| 1 | Effects of straw size in buried straw layers on water movement in adjacent soil layers显示文摘Deeply buried straw retention can improve the soil content of organic matter,its capacity for moisture preservation,the agroecological environment utilization efficiency of water resources,ensuring a stable crop yield;at the same time,the quantitative effects of deeply buried straw retention on soil moisture have a direct influence on the promotion and application of the technology.Using an infiltration and evaporation experiment of a one-dimensional soil column,the effects of straw size on the water content of the straw and the adjacent soil were evaluated when the straw was deeply buried in soil;the infiltration and evaporation features of different sized straw and its adjacent soil were analyzed;the hydraulic conductivity,sorptivity and saturated water content of the straw were obtained;in the end,the water distribution laws of straw and adjacent soil under the same conditions were concluded.The experiment was comprised of rod-shaped straw(RS),segment-shaped straw(SS)and filament-shaped straw(FS)to control treatment(CK).The results indicated that from the perspective of infiltration,the infiltration rate of filament-shape straw was the lowest at the stage of straw unsaturation.The hydraulic conductivities of rod-shaped,filament-shaped and segment-shaped straws are 4.01 mm/min,1.33 mm/min and 0.03 mm/min at the stage of straw and adjacent soil saturation,respectively.There is a strong effect on preventing infiltration from segment-shaped straw;with the help of the Philip model of long duration,the sorptivity of the soil with rod-shaped,filament-shaped and segment-shaped straws was 12.31 mm/min0.5,11.02 mm/min0.5 and 24.26 mm/min0.5 at the unsaturation stage,respectively.The segment-shape straw improved the water absorption capacity of the soil and straw column.The water retention capacities indicated that the saturated water contents of sandy loam,filament-shaped straw,segment-shaped straw and rod-shaped straw were 0.38 cm^(3)/cm^(3),0.29 cm^(3)/cm^(3),0.26 cm^(3)/cm^(3)and 0.13 cm^(3)/cm^(3),respectively.Additionally,the evaporation rate indicated that the soil moisture content of soil below different straw layers retained approximately 30%;that the more crushed the straw was,the more moisture the straw layer lost;and that the cumulative evaporation of rod-shaped straw,filament-shaped straw and segment-shaped straw within 120 days was 1.5 mm,13.5 mm and 25.5 mm,respectively. | Yao Mingze Li Bo Wang Tieliang Feng Xue | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,2: | 7 |

| 5 | Performance enhancement of paper-based SERS chips by shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Paper-based flexible surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) chips have been demonstrated to have great potential for future practical applications in point-of-care testing(POCT) due to the potentials of massive fabrication, low cost, efficient sample collection and short signal acquisition time. In this work,common filter paper and Ag@Si O2 core-shell nanoparticles(NP) have been utilized to fabricate SERS chips based on shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SHINERS). The SERS performance of the chips for POCT applications was systematically investigated. We used crystal violet as the model molecule to study the influence of the size of the Ag core and the thickness of the Si O2 coating layer on the SERS activity and then the morphology optimized Ag@Si O2 core-shell NPs was employed to detect thiram. By utilizing the smartphone as a miniaturized Raman spectral analyzer, high SERS sensitivity of thiram with a detection limit of 10^-9 M was obtained. The study on the stability of the SERS chips shows that a Si O2 shell of 3 nm can effectively protect the as-prepared SERS chips against oxidation in ambient atmosphere without seriously weakening the SERS sensitivity. | 6 | Real-Time Wind Power Forecast Error Estimation Based on Eigenvalue Extraction by Dictionary Learning显示文摘Because of the fluctuation and uncertainty characteristics of wind power, it is difficult to achieve a perfect wind power forecast. The forecast error may lead to an imbalance between the load demand and power supply. The object of recent research on forecast error is to achieve the probability distribution of forecast error based on the statistics of historical data. This statistical error achieved from a probability distribution cannot reveal the real-time condition of wind power. A real-time forecast Error estimate method based on dictionary learning(EEDL) was proposed. In EEDL, several coefficients that have strong relevance to the forecast error are computed.The dictionary learning method is used to extract the eigenvalues of forecast error from these coefficients. Based on the eigenvalues, a real-time