1Global approximation based adaptive RBF neural network control for supercavitating vehicles显示文摘A global approximation based adaptive radial basis function(RBF) neural network control strategy is proposed for the trajectory tracking control of supercavitating vehicles(SV).A nominal model is built firstly with the unknown disturbance.Next, the control scheme is established consisting of a computed torque controller(CTC) for the practical vehicle and an RBF neural network controller to estimate model error between the practical vehicle and the nominal model. The network weights are adapted by employing a Lyapunov-based design. Then it is shown by the Lyapunov theory that the trajectory tracking errors asymptotically converge to a small neighborhood of zero. 2Bio-inspired geomagnetic navigation method for autonomous underwater vehicle显示文摘This paper presents a bio-inspired geomagnetic navigation method for autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) without using any a priori geomagnetic information. Firstly, the multi-objective search problem is raised. Secondly, the geomagnetic navigation model is established by constructing a cost function. Then, by taking into consideration the biological magneto-taxis movement behavior for the geomagnetic environment stimulus, the multiobjective evolutionary search algorithm is derived to describe the search process. Finally, compared to the state-of-the-art, the proposed method presents better robustness. 3Impact angle control over composite guidance law based on feedback linearization and finite time control显示文摘The impact angle control over guidance(IACG) law against stationary targets is proposed by using feedback linearization control(FLC) and finite time control(FTC). First, this paper transforms the kinematics equation of guidance systems into the feedbackable linearization model, in which the guidance law is obtained without considering the impact angle via FLC. For the purpose of the line of sight(LOS) angle and its rate converging to the desired values, the second-order LOS angle is considered as a double-integral system. Then, this paper utilizes FTC to design a controller which can guarantee the states of the double-integral system converging to the desired values. 4Design and test of 2ZYM-2 potted vegetable seedlings transplanting machine显示文摘In order to improve the efficiency and quality of transplanting vegetables in dry land,based on the seedling technology,transplanting effect and analysis of the planting process,a potted vegetable seedlings transplanting machine was designed.It mainly comprised rotary disc type feeding mechanism,five-bar duckbill type planting mechanism(simulated duckbill mechanism,disc cam,connecting rod,crank,fork,cable)and power transmission system.Based on the physical parameters of the seedlings and design requirements,it was determined that the diameter of the duckbill was D=90 mm,the opening and closing angle was 25°,and the taper angle was 17°.A test bench with adjustable parameters was built by analyzing the structure of the planting mechanism and the motion of the working process.The digital speckle technique was used to optimize the parameters,so that the length of the crankshaftΙwas S1=100 mm,the length of the crankshaftΙΙwas S2=80 mm,the length of the connecting rodΙwas S3=140 mm,the length of the connecting rodΙΙwas S4=260 mm,the length of rod to connecting the rack was S6=314 mm,and the height of planting track was H=450 mm.According to the above parameters and the control requirements of the duckbill mechanism,the cam stroke was determined to be S=15 mm.And the initial phase difference between the two cams was 180°.The experiment was carried out with pepper seedlings as transplanting objects.The results showed that when the planting frequency was 50-70 plants/min,the seedling upright rate was 93%-91.1%,the planting depth qualified rate was 96%-92%.The leakage rate was 0-0.26%,the variation coefficient of plant spacing was 0.37%-0.67%,the injury rate was 0%,and the mechanical damage degree of the mining surface was 2.43-3.77 mm/m2.The machine can effectively improve the quality of transplanting,which can meet the production needs and design requirements of the mechanism.Xin Jin Qun Cheng Bo Zhao Jiangtao Ji Mingyong Li 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1:4
