| 1 | Assessment of Changes in the Cesarean Scar and Uterus Between One and Two Years after Cesarean Section Using 3D T2w SPACE MRI显示文摘Objective Io evaluate changes in morphology of the cesarean scar and uterus between one and two years after cesarean section using high-resolution,three dimensional T2-weighted sampling perfection with application optimized contrast using diflerent flip angle evolutions Magnetic Resonance Imaging(3DT2w SPACE MRI).Methods This prospective study was performed to investigate morphological changes in the cesarean scars and uterus from one to two years after cesarean section using high-resolution,3D T2w SPACE MRI.The healthy volunteers having no childbearing history were recruited as the controls.All data were measured by two experienced radiologists.All data with normal distribution between the one-year and two-year groups were compared using a paired-sample t test or independent t test.Results Finally,46 women took a pelvic MR examination one year after cesarean section,and a subset of 15 completed the same examination again after two years of cesarean section.Both the uterine length and the anterior wall thickness after two years of cesarean section(5.75±0.46 and 1.45±0.35 cm)were significantly greater than those measured at one year(5.33±0.59 and 1.25±0.27 cm)(t=-2.363 and-2.175,P=0.033 and 0.048).No significant difference was shown in myometrial thickness two years after cesarean section(1.45±0.35 cm)with respect to the control group(1.58±0.21 cm,P=0.170).Nine women who underwent MRI twice were considered to have scar diverticula one year after cesarean section,and still had diverticula two years after cesarean section.The thickness,height,and width of the uterine scar showed no significant change from one to two years(all P>0.05).Conclusions 3D T2w SPACE MRI provides overall morphologic details and shows dynamic changes in the scar and the uterus between one and two years after cesarean section.Scar morphology after cesarean section reached relatively stable one year after cesarean section,and uterine morphology was closer to normal two years after cesarean section. | Yafei Qi Yonglan He Ning Ding Liangkun Ma Tianyi Qian Yuan Li Huadan Xue Zhengyu Jin | 2022 | Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2022,37,2: | 3 |

| 16 | Integrated bioinformatics analysis reveals correlations of high TRIM59 expression with worse prognosis and immune infiltrates in lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Objective:Most patients with advanced lung cancer have a poor prognosis.Recent studies have identified TRIM59 as a novel molecule that serves as a prognostic factor for the progression of non-small cell lung cancer.In the present study,we investigated the role of TRIM59 in predicting the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)as well as the correlation between TRIM59 expression and immune infiltrates.Methods:We analyzed TRIM59 expression in normal and tumor tissues based on RNA-sequencing datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas and Genotype-Tissue Expression databases.Forty-seven cases of LUAD tissues and their matching adjacent tissues were collected,and TRIM59 expression in tissue samples was demonstrated by immunohistochemistry.All tissue specimens were obtained under the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine(approval No.IR2019001101;approved on April 3,2019).The immune cell scores were calculated using the CIBERSORT database.The Tumor Immune Estimation Resource database was used to analyze the correlation between TRIM59 and immune cell activities.Results:TRIM59 was up-regulated in most cancer types.High TRIM59 expression predicted a worse prognosis in patients with LUAD(overall survival,P=0.00096;disease-specific survival,P=0.00056;disease-free interval,P=0.0009;progression-free interval,P=0.0012).Moreover,TRIM59 was highly expressed in patients with LUAD who had a poorer prognosis.TRIM59 also showed a significant correlation with the ESTIMATE score(P=0.04)and stromal score(P=0.005)in patients with LUAD.Notably,a significant correlation between TRIM59 and the tumor mutation burden was found in LUAD but in no other cancer types(P<0.001).Further investigation showed that TRIM59 had a significant correlation with gene markers on neutrophils and dendritic cells.Conclusion:TRIM59 is a potential prognosticator in LUAD and may be correlated with immune cell identification,immune cell infiltration,and immunotherapy checkpoints in LUAD. | Lingge Yang Yuan Wu Liangkun You Binbin Xie Jun Lou Weidong Han Kai Wang | 2022 | Journal of Bio-X Research2022,5,2: | 0 |

| 18 | Comparative metagenomic analysis of the vaginal microbiome in healthy women显示文摘The composition of these vaginal microbiome has a significant impact on women’s health.However,few studies have characterized the vaginal microbiome of healthy Chinese women using metagenomic sequencing.Here,we carried out a comparative metagenomic analysis to survey taxonomic,functional levels,and microbial communities’genome content in healthy women’s vaginal microbiome.Overall,we observed a total of 111 species,including all dominant vaginal Lactobacillus species,such as L.iners,L.crispatus,L.gasseri,and L.jensenii.Unlike microbial taxa,several pathways were ubiquitous and prevalent across individuals,including adenosine ribonucleotides de novo biosynthesis and pyruvate fermentation to acetate and lactate Ⅱ.Notably,our diversity analysis confirmed a significant difference in healthy women from different ethnic groups.Moreover,we binned vaginal assemblies into 62 high-quality genomes,including 9 L.iners,7 A.vaginae,5 L.jensenii,and 5 L.crispatus.We identified the pan and core genomes of L.iners and A.vaginae and revealed the genetic diversity.Primary differences between strains were the hypothetical genes and mobile element-like genes.Our results provide a framework for understanding the implications of the female reproductive tract’s composition and functional potential and highlight the importance of genome-resolved metagenomic analysis to further understand the human vaginal microbiome. | Fei Liu Yingshun Zhou Lisi Zhu Zhiyi Wang LiangKun Ma Yuan He Pengcheng Fu | 2021 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2021,6,2: | 0 |

| 20 | High-performance flexible organic field effect transistors with print-based nanowires显示文摘Polymer nanowire(NW)organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)integrated on highly aligned large-area flexible substrates are candidate structures for the development of high-performance flexible electronics.This work presents a universal technique,coaxial focused electrohydrodynamic jet(CFEJ)printing technology,to fabricate highly aligned 90-nm-diameter polymer arrays.This method allows for the preparation of uniformly shaped and precisely positioned nanowires directly on flexible substrates without transfer,thus ensuring their electrical properties.Using indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole(IDT-BT)and poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-benzothiadiazole)(F8-BT)as example materials,5 cm^(2) arrays were prepared with only minute size variations,which is extremely difficult to do using previously reported methods.According to 2D-GIXRD analysis,the molecules inside the nanowires mainly adopted face-onπ-stacking crystallite arrangements.This is quite different from the mixed arrangement of thin films.Nanowire-based OFETs exhibited a high average hole mobility of 1.1 cm^(2) V^(−1) s^(−1) and good device uniformity,indicating the applicability of CFEJ printing as a potential batch manufacturing and integration process for high-performance,scalable polymer nanowire-based OFET circuits.This technique can be used to fabricate various polymer arrays,enabling the use of organic polymer semiconductors in large-area,high-performance electronic devices and providing a new path for the fabrication of flexible displays and wearable electronics in the future. | Liangkun Lu Dazhi Wang Changchang Pu Yanyan Cao Yikang Li Pengfei Xu Xiangji Chen Chang Liu Shiwen Liang Liujia Suo Yan Cui Zhiyuan Zhao Yunlong Guo Junsheng Liang Yunqi Liu | 2023 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,3: | 0 |
