| 1 | Effect of Tiaoshen Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic post-stroke depression:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Tiaoshen Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic post-stroke depression.METHODS:This research was a single-blind, positive-controlled trial done in a single entity.Totally58 patients with ischemic post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups.The acupuncture group was given Tiaoshen Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy and placebo starch tablets treatment,while the control group was treated with fluoxetine tablets and body acupuncture treatment.Evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Anti Depression Drug Side Effects Rating Scale(SERS), Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI) respectively before treatment, the fourth weekend of treatment, the eighth weekend of treatment,the twelfth weekend of treatment.The adverse reactions in two groups were observed and documented.RESULTS:The HAMD scale scores of the two groups in different treatment period were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05); the score reduction of HAMD scale between the two groups had no significant differences(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the SERS scores of two groups(P < 0.05); the control group had more adverse reactions, and the score would be increased with the extension of treatment time.Effect index(EI) of CGI in the acupuncture group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:The effects of Tiaoshen Kaiqiao acupuncture and fluoxetine in the treatment of ischemic post-stroke depression were similar, but the former had no obvious adverse reaction and side effects. | Li Menghan Zhang Bo Meng Zhihong Sha Tao Han Yuhui Zhao Hong Zhang Chunhong | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,2: | 10 |

| 3 | Refined chronology of prehistoric cultures and its implication for re-evaluating human-environment relations in the Hexi Corridor,northwest China显示文摘The reconstruction of high-resolution chronologies for prehistoric cultures is a prerequisite for understanding the history of human evolution and its relationship with environmental change, and is valuable for exploring the trajectory of transcontinental cultural exchanges in prehistoric time. The Hexi Corridor of northwest China was one of the earliest centers for long-distance culture exchange in the prehistoric world. The timing and sequence of cultural changes in this area remains poorly understood resulting from the lack of radiometric age control. This paper presents a refined radiocarbon(14 C) chronology to resolve the timing of human occupation and cultural evolution in the Hexi Corridor. Radiocarbon dating of crop remains, which have an annual life cycle, has the advantage of eliminating problems such as the carbon stored in ‘old wood’. As a result,14C dates from crop remains are used to test the validity of the14C dates derived from charcoal, bone and plant remains. The resultant database of ages is modelled using the Bayesian approach. The updated chronology presented in this paper shows generally good agreement with the original dates used to constrain cultural evolution in the Hexi Corridor. However, the occupation of the corridor by the Shajing and Shanma Late Bronze Age-Early Iron Age cultures appears to have taken place ~300 years later than previously thought. | 4 | In vitro immunomodulation of magnesium on monocytic cell toward anti-inflammatory macrophages显示文摘Biodegradable magnesium(Mg)has shown great potential advantages over current bone fixation devices and vascular scaffold technologies;however,there are few reports on the immunomodulation of corrosive Mg products,the micron-sized Mg particles(MgMPs).Human monocytic leukemia cell line THP-1 was set as the in vitro cell model to estimate the immunomodulation of MgMPs on cell proliferation,apoptosis,polarization and inflammatory reaction.Our results indicated highconcentration of Mg^2+ demoted the proliferation of the THP-1 cells and,especially,THP-1-derived macrophages,which was a potential factor that could affect cell function,but meanwhile,cell apoptosis was almost not affected by Mg^2+.In particular,the inflammation regulatory effects of MgMPs were investigated.Macrophages exposed to Mg^2+ exhibited down-regulated expressions of M1 subtype markers and secretions of pro-inflammatory cytokines,up-regulated expression of M2 subtype marker and secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokine.These results indicated Mg^2+ could convert macrophages from M0 to M2 phenotype,and the bioeffects of MgMPs on human inflammatory cells were most likely due to the Mg^2+-induced NF-jB activation reduction.Together,our results proved Mg^2+ could be used as a new anti-inflammatory agent to suppress inflammation in clinical applications,which may provide new ideas for studying the immunomodulation of Mg-based implants on human immune system. | Lei Sun Xiaoyu Li Menghan Xu Fenghe Yang Wei Wang Xufeng Niu | 2020 | Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,4: | 3 |