5Effect of pH,temperature and heating time on the formation of furan in sugar–glycine model systems显示文摘Furan(C4H4O)has been classified as a possible animal and human carcinogen by many international agencies.The formation of furan in three sugar–glycine models using glucose,fructose,and sucrose was investigated using headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry method(HSGC–MS)with various dual combinations of three important heat processing conditions,i.e.pH,temperature,and heating time.Results indicated that furan levels from sugar–glycine model systems during the thermal processing can be attributed to selective sugar types,pH,temperature,and heating time.In glucose–glycine and fructose–glycine system,the lowest furan level was detected in acid condition but in sucrose–glycine system furan formed significantly lower(P<0.05)in acidic conditions the lowest furan level was found in alkaline conditions.The furan levels were observed to increase with heating time in all three model systems.Furthermore,less furan was generated in non-reducing sugar system(sucrose)than in reducing sugar system(glucose and fructose).Therefore,they demonstrate the possibility of limiting the formation of furan in heat processed foods by both the careful selection of carbohydrates(i.e.non-reducing sugars and reducing sugars)ingredients and appropriate processing conditions.©2013 Beijing Academy of Food Sciences.Production and hosting by Elsevier B.V.All rights reserved.Shaoping Nie Jungen Huang Jielun Hu Yanan Zhang Sunan Wang Chang Li Massimo Marcone Mingyong Xie 2013Food Science and Human Wellness2013,2,2:4
6The cooling effect of crushed rock structures on permafrost under an embankment显示文摘Based on the analysis and comparison of soil temperature, thermal regime and permafrost table under the experimental embankment of crushed rock structures in Beiluhe, results show that crushed rock structures provide an extensive cooling effect, which produces a rising permafrost table and decreasing soil temperatures. The rise of the permafrost table under the embankment ranges from an increase of 1.08 m to 1.67 m, with an average of 1.27 m from 2004 to 2007. Mean annual soil temperatures under the crushed rock layer embankment decreased significantly from 2005 to 2007, with average decreases of ?1.03 °C at the depth of 0.5 m, ?1.14 °C at the depth of 1.5 m, and ?0.5 °C at the depth of 5 m. During this period, mean annual soil temperatures under the crushed rock cover embankment showed a slight decrease at shallow depths, with an average decrease of ?0.2 °C at the depth of 0.5 m and 1.5 m, but a slight rise at the depth of 5 m. 7Delphinidin-induced autophagy protects pancreatic β cells against apoptosis resulting from high-glucose stress via AMPK signaling pathway显示文摘Hyperglycemia,a diagnostic characteristic of diabetes mellitus,is detrimental to pancreatic 0 cells.Delphinidin,a member of the anthocyanin family,inhibits glucose absorption,increases glucagonlike peptide(GLP-1)secretion,and improves insulin secretion in diabetes.However,whether delphinidin plays a protective role in pancreatic p-cell mass and function is not clear.In this study,delphinidin was found to decrease the high-glucose-induced apoptosis of RIN-m5F pancreatic β cells.In addition,delphinidin induced autophagy in RIN-m5F cells under the normal and highglucose conditions,while 3-methyladenine(3-MA)inhibition of autophagy significantly diminished the protective role of delphinidin against high-glucose-induced apoptosis of pancreatic β cells.Delphinidin also decreased the level of cleaved caspase 3 and increased the phosphorylation level of AMP-activated protein kinase a(AMPKa)Thr172.Compound C,an AMPK inhibitor,was found to decrease the ratio of LC3-II/LC3-I,and the apoptotic rate of high-glucose-injured cells was in creased after treatme nt with delphinidin,in dicating that delphinidi n attenuated the n egative effects of high-glucose stress to cells.In con elusion,our data dem on strate that delphi nidin protects pancreatic B cells against high-glucose-induced injury by autophagy regulation via the AMPK signaling pathway.These findings might shed light on the underlying mechanisms of diabetes and help improve the prevention and therapy of this common disease.Dengni Lai Mingyong Huang Lingyan Zhao Yan Tian Yong Li Dongpo Liu Yanyang Wu Fangming Deng 2019Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,12:3
8Development of a PVDF sensor for potted seedling clamping force of vegetable transplanting显示文摘Aiming at the problems of loose bowl,nutritive bowl damage and planting leakage caused by lack of perception and detection of seedling clamping force in vegetable transplanting,a semi-micro-column structure sensor for measuring potted seedling clamping force was developed based on polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)piezoelectric film.The diameter of the semi-micro-column is 4 mm.The size of the force probe is 14 mm×30 mm,the encapsulation position of the force probe is 25 mm away from the tip of the seedling claw.The hardware circuit for sensor signal acquisition including pre-amplification module,power frequency notch module,low-pass filter module,processor module and power module was designed.The circuit completes charge-voltage conversion,clamping force signal amplification,power frequency signal elimination,vibration and noise elimination,and ensures the accurate acquisition of clamping force signal.In order to verify the sensor performance,sensor calibration tests and indoor experiments were carried out respectively.The calibration tests showed that the sensitivity of the clamping force sensor was 0.5264 V/N,the linearity was 4.74%,the accuracy was 6.51%,the hysteresis was 3.63%,and the range was 8 N under the impact of different waveforms and frequencies,which fully meet the accuracy requirements of the clamping force detection during transplanting.Indoor experiments showed that the clamping force sensor had good stability and adaptability under different seedling frequencies.The sensor can provide useful reference for the perception and detection of seedling clamping force and the feedback regulation of seedling clamping force.Jiangtao Ji Jingwei Sun Xin Jin Mingyong Li Xinwu Du 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,5:3
