-Watermarking Algorithm Based on Chinese Phonetic Alphabets显示文摘The text watermarking is a feasible method to protect the copyright from being copied and tampered. In this paper, a text zero-watermarking algorithm is proposed based on the connection between the Chinese characters and the Chinese phonetic alphabets. According to the predefined interval threshold, the proposed algorithm extracts the characteristics of the text content by valuing on the basis of the custom of Chinese phonetic alphabets. After being chaotic transformed, the algorithm combines the text characteristics with the embedded watermarking information in the Chinese text.
