| 2 | 达沃斯认知偏差评定量表的信效度检验显示文摘目的 规范化引进达沃斯认知偏差评定量表(Davos Assessment of Cognitive Biases Scale,DACOBS)并检验其信度和效度.方法 经原作者授权,将英文版DACOBS经过翻译和回译后确定中文版(DACOBS-C).采用方便抽样方法,选取符合DSM-Ⅳ精神分裂症诊断标准的患者102例(病例组)及某社区居民和在校大学生120名(对照组)完成DACOBS-C,进行项目分析、探索性因素分析和内部一致性检验.同时抽取部分患者完成认知偏差问卷(Cognitive Bias Questionnaire,CBQ)、贝克抑郁量表(Beck Depression Inventory,BDI)、Peter等的妄想问卷(Peters et al.Delusions Inventory,PDI)和精神症状评定量表(Psychotic Symptoms Rating Scale,PSYRATS)以检验效标效度.对病例组和对照组DACOBS-C总分进行独立样本t检验,以检验区分效度.结果 (1)根据项目分析的结果,删除条目l、3、12;探索性因素分析中提取出7个因子,共解释方差54.04%,各条目的因子载荷均在0.42 ~0.74.DACOBS-C总分与CBQ抑郁-歪曲分量表评分呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.01);与BDI总分呈正相关(r =0.61,P<0.01);与PDI各分量表评分均呈正相关(r=0.60、0.63、0.56、0.57,均P<0.01);与PSYRATS总分呈正相关(r=0.57,P<0.01).病例组DACOBS-C总分高于对照组[(139.23 ±33.33)分比(128.05 ±26.50)分,P<0.05].(2)DACOBS-C的克朗巴赫α系数为0.92(P<0.01),7个因子的各个内部一致性克朗巴赫α系数为0.66 ~0.81,量表各因子与总分的相关系数为0.53 ~0.68,各因子间的相关系数为0.30 ~0.63.结论 DACOBS-C的信度、区分效度、结构效度均符合心理测量学要求,可以用于国内精神分裂症认知偏差的研究. | 杨金玉 祝一虹 王奕權 陈致宇 刘微波 田琪 林明霞 Zachary Cohen Yulia Landa | 2014 | 中华精神科杂志2014，47，4： | 3 |