9Sliding mode control and Lyapunov based guidance law with impact time constraints显示文摘This paper analyses the issue of impact time control of super-cavitation weapons impact fixed targets which mainly refer to the ships or submarines who lost power, but still have combat capability. Control over impact time constraints of guidance law(ITCG) is derived by using sliding mode control(SMC) and Lyapunov stability theorem. The expected impact time is realized by using the notion of attack process and estimated time-to-go to design sliding mode surface(SMS). ITCG contains equivalent and discontinuous guidance laws, once state variables arrive at SMS,the equivalent guidance law keeps the state variables on SMS,then the discontinuous guidance law enforces state variables to move and reach SMS. The singularity problem of ITCG is also analyzed. 16Design and test of 2ZLX-2 transplanting machine for oil peony显示文摘In order to improve the quality of oil peony transplanting,based on the characteristics of peony seedlings and the transplanting effect,the transplanting process was analyzed.A peony seedling transplanting machine was designed,which was mainly composed of a chain-clamp type planting mechanism(clamp,transmission chain,sprocket),slideway,profiling wheels,trencher,the power transmission system and rack.Through the movement analysis of the planting mechanism and its operation process,its structural parameters were optimized.The effective length of the clamp was determined as L_(1)=235 mm,the adjustment range was 235-285 mm,and the height of the planting trajectory was H=340 mm.Based on the physical characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the peony seedlings,the parameters of the slideway and the putter were determined.The effective length of the slideway was determined as L_(2)=420 cm,the width T_(2)=105 mm,the distance between the slideways S=45 mm.The initial angle difference of the putter wasθ=13°,and the putter rotation angleβ=37°,putter height ratioε=2.Based on the above parameters and design requirements,the radius of the planting sprocket R_(1)=42 mm,R_(2)=80 mm.“Feng Dan”peony seedlings were used as transplantation test objects.The results showed that:when the planting frequency was 60-75 plants/min,the upright rate was 89.2%-92.8%,the leakage rate was 0-0.28%,the injury rate of seedlings was 0,and the qualified rate of planting depth was 91.7%-95.3%,the variation coefficient of plant spacing was 0.25%-0.54%.This machine can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of transplanting,meeting the requirements of mechanical design and production needs.Jiangtao Ji Qun Cheng Xin Jin Zhihong Zhang Xiaolin Xie Mingyong Li 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,4:1

18Al homogeneous deposition induced by N-containing functional groups for enhanced cycling stability of Al-ion battery negative electrode显示文摘Rechargeable Al-ion batteries(AIBs)are considered as one of the most fascinating energy storage systems due to abundant Al resource and low cost.However,the cycling stability is subjected to critical problems for using Al foil as negative electrode,including Al dendrites,corrosion and pulverization.For addressing these problems,here a lightweight self-supporting N-doped carbon rod array(NCRA)is demonstrated for a long-life negative electrode in AIBs.Experimental analysis and first-principle calculations reveal the storage mechanism involving the induced deposition of N-containing function groups to Al as well as the ideal skeleton of the NCRA matrix for Al plating/stripping,which is favorable for regulating Al nucleation and suppressing dendrites growth.Compared with the Al foil,the NCRA exhibits lower areal mass density(∼72%of Al foil),smaller thickness(40%of Al foil),but much longer cycle life(>4 times of Al foil).Benefiting from the remarkable stability of the array structure,symmetric cells show excellent cycling stability with small voltage hysteresis(∼80 mV)and meanwhile there are no corrosion and pulverization problems even after cycled for 120 hours.Besides,full cells also manifest long lifespan(1,500 cycles)and increased Coulombic efficiency(100±1%).Handong Jiao Shuqiang Jiao Wei-Li Song Xiang Xiao Dongmei She Na Li Haosen Chen Jiguo Tu Mingyong Wang Daining Fang 2021Nano Research2021,14,3:1
