| 1 | Effects of rare earth La on the microstructure and melting property of(Ag-Cu_(28))-30Sn alloys prepared by mechanical alloying显示文摘To obtain novel intermediate temperature alloy solders with a melting temperature of 400-600°C,nominal(Ag-Cu28)-30Sn alloys without or with a trace addition(0.5 or 1.0 wt.%) of rare earth(RE) element La were prepared by mechanical alloying.The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of the addition of La on the microstructures,alloying process and melting properties of(Ag-Cu28)-30Sn alloys.The results show that the addition of La produces no new phase.A trace amount of La addition can effectively refine the grain size,but the excessive addition of 1.0 wt.% La inhibits the alloying process.The influence of La on the melting temperatures of solder alloys is negligible.However,the trace addition of 0.5 wt.% La can distinctly reduce the fusion zone and improve the melting property of(Ag-Cu28)-30Sn alloys. | LI Liangfeng QIU Tai YANG Jian FENG Yongbao | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,1: | 6 |

| 3 | Corynoxine B targets at HMGB1/2 to enhance autophagy forα-synuclein clearance in fly and rodent models of Parkinson's disease显示文摘Parkinson's disease(PD)is the most common neurodegenerative movement disease.It is featured by abnormal alphα-synuclein(α-syn)aggregation in dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.Macroautophagy(autophagy)is an evolutionarily conserved cellular process for degradation of cellular contents,including protein aggregates,to maintain cellular homeostasis.Corynoxine B(Cory B),a natural alkaloid isolated from Uncaria rhynchophylla(Miq.)Jacks.,has been reported to promote the clearance ofα-syn in cell models by inducing autophagy.However,the molecular mechanism by which Cory B induces autophagy is not known,and theα-syn-lowering activity of Cory B has not been verified in animal models.Here,we report that Cory B enhanced the activity of Beclin 1/VPS34 complex and increased autophagy by promoting the interaction between Beclin 1 and HMGB1/2.Depletion of HMGB1/2 impaired Cory B-induced autophagy.We showed for the first time that,similar to HMGB1,HMGB2 is also required for autophagy and depletion of HMGB2 decreased autophagy levels and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinaseⅢactivity both under basal and stimulated conditions.By applying cellular thermal shift assay,surface plasmon resonance,and molecular docking,we confirmed that Cory B directly binds to HMGB1/2 near the C106 site.Furthermore,in vivo studies with a wild-typeα-syn transgenic drosophila model of PD and an A53Tα-syn transgenic mouse model of PD,Cory B enhanced autophagy,promotedα-syn clearance and improved behavioral abnormalities.Taken together,the results of this study reveal that Cory B enhances phosphatidylinositol 3-kinaseⅢactivity/autophagy by binding to HMGB1/2 and that this enhancement is neuroprotective against PD. | Qi Zhu Juxian Song Jia-Yue Chen Zhenwei Yuan Liangfeng Liu Li-Ming Xie Qiwen Liao Richard D.Ye Xiu Chen Yepiao Yan Jieqiong Tan Chris Soon Heng Tan Min Li Jia-Hong Lu | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,6: | 2 |

| 7 | Investigation of rotor–stator interaction broadband noise using a RANS-informed analytical method显示文摘A Reynolds-Averaged Navier Stokes(RANS)-information analytical method for predicting Rotor-Stator Interaction(RSI)broadband noise is established in this paper.First,the turbulence information is deduced from RANS simulation result.Then,the unsteady load on the stator blade is calculated using a strip theory approach based on LINearized SUBsonic unsteady flow in cascade(LINSUB)and 2-D equivalence method.In the end,the sound power of RSI broadband noise is calculated by coupling the unsteady load on the stator blade with acoustic analogy and annular duct mode.The broadband noise model part of the RANS-information analytical method is validated against the upstream sound power of an annular cascade experimental bench.Besides,the RANS-information analytical method is used in predicting RSI broadband noise of a single-stage axial fan acoustic experimental bench,the results illustrate that the RANS-information analytical method can accurately predict the RSI broadband noise in different fan working conditions.After simplification the Wave Leading Edge(WLE)stator blade,the effect of WLE stator blade on RSI broadband noise is studies.Although the simplification may bring some discrepancies,the results illustrate that the RANS-information analytical method has the capability for further studies on the broadband noise reduction with WLE stator blade. | Hang TONG Lin LI Liangfeng WANG Luqin MAO Weiyang QIAO | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,10: | 1 |
