| 1 | Component analysis and risk assessment of biogas slurry from biogas plants显示文摘Massive amounts of biogas slurry are produced due to the development of biogas plants.The pollution features and the risk of biogas slurry were fully evaluated in this work.Thirty-one biogas slurry samples were collected from sixteen different cities and five different raw materials biogas plants(e.g.cattle manure,swine manure,straw-manure mixture,kitchen waste and chicken manure).The chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),anions(e.g.Cl^(-1),SO_(4)^(2-),NO_(3)^(-)and PO_(4)^(3-)),antibiotics(e.g.sulphonamides,quinolones,β2-receptor agonists,macrolides,tetracyclines and crystal violet)and heavy metals(e.g.Cu,Cd,As,Cr,Hg,Zn and Pb)contents from these biogas slurry samples were systematically investigated.On this basis,risk assessment of biogas slurry was also performed.The concentrations of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and PO_(4)^(3-) in biogas slurry samples with chicken manure as raw material were significantly higher than those of other raw materials.Therefore,the biogas slurry from chicken manure raw material demonstrated the most serious eutrophication threat.The antibiotic contents in biogas slurry samples from swine manure were the highest among five raw materials,mostly sulphonamides,quinolones and tetracyclines.Biogas slurry revealed particularly serious arsenic contamination and moderate potential ecological risk.The quadratic polynomial stepwise regression model can quantitatively describe the correlation among NH_(4)^(+)-N,PO_(4)^(3+) and heavy metals concentration of biogas slurry.This work demonstrated a universal potential threat from biogas slurry that can provide supporting data and theoretical basis for harmless treatment and reuse of biogas slurry. | Lanting Ke Xiaobin Liu Bingqing Du Yuanpeng Wang Yanmei Zheng Qingbiao Li | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,4: | 5 |

| 3 | High-Throughput Powder Diffraction Using White X-Ray Beam and a Simulated Energy-Dispersive Array Detector显示文摘High-throughput powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)with white X-ray beam and an energy-dispersive detector array is demonstrated in this work on a CeO;powder sample on a bending magnet synchrotron beamline at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF),using a simulated energy-dispersive array detector consisting of a spatially scanning silicon-drift detector(SDD).Careful analysis and corrections are applied to account for various experimental hardware-related and diffraction angle-related factors.The resulting diffraction patterns show that the relative strength between different diffraction peaks from energy-dispersive XRD(EDXRD)spectra is consistent with that from angle-resolved XRD(ARXRD),which is necessary for analyzing crystal structures for unknown samples.The X-ray fluorescence(XRF)signal is collected simultaneously.XRF counts from all pixels are integrated directly by energy,while the diffraction spectra are integrated by d-spacing,resulting in a much improved peak strength and signal-to-noise(S/N)ratio for the array detector.In comparison with ARXRD,the diffraction signal generated by a white X-ray beam over monochromic light under the experimental conditions is about 104 times higher.The full width at half maximum(FWHM)of the peaks in q-space is found to be dependent on the energy resolution of the detector,the angle span of the detector,and the diffraction angle.It is possible for EDXRD to achieve the same or even smaller FWHM as ARXRD under the energy resolution of the current detector if the experimental parameters are properly chosen. | Xiaoping Wang Weiwei Dong Peng Zhang Haoqi Tang Lanting Zhang Tieying Yang Peng Liu Hong Wang X.-D.Xiang | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Molecular dynamics study on mechanical behaviors of Ti/Ni nanolaminate with a pre-existing void显示文摘Metallic nanolaminated materials possess excellent mechanical properties due to their unique modulation structures and interfacial properties.However,how microdefects affect their mechanical properties is still uncertain.To evaluate the influences of void location(in the crystalline layer and the Ti/Ni interface),void diameter(d)and thickness of the intermediate layer(h)on overall tensile behaviors,various types of defective Ti/Ni nanolaminates with pre-existing void are established by the molecular dynamics method in this work.The results indicate that the strength and plastic deformation mechanisms are strongly dependent on those determinants.Yield stresses of Ti/Ni nanolaminates decrease distinctly with increasing void diameter,while peak stresses with a void in the crystalline layer decrease with increasing d/h.Different void locations lead eventually to disparate initial plastic deformation carriers around the void,and various evolutions in the microstructure of the defective Ti/Ni nanolaminates.The Ti/Ni interface plays a significant role in the tensile process.The semi-coherent interface impedes new grains and lattice dislocations from passing across the interface,while the incoherent interface facilitates dislocations generating and sliding along the interface,and absorbs the dislocations moving to the interface.The results also indicate that the strain rate significantly affects the evolution of the microstructure and the tensile properties of defective Ti/Ni nanolaminates. | Mengjia Su Qiong Deng Lanting Liu Lianyang Chen He He Yinggang Miao | 2022 | Nano Materials Science2022,4,2: | 0 |