error estimation model was built to obtain the forecast error. EEDL was compared to the estimation method based on a Probability distribution function(PDF). | 7 | Zircon U-Pb age, Lu-Hf Isotopic Characteristics and Origin of the Banshanping Granitoid Rocks in East Qinling Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Banshanping granitoid rocks distribute in the east of the North Qinling orogenic belt. It is a diorite-quartz diorite-granodiorite-granite series, spreading in a NW-SE direction, and intrudes into the Erlangping Group. The SiO2 content ranges from 57.04% to 76.56%, Na2O from 2.05% to 4.65%, K2O from 0.84% to 3.40%. Major element characteristics indicate that Banshanping granitoid rocks have properties of I type granotoids. SREE ranges from 36.51 ppm to 473.25 ppm, and LREE/HREE ratios lie between 3.95 and 22.18. Negative Eu anomalies are not obvious in most samples, though there are obvious Nb, P and Ti positive anomalies. The zircon LA-ICP-MS ages of Banshangping granitoid rocks are 496.0±8.1 Ma–486.9±9.3 Ma. Hf isotope shows that 176Hf/177Hf ratios range from 0.282721 to 0.282876, εHf(t) values from 8.5 to 14, all positive, and corresponding modal ages(TDM2) range from 559 Ma to 908 Ma. | 8 | Estimating soil moisture content using laboratory spectral data显示文摘Monitoring soil moisture is important for agriculture and forestry and plays an essential role in land surface processes as well as providing feedback among the earth’s surface ecosystems. Large-scale regional soil moisture spatial data can be obtained with a reliable and operational approach using remote sensing. In this paper, we provide an operational framework for retrieving soil moisture using laboratory spectral data. The inverted Gaussian function was used to fit soil spectral data, and its feature parameters, including absorption depth (AD) and absorption area (AA), were selected as variables for a soil moisture estimate model. There was a significant correlative relationship between soil moisture and AD, as well as AA near 1400 and 1900 nm. A one-variable linear regression model was established to estimate soil moisture. The model was evaluated using the determination coefficients (R2), root mean square error and average precision.Four models were established and evaluated in this study. The determination coefficients of the four models ranged from 0.794 to 0.845. The average accuracy for soil moisture estimates ranged from 90 to 92%. | 15 | Functional analysis of flavanone 3-hydroxylase(F3H)from Dendrobium officinale,which confers abiotic stress tolerance显示文摘Flavonoids are important bioactive components in Dendrobium officinale,a medicinal orchid.They are involved in many biological activities,including protecting plants against biotic and abiotic stresses.Research on the key genes related to flavonoid biosynthesis in D.officinale is limited.In this study,one of the key flavonoid biosynthesis genes,flavanone 3-hydroxylase(F3H),was characterized from D.officinale.The open reading frame of DoF3H was 1134 bp long and it encoded a 377-amino acid protein.The DoF3H protein showed considerably high homology with F3H proteins from other plant species and shared a common evolutionary ancestor with other F3Hs.DoF3H transcripts were detected in different organs of adult plants and mainly accumulated in flowers,followed by roots,stems and leaves,a pattern that was similar to the content of flavonoids.Recombinant DoF3H protein,which was localized in the cytosol,could convert naringenin to dihydrokaempferol.The mRNA levels of DoF3H were significantly induced by salt and cold stresses.Furthermore,the heterologous expression of DoF3H in Escherichia coli conferred it higher tolerance to salt and cold stresses.These results provide insight into the molecular function of DoF3H in the biosynthesis of flavonoids,and provide a new application for improvement of abiotic tolerance in D.officinale. | Can Si Wei Dong Jaime A.Teixeira da Silva Chunmei He Zhenming Yu Mingze Zhang Lei Huang Conghui Zhao Danqi Zeng Chuanmao Li Shengxiang Qiu Jun Duan | 2023 | Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,2: | 1 |

| 20 | Monitoring Forest Growth Disturbance Using Time Series MODIS EVI Data显示文摘Forest growth is mainly currently monitored using in-situ measurements in northeast of China.To effectively monitor forest growth disturbance at large scale,we attempted to use remote sensing technique,particularly,time series MODIS data from 2004 to 2006.The annual time series of 8-day enhanced vegetation index(EVI) dataset was generated and smoothed using a Savitzky-Golay filter.The EVI trajectory during growth season was simulated using a logistic model. From the simulated trajectory,the EVI area of growth season and annual EVI entropy were calculated.These two factors were combined to map the disturbance regions of forest growth.
