| 1 | Risk analysis system of geo-hazard based on GIS technique显示文摘The socio-economic attribute of geo-hazard made us distinguish it fiom the traditional engineering geology study. It will get more social benefit from the analysis of the geo-hazard in the socio-economic attribute. The hazard and the vulnerability of the element controls the risk level of the regional geo-hazard. The risk analysis supported by GIS in geo-hazard study is one of the most important directions. Based on the author′s studies in recent years, a risk analysis system of regional geo-hazard (RiskAnly) has been developed on the basis of software MAPGIS. The paper introduces the train of system design, the structure and the workflow of RiskAnly. | 4 | Effects of rare earth La on the microstructure and melting property of(Ag-Cu_(28))-30Sn alloys prepared by mechanical alloying显示文摘To obtain novel intermediate temperature alloy solders with a melting temperature of 400-600°C,nominal(Ag-Cu28)-30Sn alloys without or with a trace addition(0.5 or 1.0 wt.%) of rare earth(RE) element La were prepared by mechanical alloying.The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of the addition of La on the microstructures,alloying process and melting properties of(Ag-Cu28)-30Sn alloys.The results show that the addition of La produces no new phase.A trace amount of La addition can effectively refine the grain size,but the excessive addition of 1.0 wt.% La inhibits the alloying process.The influence of La on the melting temperatures of solder alloys is negligible.However,the trace addition of 0.5 wt.% La can distinctly reduce the fusion zone and improve the melting property of(Ag-Cu28)-30Sn alloys. | LI Liangfeng QIU Tai YANG Jian FENG Yongbao | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,1: | 6 |

| 6 | Disassemblability Modeling Technology of Configurable Product Based on Disassembly Constraint Relation Weighted Design Structure Matrix(DSM)显示文摘The current research of configurable product disassemblability focuses on disassemblability evaluation and disassembly sequence planning.Little work has been done on quantitative analysis of configurable product disassemblability.The disassemblability modeling technology for configurable product based on disassembly constraint relation weighted design structure matrix(DSM)is proposed.Major factors affecting the disassemblability of configurable product are analyzed,and the disassembling degrees between components in configurable product are obtained by calculating disassembly entropies such as joint type,joint quantity,disassembly path,disassembly accessibility and material compatibility.The disassembly constraint relation weighted DSM of configurable product is constructed and configuration modules are formed by matrix decomposition and tearing operations.The disassembly constraint relation in configuration modules is strong coupling,and the disassembly constraint relation between modules is weak coupling,and the disassemblability configuration model is constructed based on configuration module.Finally,taking a hydraulic forging press as an example,the decomposed weak coupling components are used as configuration modules alone,components with a strong coupling are aggregated into configuration modules,and the disassembly sequence of components inside configuration modules is optimized by tearing operation.A disassemblability configuration model of the hydraulic forging press is constructed.By researching the disassemblability modeling technology of product configuration design based on disassembly constraint relation weighted DSM,the disassembly property in maintenance,recycling and reuse of configurable product are optimized. | QIU Lemiao LIU Xiaojian ZHANG Shuyou SUN Liangfeng | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3: | 3 |
| 7 | Corynoxine B targets at HMGB1/2 to enhance autophagy forα-synuclein clearance in fly and rodent models of Parkinson's disease显示文摘Parkinson's disease(PD)is the most common neurodegenerative movement disease.It is featured by abnormal alphα-synuclein(α-syn)aggregation in dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.Macroautophagy(autophagy)is an evolutionarily conserved cellular process for degradation of cellular contents,including protein aggregates,to maintain cellular homeostasis.Corynoxine B(Cory B),a natural alkaloid isolated from Uncaria rhynchophylla(Miq.)Jacks.,has been reported to promote the clearance ofα-syn in cell models by inducing autophagy.However,the molecular mechanism by which Cory B induces autophagy is not known,and theα-syn-lowering activity of Cory B has not been verified in animal models.Here,we report that Cory B enhanced the activity of Beclin 1/VPS34 complex and increased autophagy by promoting the interaction between Beclin 1 and HMGB1/2.Depletion of HMGB1/2 impaired Cory B-induced autophagy.We showed for the first time that,similar to HMGB1,HMGB2 is also required for autophagy and depletion of HMGB2 decreased autophagy levels and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinaseⅢactivity both under basal and stimulated conditions.By applying cellular thermal shift assay,surface plasmon resonance,and molecular docking,we confirmed that Cory B directly binds to HMGB1/2 near the C106 site.Furthermore,in vivo studies with a wild-typeα-syn transgenic drosophila model of PD and an A53Tα-syn transgenic mouse model of PD,Cory B enhanced autophagy,promotedα-syn clearance and improved behavioral abnormalities.Taken together,the results of this study reveal that Cory B enhances phosphatidylinositol 3-kinaseⅢactivity/autophagy by binding to HMGB1/2 and that this enhancement is neuroprotective against PD. | Qi Zhu Juxian Song Jia-Yue Chen Zhenwei Yuan Liangfeng Liu Li-Ming Xie Qiwen Liao Richard D.Ye Xiu Chen Yepiao Yan Jieqiong Tan Chris Soon Heng Tan Min Li Jia-Hong Lu | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,6: | 2 |

| 9 | Seismic damage analysis of the outlet piers of arch dams using the finite element sub-model method显示文摘This study aims to analyze seismic damage of reinforced outlet piers of arch dams by the nonlinear finite element(FE) sub-model method. First, the dam–foundation system is modeled and analyzed, in which the effects of infinite foundation, contraction joints, and nonlinear concrete are taken into account. The detailed structures of the outlet pier are then simulated with a refined FE model in the sub-model analysis. In this way the damage mechanism of the plain(unreinforced) outlet pier is analyzed, and the effects of two reinforcement measures(i.e., post-tensioned anchor cables and reinforcing bar) on the dynamic damage to the outlet pier are investigated comprehensively. Results show that the plain pier is damaged severely by strong earthquakes while implementation of post-tensioned anchor cables strengthens the pier effectively.