| 6 | Identification of various food residuals on denim based on hyperspectral imaging system and combination optimal strategy显示文摘As the science and technology develop,crime methods and scenes have become increasingly complex and diverse.Trace evidence analysis has become amore and more important criminal investigation technology and liquid is the main form of trace evidence.Food can provide not only energy,but clues to solve crimes.In this study,we build a hyperspectral imaging system to detect liquid residue traces,including apple juice,coffee,cola,milk and tea,on denims with light,middle and dark colors.The obtained hyperspectral images are first subjected to spectral calibration and hyperspectral data pretreatment.Subsequently,Partial Least Squares(PLS)is applied to select the informative wavelengths from the preprocessed spectra.For modeling phase,the combination optimal strategy,support vector machine(SVM)combined with random forest(RF),is developed to establish classification models.The experimental results demonstrate that the combination optimal model can achieve TPR,FPR,Precision,Recall,F1,and AUC of 83.5%,2.30%,79.7%,83.5%,81.6%,and 94.7%for classifying fabrics contaminated by various food residuals.With respect to the classification of liquid and fabric types,the combination optimalmodel also yields satisfactory classification performance.In future work,wewill expand the types of liquid,and make appropriate adjustment to algorithms for improving the robustness of classification models.This research may play a positive role in the construction of a harmonious society. | Yuzhen Chen Ziyi Xu Wencheng Tang Menghan Hu Douning Tang Guangtao Zhai Qingli Li | 2021 | Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2021,,1: | 2 |

| 8 | Resource Allocation Based on DEA and Non-Cooperative Game显示文摘Resource allocation is one of the most important applications of data envelopment analysis(DEA).Usually,the resource to be allocated is directly related to the interests of decision-making units(DMUs),thus the dynamic non-cooperative game is one of the representative behaviours in the allocation process.However,it is rarely considered in the previous DEA-based allocation studies,which may reduce the acceptability of the allocation plan.Therefore,this paper proposes a DEA-based resource allocation method considering the dynamic non-cooperative game behaviours of DMUs.The authors first deduce the efficient allocation set under the framework of variable return to scale(VRS)and build the allocation model subjecting to the allocation set.Then an iteration algorithm based on the concept of the non-cooperative game is provided for generating the optimal allocation plan.Several interesting characteristics of the algorithm are proved,including i)the algorithm is convergent,ii)the optimal allocation plan is a unique Nash equilibrium point,and iii)the optimal allocation plan is unique no matter which positive value the initial allocation takes.Some advantages of the allocation plan have been found.For example,the allocation plan is more balanced,has more incentives and less outliers,compared with other DEA-based allocation plans.Finally,the proposed method is applied to allocate the green credit among the 30 Chinese iron and steel enterprises,and the results highlight the applicability of the allocation method and solution approach.Therefore,the approach can provide decision makers with a useful resource allocation tool from the perspective of dynamic non-cooperative game. | WANG Menghan LI Lin DAI Qianzhi SHI Fangnan | 2021 | Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2021,34,6: | 1 |
| 9 | Quantitative analysis of work hardening and dynamic softening behaviors of Cu-6 wt pct Ag binary alloy based on true stress vs strain curves显示文摘The work hardening and dynamic softening behaviors of Cu-6 wt pct Ag binary alloy were studied by hot compression tests under temperature range of 700-850℃ at strain rates of 0.01-10s-1.The critical conditions for the onset of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) were determined based on the conventional strain hardening rate curves (dσ/dε versus σ).The progress of DRX was analyzed by constructing a model of volume fraction of DRX based on flow curves.The strain rate sensitivity (SRS) and activation volume V were calculated.The results show that the DRX almost can happen under all deformation conditions even at high Z deformations where dynamic recovery (DRV) is the main softening mechanism.The DRX fraction curves can well predict the DRX behavior.The strain has significant effects on SRS at the strain rates of 0.01s-1 and 10s-1 which are mainly due to off-equilibrium saturation of dislocation storage and annihilation while the effects of the temperature on the SRS are based on the uniformity of microstructure distribution.The formation of 'forest' of dislocation is contributed to the low activation volume V*(about 168b3) which is independent of Z values at the initial deformation.The cross-slip due to dislocation piled up beyond the grain boundaries or obstacles is related to the low activation volume under the high Z deformation conditions at high strain (ε=0.6) while the fine DRX grains coarsed is the main reason for the high activation volume at low Z under the same strain conditions. | Menghan WANG Wenhao WANG Jingjing DONG Linhui ZHANG Yunping LI Akihiko CHIBA | 2012 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2012,25,6: | 1 |

| 18 | Fenton-reaction-triggered metabolism of acetaminophen for enhanced cancer therapy显示文摘Acetaminophen(APAP), a classic nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID), has attracted much attention due to the overdose-induced hepatotoxicity in the past several decades. N-Acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine(NAPQI), the P450-dependent metabolism of APAP, leads to GSH depletion, protein binding, mitochondrial oxidative stress, and eventually the liver injury. Herein, we develop a Fe-based metal-organic framework(MOF) to deliver and transform acetaminophen into toxic “chemo” drug through the cascade reaction for enhanced cancer therapy. In the acidic tumor microenvironment, the Fe-based MOF collapses and releases abundant Fe ions to generate hydroxyl radicals(·OH) via Fenton reaction, subsequently catalyzing nontoxic APAP into toxic NAPQI. Meanwhile, NAPQI depletes intracellular glutathione(GSH) rapidly, leading to alleviating the antioxidant ability of cancer cells and amplifying Fenton activity.