| 5 | Exosome miRNAs profiling in serum and prognostic evaluation in patients with multiple myeloma显示文摘MicroRNAs(MiRNAs)carried by exosomes play pivotal roles in the crosstalk between cell components in the tumor microenvironment.Our study aimed at identifying the expression profile of exosomal miRNAs(exo-miRNAs)in the serum of multiple myeloma(MM)patients and investigating the regulation networks and their potential functions by integrated bioinformatics analysis.Exosomes in serum from 19 newly diagnosed MM patients and 9 healthy donors were isolated and the miRNA profile was investigated by small RNA sequencing.Differential expression of exo-miRNAs was calculated and target genes of miRNAs were predicted.CytoHubba was applied to identify the hub miRNAs and core target genes.The LASSO Cox regression model was used to develop the prognostic model,and the ESTIMATE immune score was calculated to investigate the correlation between the model and immune status in MM patients.The top six hub differentially expressed serum exo-miRNAs were identified.513 target genes of the six hub exo-miRNAs were confirmed to be differentially expressed in MM cells in the Zhan Myeloma microarray dataset.Functional enrichment analysis indicated that these target genes were mainly involved in mRNA splicing,cellular response to stress,and deubiquitination.13 core exo-miRNA target genes were applied to create a novel prognostic signature to provide risk stratification for MM patients,which is associated with the immune microenvironment of MM patients.Our study comprehensively investigated the exo-miRNA profiles in MM patients.A novel prognostic signature was constructed to facilitate the risk stratification of MM patients with distinct outcomes. | Teng Fang Hao Sun Xiyue Sun Yi He Peixia Tang Lixin Gong Zhen Yu Lanting Liu Shiyi Xie Tingyu Wang Zhenshu Xu Shuhua Yi Gang An Yan Xu Guoqing Zhu Lugui Qiu Mu Hao | 2023 | Blood Science2023,5,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Inhibition of Abnormal Grain Growth in Stir Zone via In‑Situ Intermetallic Particle Formation During Friction Stir Welding of AA6061显示文摘Abnormal grain growth(AGG)has been widely observed in many friction stir welded(FSWed)joints during post-weld heat treatment(PWHT).The coarse grain structure not only reduces the strength of the joint but also limits its usage in superplastic forming.Several methods have been reported in previous studies to inhibit AGG,but all of them can only mitigate AGG.Complete inhibition of AGG was not achieved.In the current research,AGG was widely observed during the PWHT of friction stir welded AA6061.Multi-pass FSW enhanced the thermal stability of the as-welded grain structure but did not eliminate the occurrence of AGG.A new welding method was developed with the ball-milled Al–Ti powder mixture introduced into the stir zone and proved effective in inhibiting AGG in FSWed AA6061 during PWHT.The adoption of 5-pass FSW with an alternate rotation mode succeeded in producing an AGG-free sample.Microscopic characterizations conducted in the stir zone showed an evolution of Al–Ti powder mixture into different particle formations and Al3Ti new phase.Quantitative analysis of the second phase particles(SPPs)in the stir zone confirmed the increases in both particle number and average size.The quantitative results fit well with Humphreys’grain growth model,which theoretically explains the mechanism for AGG inhibition,i.e.,the significantly enhanced particle pinning effect. | Xin Zou Cunli Liu Muyang Deng Ji Chen Lanting Zhang Ke Chen | 2023 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Rapid screening of magnetic properties in several Fe-X-Ni systems via combinatorial materials chip method显示文摘Fe-X-Ni(X=Cr,W and V)combinatorial thin-film(∼100 nm thick)materials chips covering the full composition range of ternary systems were fabricated.The crystal structure distribution was mapped by micro-beam X-ray diffractometers(XRD)and the magnetic hysteresis loops over the chip were characterized by a high-throughput magneto-optical Kerr effect(HT-MOKE)system to establish the composition-phase-magnetic properties relationships.The results showed that saturation magnetization for all systems has a strong dependency on alloying composition,and decreases with increasing dopped elements content as a general trend.Although the trend of saturation magnetization in bulk is in good agreement with that from thin films,all bulk samples show almost no coercivity,attributable to the much smaller grain size,and stronger texture in thin-film samples.Comparing the Fe-X-Ni systems under a similar condition,in the out-of-plane,Cr alloying obtained the largest coercivity(∼400 mT)followed by W alloying(∼300 mT)and then V alloying(∼200 mT).We suggest that alloying with different elements leads to the diverse orientation and crystallinity of the fcc phase resulting in different magnetic properties.Meanwhile,the effect of heat treatment on magnetic properties indicates that saturation magnetization is more closely related to the duration of heat treatment. | Cai Chen Xinyi Ji Jianhao Wang Mei Liu Yao Lu Xiaoping Wang Aimin Zhang Li Chen Xianping Dong Lanting Zhang Hong Wang | 2023 | Journal of Materiomics2023,9,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Encrypted traffic classification based on fusion of vision transformer and temporal features显示文摘Aiming at the problem that the current encrypted traffic classification methods only use the single network framework such as convolutional neural network(CNN),recurrent neural network(RNN),and stacked autoencoder(SAE),and only construct a shallow network to extract features,which leads to the low accuracy of encrypted traffic classification,an encrypted traffic classification framework based on the fusion of vision transformer and temporal features was proposed.Bottleneck transformer network(BoTNet)was used to extract spatial features and bi-directional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)was used to extract temporal features.After the two sub-networks are parallelized,the feature fusion method of early fusion was used in the framework to perform feature fusion.Finally,the encrypted traffic was identified through the fused features.The experimental results show that the BiLSTM and BoTNet fusion transformer(BTFT)model can enhance the performance of encrypted traffic classification by fusing multi-dimensional features.The accuracy rate of a virtual private network(VPN)and non-VPN binary classification is 99.9%,and the accuracy rate of fine-grained encrypted traffic twelve-classification can also reach 97%. | Wang Lanting Hu Wei Liu Jianyi Pang Jin Gao Yating Xue Jingyao Zhang Jie | 2023 | The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2023,30,2: | 0 |
