| 15 | 妊娠乳腺癌患者2例终止妊娠前或后行首程化疗的疗效分析并文献复习(英文)显示文摘Pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC) is defined as breast cancer occurring anytime during gestation, lactation, or within 1 year after delivery. The incidence is between 1 in 3000 and 1 in 10,000 pregnancies and comprises about 0.2% to 3.8% of all breast cancers diagnosed in women under the age of 50 years. As women tend to delay childbearing into their third and fourth decades, the incidence of PABC is expected to increase. Here we reported two PABC patients with similar clinic and pathologic characters received chemotherapy before or after termination of pregnancy respectively, and found that the former got pathologic complete response. | 16 | The thermodynamic properties of flow-induced precursor of polyethylene显示文摘Flow-induced preordering or precursor(FIP) has been studied in a series of lightly cross-linked high-density polyethylene with a combination of extensional rheology and in situ synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) measurements. Based on the incipient strains of SAXS and WAXD signals during extension in a large temperature range, strain-temperature diagrams for flow-induced preordering and nucleation were constructed and revealed that flow-induced crystallization(FIC) undergoes two stages: melt-precursor transition(MPT) and precursor-nuclei transition(PNT). At different temperatures, FIP with different inner structures and morphologies can be induced by strain; these embryos have shape and structure that are related to those of the corresponding critical nuclei. With the strain-temperature diagrams, the thermodynamic properties of FIP are deduced, which shows that compared with the relative nuclei the FIP always has a lower bulk free energy(?H) and a much lower surface free energy(?e). In extreme cases(high temperature), the ?e of FIP can be negligible. | 20 | Diamond synthesis from a system of chromium-carbide andNi_(70)Mn_(25)Co_5 alloy显示文摘In order to ascertain the mechanism of interaction between carbide and metallic catalyst and formation of diamond under high pressure and high temperature, and find a new method to synthesize diamond with special properties, it is necessary to investigate the reaction behavior of different carbides and metallic solvent_catalysts under high pressure and high temperature. A system of Cr-3C-2 powder and Ni 70Mn 25Co 5 alloy in weight ratio of 1∶6 was treated under 6 0 GPa and 1 500℃ for 20, 30 or 60 min respectively. X_ray diffraction of the samples indicated the Cr 3C 2 decomposed partially after high pressure and temperature treatment, and Cr 7C 3, Cr and diamond formed respectively. There was not any trace of graphite in the samples. The result suggested that the separated carbon atoms could form diamond directly without conversion process of graphite into diamond. The observation of SEI, WDX and EDX also showed that diamond crystals were synthesized in the system, which have perfect surfaces and shapes, with the average grain size of about 40 μm.
